【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、餌釣りで釣り上げた魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り針を自分の目で確認することなく、迅速で確実に取り外すことができ、釣り針と一緒に飲み込まれている釣り餌を容易に取り除くことができる機能を持たせた釣り針外し具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の釣り針外し具を使用すると、魚に飲み込まれている釣り針はたいへん確認しにくいため取り外すことに時間もかかり失敗も多く苦労をしていた。また釣り針と一緒に魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り餌を取り除く方法もないので苦労をしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そのために、次のような欠点があった。
（イ） 魚の口中に飲み込まれているたいへん見えにくい釣り針を自分の目で確認しながらでなければ取り外すことができないので時間がかかり苦労をしていた。
（ロ） 魚の口中に飲み込まれているたいへん確認しにくい釣り針を外そうとするときに釣り針の結び目やハリスを傷つけたり切ってしまう失敗があり、その度に釣りの仕掛けを取り替えなければならない煩わしさがあった。
（ハ） 夜釣りや早朝など、暗い場所での魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り針を確認することは容易ではなく釣り針を確実に取り外すことが困難である。
（ニ） 魚の口中に釣り針と一緒に飲み込まれている釣り餌がある場合、釣り餌を取り除く良い方法もなく苦労をしていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
釣り針外し具（１）にガイド（２）と凹部（３）を設ける。そして指掛け部（９）に掻き出し（６）を設ける。
本発明は、以上の構成からなる釣り針外し具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ） 釣り針外し具（１）の挟持体（７）の先端部に切り欠き（４）を入れたガイド（２）を設ける。
（ロ） 釣り針外し具（１）の指掛け部（９）に爪状でＶ型の掻き出し（６）を設ける。
（ハ） 釣り針外し具（１）の挟持体（７）と（８）に凹部（３）を設ける。
本発明は、以上のような構造からなる釣り針外し具である。

【実施例】
図１は請求項１の発明に関する釣り針外し具（１）の斜視図である。これを使用するときは、図２に示すようにガイド（２）の切り欠き（４）からハリス（１１）を挿入し、孔（５）に通す。そしてガイド（２）をハリス（１１）に摺動させて図３に示すように魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り針（１２）を孔（５）に挿入する。このときガイド（２）がハリス（１１）と摺動して釣り針（１２）まで移動するので必然的に孔（５）に釣り針（１２）が挿入することになる。

次に、図４に示すように孔（５）に挿入した魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り針（１２）を挟持したとき挟持体（７）と（８）の内面に凹部（３）を設けてあるので、中空部（１０）となりハリス（１１）と釣り針の結び目（１３）を誤って挟持することがないのでハリス（１１）を傷つけたり切ったりする失敗がなく魚に飲み込まれている釣り針を確実に取り外すことができる。

飲み込まれていた魚の口中から取り外した釣り針（１２）はガイド（２）の切り欠き（４）からハリス（１１）を抜脱し釣り針（１２）の取り外しが完了となる。

図５は釣り上げた魚の口中に釣り針（１２）と一緒に飲み込まれている釣り餌（１４）がある場合、掻き出し（６）を使用して釣り餌（１４）を取り除く説明図である。釣り餌（１４）が魚の口中に飲み込まれていると、ガイド（２）とハリス（１１）が摺動してガイド（２）の孔（５）に釣り針（１２）が挿入するときのさまたげとなるので魚の口中から釣り餌（１４）を取り除くのである。こうすれば釣り針（１２）とガイド（２）の間の釣り餌（１４）が取り除かれて簡単に孔（５）に釣り針（１２）が挿入し、釣り針外し具で確実に釣り針を挟持し容易に取り外すことができる。また掻き出し（６）は爪状でＶ型であるため釣り餌の種類や大小にかかわらず適応できるものである。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、釣り上げた魚の口中に飲み込まれているたいへんに見つけにくい釣り針を自分の目で確認しなくても確実に釣り針外し具で挟持しハリスと釣り針の結び目を誤って挟持してしまいハリスを傷つけたり切ってしまう心配がなく迅速で確実に魚の口中に飲み込まれている釣り針を取り外すことができ釣り針の取り外しに失敗して切れてしまった仕掛けを取り替える煩わしさも解消する。また釣り針と一緒に飲み込まれている釣り餌を魚の口中から簡単に掻き出して取り除く事ができる。
