【0003】

However, the long sides L1, L2 of the upper surface portion 31 and the bottom surface portion 33 are longer than the widths W2, W4 of the second side surface portion 22 and the fourth side surface portion 24 of the outer box member 2. Further, the first side surface portion 32 and the second side surface portion 34 are rectangular shapes that are congruent with each other, and the heights H5 and H6 of the first side surface portion 32 and the second side surface portion 34 The heights H2 and H4 of the side surface portion 22 and the fourth side surface portion 24 are equal.
[0017]
Since the tissue box assembling kit 1 has the above-described configuration, the following procedure is used to make a tissue box using the tissue box assembling kit 1.
[0018]
First, the outer box member 2 is assembled into a rectangular parallelepiped box shape. For this purpose, the first side portion 21, the second side portion 22, the third side portion 23, and the fourth side portion 24 of the outer box member 2 are bent at a right angle, and the adhesive flap 29 is glued to the first side portion 21. Then, the upper surface flaps 26 and 28 are bent inward at right angles, and then the upper surface flaps 25 and 27 are bent inward at right angles from above and fixed. At this time, since the heights of the first side surface portion 21 and the third side surface portion are higher than the heights of the second side surface portion 22 and the fourth side surface portion 24 by a predetermined distance, the height of the upper surface flaps 25, 26, 27, 28 is reduced. The bending work is performed without any trouble.
[0019]
Then, the outer box member 2 is assembled in a rectangular parallelepiped box shape, and the upper surface thereof has an elliptical shape due to the overlap of the tissue removal pieces 25a, 26a, 27a, 28a of the upper surface flaps 25, 26, 27, 28. The assembled projected figure in the direction of taking the outer box member 2 in and out has a width W1 and a width W3 of the first side surface portion 21 and the third side surface portion as long sides, and a width W2 of the second side surface portion 22 and the fourth side surface portion 24. , W4 as short sides.
[0020]
On the other hand, the inner box member 3 is assembled into a rectangular parallelepiped box shape. To this end, the upper surface portion 31, the first side surface portion 32, the bottom surface portion 33, and the second side surface portion of the inner box member 3 are bent at a right angle, and the adhesive flap 39 is glued to the second side surface portion. Then, after the horizontal flaps 35A and 37A are bent inward at a right angle, the vertical flaps 36A and 38A are bent inward at a right angle, and glued to each other by using an overlap margin of the vertical flaps 36A and 38A. On the other hand, with the vertical flaps 36B and 38B and the horizontal flaps 35B and 37B open, as shown in FIG. 2, the tissue paper 4 is folded in a mountain and packed in the inner box member 3, and the horizontal flaps 35B and 37B are turned inward at right angles. After bending, the vertical flaps 36B and 38B are bent inward at right angles. At this time, the vertical flaps 36B and 38B are left openable without being glued to each other. Note that the direction in which the tissue paper 4 is packed in the inner box member 3 is such that the tissue paper 4 can be easily taken out of the tissue outlet 31a one by one after completion of the tissue box, as shown in FIG. Are parallel to the short axis of the tissue outlet 31a of the inner box member 3.
[0021]
Then, the inner box member 3 is assembled in a rectangular parallelepiped box shape, and the assembled projected figure in the insertion / removal direction of the inner box member 3 is such that the long sides L1 and L2 of the top part 31 and the bottom part 33 are long sides, The rectangular shape has the short sides S1 and S2 of the portion 31 and the bottom portion 33 as short sides.
[0022]
When the outer box member 2 and the inner box member 3 are assembled into a rectangular parallelepiped box in this manner, the inner box member 3 is assembled into the outer box member 2 as shown in FIG. At this time, since the assembled projected figure of each of the outer box member 2 and the inner box member 3 in the insertion / removal direction is rectangular, the angular consistency between the outer box member 2 and the inner box member 3 is maintained. That is, the inner box member 3 is always assembled at the correct angle with respect to the outer box member 2, and the tissue removal pieces 25 a, 26 a, 27 a, and 28 a of the outer box member 2 are inserted into the tissue outlet 31 a of the inner box member 3. On the other hand, there is no occurrence of a situation in which the alignment is shifted by 90 °. Further, since the inner box member 3 has the vertical flaps 36 and 38 overlapped on the horizontal flaps 35 and 37, when the inner box member 3 is taken in and out of the outer box member 2, the horizontal flaps of the inner box member 3 are used. There is no danger that 35 and 37 will be caught by the end portions of the first side surface portion 21 and the third side surface portion 23 of the outer box member 2 and will not interfere with taking in and out.
[0023]
Here, the assembly operation of the tissue box assembly kit 1 is completed, and the tissue box is completed.
[0024]
Further, when the tissue paper 4 in the tissue box is used up, a finger is hooked on the extraction hole 33a of the inner box member 3, the inner box member 3 is pulled out of the outer box member 2, and the tissue paper 4 is removed by the above-described procedure. After refilling into the inner box member 3, the inner box member 3 may be incorporated into the outer box member 2 as before.
[0025]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the outer box member 2 is completed only by assembling it into a rectangular parallelepiped box shape has been described. However, the decorative paper is stuck to the outer box member 2 as a band-shaped decorative member, and the appearance decoration of the tissue box is performed. You can also enhance the nature.
[0026]
That is, after assembling the outer box member 2 into a rectangular parallelepiped box shape, after attaching decorative paper (not shown) on the upper surface of the outer box member 2, as shown in FIG. The decorative paper 5 is stuck on the (first side surface portion 21, second side surface portion 22, third side surface portion 23, and fourth side surface portion 24). To do so, as shown in FIG. 4A, the winding start end 5a of the decorative paper 5 is matched with the end of the second side surface portion 22, and as shown in FIG. The side part 23, the fourth side part 24, and the first side part 21 are pasted in this order. Note that the glue is applied not to the back surface of the decorative paper 5 but to the four side surfaces of the outer box member 2. However, the glue should not be applied to the outer box member 2 corresponding to the winding start end 5 a of the decorative paper 5. I do. Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, after the winding end 5b of the decorative paper 5 is attached to the second side surface 22, the winding start end 5a is attached from above the winding end 5b. . Then, no matter where the winding end 5b of the decorative paper 5 is located on the second side 22, the winding start 5a is exactly aligned with the end of the second side 22 and the winding end 5b. Obscures the skin, creating a nice looking tissue box.
[0027]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the pair of vertical flaps 36, 38 has an overlapping margin has been described. However, for one of the vertical flaps 36, 38 (the one for packing the tissue paper 4), the overlapping margin is eliminated. It is also possible to prevent erroneous bonding beforehand.
[0028]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the decorative paper 5 is used as the belt-shaped decorative member has been described. However, a belt-shaped decorative member other than the decorative paper 5 (for example, a decorative cloth, a vinyl cloth, a wallpaper, a decorative ribbon, or the like) is substituted. It does not matter.
[0029]
