Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a panel connection structure, and more particularly, to a panel connection structure capable of connecting a ceiling panel and a wall panel with a small number of components.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, unitized bathrooms or washrooms have become widespread in houses, and a structure for connecting a ceiling panel and a wall panel used in such a bathroom or the like is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 3261365. Different types of structures are known.
[0003]
In the connection structure disclosed in the publication, when connecting the ceiling panel and the wall panel, first, a connecting tool is attached to each of the upper end surface of the wall panel and the outer peripheral side of the lower surface of the ceiling panel using screws. Then, after installing the ceiling panel on the upper end side of the wall panel so as to combine the respective coupling devices, the ceiling panel and the wall panel are engaged by engaging the parting edges so as to sandwich the engaging portion formed on each of the coupling devices. It has a structure to be connected.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3261365 Publication
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a structure, a connecting device must be separately attached to both the ceiling panel and the wall panel. That is, a pair of connecting tools that can be combined with each other and screws for attaching them are inevitably required, which increases the number of parts and the number of assembling steps, resulting in an increase in cost. In addition, in the conventional structure, since the connecting member is a separate part with respect to the ceiling panel, a gap is easily generated between them, and the inconvenience that the heat insulating property in the peripheral region of the connecting member cannot be sufficiently ensured also arises. I do.
[0006]
[Object of the invention]
The present invention has been devised in view of such inconveniences, and an object thereof is to provide a panel connection structure capable of reducing the number of assembly steps and the cost by reducing the number of parts. It is in.
[0007]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a panel connection structure capable of improving heat insulation in a connection area between a ceiling panel and a wall panel.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a structure for connecting an upper end portion of a wall panel and a ceiling panel,
The ceiling panel is provided integrally with a protrusion protruding toward the wall panel, while the wall panel is provided with a position control portion, and the protrusion of the ceiling panel is provided inside the position control portion of the wall panel. It is configured to be accepted and connected to each other. According to such a configuration, each panel can be connected without separately providing a connector or the like on the ceiling panel as in the related art. This makes it possible to reduce the number of components and the number of assembling steps required when connecting the panels, and to reduce the cost associated with the construction. Moreover, since the protruding portion is received inside the position restricting portion, the positioning of the ceiling panel can be easily performed without the ceiling panel protruding outside the wall panel. Further, since the protruding portion is integrated with the ceiling panel, airtightness and heat insulation between them can be ensured, and dew condensation on the outer surface of the wall panel can be effectively prevented.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which the position restricting portion is configured to include a substantially vertical surface portion located along the projecting portion. With such a configuration, when the ceiling panel and the wall panel are connected, the position restricting portion and the protruding portion can be easily and firmly connected by various methods such as screwing and bonding, thereby improving workability. It becomes possible.
[0010]
Further, a configuration may be adopted in which the position restricting portion is configured by a concave groove formed in an upper end portion of the wall panel. With such a configuration, the ceiling panel and the wall panel can be connected only by receiving the protruding portion in the concave groove. As a result, the number of parts can be further reduced, and the reduction in the number of assembly steps and the reduction in cost can be achieved better.
[0011]
Further, the ceiling panel may be provided in a hollow shape. By adopting such a configuration by blow molding or the like, the weight of the entire ceiling panel can be reduced, and an air layer is formed in the protruding portion to improve heat insulation in a connection area between the ceiling panel and the wall panel. It is possible to do.
[0012]
Further, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which a packing is provided between the wall panel and the ceiling panel so as to be substantially in the same plane as the inner surface of the wall panel. In such a configuration, in addition to improving the airtightness between the panels, the packing does not protrude greatly from the inner surface of the wall panel, so that it is possible to avoid the accumulation of dirt in the connection area between the ceiling panel and the wall panel. It becomes possible.
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a unit bathroom will be described with reference to the drawings.

