【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、従来の店舗サービスの内容に新たな概念を与えるものであり、一般家庭にはない水槽を利用した遊びおよび店舗サービスを提供し、飲食店の顧客を確保できるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービス提供方法を供するものである。

【従来の技術と発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般店舗においてカラオケ等の様な、どこにでもあるサービスの提供を行っても、店舗に固有の個性を出すことは難しいため、新たなサービスの提供方式が求められた。
従来の店舗における水槽の応用は、水泳をさせる、水浴をさせる、水槽で水生生物を育成し観賞させる、生物を商品として展示する、水槽内の魚等の調理を行い提供する、生きている魚を釣らせる、釣った魚を商品として提供する、船を使って料理を運ぶ等の店舗サービスを行っていたが、これらの店舗サービスは一般的なため、店舗の新たな個性となるものではなく新たな応用が求められている。
模型自動車用のコースを作り出してその環境の提供を行い、模型自動車を自由に走らせる環境を提供する店舗サービスがあるが、模型自動車の移動速度が速く特別な操作技術が要求されるために、提供環境が一般的ではなく、一般的な環境の提供が求められた。
本発明は、これらの要求を解決し、従来利用されていた水槽以外のものとして、新たな水量が調節可能な水槽および水槽空間を応用した環境を作り出し、その環境を応用した店舗サービスの提供により、店舗の個性を作り出して顧客の確保を行い新たな付加価値および産業効果を得るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、次に記載された手段を用いて課題を解決し、新たな付加価値および産業効果の確保を可能にした。すなわち、
店舗において、短時間で水量を調節可能な水槽を用い、水浴び、水鉄砲による標的射撃、模型船によるボートレース、模型船を利用した宝探し、模型船を利用したサッカー、模型魚による魚釣から選ばれる模型・玩具を利用するゲーム、遊びまたは競技を、お客参加型の店舗のサービスとして提供することを特徴とする店舗における水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービス提供方法を提案するものである。
本発明において、短時間で水量を調節可能な水槽とは、排水、給水を１時間以内、好ましくは３〜１０分程度で行える水槽であり、お客の要望するゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技に合わせて、水量を調節しうる機能を有する。この機能は、人手により行ってもよいが、ゲームの種類に応じてコンピュータで対応することができる。
本発明は第二に、店舗におけるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、提供する店舗サービスに必要とされる水槽の深さに、コンピュータ制御により、水量を調節するものである。
本発明は第三に、店舗における水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、水着・水鉄砲・船・魚等を用いた店舗サービスに関連する更衣室・ロッカー・シャワールーム等の設備のひとつ以上を提供して店舗サービスとして提供できる。
本発明は第四に、店舗におけるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、提供する店舗サービスに必要な目標物・障害物・構造物・水遊び時の水の変化等を、水流を用いて提供することができる。
本発明は第五に、店舗におけるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、水槽にある水を循環させて水槽の水の消毒・濾過等を行い、常に水槽の水を清潔に保つことを特徴とするものである。
本発明は第六に、店舗におけるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、水槽に桟橋等の固形物をおき、その固形物の上を水槽以外の環境としてサービスの提供環境とすることができる。
