Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy protection function-bearing individual corridor lamp by which the privacy of a patient is arbitrarily protected upon request and a staff member in a ward simply confirms individual information on the patient and information on a relief division. <P>SOLUTION: A display region 2 showing maintenance, setting up, and a spare room number and a display window 6 for the individual information are vertically juxtaposed on the surface side of a frame 1. An individual information card 12 is demountably mounted on the display window 6. A guide groove 18 is formed in both the sides of the frame at its surface side. A privacy protection cover 19 displaying room number on its surface is slidably vertically mounted on both the guide grooves 18, 18. 【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】病院の病室の廊下に設けられる廊下灯において、表面に少なくとも患者名が記載された前記廊下灯の前部に、上下方向にスライド可能であってストッパ手段により所定の位置に停止可能で、かつ前記患者名を表示・非表示を可能とした板状のプライバシー保護カバーを設けたことを特徴とするプライバシー保護機能付き個別廊下灯。
【請求項２】フレーム（１）の表面側に、少なくともメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域（２）と、個別情報の表示窓（６）とを上下方向に並設し、
前記表示窓（６）に、個別情報カード（１２）を着脱自在に装着し、
前記フレーム（１）の表面側の両側部にガイド溝（１８）を形成し、両ガイド溝（１８），（１８）に、表面に部屋番号や病室名等をグラフィックで表示したプライバシー保護カバー（１９）を着脱自在に、かつ上下方向にスライド可能に装着し、

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、患者のプライバシーの保護および病棟スタッフ（看護師等）には患者の個別情報を確認可能としたプライバシー保護機能付き個別廊下灯に関する。

【従来の技術】
入院患者の看護情報設備には、厚生労働省の指針や、患者の個別情報の保護の流れに沿った機能が求められている。

また、財団法人病院機能評価機構のチェック項目や、病院建築設計の療養環境整備の流れとして、病室の視認性の向上や、快適療養空間作りが大きなテーマとなっている。

ところで、本発明の出願人により、特開２００１−２１５９０５号公報に示されるような、病棟で使用するナースコール親機および個別廊下灯に組み込む回転式救護区分表示装置が既に提案されている。

図６はその回転式救護区分表示装置の正面図、図７は図６のＣ−Ｃ線断面図である。

これら図６および図７に示す回転式救護区分表示装置３１は、救護区分表示部材の取り付けフレーム３２を備えている。

前記取り付けフレーム３２には、ネームプレート取り付け部３３と、救護区分の表示窓３５と、表示駒取り付け部３６と、装置全体を他の機器に取り付けるためのドッグ３８等が設けられている。

前記ネームプレート取り付け部３３には、取り付けフレーム３２の表面側に向けてネームプレート３４が着脱自在に取り付けられている。

前記表示駒取り付け部３６には、表示駒３７が取り付けられている。この表示駒３７は、外周ほぼ正多角形に形成され、各辺の平面である表示面に、「担送」，「護送」，「独歩」等の救護区分に対応させて異なる色が施されている。また、前記表示駒３７は回転操作可能に、かつ選択した救護区分の色部分を表示窓３５の位置に表示可能に取り付けられている。

そして、この回転式救護区分表示装置３１はドッグ３８を介してナースコール親機や個別廊下灯に組み付けて使用され、ネームプレート取り付け部３３には、ネームプレート３４により患者の氏名を表示し、表示窓３５には表示駒３７により患者の救護区分を異なる色で表示するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の個別廊下灯は、患者のプライバシーの保護に関する機能や、病室の特徴や、部屋番号および病室名等をグラフィックで演出する機能を持っていない。

また、前記回転式救護区分表示装置３１を用いた個別廊下灯は、表示駒取り付け部３６と表示駒３７との取り付け部分の構造が複雑で、しかも表示装置全体の厚さが厚くなり、かつコストも高くなるという課題があった。

本発明は、上記の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、患者のプライバシーを必要に応じ任意に保護でき、かつ病棟スタッフは患者の個別情報および救護区分に関する情報を簡単に確認でき、さらに病室の特徴や、部屋番号および病室名等を、視認性向上および病棟の演出性を以て表現でき、しかも構造が簡潔でかつ薄型であって安価なプライバシー保護機能付き個別廊下灯を提供することにある。

