Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered bag which completely prevents a powder or the like from leaking from a fundamental crease when forming the bottom, has no leakage of the powder or the like due to other factors, and has no leakage of the powder or the like also from an inlet when storing the powder.
SOLUTION: A paper tube made of a multi-layered papery material is folded flat. Folds are formed at both corners of an opening end of the tube. One of upper and lower sheets is opened to make a development. Creases are made on the upper and lower sheets to close the center opening on the development. One or more slits intersecting with the creases located on the folds are provided on an outer layer paper material of the tube. The upper and lower sheets are folded along the creases and stuck. Decorative paper is further stuck over it, thereby providing a multi-layered bag which has freedom and flexibility in the outer layer paper material in the vicinity of the slits, has an aperture narrowed, and has no leakage of even a fine powder as the aperture is closed when an adhesive is caught in the slits, enters the inner layer and is hardened.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multi-layer bag suitable for storing flour, buckwheat flour, corn starch, and other powdery materials, and more particularly, to improve the strength of a filling port and improve the content thereof by devising its configuration. The present invention relates to a multi-layer bag characterized in that the contents are prevented from leaking during transportation or storage after filling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a multilayer bag A used for storing a granular material, for example, as shown in FIGS. 14 to 16, a paper cylinder a made of a multilayer paper-like material is flatly folded, and this paper cylinder a Folded portions c and d are formed at both corners of the opening end b of the upper surface, and one of the upper paper e and the lower paper f is opened to form a development surface g. It is known that the paper e and the base paper f are folded along the folding line i and stuck together, and the decorative paper j is adhered and fixed on the paper e and the base paper f to form a bottom portion.
[0003]
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, a filling port k of a cylindrical powder communicating with the inside and outside of the paper-like tube a is provided on the folded portion c side of the development surface g of the multilayer bag A in FIGS. k is extended outward, the upper paper e and the lower paper f of the development surface g are folded and bonded to the filling port k side at the folding line i parallel to the opening end b, and the makeup is further applied thereon. A multi-layer bag B is known in which a paper j is attached, an opening end b is closed, and an inner surface and an outer surface of a filling port k which is extended outward are coated with a heat-melting adhesive in advance (actually, a multi-layer bag B). See Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-20972). Then, after powder or the like is stored in the multilayer bag B from the filling port k, the filling port k is folded toward the decorative paper j side, and heated and pressed by a heater from above, thereby sealing the filling port k and applying a makeup. It is bonded and fixed to paper j to form the bottom.
[0004]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a closing piece of paper l is attached to the end of the folded portion c of the development surface g of the multilayer bag A of FIGS. A cylindrical filling port k communicating with the inside and outside of the paper cylinder a is provided, the filling port k is slightly extended outward, and an inner patch m is attached to the development surface g to close the opening end b. A multi-layer bag C is known in which an upper paper e and a lower paper f of a development surface g are folded and attached to a filling port k side by a folding line i parallel to the opened end b (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-49184). Gazette). In this multi-layer bag, after the powder or the like is stored in the multi-layer bag C from the filling port k, the filling port k is folded under the upper paper e and the lower paper f or folded into the filling port k and sealed. It constitutes the bottom.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Although the above-mentioned multilayer bag A has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, it has a problem that the granular material easily leaks along the folding line i of the upper paper e and the lower paper f. In recent years, the importance of improving the environment at the work site has been emphasized, and the fact that a product is manufactured in a clean environment is part of the quality of the product. It is an unacceptable problem that the granules leak out.

However, similarly to the multilayer bag A, the above-mentioned multilayer bag B also folds the upper paper e and the lower paper f of the development surface g to the filling port k side by a folding line i parallel to the opening end b, and furthermore Since the decorative paper j is bonded to the paper, there is a problem that the powder easily leaks along the folding line i. In addition, between the decorative paper j and the folded portions c and d which are overlapped by the upper paper e and the lower paper f, and between the decorative paper j and the filling port k which is overlapped by the two papers. There is also a problem that fine powder leaks from a small gap. On the other hand, the multilayer bag B has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, but since the filling port k extends outward, the worker may grab and pull by hand, so that the filling port k is easily broken from the base. Further, since the filling port k is merely a cylindrical body, the pressure directly leaks from the filling port k when storing the powder, the flow of the powder is reversed, and the powder flows backward from the filling port k and leaks. There is a possibility that it will happen.