本発明は第七に、水着、水鉄砲、模型船用のラジオコントローラ、釣竿、標的等水に関連するお客参加型の店舗サービスに必要な機材のいずれかひとつ以上の貸出しを行うことができる。
本発明は第八に、お客参加型の店舗サービスに参加して水着に早く着替える、水鉄砲の標的射撃で特定の成績を出す、模型船によるボートレースで特定の成績を出す、模型船を利用して宝を集める、模型船によるサッカーゲームで特定の成績を出す、模型魚を特定量以上釣り上げる等の店舗が定めた成績を収めた参加者に対して、表彰、指名掲示、競技時間の掲示、競技順位の掲示、景品・料理の提供、商品サービス券の提供、サービス提供補助券の提供、料金の割引等の付加価値のあるサービスの内のいずれかひとつまたはいくつかを組合せて店舗サービスとして提供することもできる。
本発明は第九に、水着に着替える順位、水鉄砲を利用した標的射撃の順位、模型船によるボートレースの順位、模型船を利用した宝探しの順位、模型船を利用したサッカーゲームの順位、模型魚釣りの順位等のお客参加型の店舗サービスの結果を利用客に予想させ、予想結果が的中していた利用客に対して指名掲示、景品提供、商品サービス券の提供、サービス提供補助券の提供、料金の割引等の付加価値のあるサービスの内のいずれかひとつまたはいくつかを組合せて店舗サービスとして提供することもできる。
本発明は第十に、店舗におけるお客参加型の水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、提供する店舗サービスに参加者が失敗したときのペナルティを、水を用いて実行することもできる。
さらに、本発明は第十一に、店舗における水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスにおいて、水槽の水を除き、水を利用しない環境として利用したお客参加型の店舗サービスの提供をすることもできる。
さらにまた、本発明は第十二に水槽が見える場所に、窓つきの個室を設けることもできる。個室は落ち着きがあり、水槽ゲーム、水槽遊び、水槽競技サービスを優雅な気分で見物する上で好ましい。また、個室において、占いやトランプなどのゲームをプライベートに楽しむこともできる。
また、本発明は第十三に、個室空間を外から遮断して、個室をプライベート空間にすることができる。すなわち、個室の出入り口、窓をカーテン、ブラインド、蚊帳、暖簾等を取り付けて、外から見えなくしたり、出入り口や窓に鍵をかけて、外から一時的に遮断することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明者が、既存のサービス環境でない店舗サービスを行い、店舗固有の個性を出して、斬新性・話題性のある新たなお客参加型の店舗サービスの提供を行うことに付いて検討を重ねたところ、次の成果を得た。
＊ 本発明者は、大人が興味を持つ行為の詳細検討を行ったところ、次の様なものが有効であることが確認された。
‐ 女性および男性が参加して、一緒に楽しめる行為
＊ パチンコ・マージャン・囲碁・将棋・トランプ等を初めとする競技参加行為。
‐ 野球・サッカー・ボクシング・競馬・競輪・競艇を始めとする、スポーツ競技観戦行為。
‐ 競馬・競輪・競艇を初めとする公営ギャンブル・ＴＯＴＯくじ等の結果予想行為。
‐ 狩猟・魚釣り・金魚すくい等の獲物獲得行為
しかし、大人が興味を持ち、特殊な操作技術が要求されず、誰でも参加できる店舗サービスを新たに提供する必要があるが、そのためには、次の条件を満たすことが必要なことがわかった。
＊ 自分で競技に参加する、勝ち順を予想する、参加において何らかの利益がある等の方法において参加意識・参加意欲を盛り上げなければ、提供する店舗サービスに興味を引き難い。
例えば、既存環境として提供されている模型自動車によりレーシング競技を検討したところ、模型自動車の移動速度はスケール速度で時速３００〜４００Ｋｍ以上もあり、一般人には操作しきれないため、一般的な環境には成り得ないものであり、その環境にはマニアックな人しか行かない。
店舗サービスでは、この様なマニアック性をなくして、一般人に向けたサービス環境とする必要がある。

