【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、容器口部シールとそれを用いた容器に関する。詳しくは、シールを剥離する際に使用するつまみ部を折り返して容器口部上面に形成することにより手指先でつまんで剥がす際に必要十分な大きさのつまみとして設けることが出来るようにした容器口部シールとそれを用いた容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
調味料、ソースの食品や嗜好品関係の商品では、容器内容物の老化や劣化を防止するために容器口部に口部シールを貼りつけ、容器内部を封緘して気密にするのが一般的である。
従来、このような目的で用いられる口部シールとしては、合成樹脂のシートを貼り合わせた積層シール材を用い、シール面には剥離が出来るイージーピール層が用いられている。
他方、剥離に際しては、容器口部の外径より５〜１０ミリ程度大きく裁断してその余分の部分をシール剥がしのつまみとして利用したり、周縁の一部にシール剥がし用の舌片を設けているものが一般的である。

また、口部シールはインナーシールでシール材の一部を折り返して突起状に形成し、引き剥がし時のつまみとして形成することが特許文献に記載されている。なお、前記剥がすための舌片が設けられている場合でもその大きさは指先で持つには十分な大きさとは言い難いものが大半である。その理由は舌片の形状と大きさは、口部シールの上にキャップをする際にねじ山に干渉したり、キャップをしない場合は、搬送の際に引っかかる原因になるのでこれを避けるため止むを得なかったものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記公報記載のつまみ部はキャップを行なうインナーシールにおいてつまみとなる部分がキャップ内に収まり、見栄えが良いが、口部シールを口部端縁から引き剥がすのではなく、口部上方へ引き剥がすのでシール材が折り目で千切れる可能性が高く、かつ指先で掴みにくいものであった。
また、剥がし易さとシールの強さはそれぞれ相反する関係があるため、密封性を良くするためにシール強度を強くすることが必要であり、この場合剥がれ難くなったシールを剥がし易くする必要が生じる。
本発明は、上記のような問題を解決するためになされたもので、シール材を剥がし易くするためにつまみ部を大きくし、しかも簡単に口部シールを全面剥離することができる容器口部シールと、これを用いた容器を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記課題を解決するため、種々研究の結果つまみ部を大きくし、その形状及び載置方法を知得することにより本発明を完成させた。
即ち、容器口部の開口上端に固着され、容器内を気密に封緘し、かつつまみを有する口部シールであって、前記開口上端にシール材を載置した状態で、該シール材の一部を開口面の一側に所定つまみ長さの略２倍に延長し、延長部分を前記容器口部の上方へ谷折りし、更に、折り曲げた延長部分のシール面を内側にして略半分に山折りし、該シール材の断面が略Ｚ形状に折り返した状態で容器口部の開口端面に剥離可能に固着したことを特徴とする容器口部シールである。

この構成にすると、つまみ部が容器口部シールの延長であるのでシール引き剥がしの際につまみ部が引き千切れてしまう問題もなくなり、口部シールを確実に剥離することが出来るのでよい。
また、前記の容器口部シールを用いて容器口部を封緘した容器であって、該シールを剥離する際に容器口部上に折り返し形成したつまみ部が容器口部と略同幅にしてあることを特徴とする容器口部シールを用いた容器である。
この構成にすると、つまみ部を容器口部と略同幅にしてあるので口部シールを引き剥がす際にシール材が切れることなく剥離できる容器とすることができるのでよい。

なお、つまみ部の幅は容器口部の幅であるが、その長さはシール強度に合わせて適宜選択されるが、一般的に使用される家庭用の容器の場合、７〜２０ｍｍ程度に定めればよく、更に、口径が大きい場合は見た目を重視するのであれば容器口部の略半分に定めるとよい。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したように、本発明の容器口部シール及びそれを用いた容器によれば、シール材の延長部を折り曲げてつまみ部としているので手指先でつまんでシールを剥がす際に、つまみに要する大きさを確保でき、簡単に剥がすことが出来る。また、シール強度を強くして十分な密封性のよいものを製することができるとともに、これを容易に引き剥がし、開口できる。