[0007]
Also, the powder packaging bag C, like the multi-layer bag A, easily leaks contents such as powder along the bending line i. Further, since the filling port k which is two sheets is provided at the end of the folded portion c of the development surface g, a slight gap is formed between the inner patch m and the filling port k, and the gap is closed. With the interposition of the paper piece l, leakage of fine powder can be considerably prevented, but this must be said to be very insufficient. Further, in the multilayer bag C, like the multilayer bag B, the filling port k is a simple cylinder, so that when powder or the like is stored, the powder or the like may leak from the filling port k in the same manner.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to completely prevent leakage of powder or the like transmitted through a fundamental bending line when forming the bottom of the bag, and to prevent leakage of powder or the like due to other factors. It is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-layer bag that does not cause leakage of contents from the filling port when powder or the like is stored, even if it has a filling port for powder or the like.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been proposed to achieve the above object, and has the following configuration.
That is, according to the present invention, a paper tube made of a multi-layered paper-like material is flatly folded to form folds at both corners of the open end of the paper tube, and one of the upper paper and the lower paper is opened. A folding line is formed on the upper and lower sheets so as to close the opening at the center of the developing surface, and at least one slit intersecting the folding line located at the folding portion is formed at least in the paper shape. A multilayer bag is provided, which is provided on the paper-like material except for the innermost layer of the cylinder, and the upper paper and the lower paper are folded along the folding line and bonded.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, a valve sheet is attached in a cylindrical shape to one end of an inner patch that crosses both folded portions of the deployment surface and covers a central opening, and the peripheral edges of the inner patch and the valve sheet are spread out. The multi-layer bag is provided, wherein the multi-layer bag is attached to a surface to close an opening end of the paper tube and fill a gap between one end of the inner patch and the valve paper.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, there is provided the above-mentioned multilayer bag in which the upper paper and the lower paper are folded along the folding line and bonded, and then a decorative paper is bonded.
[0012]
Further, according to the present invention, there is provided the above-described multilayer bag, wherein the decorative paper includes a cut tape.
[0013]
Further, according to the present invention, the folding line is parallel to the opening end inside the inner patch and the valve paper, and the upper paper and the lower paper are folded along the folding line and bonded, The above-mentioned multilayer bag to which decorative paper is attached is provided.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a configuration of a multilayer bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 to 7 are plan views showing a manufacturing state of the multilayer bag according to the embodiment of the present invention. . In the figure, a multi-layer bag 1 folds a paper tube 2 made of a multilayer paper-like material 11 flat and forms folded portions 4 and 5 at both corners 3a and 3b of an opening end 3 of the paper tube 2. One of the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a is opened to form a development surface 7, and a folding line 9 is formed on the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a so as to close a central opening 8 of the development surface 7, and the folding portion 4 is formed. 5, at least one slit 10 intersecting the crease 9 is provided in the paper 11 except at least the innermost layer of the paper cylinder 2, and the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a are folded along the crease 9. And decorative paper 12 is further laminated thereon.
[0015]
The multilayer bag 1 folds a paper cylinder 12 made of a multilayer paper-like material 11 flat, and inserts folds 4a 'and 4b' at both corners 3a 'and 3b' of an open end 3 'of the paper cylinder 2. At the same time, the upper paper 6 'and the lower paper 6a' are provided with folds 9 ', and at least one slit 10' intersecting the folds 9 'located at the folds 4a', 4b 'is formed in at least the paper cylinder 2. And the upper paper 6 'and the lower paper 6a' are folded along the folding line 9 'and bonded together, and a decorative paper 12' provided with a cut tape 13 is further bonded thereon. May be combined.
[0016]
The paper cylinder 2 is selected from any one of diameter and length according to the purpose of use. In FIG. 1, a two-ply paper 11 having an outer paper 20 and an inner paper 21 is formed. Although it is used, it is not limited to this, and may be a multilayer of two or more layers. The material is not limited to kraft paper, but a resin sheet, a sheet obtained by attaching a resin sheet to paper, or the like is used.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the paper tube 2 is flatly folded and folded along the crease line 22 to form triangular folds 4 and 5 at both corners 3a and 3b of the opening end portion 3, respectively. The upper paper 6 side of the cylinder 2 is opened to form a hexagonal development surface 7. Since the development surface 7 has the central opening 8, it is necessary to bend the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a toward the central opening 8 in order to close the opening. To this end, a fold line 9 is attached to the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a, and the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a are folded along the fold line 9, and at least the hatched portions 23 and 24 of the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a are formed. It is preferable to apply and paste the bonding agent 25.