擬似的な環境を作ることを検討した結果では、ボート競技（競艇）環境には水の抵抗・制限があるため、操作対象物の移動速度に制限があり、高速移動に起因しているマニアック性を少なくするとともに、サービス環境の維持・管理も容易に行えることが分かった。
魚釣りの様に実際の生き物を殺傷する行為は、特に若年の女性層では精神的な面で抵抗があり嫌がる傾向があり、釣堀に訪れるのは男性が大半をしめており、一般的にはハイキング等に行き、その環境の中での釣りを楽しむ程度の店舗サービスしか行われておらず、ビルの中の店舗サービスとして適切でないものである。
おもちゃ等により擬似的な環境を作れば、実際に生き物を殺傷することがないため抵抗感がなく、遊びとして捉えられ気軽に参加し得ることがわかった。
また、管理に手間の架かる生物を利用した店舗サービスでは、その環境を維持するために手間と経費が架かるため、一般的店舗のサービス環境としては不適切であることがわかった。

地上環境を対象にした競馬等の競技は、既にゲームセンタ等において店舗サービスが行われており、斬新性が少ないことが確認されるとともに、テレビゲーム・映画鑑賞の様な映像情報と音声情報により構成された擬似環境の提供だけでは、店舗サービスとして提供されても満足し難く適切ではなく、可能な限り参加できる行為において店舗サービスを行う必要があることがわかった。
競艇・競輪・競馬等の行為は、参加者は試合の結果・対戦相手の応答手段等を推測して実行手段を決めるものであり、また、勝負の結果を予想し得るものであるために公営ギャンブルが開催されているが、私的なギャンブル行為は法律に抵触するため、一般的な行為として提供することはできず、店舗サービスとしては金銭以外のサービス内容を選択して行うものでなければならない。

囲碁・将棋・マージャン等の様な段位・級位の認定があるものは、技術に特殊性があり競技の結果に偶然性を含む可能性が低いため、一般的な店舗サービスとしては適さないものである。
囲碁・将棋・マージャン等の様に１回戦の結果が出るまでに時間がかかり過ぎるものは、その行為を行うための店舗サービスは提供できても、一般的な店舗サービスには適さないものである。
また、くじ引き等の様な短時間で結果がわかるものは、偶然性が多くありながらも短時間で結果が出てしまうため、利用客がその行為に興味を持つ時間が少なく、その店舗サービスに関与して店舗に留まる時間が少なく、一般的な店舗サービスには適さないものである。
少なくとも、ビンゴ程度のサービス時間の提供を行うか、テーマに対するビデオ放映等によるサービス時間の確保を行わないと、一般的な店舗サービスになり難いことがわかった。

陸上の行為より、水に関わる行為の方が日常性から離れるため、面白さ、および、話題性を提供する可能性が高く、従来の水槽応用サービス以外の、店舗の個性となり得る店舗サービス環境を検討することの有効性が確認された。
従来の店舗サービスにおける、水槽の応用を調査したところ次の様なものがあり、これらの行為には斬新性がないため、これだけで店舗サービスを行っても意味がなく、より新しい店舗サービスが求められた。
− 人が泳ぐ環境としてプールを設置して、水泳をさせる。
− 人が体を洗う環境として浴槽を設置して、水浴および温水浴をさせる。
− ガラス面を含む環境において生物の育成を行い、育成している生物を観賞 させる。
− ガラス面を含む環境において商品を展示し、展示された商品を販売する。
− ガラス面を含む環境において店舗装飾を行い、店舗イメージを表現して集客を図る。
− 生きた魚を釣る・すくう等の行為を利用客に行わせ、または、店舗従業員が行い、獲得した魚の全て、または、獲得した魚の一部を提供する。
− 店で提供する料理を、模型船を用いて利用客のところまで運ぶ。

これから行おうとする短時間で水量を調節可能な水槽を用い、水槽を店舗に設置して店舗サービス環境として利用する行為は、その様な店舗サービスが行われた歴史がなく、実際の効果の評価がし難いものであるとともに、水環境として提供する空間が大きくなるため、店舗内の水環境の有効利用ができる様にしておき、既存のサービス環境を含めて、様々な店舗サービスが提供できる様に、店舗サービス提供環境の有効活用方法を考えておく必要があるものであった。
また、夏と冬では水に関わる利用客の興味の持ち方が異なるため、店舗環境はそれに対応するものでなければならない。