また、本発明の他の目的は患者の個別情報や救護区分を、より一層簡便にかつ明確に表示可能で、かつ必要に応じて、患者の個別情報や救護区分を変更可能で安価なプライバシー保護機能付き個別廊下灯を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明では、病院の病室の廊下に設けられる廊下灯において、表面に少なくとも患者名が記載された前記廊下灯の前部に、上下方向にスライド可能であってストッパ手段により所定の位置に停止可能で、かつ前記患者名を表示・非表示可能とした板状のプライバシー保護カバーを設けた構成としている。

すなわち、本発明ではフレーム１の表面側に、少なくともメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２と、個別情報の表示窓６とを上下方向に並設し、前記表示窓６に、個別情報カード１２を着脱自在に装着し、前記フレーム１の表面側の両側部にガイド溝１８を形成し、両ガイド溝１８，１８に、表面に部屋番号や病室名等をグラフィックで表示したプライバシー保護カバー１９を着脱自在に、かつ上下方向にスライド可能に装着し、前記両ガイド溝１８，１８とプライバシー保護カバー１９との間に、前記プライバシー保護カバー１９を上下方向の所要位置に停止させるカバーストッパ２５を設けている。

また、前記個別情報カード１２を少なくとも第１，第２カード１３，１４で構成し、第１カード１３には患者の個別情報を表示し、第２カード１４の両端部には「担送」，「護送」，「独歩」等の救護区分を示す異なる色をそれぞれ表示し、第２カード１４の差し込み方向を一端側または他端側と選択可能とし、差し込み方向の端部の救護区分の色を前記表示窓６の端部から表示可能とし、前記表示窓６に差し込まれた第１，第２カード１３，１４を、前記患者の個別情報と救護区分とが表面から確認可能に装着している。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。

図１〜図５は本発明の一実施例を示すもので、図１は本発明個別廊下灯の構成部材の正面図、図２および図３はそれぞれ使用状態の正面図、図４および図５は図２のＡ−Ａ線およびＢ−Ｂ線断面図である。

これら図１〜図５に示す実施例の個別廊下灯は、ほぼ矩形のフレーム１を備えている。

前記フレーム１の表面側には、メンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２と、個別情報の表示窓６と、病室の特徴の表示域１６とが上下方向に並設されている。また、フレーム１の両側部にはプライバシー保護カバー用のガイド溝１８が形成されている。各ガイド溝１８には、プライバシー保護カバー用のカバーストッパ２５の一方の構成部材である爪２６が設けられている。また、フレーム１の上部側の両側部には照明灯２８が取り付けられている。さらに、フレーム１における個別情報の表示窓６の一方の側部には、ナースコールの表示灯２９が取り付けられている。そして、フレーム１における病室の特徴の表示域１６には、ナースコールの呼出表示復旧用のスイッチ３０が設けられている。

前記メンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２には、窓３が形成されている。さらに、この表示域２には図１に示すメンテナンスカバー４または室番プレート５を着脱自在に取り付けるようになっている。なお、前記メンテナンスカバー４および室番プレート５は、樹脂成形品および硬質紙でも着脱可能になっている。

前記個別情報の表示窓６は、フレーム１の上下方向のほぼ中段に、この実施例では６人分形成されている。しかして、この６人分の表示窓６は、自由に部屋のベッドレイアウトに合わせて表示できるように６分割して形成され、単位化されている。また、各表示窓６は左右方向の一方の端部から他方の端部に向かって、カード差し込み口７と、まぶち型に形成されかつカード差し込み溝９を有するカード保持部８と、前記カード差し込み溝９の終端に形成されたカードストッパ１０と、このカードストッパ１０に続いて設けられた救護区分表示部１１とを有し、正面から見て横長のほぼ長方形に形成されている。そして、各表示窓６はカード差し込み口７からカードストッパ１０までの長さＬ１＋α（ただし、α＝余裕分）、救護区分表示部１１の長さ＝Ｌ２の寸法に形成され、またカード差し込み口７からカードストッパ１０までの区間の高さ＝Ｈ１、救護区分表示部１１の高さ＝Ｈ２（ただし、Ｈ１＞Ｈ２）の寸法に形成されている。

前記表示窓６には、それぞれ個別情報カード１２が装着されている。この個別情報カード１２は、本実施例では第１，第２，第３カード１３，１４，１５を重ねて用いるようにしている。なお、個別情報カード１２の枚数は任意である。

