【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は防塵機能を備えたテーブルタップ等のタップに関するものであり、更に詳細には、差し込みプラグに突設された一対の栓刃が差し込まれる時には開口して差し込みを可能として、差し込みプラグを引き抜くと開口が完全に密閉状態で遮蔽される防塵機能付きタップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の防塵機能付きタップは各種開発されて市販されているが、その何れもが差し込みプラグに突設された栓刃の先端で栓刃挿通用孔の内側に遮蔽するように配設されたシャッターを押して移動させ、シャッターを移動することで遮蔽状態が開口され栓刃を挿通させる構造と成っているために、栓刃挿通用孔を内側から遮蔽するシャッターの栓刃挿通用孔の直下に傾斜面を形成して、シャッターが容易に移動するようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
その為、栓刃挿通用孔の内側とシャッターに形成した傾斜面との間に隙間が形成されることと成り、その隙間から埃、塵等が侵入する要因と成っていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記課題に鑑み、鋭意研鑽の結果、差し込みプラグに突設された栓刃が差し込まれる刃受を立設させた刃受金具を内設した下方ボディと、下方ボディに上方ボディを合着させたタップにおいて、上方ボディの差し込みプラグが差し込まれる位置に形成した刃受カバー用穴と、刃受カバー用穴に栓刃挿通用孔を形成した天板部の表面を略面一として上方ボディに内装される刃受カバーと、刃受カバーに内装され上面にクロスローレットを刻設すると共に栓刃挿通用孔を形成したシート用ホルダーと、シート用ホルダーと刃受カバーとの間に介装される合成皮革シートとを備え、合成皮革シートには両端に小孔を有したスリットを形成したものである。

【作用】
本発明の防塵機能付きタップは、上方ボディに内装される刃受カバーと、その刃受カバーに内装されるシート用ホルダーと、そのシート用ホルダーの上面と刃受カバーの下面と間に介装される合成皮革シートとを備え、シート用ホルダーと刃受カバーとに差し込みプラグに突設された一対の栓刃を挿通させる一対の栓刃挿通用孔を形成すると共に、合成皮革シートに一対の栓刃を挿通させる一対のスリットを形成したものであり、合成皮革シートの材料特性である柔軟性と反発性と復元性とのために、栓刃をスリットに挿通すると、スリットが栓刃の形状に沿って開口し、栓刃を引き抜くとスリットが閉じて密閉状態に成り防塵機能を有するものである。

即ち、本発明の防塵機能付きタップは主として一般家庭、オフィス等で商業電源から各電気機器に電力を提供するのに後付けで配線されるテーブルタップ等のタップ類に適応されるもので、テーブルタップ等は一対の刃受Ｂが複数組連設された刃受金具が内設されており、夫々の各電気機器から延設されたコードの先端に設けられた差し込みプラグに突設された通電性の金属で形成された板状の一対の栓刃Ａを挿通させることで電気的に接続するものである。

そして、下方ボディ１は底面１ａと、該底面１ａの外周縁から下方ボディ外周壁１ｂが延設され上方が開口されたもので、後述する上方ボディ２と合着させることで箱状と成り、底面１ａには電気的に電源と接続される通電性の金属で形成された周知の刃受金具が内設されており、該刃受金具には複数組の刃受Ｂを立設させており、夫々の一対の刃受Ｂに差し込みプラグに突設された板状の一対の栓刃Ａが差し込むことによって通電状態とするものである。

次に、上方ボディ２は上面２ｂと、該上面２ｂの外周縁から上方ボディ外周壁２ｃが延設され下方が開口されたもので、上面２ｂの差し込みプラグが差し込まれる位置には実施の形態では長円形状の刃受カバー用穴２ａを貫設しており、該刃受カバー用穴２ａは後述する刃受カバー３の天板部３ａを挿入することで表面が略面一と成るものであり、上方ボディ２は上方ボディ外周壁２ｃの下面と前記下方ボディ１の下方ボディ外周壁１ｂの上面とを合着させることで箱状のボディと成るものである。