【実施例】
以下具体的な水槽ゲームサービス提供方法についてを詳述する。
これらの成果を踏まえて詳細な検討を重ねたところ、水槽を用いて店舗サービスとして大人が興味を持てる環境を作り出し、新しい店舗サービス環境として提供することにより、新たな店舗サービスが行える可能性が確認された。
店舗内に広い表面々積（例えば、５．０ｍ×２．５ｍ以上の広さ。）を持つ水槽を用意して、その水槽を応用した新しい店舗サービスを提供するものとして、具体的な検討を進めた結果として次の成果を得た。
尚、利用客の満足度から言えば、店舗サービスとして利用される水槽は広いほど良い可能性があるが、提供される店舗サービスに適合する広さが確保されれば良いものであり、水槽の広さに拘るものではないことは言うまでもない。
【００１１】
一般的な水槽提供環境（例えば、プール・温泉・鯉／鮒等の釣堀環境。）を、店舗サービス提供環境に違和感のない水深で行うものとした場合、水槽の水深は少なくとも７５ｃｍ程度は必要になり、床面から単純にこの環境を維持しようとすると、床加重は１平方メートルあたり７５０ｋｇ程度の重量となり、例とした５．０ｍ×２．５ｍの広さの水槽に７５ｃｍの水深を維持した場合、水重量だけでも９，３７５ｋｇになるため、一般的な建造物では床強度が不足してしまうため、水槽を設置することができないことが判明した。
そこで、提供する店舗サービスの選択を行い、それぞれの店舗サービスに必要な水槽環境・水深等を検討したところ、次の結果を得ることができた。
− 水浴びであれば、１５〜２０ｃｍ程度の水深でも、店舗サービスとしての提供ができ、店舗サービス提供環境は利用客が水槽に入るため、水面位置は床面高さに近い方が良い。
水環境は、水着になって水を掛け合う、水鉄砲で撃合う、浮輪で浮く等の環境として提供する。
− 模型のボートを使ったボートレース等であれば、５ｃｍ程度の水深でも店舗サービスを提供ができ、店舗サービスの提供環境・水面は床面高さに近い方が、レース全体の展開が操船をしている利用者および観戦者に見えるため良い。
なお、浮流物を集めて確保するゲーム、浮遊しているボールをゴールに入れて得点を競うゲーム等でも同じ環境で良く、沈殿物が薄いものであれば、沈殿物を集めて確保するゲームも行うことができる。
− 模型の魚釣等であれば、１５〜２０ｃｍ程度の水深でも店舗サービスの提供ができ、店舗サービス提供環境は床面高さでも良い。
この検討の結果、提供するサービス環境にあわせて水深を抑えることにより、床加重は１平方メートルあたり５０ｋｇから２００ｋｇ程度の重量に抑えることができ、例に示した５．０ｍ×２．５ｍ広さの水槽の場合でも、全体の水重量は２，５００ｋｇ以下に抑えることができ、一般的な建造物でも床を補強しないで、店舗サービスとして利用するための水槽を設置することができる様になり、本方式の応用範囲が広まった。

＊ 水深を必要最小限に留めた場合、水槽にある水量を常に管理して水槽の水深を維持しないと、店舗サービスの提供ができないことが発生する。
店舗サービスに用いる水槽は、水の流出等により水槽の水量が少なくなるため、水槽の水深を維持する構造を確保することが必要であったため、次の例に示す様な、水深を維持する構造を水槽に組込んだ。
− 水面に給水口を設置して、水面が喫水線を越えたら排水される様にしておき、適当量の水を常に補充して水深を維持する。
水深を浅く調整する場合には、その水深位置にも排水溝を用意しておき、その排水溝で排水を行うことができる。
この方法は、水槽の水を循環させておく場合には、単純かつ有効な手段であった。
− 水面の高さと連動して水バルブの開閉を行い、水面の高さを一定に確保することで、水深を維持する。
この方法は、小さな水槽で水面を維持する場合に適した方法であり、水面に波が発生する場合には、水面の高さと自動連動して水バルブの開閉を行うと、水面高さが安定し難い傾向がある。
本発明で用いる水槽の水面には、何らかの原因で波が発生するため、過剰な給水により水槽から水が溢れださない様に、水面上に余裕を持たせる、排水溝等を用意する等の対応が必要である。

