本発明は、温風による乾燥に、紫外線を照射することで自然な日光での乾燥に近い仕上がりに近づける事と、設置型の乾燥機と違い簡単に持ち運びが出来て洗濯物の乾燥を物干しに干したまま補助乾燥が出来るようにした事と、薬に頼らずに熱風により靴や、絨毯や布団等に潜む白鮮菌や家ダニを殺菌殺虫出来る機械を提供することにある。

【従来の技術】
乾燥機はその機械の中に洗濯物を入れて熱を加えてドラムを回転させて乾かす方式が主流であるが、近年は洗濯機と一体型の機種もある。

布団乾燥機は温風を吹き出させて乾燥させる。主に布団専用ではあるが部品を一部取り替えて靴の乾燥等も出来る。

以上見てきたように、方式の違いが明白である。1台の機械で洗濯物と布団、靴等を乾燥させることは出来ない。

家ダニや水虫(白鮮菌)は熱に弱いので補助ヒーターを使い60℃以上の熱風で死滅させることが出来るので、靴や体重計、絨毯、布団等に潜んでいる家ダニや白鮮菌を薬を使用しないで殺菌殺虫出来る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
解決しようとする課題は、洗濯物を乾燥若しくは物干しに干したままの状態で補助乾燥が出来、布団や靴等も乾燥出来るようにすると共に、絨毯や布団に潜む家ダニや靴に潜む白鮮菌等を薬を使用せずに殺虫殺菌が出来る様にする事である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、人体や衣類に有害な紫外線では無く、UVカットされた紫外線を発生させる紫外線管を使い、これを集光板で集めて投光し、補助の熱源としてのヒーターで40℃程度の温風や60℃から80℃程度の熱風を送風することで可能になった。

【発明の実施の形態】
扇風機の傘の部分を懐中電灯に変え、この中にプロペラを取り付けた機械だと考えると理解しやすいかと思われる。具体的には扇風機の傘の後ろ部分に集光板を貼って投光器を作る。次にプロペラの後ろに紫外線管とヒーターを取り付ける。このヒーターは温風と熱風とを作り出す為に温度設定を切り替える事は当然であるし、投光器の部分の加熱を防ぐために通常の扇風機と違いプロペラの送風の向きを逆方向として集光板に当て跳ね返った風を洗濯物や靴、絨毯、布団等に当てる構造にする。

以上説明したように、温風を吹き付け紫外線を照射するこの方式は洗濯物を乾燥、若しくはベランダの物干しなどに簡単に移動して補助乾燥させるだけではなく、熱風により靴に潜む水虫の殺菌、絨毯に潜む家ダニの殺虫等も出来る。
