【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、装飾具用線状体、特に、ネックレス、ブレスレットなどの連珠装身具を宝石ケースや、ハンドバッグに出し入れしても、不要なクセがつかずに形くづれせず、いつでも本来の形状のネックレスなどに復元して使用できる装飾具用線状体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
人には、人相があるように、多数の真珠、トルコ石、ヒスイ、さんご、数珠、あるいは、ガラス玉、シリコン、セラミックなどの半貴石をそれらに設けられている貫通孔に芯糸を挿通してなるネックレス、ブレスレット、携帯ストラップなどの連珠装身具には、連相というものがある。

従来の連珠装身具には、図1に示すように多数の珠1に設けられている貫通孔2に芯糸3を隙間(遊び)を有しながら被覆するようにして構成されたものが多用されている。
このような従来の連珠装身具では、図1に示すように各珠1の貫通孔2の内径と芯糸4との間に遊びが生ずるために、連珠を構成している珠1が一連につながらず、上記の遊びに応じて、各珠1が乱雑につながれるようになる。
そのため、連珠装飾品の見映えを悪くし、商品価値が乏しいという問題点があり、また、皮やナイロン系のビニール糸からなる芯糸を使用する場合には、その芯糸を使ってつくられた線状体によりつくられているネックレス、ブレスレットなどを宝石ケースや、ハンドバッグなどに出し入れする場合などにおいて、それらをくしゃくしゃに曲げると、クセがついて形くづれが生じ、本来の形状に復帰しないという問題点があった。
本発明は、上記従来の連珠装身具における問題点を解消しうる装身具用線状体を提供することを目的とするものである。

従来連珠を構成する各珠に設けられている貫通孔に芯糸を挿通する構成を有する装身具用線状体に関する技術として、実用新案出願公開昭和64年第7815号公報に掲載されている考案・特許公開平11−103914号公開特許公報に掲載されている発明・特許公開2000−80546号公開特許公報に掲載されている発明・特許公開2000−106923号公開特許公報に掲載されている発明・特許公開2001−275724号公開特許公報に掲載されている発明・特許公開2001−286313号公開特許公報に掲載されている発明がある。
これらの技術では、線状体に1本の線状体を使用することが開示されているだけであり、本発明に係る線状体のように、芯糸に外皮が隙間(遊び)を有するように被覆してなる複合線状体についての技術は、まだ見当たらない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
(1) 芯糸に挿通させた金属コイルを外皮とするロープであって、
芯糸は、最適な引っ張り強度を保持し、
金属コイルは、最適な太さを保持するように構成することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(2) (1)項に記載の装身具用複合線状体において、
各種形状を有する珠に設けられている貫通孔にスライド自在に挿通する径を有する外皮を芯糸に、
隙間(遊び)を有しながら被覆するように構成することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(3) (1)項、(2)項のいずれか1つの項に記載の装身具用複合線状体において、芯糸が、直線・曲線・螺線・6角形・8角形・星形・花形などの形状を記憶した超弾性効果をもった変態温度範囲が約−20℃〜70℃の単線又は撚線状態で、直径0.1mm以上0.8mm以下のものであることを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(4) (1)項,(2)項,(3)項のいずれか1項に記載の装身具用複合線状体において、
芯糸に(1)項、(2)項、(3)項のいずれか1つの項に記載の外皮を隙間(遊び)を有しながら被覆することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(5) 金属製の短い多数のパイプであって、各種形状を有する珠に設けられている貫通孔にスライド自在に挿通する径を有するパイプを隙間(遊び)を有するように被覆するように構成することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(6) (1)項,(2)項,(3)項,(4)項,(5)項のいずれか1つの項に記載の装身具用複合線状体において、
外皮を、外皮と内皮を芯糸に隙間(遊び)を有しながら多重に被覆するように構成することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(7) (1)項,(2)項のいずれか1つの項に記載の装身具用複合線状体において、
各種形状を有する珠に設けられている貫通孔にスライド自在に挿通する径を有するパイプを隙間(遊び)を有するように被覆するように構成することを特徴とする装身具用複合線状体。
(8) (1)項,(2)項のいずれか1つの項に記載の芯糸に、