＊ 水槽を用いて店舗サービスを行い、特に船等による競争行為の場合は、水槽に意図的に水流・波等を作り出すことにより、参加者に予想し難い環境を作り出し、参加行為に対して、更に、面白さを増すことができることがわかった。
この様な行為は、次の様な条件例で与えることが望ましく、参加者の一部に有利または不利になる条件で実施した場合は、店舗サービスの面白さが半減するものである。
− 定常的に発生させておき、競技参加者がその水流を常に確認できる様にする。
− 一定のパターン・規則性により発生させ、競技参加者がその水流の発生を予想することができる様にする。
また、水流・波等の与え方は、次の例に示す様なものが有効であり、単独での使用も可能であるが、複数のものを組合せることにより変化が複雑になり、店舗サービスをより面白くすることができる。
− 船等の進行方向に対して逆方向になり、船等の進行を妨げるもの。
− 船等の進行方向に対して順方向になり、船等の進行を促進するもの。
− 船等の進行方向に対して横方向になり、船等の進路設定を妨げるもの。
− 水面から自然に湧き出す水流。
− 水面に渦状に湧き出す水流。
− 水面から飛出し、アーチ状になる水流。
− 水底に吸込まれ、渦になる水流。
− 水面から湧き出す水流。
− 水底に吸込まれる水流と水面から湧き出す水流を近距離（例えば、５０ｃｍ程度の距離。）で発生させて、部分的な流れとなる水流。
− 水底に吸込まれる水流と水底に吸込まれる水流を近距離（例えば、５０ｃｍ程度の距離。）で複数発生させて、複雑な水の流れとなる水流。
− 断続的に与えられる水の移動で発生し、店舗内に風の発生を必要としない波。
− 水流と固形物または水流同士のぶつかりで発生する波。
さらに、水槽に発生させる水流の効果をより大きくするために、水浴び・魚釣り等の店舗サービスを行うため１５ｃｍ〜２０ｃｍ程度にしていた水槽の水深を、例えば５ｃｍ〜１０ｃｍになる様に水抜きを行い、店舗サービスを行うことができる。
これらの水流は、ボートレース以外のときにも与えることにより、利用客・観戦客に様々な変化を与えることができるため、参加意欲の盛り上げに繋がっていることも確認された。
【００１４】
＊ 水槽に利用客を入れて遊ばせる場合、水槽に凹凸等があると、それに起因して怪我をする可能性があるため、水槽内は可能な限り平坦としておくことが求められる。
水の給排水を行うため、または、水流を作るために水槽の底・側面に水の給排水口を設けた場合、そのままでは穴が開いており利用客が怪我をする、または、異物が詰まる可能性があるため、給排水口を網または網に準ずるもので覆う必要がある。
網または網に準ずるものは、水流により移動してはならず、水槽に固定されていなければならない。
網または網に準ずるものは、水槽内に利用者の入場を認める環境においては、万が一にも利用者に傷を付けてはならず、網の目の大きさは、小指の先等の人体における細い部分を押し込もうとしても入らない寸法（例えば、５ｍｍ以下のメッシュ構造とする。）でなければならず、さらに、網の端部は円滑になっているか、水槽内にとび出さない構造でなければならない。
もし、網または網に準ずるものの強度が維持できない場合は、さらに内側に強度を維持するためのメッシュ構造体をおいて、強度を確保されなければならない。
水槽底面の滑り止めを兼ねて、水槽内の全てを網または網に準ずるもので覆うことも、水槽を店舗サービスとして利用して、利用者が水槽に入り得る環境を提供する場合には有効である。
【００１５】
＊ 水槽を用いた店舗サービスを行った場合、水槽内に物を落とす可能性があり、水槽に浮遊しているもの、または、沈んだものを回収する必要があるため、次の例に示すものを設置した。
− 水槽の水とともに沈殿物を回収できる機材を確保した。
水槽に料理を落とされた場合には、速やかに電気掃除機のようなもので撤去して、清潔な環境を維持することが必要である。
業務用の掃除機であれば、水を吸っても破損しないものも有るが、水ごとだと吸取れる量が少ないため、ホースを用いてホース先端から水と異物を吸取らせ、油分を含む異物はフィルタで分離回収し、水は水槽に戻すものを用意しても良い。
− いつでも、水槽の水をなくすことができる様にしておく。
水槽の水を抜き沈殿物の回収を行う、または、水槽清掃等を行う場合には便利な構造である。
なお、水槽清掃を行った場合は、水槽内の水の汚濁があるため、水槽内の水はそのまま排水してしまい、水の濾過槽の汚濁を抑えることが有効である。