前記第１カード１３には、例えば患者の個別情報として氏名が表示されている。この第１カード１３は、長さ≒Ｌ１、高さ≒Ｈ１の寸法に形成されている。

前記第２カード１４は、大きい矩形のカード本体１４ａと、小さい矩形に形成されかつカード本体１４ａの両端部に一体に形成された救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃとを有している。そして、第２カード１４における一方の面の救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃには、例えば「担送」，「護送」の救護区分を互いに異なる色で表示し、同第２カード１４の他方の面の全体または表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃの少なくとも一つに「独歩」の救護区分を、前記「担送」，「護送」とはさらに異なる色で表示している。また、第２カード１４はカード本体１４ａと救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃの一つを合わせた長さ≒Ｌ１の寸法に形成され、救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃの長さ≒Ｌ２の寸法に形成され、カード本体１４ａの高さ≒Ｈ１、救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃの高さ≒Ｈ２の寸法に形成されている。

前記第３カード１５は、透明または半透明な材料により、長さ≒Ｌ１、高さ≒Ｈ１の寸法に形成されている。また、この第３カード１５には第１，第２カード１３，１４の表示事項の邪魔にならない位置に、例えば「絶食」等、患者固有の看護情報を表示している。

そして、第２カード１４の救護区分の当該表示部分１４ｂまたは１４ｃを表示窓６の救護区分表示部１１側に配して、カード差し込み口７からカード保持部８に向かって差し込むと、表示窓６に形成されたカードストッパ１０に第２カード１４のカード本体１４ａの端部が当接し、表示窓６に設けられた救護区分表示部１１に、第２カード１４の救護区分の当該表示部分１４ｂまたは１４ｃが納まり、表示窓６に設けられたカード保持部８に第２カード１４のカード本体１４ａと表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃの残りの部分が収納された状態に装着される。また、第１カード１３を前記第２カード１４の表面に重なるように配して表示窓６のカード差し込み口７から差し込むと、第１カード１３の一端部がカードストッパ１０に当接し、表示窓６のカード保持部８に第１カード１３が収納された状態に装着される。さらに、第３カード１５を第１カード１３の表面に重なるように配して表示窓６のカード差し込み口７から差し込むと、前記第１カード１３と同様、第３カード１５の一端部がカードストッパ１０に当接し、表示窓６のカード保持部８に第３カード１５が収納された状態に装着される。なお、前述のごとく、表示窓６に第１，第２，第３カード１３，１４，１５を個々に差し込む場合に限らず、第１，第２カード１３，１４または第１，第３カード１３，１５を２枚重ねて差し込み、他の１枚のカードを別に差し込んでも良く、第１〜第３カード１３〜１５を３枚重ねて一度に差し込んでも良い。

前述のごとく、表示窓６に第１，第２，第３カード１３，１４，１５を差し込んだ状態では、３枚のカードとも表示窓６のカード差し込み溝９に嵌合した状態で、カード保持部８により表示窓６から脱落しないように保持される。そして、表示窓６の救護区分表示部１１には、第２カード１４における救護区分の表示部分１４ｂまたは１４ｃが表示され、表示窓６のカード保持部８には第１カード１３における患者の氏名および第３カード１５における患者固有の看護情報が表示される。また、第２カード１４の差し込み方向を必要に応じて反対側に変えることにより、差し込み方向の端部側の所望の色を外部に表示させることができる。

また、前記病室の表示域１６には、例えばトイレット付き病室である等、病室の特徴をグラフィック１７で表示するようにしている。

前記プライバシー保護カバー用のガイド溝１８は、フレーム１の上下方向に長く形成されている。前記フレーム１の両側部に形成されたガイド溝１８，１８間には、プライバシー保護カバー１９を着脱自在に装着し得るようになっている。

前記カードストッパ２５の一方の構成部材である各爪２６は、フレーム１の裏面側から前記ガイド溝１８内に延びる取り付け片２６′に設けられている。そして、各爪２６は通常の状態では、プライバシー保護カバー１９に形成された後述のスライド溝２７ａ，２７ｂに係合可能な位置に配置されており、前記スライド溝２７ａ，２７ｂの上端部または下端部により押されたとき、取り付け片２６′のばね作用により当該スライド溝２７ａ，２７ｂから外れる方向に移動するようになっている。

