このように、良好な音を発生させるためスピーカコーン(スピーカーカバー)の部分は表皮部材の外側に露出させることも考えられるが、それには、スピーカコーンの部分と表皮部材との接合する部分の表面処理が非常に面倒となって、組立が面倒になるという別の課題が生じる。