The connecting member 13 has a hanging surface portion 16 fitted into a groove 15 located at the center of the upper end portion 11A in the thickness direction of the panel, and an outer surface side of the wall panel 11 (see FIG. 2) connected to the upper end portion of the hanging surface portion 16. 2), and a horizontal surface portion 17 located on the upper end portion 11A of the wall panel 11 and standing on the right end side in FIG. 2 of the horizontal surface portion 17 and standing substantially in the same plane as the outer surface of the wall panel 11. In addition, a substantially vertical surface portion 18 as a position regulating portion located outside the projecting portion described later is provided. A mounting hole 21 is formed in the plane of the horizontal surface portion 17 so that the countersunk screw 20 can be inserted from above.
[0016]
Although the ceiling panel 12 is not particularly limited, in the present embodiment, the ceiling panel 12 is formed of a resin molded product formed to have a hollow thickness of about 2 to 3 mm by blow molding. The ceiling panel 12 is provided with a curved portion 22 having a substantially dome-shaped external shape (see FIG. 1), and is continuously provided on the outer peripheral side of the curved portion 22, and is located above the upper end portion 11 </ b> A of the wall panel 11. And a side portion 23.
[0017]
The side portion 23 is integrally provided with a protruding portion 25 directed toward the wall panel 11, that is, downward in FIG. The protruding portion 25 is formed in a corner region on the outer peripheral side of the lower surface of the side portion 23 with a step portion 26 interposed therebetween, and the lateral width of the step portion 26 in FIG. 2 is substantially the same as the thickness of the substantially vertical surface portion 18. It is provided so that The protruding portion 25 is provided in a rib shape extending in a direction in which the side portion 23 extends (a direction orthogonal to the paper surface of FIG. 2), and has a hollow shape having a substantially U-shaped or upward U-shaped cross section. Is provided. The projection 25 is set to have a vertical width that is received inside the substantially vertical surface portion 18 and rides on the upper surface of the horizontal surface portion 17 when the step portion 26 is placed on the upper end of the substantially vertical surface portion 18. The thickness is set to a thickness (the left-right width in FIG. 2) that is about half the thickness of the panel 11.
[0018]
A packing 27 is provided between the side portion 23 and the upper end portion 11A of the wall panel 11 so as to be substantially flush with the inner surface of the wall panel 11. The packing 27 is formed of a molded product having a jagged cross section on both upper and lower sides, and is attached along the upper end portion 11A to seal the connection area between the wall panel 11 and the ceiling panel 12. ing. The packing 27 is provided so as to be able to restrict the movement of the ceiling panel 12 by pressing the protruding portion 25 against the substantially vertical surface portion 18 in the state shown in FIG.
[0019]
In the above configuration, when the ceiling panel 12 is connected to the wall panel 11, first, the hanging surface portion 16 of the connecting member 13 is fitted into the groove 15, and then the countersunk screw 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 21 and the upper end portion 11A is inserted. The connecting member 13 is attached to the upper end 11A by screwing. Next, the ceiling panel 12 is placed on the upper end 11 </ b> A of the wall panel 11 while receiving the protrusion 25 inside the substantially vertical plane 18. As a result, the substantially vertical surface portion 18 is positioned along the protruding portion 25, and in this state, the packing 27 is inserted between the side portion 23 and the upper end portion 11A of the wall panel 11, whereby the packing 27 and the substantially vertical surface portion are formed. Thus, the wall panel 11 and the ceiling panel 12 are connected to each other. At this time, the side end surface of the ceiling panel 12, the outer surface of the substantially vertical surface portion 18, and the outer surface of the wall panel 11 are located substantially in the same plane.
[0020]
Therefore, according to the first embodiment, since the protruding portion 25 is formed integrally with the ceiling panel 12, the necessity of attaching a connector or the like to the ceiling panel 12 is eliminated, and the number of parts and the number of assembly steps are reduced. Can be reduced, and the airtightness in the unit bathroom 10 can be improved. Further, since the groove 15 is provided in the upper end portion 11A, the positioning of the connecting member 13 with respect to the wall panel 11 can be performed easily and accurately.
[0021]
Next, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used as needed for the same or equivalent components as those in the first embodiment, and the description will be omitted or simplified.
[0022]
[Second embodiment]
FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is characterized in that the substantially vertical plane portion 18 and the protruding portion 25 are connected via a screw 30.