[0018]
As already described in the conventional example, when the content of the multilayer bag 1 is a powder, the fold 9 becomes R (R) and the powder leaks through the radius, so that the fold 9 One or more slits 10 intersecting the creases 9 are provided in the outer-layer paper-like materials 20 at the positions 4 and 5, respectively. In FIG. 3, only one slit 10 obliquely intersects the crease 9, but the number thereof is not particularly limited. As shown in FIG. They may cross each other, and may of course be more.
[0019]
What is important is that the slit 10 intersects the crease 9, or that the slit 10 ′ intersects the crease 9 ′, or that the slit 10 intersects the crease 9 And the slit 10 'intersects the bending line 9'.
The reason why the slit 10 or the slit 10 ′ or the slit 10 and the slit 10 ′ are provided only in the outer layer paper 20 is that the slit 10 or the slit 10 ′ or the slit 10 and the slit 10 ′ are formed in the inner layer paper 21. This is because, if provided, the contents such as powder contained therein leak directly.
[0020]
Since the slit 10 is formed in the outer layered paper 20 intersecting the creases 9 at the locations located at the folds 4 and 5, the flexibility or the degree of freedom of the outer layered paper 20 in the vicinity thereof is increased, and the creases 9 In other words, when the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a are folded along the folding line 9 and bonded together, the hatched portions 23 and 24 shown in FIG. The adhesive 25 is easily caught in the flow slit 10, and in particular, stays in the portion intersecting the crease line 9, that is, in the above-mentioned passage 26, or as shown in FIG. When the powder flows into the article 21 and is dried in that state, the passage 26 through which the powder leaks is completely closed. Therefore, the passage 26 can be completely closed by the presence of the slit 10 itself and the increase in the flexibility or the degree of freedom of the outer layer paper 20 around the slit 10. In addition, as the bonding agent 25, an adhesive such as polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic, rubber, or starch paste is used.
[0021]
After the central opening 8 of the development surface 7 is closed by the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a in this way, a decorative paper 12 is attached to protect the part and adjust the appearance, thereby obtaining a product.
[0022]
8 to 13 show a multi-layer bag according to another embodiment of the present invention. This multi-layer bag 1a is provided with a powder filling port 30 in the multi-layer bag 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 7. Things.
The feature is that a valve paper 32 is attached in a tubular shape to one end of an inner patch 31 that crosses over both folds 4 and 5 and covers the center opening 8 with respect to the deployment surface 7 in the state of FIG. The peripheral edges of 31 and the valve paper 32 are bonded to the development surface 7 to close the open end 3 of the paper tube 2 and the space between one end of the inner patch 31 and the valve paper 32 is the above-described filling port 30. In addition, the upper paper 6 and the lower paper 6a of the development surface 7 are folded and bonded to the center opening 8 side by a crease 9 parallel to the opening end 3 inside the inner patch 31 and the valve paper 32, Further, a decorative paper 12 is laminated thereon.
[0023]
That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the valve paper 32 is overlaid on the folded surface 5 side of the development surface 7. The valve paper 32 is shorter than the entire length and width of the inner patch 31, extends outward from one end of the inner patch 31, and is bonded to the inner patch 31 in a tubular shape. The hot-melt adhesive application section 33 is applied to the inner patch 31, and is located at a portion extending from one end of the inner patch 31 in FIG. The material of the valve paper 32 is selected to be the same as that of the paper tube 2 described above.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 10, the inner patch 31 is overlaid on the development surface 7 and the valve paper 32. The inner patch 31 extends between the triangular folds 4 and 5 and covers the central opening 8. Then, the valve paper 32 is bonded to the folded portion 5, the upper paper 6, and the lower paper 6a at a hatched portion 34 shown in FIG. Then, the inner patch 31 and the valve paper 32 integrated in a cylindrical shape are bonded to the development surface 7 at the peripheral edge thereof, that is, the hatched portion 35 shown in FIG. At the same time, the space between one end of the inner patch 31 and the valve paper 32 is used as a powder filling port 30. Accordingly, since the valve paper 32 serves as a component of the filling port 30 and also serves as a closing paper piece 1 (see FIGS. 18 and 19) of the conventional multilayer bag C, leakage of fine powder is considerably prevented. Get, but not perfect.