次いで、刃受カバー３は図３に図示する如く、上面に前記上方ボディ２に貫設した長穴状の刃受カバー用穴２ａに下方から内装した状態で夫々の表面が略面一と成る長円状の天板部３ａを備え、該天板部３ａには一対の栓刃Ａを挿通させる矩形状の一対の栓刃挿通用孔３ｂを形成し、前記天板部３ａの周縁から延設された刃受カバー外周壁３ｃを設けた下方を開口させたもので、該天板部３ａの下面の略中心には後述する合成皮革シート５及びシート用ホルダー４の位置決めをさせる位置決め用突起３ｄを突設すると共に、刃受カバー３の刃受カバー外周壁３ｃの下端は下方ボディ１に立設させた刃受カバー用リブ１ｄに当接させるものである。

更に、シート用ホルダー４は前記刃受カバー３の下方に内装されるもので、上面４ａには一対の栓刃Ａを挿通させる矩形状の一対の栓刃挿通用孔４ｂを形成すると共に、上面４ａの中央辺には前記刃受カバー３の下面に突設させた位置決め用突起３ｄを挿入させる位置決め用孔４ｄを形成しており、シート用ホルダー４の上面４ａは後述する合成皮革シート５がずれないようにクロス状に凹凸を付けたクロスローレットを刻設しており、下方の中央辺には固定用孔４ｃを設けた固定用立設リブ４ｅを形成しており、該固定用立設リブ４ｅの固定用孔４ｃへは下方ボディ１の底面に立設させた固定用突起１ｃを嵌入させるもので、前記固定用立設リブ４ｅの両側には前記刃受金具の一対の刃受Ｂが収納される一対の刃受収容部４ｆを形成しているものである。

更に、合成皮革シート５は周知のように材料特性の柔軟性と反発性と復元性と適宜な厚みとを有しているものであり、前記シート用ホルダー４の上面４ａと前記刃受カバー３の下面との間に介装されるもので、前記下方ボディ１に立設させた固定用突起１ｃと前記シート用ホルダー４に形成した固定用孔４ｃにより固定され位置決めされているものである。

更には、合成皮革シート５に形成するスリット５ｂは、両端に小孔５ａを穿設してスリット５ｂによって接続させており、栓刃Ａの差し込み及び引き抜きの際の応力の集中により両端が裂けることを防止するものであり、加えて、シート用ホルダー４の上面４ａに刻設したクロスローレットは栓刃Ａの挿脱の際の合成皮革シート５のずれを防止するものである。

次いで、本発明の防塵機能付きタップを組み立てるには、先ず、合成皮革シート５をシート用ホルダー４のクロスローレットを刻設した上面４ａに敷設させ、次に、合成皮革シート５を挟着するように刃受カバー３を合着させるもので、シート用ホルダー４の位置決め用孔４ｄに刃受カバー３の位置決め用突起３ｄを嵌入させるものであり、合成皮革シート５に位置決め用孔を穿設しても、挟持させても構わないものであり、更に、上方ボディ２の下方から刃受カバー用穴２ａに刃受カバー３の天板部３ａを表面が略面一に成るように挿入させ、次いで、下方ボディ１に刃受カバー３とシート用ホルダー４と合成皮革シート５とを組み込んだ上方ボディ２を合着させ、ビス（図示しない）等によって固定することで組み立てられるものである。

そして、本発明の防塵機能付きタップの刃受金具の刃受Ｂの真上に形成された刃受カバー３とシート用ホルダー４との栓刃挿通用孔３ｂ．４ｂに差し込みプラグの栓刃Ａを挿通させて、栓刃Ａの先端辺を刃受金具の刃受Ｂに挿通させ挟持させるものであるが、刃受カバー３とシート用ホルダー４との間に合成皮革シート５が介装されており、栓刃挿通用孔３ｂ．４ｂの位置にはスリット５ｂを設けているために、栓刃Ａの先端で図１及び図２の左側に図示する如く、合成皮革シート５のスリット５ｂを押し拡げて挿通されるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の防塵機能付きタップは、上方ボディに内装される刃受カバーと、その刃受カバーに内装されるシート用ホルダーと、そのシート用ホルダーの上面と刃受カバーの下面と間に介装される合成皮革シートとを備え、シート用ホルダーと刃受カバーとに差し込みプラグに突設された栓刃を挿通させる栓刃挿通用孔を形成すると共に、合成皮革シートに栓刃を挿通させるスリットを形成したものであり、合成皮革シートのスリットは材料特性の柔軟性、反発性、復元性を有しており、閉鎖中は栓刃挿通用孔の下端の近傍にも隙間を有することなく閉鎖されることから埃、塵等の侵入は皆無と成るものであり、画期的で実用性の高い発明である。