[0023]
That is, the protruding portion 25 is provided with a hole 31 that is opened in the left-right direction in FIG. 3. The screw 30 is inserted into this hole 31 and screwed into the substantially vertical surface portion 18, whereby the substantially vertical surface portion 18 is formed. And the protruding portion 25 are connected to each other. Further, the protrusion 25 is set to a vertical width in which a gap S is generated between the lower surface of the protrusion 25 and the upper surface of the horizontal surface 17, and the head 32 </ b> A of the screw 32 inserted into the mounting hole 21 of the horizontal surface 17. And does not interfere.
[0024]
On the left end side in FIG. 3 of the horizontal surface portion 17, a rising portion 34 slightly rising to the surface position of the horizontal surface portion 17 is provided continuously, and the lower surface side of the packing 27 can be hooked on the rising portion 34. Has become. Further, the packing 27 has a recess 35 on a surface facing the projection 25 to avoid interference with the head 30A of the screw 30.

FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is characterized in that the position restricting portion is constituted by a concave groove 37 which can be fitted to the projecting portion 25 and is provided directly on the wall panel 11. The concave groove 37 is formed at the center in the thickness direction of the panel at the upper end 11A of the wall panel 11, and has an inner peripheral shape in which the protruding portion 25 fits almost exactly when the side portion 23 is placed on the upper end 11A. ing. Further, the projection 25 is screwed from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the wall panel 11 in a state fitted with the groove 37 and fixed in the groove 37 by a screw 38 crossing the groove 37 and the protrusion 25. Have been.
[0027]
Therefore, according to the third embodiment, the connecting member 13 and the packing 27 as in the first and second embodiments can be omitted, and the number of components can be further reduced. . Further, since the lower surface of the side portion 23 comes into surface contact with the upper end portion 11A and the protruding portion 25 is received in a state of being almost exactly fitted in the concave groove 37, the airtightness and the heat insulating property in the connection region of the panels 11, 12 are provided. Can be favorably maintained.
[0028]
The best configuration and method for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, but the present invention is not limited to this.
That is, the present invention has been particularly shown and described with particular reference to particular embodiments, but without departing from the spirit and purpose of the invention, Those skilled in the art can make various modifications in shape, material, quantity, and other detailed configurations.
Therefore, the description of the shapes, materials, and the like disclosed above are merely illustrative for the purpose of facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and do not limit the present invention. The description by the name of the member excluding some or all of the limitations such as is included in the present invention.
For example, the connecting member 13 and the protruding portion 25 in the first and second embodiments may further increase the thickness of the substantially vertical surface portion 18 and increase the lateral width of the step portion 26 accordingly. . Further, the screw 38 in the third embodiment can be omitted because the weight of the ceiling panel 12 acts. Further, in addition to the configuration in which the protruding portion 25 extends continuously in the direction in which the side portion 23 extends, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the protrusion 25 is provided partially in the direction in which the side portion 23 extends.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the projections are integrally provided on the ceiling panel, while the position regulation portions are provided on the wall panel, and the projections are received inside the position regulation portions so that the panels are connected to each other. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately provide a connector or the like on the ceiling panel, so that the number of parts can be reduced, so that the number of assembling steps for on-site construction or the like can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, since the protruding portion is integrated with the ceiling panel, airtightness and heat insulation in the connection region of each panel can be kept good.
[0030]
In addition, since the position restricting portion is configured to include the substantially vertical surface portion located along the projecting portion, the position restricting portion and the projecting portion can be easily and firmly connected by various methods such as screwing and bonding. Can be.
[0031]
Further, when the position restricting portion is constituted by a concave groove formed at the upper end portion of the wall panel, each panel can be connected only by receiving the projecting portion in the concave groove, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of manufacturing steps. Cost reduction can be better achieved.
[0032]
Further, when the ceiling panel is provided in a hollow shape, it becomes possible to reduce the weight of the ceiling panel including the protruding portion and to enhance the heat insulation by the action of the air layer formed in the hollow.
[0033]
Further, in the case where a packing is provided between the wall panel and the ceiling panel so as to be substantially in the same plane as the inner surface of the wall panel, it is possible to effectively suppress the accumulation of dirt around the packing while improving airtightness. Can be.
