Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel used as a house interior material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, sandwich panels have been known in which a hollow core made of paper, aluminum, or plastic is sandwiched between a front plate and a back plate.
On the other hand, a melamine resin decorative board which is a thermosetting resin decorative board is obtained by laminating a melamine resin impregnated paper and a phenol resin impregnated paper and performing hot-press molding.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, defects on the surface of the melamine resin decorative board, for example, those containing foreign matter, scratches, dents, etc. have no commercial value and are not shipped as products and are incinerated as defective products or industrial waste. In fact, from the viewpoint of preserving the global environment and reducing the cost of treating industrial waste, it is necessary to recycle melamine resin decorative boards and reuse them for other purposes. Have been.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has the following features.
That is, the present invention is a sandwich panel in which a hollow core is sandwiched between a front plate and a back plate, and the hollow core is obtained by removing the surface layer of a melamine resin decorative plate having a defect on the surface. There has been no sandwich panel having a characteristic feature, in which a core obtained by removing the surface layer of a melamine resin decorative board having a defect on the surface as in the present invention is not used.
[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
In the present invention, as a material of the hollow core, a material obtained by removing a decorative layer of a melamine resin decorative plate having very few defects on its surface, for example, abrasion, dents, foreign matter, and the like, and having no commercial value (hereinafter referred to as a regenerated laminate). Board). If the decorative layer is not removed, the hollow core may be easily cracked during bending and may be bent. The thickness is desirably 0.4 to 1.2 mm in consideration of bending workability and strength. If the thickness is less than the lower limit, it is liable to break during handling, and if it exceeds the upper limit, bending workability is inferior.
In the present invention, from the viewpoint of effectively using a melamine resin decorative plate having a defect in the decorative layer, a decorative layer removed by a sanding device is used, but only a plurality of phenol resin-impregnated papers are laminated. Alternatively, a pure phenolic resin laminate formed by hot pressing may be used.
[0006]
Examples of the sanding device include a belt sander, a drum sander, and a disk sander. Among them, a belt sander in which an endless polishing cloth is hung on a driving wheel and a driven wheel is preferable because of its versatility for use in a wide area, and the particle size of the polishing cloth (# ) Is preferably from 80 to 240, and the abrasive is preferably fused alumina, silicon carbide or the like. If the particle size (#) of the polishing cloth is less than the lower limit, the sanding surface becomes coarse and the polishing cloth is likely to be clogged. If the particle size (#) exceeds the upper limit, the eyes are too fine and the sanding treatment or the decorative layer of the melamine resin decorative board is removed. It is difficult to secure a sufficient bonding area.
[0007]
Examples of the hollow core include a corrugated core, a lattice-shaped core, and the like. The corrugated core is obtained by cutting the recycled laminate into an elongated shape and forming a desired shape, for example, a metal circle on the front and back so as to have a corrugated shape. A plurality of rods are obtained by applying pressure while heating with an infrared heater while applying a rod, and a plurality of cores may be prepared and bonded to an elongated recycled laminate. As the adhesive, a vinyl acetate-based adhesive, a rubber-based adhesive, a urethane-based adhesive, or the like may be used.
Further, when mass-producing corrugated cores, it is convenient for production if the recycled laminate is first processed into a desired shape, and then a plurality of laminated laminates are cut at one time into an elongated shape.
[0008]
In the case of a lattice-shaped core, after the recycled laminate is cut into an elongated shape, cuts are made regularly and vertically in the longitudinal direction of the elongated product, and it may be incorporated in a lattice shape, and if necessary, an adhesive may be used. Good.
[0009]
The front plate and the back material sandwiching the hollow core obtained by the recycled laminate are, for example, a melamine resin decorative plate, a thermosetting resin decorative plate such as a diallyl phthalate resin decorative plate, an unsaturated polyester resin decorative plywood, a veneer plywood, and the like. A metal plate such as a decorative plywood, an aluminum plate, a stainless steel plate, or an acrylic plate can be used.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
Preparation of Recycled Laminate Corrugated Core A 3 layer wide, 6 length long, 1.16 mm thick, surface layer of a melamine resin decorative board with scratches on its surface was removed with a belt sander having a polishing cloth particle size (#) of 180. Was used.
Next, this was bent by applying pressure while heating to 186 ° C. with an infrared heater using a bending jig so as to be 20R, 30 pitches, and a height of 40 mm, and cut into an elongated shape (width 20 mm). A member was obtained.
Next, 86 unbend strip-shaped straight members and 85 corrugated members were alternately laminated and bonded using a vinyl acetate resin-based adhesive, and partitioned into a large number of cells in the thickness direction. The obtained recycled laminate corrugated core was obtained.
Next, a melamine resin decorative board having a thickness of 1.16 mm was bonded to the front and back of the recycled laminate corrugated core using a vinyl acetate resin-based adhesive to obtain a sandwich panel of Example 1.
[0011]
Example 2
Preparation of Regenerated Laminated Lattice Core Using the same regenerated laminated plate as in Example 1, it was cut into an elongated shape (width 20 mm), cut in the vertical direction (FIG. 2 (a)), and assembled into a lattice to reproduce. A lattice-shaped core made of a laminated plate was obtained. (FIG. 2 (b)).
Next, a melamine resin decorative board was bonded in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain a sandwich panel of Example 2. (FIG. 2 (c)).
[0012]
In the present invention, a corrugated core or a lattice-shaped core is formed, but the shape is not particularly limited.
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION By this invention, the melamine resin decorative board which has a defect on the surface can be utilized effectively, and the disposal cost of industrial waste can be reduced.
[0014]
Further, as compared with the paper core, the core is made of plastic, so that it has excellent water resistance and high compressive strength.