前記プライバシー保護カバー１９は、ホルダーケース２０と、室番紙２２とを備えて構成されている。

前記ホルダーケース２０は、透明または半透明の硬質プラスチック製で、ほぼ矩形に形成されている。このホルダーケース２０の上辺には、室番紙差し込み口２１が形成されていて、この室番紙差し込み口２１を通じて、ホルダーケース２０内に室番紙２２を収納するようになっている。前記ホルダーケース２０の左右方向の両端部には、カバーストッパ２５の他方の構成部材であるスライド溝２７ａ，２７ｂが上下方向に多段に形成されている。

前記室番紙２２は、前記ホルダーケース２０の内部に収納可能な大きさの矩形に形成されている。また、この室番紙２２の表面には部屋番号２３や、病室名等をグラフィック２４で表示し、病院の視認性の向上や演出性を持たせるようにしている。

そして、前記プライバシー保護カバー１９は、ホルダーケース２０の上辺に形成された室番紙差し込み口２１から室番紙２２を差し込み、ホルダーケース２０の内部に室番紙２２を収納して組み立てられる。このように組み立てられたプライバシー保護カバー１９は、フレーム１の左右方向の両側部に形成されたガイド溝１８，１８に装着されかつ各ガイド溝１８内に設けられたカバーストッパ２５の爪２６と、ホルダーケース２０に形成された下部側のスライド溝２７ｂとの係合を介して、図２に示すように、外部からメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２を覆う位置に停止される。また、同プライバシー保護カバー１９は同爪２６とホルダーケース２０に形成された上部側のスライド溝２７ａとの係合を介して、図３に示すように、前述のメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２のほかに、この実施例では６個の個別情報の表示窓６の全部を、外部から見えないように覆う位置に停止可能に構成されている。

以上のように構成されたプライバシー保護機能付き個別廊下灯のこの実施例のものは、次のように使用され、作用する。

まず、個別情報の表示窓６を、必要によりプライバシー保護カバー１９で覆う通常の使用状態では、フレーム１におけるメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２に、メンテナンスカバー４を取り付ける。

また、フレーム１における個別情報の６個の表示窓６のうちの、患者が使用しているベッドに対応する表示窓６に対して、少なくともカード本体１４ａの両端部の救護区分の表示部分１４ｂ，１４ｃに救護区分によって異なる色を施した第２カード１４と、個別情報として患者の氏名等を表示した第１カード１３と、他のカードの表示事項の邪魔にならないように、透明または半透明板で形成されかつ例えば「絶食」等の患者固有の看護情報を表示した第３カード１５とを、表示窓６のカード差し込み口７からカードストッパ１０に向かって個々に、または複数枚重ねて差し込む。

前述のごとく、表示窓６に第１，第２，第３カード１３，１４，１５を差し込むと、第２カード１４のカード本体１４ａの一端部がカードストッパ１０に当接し、表示窓６の救護区分表示部１１に第２カード１４の救護区分の表示部分１４ｂまたは１４ｃが収納される。また、第１カード１３はその一端部が同カードストッパ１０に当接し、表示窓６のカード保持部８に保持される。さらに、第３カード１５も同カードストッパ１０に当接し、第１カード１３の表面側に配置された状態でカード保持部８に保持される。

その結果、患者が使用しているベッドに対応する表示窓６には、第２カード１４の救護区分の表示部分１４ｂまたは１４ｃを介して、例えば「担送」，「護送」の救護区分の色を表示することができ、第２カード１４を反対側にして、前述したところと同様に表示窓６に差し込むことにより、例えば「独歩」の救護区分を表示することができる。また、表示窓６のカード保持部８に納められた第１カード１３により、患者の個別情報としての氏名等を表示することができ、さらには第３カード１５により、例えば「絶食」等の患者固有の看護情報を表示することができる。そして、これらの情報をフレーム１の正面側から明瞭に確認できるように、簡便に表示することができる。

また、フレーム１における病室の表示域１６に、例えばトイレット付き病室であることをグラフィック１７で表示する。さらに、プライバシー保護カバー１９には、室番紙２２に部屋番号２３や病室名等のグラフィック２４を表示し、その室番紙２２をホルダーケース２０に収納しておく。

しかして、個別情報の表示域である６個の表示窓６に表示された個別情報を開示しても差し支えない場合は、図２に示すように、プライバシー保護カバー１９を上方にスライドさせ、カバーストッパ２５を構成している爪２６と下部側のスライド溝２７ｂの係合を介してプライバシー保護カバー１９をフレーム１の上部位置に停止させておき、患者の個別情報全体を開放する。

