【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、食品包装などに用いられるロール状のラップフィルムなどを収納するロール状包装材料収納カートンに関するものであり、詳しくは、収納したラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料が飛び出して落下しないように改良したロール状包装材料収納カートンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
食品などを包むのに用いられるラップフィルムなどの包装材料は、通常、紙筒にロール状に巻かれた状態で紙製のカートン内に収納されている。そして、カートンからラップフィルムなどの包装材料を所望の長さに引き出した後、カートンに付いた金属等の鋸刃部材により切断して使用するような形態となっている。ところで、従来のこの種のカートンではカートン本体に対して蓋体を被せるだけであるため、蓋体が開いて中のラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料が飛び出して落下することがあった。そこで、このロール状包装材料の飛び出しを防止するため、カートン本体の側板に舌片を設けた形状などが多く知られている。（例えば、実公平７−１２２６７号公報参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記のカートン本体の側板に舌片などを設けた形状のロール状包装材料収納カートンは、外からの異物などが侵入する危険性があり衛生上の点で問題がある。この問題を解消するために、種々の形状が検討されており、例えば、前板に押え片などを連設し、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料の飛び出しを防止しようとする形状も種々提案されている。しかし、この形状でも押え片の位置が安定しないなど、ロール状包装材料の飛び出しを防ぐ効果が不確実であり、また、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料を引き出す時に、引き出しにくくなる危険性が生じるという問題があり、満足な形状のものとなっていないという状態である。

本発明は、上記のような問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料を収納するカートンであって、収納したロール状包装材料が飛び出して落下することを確実に防止し、かつ、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料の引き出しに支障がなく、簡単に形成することができる構造のロール状包装材料収納カートンを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のロール状包装材料収納カートンは、ラップフィルムなどが巻かれたロール状包装材料が収納されるカートン本体とその上方開口部の一側縁に起伏自在に連接された箱型の蓋体を有するロール状包装材料収納カートンにおいて、前記カートン本体の本体前板の上辺に押え板、該押え板より若干狭い幅の折り返し板、そして、糊代片を連設し、前記折り返し板を内側に折り返し、前記押え板と前記折り返し板を前記カートン本体の内側に折り曲げ、前記糊代片を前記本体前板の裏面に貼り合せることによって、前記本体前板の上端から内側方向に突き出したロール押え部を形成してなることを特徴とするものである。

つぎに、上記の構成からなる板紙製のブランク１Ａを組み立てて本発明のロール状包装材料収納カートン１を形成する工程を説明する。すなわち、ブランク１Ａの必要な箇所に糊付けしつつ折れ線に従って折り曲げて折り畳まれたロール状包装材料収納カートン１を作製し、その後、自動充填包装ラインでロール状包装材料収納カートン１の中にロール状に巻かれたラップフィルムＦのロール状包装材料Ｒを収納する。

まず、折り返し板１８を、図３−ａに示すように、折れ線ｇで内側に折り返す。つぎに、糊代片１９を折れ線ｈで外側に折り返し、重なり合った押え板１７と折り返し板１８と糊代片１９を折れ線ｆで内側に折り返し、図３−ｂに示すように、糊代片１９を本体前板１１の裏面に貼り合わせる。ついで、本体前板１１を折れ線ａで内側に折り曲げる。さらに、図３−ｃに示すように、蓋体蓋板２１を折れ線ｉで折り曲げて蓋体前板２２を本体前板１１の上に重ね、蓋体前板２２の切り取り部２２ａと本体前板１１に貼り合せて、図３−ｄに示すような折り畳まれたロール状包装材料収納カートン１作製する。このように折り畳まれた状態において、内容物のロール状包装材料Ｒを充填する前の保管、輸送などを行う。

つぎに、自動充填包装ラインでロール状包装材料収納カートン１に内容物のラップフィルムＦなどが巻かれたロール状包装材料Ｒを収納する。折り畳まれた状態のロール状包装材料収納カートン１を起こして、図４−ａに示すような四角柱形状とし、一方の側面の開口部からロール状包装材料Ｒを挿入する。ロール状包装材料Ｒを挿入した後、図４−ｂに示すように、本体折り込み片１４、１６を折り曲げ、そして、その上に本体側板１５を折り曲げて本体折り込み片１４、１６と側板１５を貼り合わせる。ついで、蓋体折り込み片２４を折り曲げ、その上に、蓋体側板２３を折り曲げて貼り合わせることによって、一方の側面が形成される。同様にして、もう一方の側面を形成して、図４−ｃに示すようなロール状包装材料収納カートン１が完成される。

この組み立て時において、図５に示すように、ロール押え部Ｐも同時に形成される。ロール状包装材料収納カートン１が折り畳まれた状態では、図５−ａに示すように、ロール押え部Ｐも折り畳まれた状態となっている。そして、内容物のロール状包装材料Ｒを充填する時、折り畳まれた状態のロール状包装材料収納カートン１を起こすことによって、ロール押え部Ｐも、図５−ｂに示すように、紙の反撥力で弾力的にロール状包装材料Ｒを押さえる位置まで起き上がる。この時、このロール押え部Ｐでは、押え板１７の幅が、折り返し板１８の幅より狭くしていることから、押え板１７は本体前板１１から９０度以上開くことはない。

実際に、本発明のロール状包装材料収納カートンを使用するには、図６に示すように、蓋体前板２２の切り取り部２２ａを本体前板１１から剥がしながら破断線Ｄに沿って切り取って除去した後、図１に示すように蓋体２０を開け、中のラップフィルムＦの端縁を摘んで所望の長さだけ引き出してからカッターＣで切断する。この時、ロール押え部Ｐが本体前板１１の上端から内側に突き出した形状であり、ロール状包装材料Ｒの飛び出しを防止することができる。

本発明のロール状包装材料収納カートンに収納するロール状包装材料Ｒは、主にラップフィルムＦであり、例えば、塩化ビニリデン系、塩化ビニール系、ポリエチレン系などの合成樹脂フィルムである。また、ラップフィルムＦ以外にも、アルミホイル、ワックスペーパー、その他家庭または店舗等でのロール状包装材料についても利用可能なものである。

さらに、上記の具体例ではロール状包装材料収納カートンについて説明したが、本発明はカートン本体と蓋体とが一体構成されるロール状包装材料収納カートン一般について適用可能であり、また、実施例で示したような直線状のカッターを備えたカートンのみならず、中央部がＶ字状に突出したいわゆるＶ字形状のカッターが取り付けられたカートンにも適用できることは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、上記の構成からなる本発明のロール状包装材料収納カートンでは、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料を収納するカートンであって、カートン本体の本体前板に連設した押え板、折り返し板、糊代片により形成された本体前板の上端から突き出した形状のロール押え部を設けることによって、収納したロール状包装材料が飛び出して落下することを防止し、かつ、ラップフィルムなどのロール状包装材料の引き出しに支障がなく、簡単に形成することができるという効果を奏するものである。すなわち、折り畳まれた状態から起こして内容物であるラップフィルムなどが巻かれたロール状包装材料を収納すると同時に、ロール押え部がカートン本体の内側方向に突き出した形状に形成され、そのロール押え部は、折り返し板の幅をロール押え板の幅より若干狭くしていることにより、本体前板から９０度以上開くことがなく、位置が安定しているため、確実にロール状包装材料が飛び出すことを防止することができるという効果がある。