＊ 水槽に水を留めておくと、水の腐敗・ボウフラ等が発生する可能性があるとともに、物を落としたりすることにより汚濁する可能性があり、それらに対する対策が必要であったため、次の例に示すことを行った。
− 閉店後・定休日等の実行日時を定めておき、水槽の全ての水を排水して水槽を清掃するとともに、新しい水に交換する。
水槽にある水は常に循環させておき、消毒・濾過を行い清潔にしておく。
常に水の交換を行い、水槽にある水の水質を維持すればよいが、広い水槽では水量が多くなり、水道水を用いたのではコストが掛かりすぎるため、現実的な方法ではなかった。
そこで、水面およびないし水底から水を取って常時循環させておき、水面にある油分・浮遊物の回収と、底面にある異物の回収を行い、濾過器を用いて常に水の濾過を行うとともに、紫外線・消毒薬等を用いて水の消毒・脱臭を行うことで、新しい水の消費量を抑えることができた。
− 塩素等の薬剤を水槽に投入する場合は、閉店時に適切量の投入を行っても、開店時に異臭が残らないものを選択した上、店舗内の換気にも配慮するものとした。
特に、異臭が開店時に残る場合は、飲食等の店舗サービスは行い難く、この様な問題が発生しない方法を採用することが重要であった。
【００１７】
前記した結果で店舗サービスを行うための水面を確保することができたが、水面があるだけでは店舗サービスにならず、店舗サービスを面白く提供する方法の検討を行った結果、店舗サービスとして行う行為として、次の例に示す様なものを得た。
尚、これらの店舗サービスは無料または有料で行っても良い。
＊ 利用客に必要な設備・機材・備品等の貸与を行う。
利用客が日常の状態で来店しても、いつでも、店舗サービスを受けることができる環境を維持するためには、利用客に必要な設備・機材・備品等の貸与を行う必要があり、店舗サービスに関連するものを店舗内に準備した。
水着に着替えて水に浸かるのであれば、更衣室・ロッカー・シャワー室・石鹸・シャンプー・バスタオル・ヘアードライヤ等の設備が必要であり、貸与するものとした。
水遊びをするのであれば、水着・浮輪・水鉄砲・標的等の提供が必要であり貸与するものとした。
船を利用するのであれば、船のコントローラ等を貸与して、そのコントローラに対応する船の操作を可能とするものとした。
魚釣りをするのであれば、釣竿と魚籠を利用客に貸与しておき、魚は従業員が水槽に放流し、釣った魚とともに回収するものとした。
特に競技に関わる設備・備品は、店で全てを準備しておくことで、全ての利用客に対して平等な環境を提供することができる。

＊ 女性に水着を貸与して、水着に着替えて、水槽に出てくるまでの時間を争う競技を提供する。
男性には、女性の水着姿等が見られるきっかけを提供する。
特定順位の参加者または全ての参加者に対して、表彰、指名掲示、競技時間の掲示、競技順位の掲示、景品・料理の提供、商品サービス券の提供、サービス提供補助券の提供、料金の割引等の付加価値のあるサービスの内のいずれかひとつまたはいくつかを組合せて店舗サービスとして提供するものとした。
＊ 水鉄砲を用いて、標的の射撃を行う競技を提供する。
この場合の標的は固体であり、標的に水があたり標的が倒れたことの確認ができることが求められる。
競技の内容例として、次の様なものがある。
− 標的として水鉄砲の水の勢いで倒れるものを用意しておき、複数箇所の標的を倒して、所定位置に行くまでの時間を争う。
標的射撃では、次の様なことができる。
▲１▼ 標的が複数個ある環境では、標的の影に他の標的をおく、標的の重みで他の標的が倒れない様にする等の行為を行い、標的を倒す順番を守らないと、手順以外の標的が倒れない様にしておく。
▲２▼ 一定の水が入らないと標的が倒れない様にする。
▲３▼ 標的を小さくして当たり難くする。反対に、標的を大きくして当たり易くする。
▲４▼ 標的を移動させる構造物をおき、標的を当て難くする。
▲５▼ 標的の前に障害物が移動する構造物をおき、または、不定期な水流で障害物として標的を当て難くする。