つぎに、前述の６個の表示窓６に表示された個別情報を外部から見えないようにする場合には、図２に示す状態に停止しているプライバシー保護カバー１９を下方へ軽く押すと、カバーストッパ２５の爪２６から下部側のスライド溝２７ｂが外れ、プライバシー保護カバー１９が自重で落下し、カバーストッパ２５の爪２６に上部側のスライド溝２７ａが係合し、この位置でプライバシー保護カバー１９が停止し、図３から分かるように、プライバシー保護カバー１９により前記６個の表示窓６全体を覆うことができ、したがって患者のプライバシーを保護することができる。

そして、医者や看護師等、病棟スタッフが患者の個別情報を確認するときは、プライバシー保護カバー１９の上部を摘んで引き上げれば、カバーストッパ２５の爪２６から上部側のスライド溝２７ａが外れ、プライバシー保護カバー１９を引き上げることができるので、患者の個別情報を簡単に確認することができる。

ところで、プライバシー保護カバー１９を必要としない場合には、メンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２に、図１に示すごとき部屋番号を表示した室番プレート５を取り付け、プライバシー保護カバー１９を取り外してフレーム１の表面全体を開放する。

また、この実施例ではフレーム１の下部に区画・形成された病室の表示域１６に、病室の特徴をグラフィック１７で表示し、プライバシー保護カバー１９に部屋名や病室名等をグラフィック２４で表示することにより、病院における視認性の向上や演出性を図ることができる。

さらに、この実施例では患者の個別情報を表示窓６に、第１，第２，第３カード１３，１４，１５の３枚のカードからなる個別情報カード１２により表示するようにしているので、個別廊下灯全体を構造が簡潔で、しかも薄型に形成することができる。

なお、本発明では患者の個別情報の表示窓６は、図示の６個に限らず、個室の場合は表示窓６を１個のみ形成すれば良く、要はベッド数とベッドの配置に対応させて表示窓６を形成すれば良い。

また、本発明では第３カード１５を省略し、個別情報カード１２を第１，第２カード１３，１４の２枚のカードで構成しても良い。

さらに、ホルダーケース２０側に、カバーストッパ２５を構成している爪２６に代わる突起を設け、フレーム１側にスライド溝２７ａ，２７ｂを設けても良く、プライバシー保護カバー１９をフリクションを利用して、フレーム１の上下方向の任意の位置に停止させ得るようにしても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば、表面に患者名が記載された廊下灯の前部に、上下方向にスライド可能であってストッパ手段により所定の位置に停止可能で、かつ患者名を覆うことを可能とした板状のプライバシー保護カバーを設けたため、必要に応じプライバシー保護カバーを操作することにより、患者名を表示・非表示することができ、非表示にして隠すことにより、プライバシーを容易に保護し得る効果がある。

すなわち、本発明では、フレーム１の表面側に、少なくともメンテナンスと設定および予備の部屋番号の表示域２と、個別情報の表示窓６とを上下方向に並設し、前記表示窓６に、個別情報カード１２を着脱自在に装着し、前記フレーム１の表面側の両側部にガイド溝１８を形成し、両ガイド溝１８，１８に、表面に部屋番号や病室名等をグラフィックで表示したプライバシー保護カバー１９を着脱自在に、かつ上下方向にスライド可能に装着し、前記両ガイド溝１８，１８とプライバシー保護カバー１９との間に、前記プライバシー保護カバー１９を上下方向の所要位置に停止させるカバーストッパ２５を設けており、患者の個別情報の表示窓６をプライバシー保護カバー１９で覆い、外部から見えないようにすることができるので、患者のプライバシーを保護し得る効果があり、プライバシー保護カバー１９を引き上げ、前記個別情報の表示窓６を開放することにより、病棟スタッフには患者の個別情報を簡単に確認できる効果があり、フレーム１の表面やプライバシー保護カバー１９に部屋番号や病室名、病室の特徴をグラフィックで表現することにより、病院の視認性向上や演出性を図り得る効果があり、フレーム１の表面に表示窓６を形成し、この表示窓６に患者の個別情報カード１２を着脱自在に装着し、個別情報を表示するようにしているので、構造が簡潔で、かつ薄型で、しかも安価に形成し得る効果もある。