[0025]
For this reason, similarly to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, at least one slit 10 intersecting the crease 9 located at the folding part 4, 5 of the development surface 7 By providing the paper-like material 11 excluding the inner layer, that is, the outer-layer paper-like material 20, the flexibility or the degree of freedom of the slit 10 itself and the surrounding outer-layer paper-like material 20 is increased. The leaking passage 26 can be completely closed, thereby eliminating powder leakage. Then, one side of the decorative paper 12 is attached to the back surface of the lower paper 6a of the developing surface 7. The decorative paper 12 is provided with a hot-melt adhesive application section 36 so as to come into contact with the hot-melt adhesive application section 33 when the decorative paper 12 is superimposed on the valve paper 32, and the powder is stored inside the multilayer bag 1a. Thereafter, the filling port 30 can be easily and completely sealed by the heater. In addition, as the material of the inner patch 31 and the decorative paper 12, the same material as that of the above-described paper tube 2 is selected.
[0026]
In addition, the above-described valve paper 32 is a free end because the end 32 a on the opposite side of the hot-melt adhesive application section 33 is not bonded to the development surface 7. Therefore, when the powder is to be leaked from the filling port 30 when the powder is stored in the multilayer bag 1 through the filling port 30, the end 32a of the valve paper 32 functions as a check valve, and the flow of the powder flows. And the powder is prevented from leaking from the filling port 30 to prevent the powder from adhering to the outside of the multilayer bag 1a.
[0027]
Further, first, the upper paper 6 of the development surface 7 is opened inside the inner patch 31 and the valve paper 32 on the inner patch 31 shown in FIG. A folding line 9 parallel to the end 3 folds the opening toward the central opening 8 and affixes it on the inner patch 31. Next, a lower sheet 6a is similarly folded on the center opening 8 side along the folding line 9 and attached on the upper sheet 6 (see FIG. 12). Further, the decorative paper 12 is pasted thereon to complete the product (see FIG. 13).
[0028]
Therefore, after being delivered to the customer as the multilayer bag 1a in the state of FIG. 13 and storing the powder inside the multilayer bag 1a at the customer, as shown in FIG. By pressing and heating the hot melt adhesive application section 36 of the decorative paper 12 to the hot melt adhesive application section 33 of the valve paper 32, the filling port 30 is completely sealed. In FIGS. 11 and 12, one side of the decorative paper 12 is bonded to the back surface of the lower paper 6a of the developing surface 7 in advance, but the multilayer bag 1a and the decorative paper 12 of FIG. 12 are separately delivered to the customer. Alternatively, all subsequent work may be performed at the customer site.
Further, in the present invention, one or more slits 10 ′ intersecting with the folding line 9 ′ provided in the folding part 5 ′ (4 ′) are provided in the paper cylinder 2 at least excluding the innermost layer of the paper cylinder 2. 2 can also be provided.
[0029]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the specific configuration is not limited to this. For example, the configuration of the present invention can be added to the conventional multilayer bags B and C. It will be understood that changes and additions can be made as appropriate without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, when folding the upper paper and the lower paper along the folding line and bonding them together, there is one or more slits intersecting the folding line, so As a result of giving flexibility, it has flexibility, the gap between the creasing lines is narrowed, the adhesive is more likely to be caught in the slit, it can enter the inner layer, and in that state it closes the gap and closes the fine powder However, the effect of preventing leakage can be achieved. Therefore, it is possible to completely prevent the leakage of the powder transmitted through the fundamental bending line when forming the bottom of the multi-layered bag made of paper-like material, and that the product is manufactured in a clean environment. Competently respond to recent industry demands to be part of quality.
[0031]
In addition, the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the above effects, since the filling port of the powder does not extend for a long time, the filling port is not broken by being gripped and pulled by hand. Since no other gaps are generated structurally, there is no leakage even with fine powder, and when storing powder inside, the valve paper acts as a check valve, There is an effect that powder does not leak.
[0032]
Further, in addition to the above effects, the invention according to claim 3 further folds the upper paper and the lower paper of the development surface along a folding line parallel to the opening end, and further attaches decorative paper thereon. No gap is generated structurally, and leakage of fine powder is completely eliminated.
[0033]
The invention according to claim 4 has an effect of facilitating the opening of the multilayer bag in addition to the above effects.
[0034]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the upper paper and the lower paper on the development surface are folded inside the inner patch and the valve paper at a folding line parallel to the opening end, and the decorative paper is further stuck thereon. Therefore, similarly to the invention according to the third aspect, no gap is generated in the structure, and leakage of even fine powder is completely eliminated.