図2において4は芯糸で、これは、0.3mm前後の絹糸、ナイロン糸、テグス、ステンレスワイヤーを使用する。5は芯糸4に被覆する外皮で、芯糸4に隙間(遊び)を有するように被覆するものであり、これには、直径(0.65mm前後)のステンレス、ニッケルチタン合金、ニッケルチタンコバルト合金、K18又はK14、超弾性型直線記憶合金ワイヤーを使用する。7は芯糸4に外皮を被覆してなる装身具用複合線状体、8は装身具用複合線状体7にスライド自在に挿通した珠で、これらは、真珠の場合、0.7mm前後の貫通孔9を設け、半貴石の場合、1.0mm前後の貫通孔9を設けるというように珠の材質に応じて適宜の径を有する貫通孔を設ける。なお、芯糸4には、直線・曲線・螺線・6角形・8角形・星形・花形などの形状を記憶した超弾性効果をもった変態温度範囲が約−20℃〜70℃の単線又は撚線状態で、直径0.1mm以上0.8mm以下の芯糸を使用することもある。この芯糸では、その変態温度が約−20℃よりも低くなると、形状についての記憶がはずれ、同温度が70℃以上に加熱すると、ひずみが消えて元の状態に戻る。また、芯糸の直径が0.1mmより細いと、芯糸としての強度が出なくなり、0.8mmを超えると、線状態のしなやかさが失われることになる。

図3において10は芯糸で、これには、芯糸4と同様の芯糸を使用する。11Aは芯糸10に被覆する金属コイルからなる太径(3.0mm)の外皮で、芯糸10との間に芯糸4と外皮5の内径との間の隙間(遊び)よりもかなり大きな隙間(遊び)を有するように芯糸10を被覆している。

【実施例】
本発明に係る装身具用複合線状体に使用される芯糸には、直径0.8mm前後の絹糸・ナイロン糸その他の化学繊維の糸・テグス・ステンレスワイヤー・皮紐・超弾性形状記憶ワイヤー・ゴム紐・などの伸縮性が極めて小さいか又は一定範囲で伸びるけれども、外皮の金属コイルの伸縮復帰範囲を超えない材質が使用された芯糸を使用する。また、芯糸の性能としては、連通糸として使用に耐える引っ張り強度をもつ糸、金属を取り付けやすい糸、そのためには、容易に巻き付ける、縛る、締め付けるなどで止め金具を取り付けることのできる糸が望ましい。
外皮を構成する金属コイル線には、直径0.3mm前後のステンレス線であって、虹色(レインボーカラー)、黒色に発色する酸化発色をほどこしてある絹糸・ナイロン糸・テグス・ステンレスワイヤー・超弾性形状記憶合金線・金線・銀線とそれらの合金線を使用する。
金属コイルの性能としては、線材を螺旋状に巻いて安易に太く軽いコイルをつくる。一定の硬さを持ち、変形しにくい線、バネ性をもち復元力と耐久性があることが望ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、叙上のように構成したから、次のような効果を奏する。
(1) 請求項1に記載の装身具用線状体は、芯糸が各珠に設けられている貫通孔にスライド自在に挿通されているので、芯糸と珠の貫通孔の内径との間に隙間(遊び)を生じるようなことはなく、多数の珠を一連につなぐことができ、ネックレス、ブレスレットなどの連珠装身具の連相が見映えするようになり、商品の付加価値を高めることがができる。
(2) 請求項2に記載の装身具用複合線状体では、外皮が芯糸に被覆されているので、金属コイルからなる外皮が伸びるようなことはなく、ネックレス、ブレスレットなどの連珠装身具などを、それらの使用時における自然な環状体の形状に保持できる。また、芯糸の端部にクラスプなどの止め金具を固定することができるので、止め金具の線状体に対する取り付け作業を容易に行うことができる。また、線状体が、芯糸に弾性を有する金属コイルからなる外皮を被覆しているので、その線状体を使用してつくられたネックレス、ブレスレットなどを宝石ケースや、ハンドバッグに出し入れする場合などにおいて、それらをくしゃくしゃに曲げても、クセがつくようなことはなく形くづれせず、すぐに元の形状に復帰させることができる。
(3) 請求項3に記載の装身具用複合線状態では、縛ったり、結んだり、巻き付けたりして、芯糸を金具に取り付けやすくすることができる。
(4) 請求項4に記載の装身具用複合線状体では、線状体についてデザインの展開をはかることができるので、線状体の装飾性に豊富な変化をもたらすことできる。
(5) 請求項5に記載の装身具用複合線状体では、芯糸の端部にクラスプなどの止め金具を固定できるので、止め金具の線状体に対する取り付け作業を容易に行うことができる。
(6) 請求項6に記載の装身具用複合線状体では、芯糸が初めの形状を記憶しているので、宝石ケースや、ハンドバッグなどに出し入れしても、不要なクセがつくようなこうはなく形くづれせず、いつでも本来の形状のネックレス、ブレスレットなどの連珠装身具を提供することができる。
(7) 請求項7に記載の装身具用複合線状体では、芯糸そのものにつぶしカンによる装飾性があり、装飾性に富んだネックレス、ブレスレットなどの連珠装身具を提供することができる。
