Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an insulating structure of a rice cooker (including a rice cooker), and more particularly to a structure of an insulating sheet to be placed on an insulated component.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a rice cooker stores a rice cooker, a control board, a code reel, and the like inside a body member, forms a rice cooker body by attaching a bottom member to a lower portion of the body member, and covers the rice cooker body with a lid. It is configured to be openable and closable. Of these, the printed wiring portion, which is a charging portion, is exposed to the outside on the control board, and the AC power supply connection terminal provided at the center of one surface of the code reel is exposed to the outside. Both the printed wiring portion and the power supply terminal exposed to the outside are charging portions.
[0003]
As described above, in order to maintain a sufficient insulation distance between the charging unit and other components, measures are generally taken to keep a predetermined distance or to interpose an insulator. Such measures are important not only to ensure electrical insulation, but also to avoid the risk of fire due to the insulation being destroyed for any reason.
[0004]
On the other hand, due to the demand for miniaturization of rice cookers, the spacing between insulated parts and other parts tends to be designed to be smaller and smaller, and there is a need for an insulating structure suitable for the demand for miniaturization. .
[0005]
JP-A-2001-352183 discloses an insulating structure that satisfies such a demand, in which a pair of left and right guide pieces are provided on the inner surface of the rice cooker body close to the required insulating parts mounted inside the rice cooker body. A structure in which an insulating sheet is inserted between the guide pieces is disclosed.
[0006]
[Problem to be solved]
However, since the above-mentioned insulating structure requires a pair of guide pieces to be provided on the rice cooker main body in order to attach the insulating sheet, the structure itself of the rice cooker main body is changed, that is, the molding die is changed. There are issues that affect costs. In addition, there is a problem that the structure cannot be adopted when insulating between the insulated parts and a part other than the rice cooker main body.
[0007]
As a simple means for insulating the insulated component, a method of interposing an insulating sheet between the component and a mating component or a method of covering the insulating sheet with the mating component can be considered. In this method, the body member of the rice cooker is turned upside down, and after assembling the parts with the opening at the lower end thereof facing upward, inserting or covering the insulating sheet, and thereafter assembling the body member, A bottom member is attached to the opening.
[0008]
However, the above-mentioned insulating sheet is unstable because there is no part supported by the parts, the body member, and the like, and there is a disadvantage that the mounting position is shifted or deviated due to vibration or other influences, thereby improving the production efficiency. There is a problem of inhibition.
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an insulating structure that can stably mount an insulating sheet without adding a special configuration to a rice cooker main body.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises a rice cooker main body in which a rice cooker, a control board, a code reel, and the like are stored inside a body member, and a bottom member is attached to a lower portion of the body member. In the insulating structure of a rice cooker in which an insulating sheet is placed on an insulative component such as the control board and the code reel, the insulative sheet is disposed along the opposite sheet portions along both surfaces of the insulative component and along the bottom surface of the insulated component. A configuration formed by a gore portion connecting the lower ends of the two sheet portions to each other is adopted.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, there is no need to provide a portion for supporting the insulating sheet in the rice cooker main body, and since the insulating sheet has a gore (town) portion, it can be stably placed on the required insulating parts and displaced. There is no inconvenience to drop or slip.
[0012]
The above-mentioned insulated component is a cord reel, and a hole is provided in the gore portion of the insulating sheet for fitting into a projection for inserting a bottom member provided at the bottom of the cord reel. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the protruding piece for inserting the bottom member is fitted into the hole at the same time as covering the bottom of the reel. In this case, the stability of the insulating sheet is not only good due to the presence of the gore portion, but is further stabilized by fitting the projecting piece of the code reel into a hole provided in the gore portion.
[0013]
In addition, a cut along the gore portion is provided in a portion of the opposite sheet portion of the insulating sheet that covers the charging portion protruding from one side of the cord reel, and a cut end is provided at the end of the cut. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which by providing a bent step portion in a direction perpendicular to the cut, a cover sheet portion that is separated outward by the bent step portion is provided, and the charged portion is covered by the cover sheet portion. According to this configuration, even if the charging portion of the code reel protrudes, the cover sheet portion can be easily deformed to cover the charging portion according to the amount of protrusion.
[0014]
Further, a configuration in which the upper edge of the sheet portion opposite to the sheet portion provided with the cover sheet portion is sandwiched between a code reel and a rib provided on the inner surface of the code reel storage portion may be employed. According to this configuration, the holding of the seat portion is further ensured.
[0015]
Further, the above-mentioned insulated component is a control board, and the control board is attached by being inserted into a storage pocket having an open lower surface provided on the inner surface of the body member, and a pair of opposing pairs sandwiching both surfaces of an upper end portion of the control board. A holding rib is provided at an upper end portion of the pocket, and an upper edge of one sheet portion of the insulating sheet is held between one holding rib in contact with a printed wiring side surface of the control board and the printed wiring side surface. It is possible to adopt a configuration that has been performed.
[0016]
Also in this case, it is not necessary to provide a portion for supporting the insulating sheet in the rice cooker main body, and since the insulating sheet has a gore portion, it can be stably placed on the control board, which is an insulated necessary component, and displaced. There is no inconvenience to come off. Further, one of the insulating sheets is inserted between the holding rib and the surface on the printed wiring side, so that the stability is further improved.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The rice cooker shown in FIG. 1 has a rice cooker main body 1 and a lid 3 attached to the rice cooker main body 1 so as to be freely opened and closed by a hinge shaft 2. Both ends of a U-shaped handle 4 are attached to both side surfaces of the rice cooker main body 1.
[0018]
The rice cooker main body 1 has a body member 5 and a bottom member 6, and the body member 5 is formed by integrally molding a shoulder 8 supporting a rice cooker 7 and a body 9 forming an outer shell of the rice cooker main body 1. It is. In some cases, the shoulder 8 and the body 9 may be formed separately, but in the present invention, both the integrally formed body and the body formed separately are collectively referred to as a body member. A heating plate 12 having a built-in heater 11 is provided at the bottom of the rice cooker 7, and a rice cooker 14 is housed in the rice cooker 7 so as to be freely taken in and out. Between the rear part of the rice cooker 7 and the rear end face 5a of the body member 5, a reel storage part 15 parallel to the rear end face 5a is provided.
[0019]
2 and 3 (these are shown in a state where the rice cooker is turned upside down for convenience of understanding, that is, a state at the time of assembly. Hereinafter, for the sake of explanation, when it is necessary to show the vertical relationship, FIG. [0025]
The other projecting piece 24 of the code reel 16 is inserted into a hole 27 (see FIG. 1) when the bottom member 6 is attached to the body member 5 as described later.
[0026]
On the other hand, a storage pocket 41 with an open lower surface is provided on the inner surface of the front end of the body member 5, and the control board 42 is stored in the storage pocket 41. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the storage pocket 41 has a hanging wall 43 provided along the rice cooker 7 on the inside of the body member 5 and a generally triangular side wall outwardly bent on both sides thereof. 44, 44. An inclined rib 45 is provided inside each side wall 44. The U-shaped notch 46 (see FIG. 8 (a)) crossing the inclined rib 45 in the middle thereof, and a portion protruding from the inclined rib 45 toward the hanging wall 43 becomes a free end. 47 are provided. An inclined projection 48 (see FIG. 8D) having a lower tip end is formed on the claw piece 47. A small projection 49 is provided on the inner surface of the inclined rib 45 adjacent to the cut 46. Further, three pairs of sandwiching ribs 51 and 51 ′ are provided in the left and right direction at the depth of the storage pocket 41, that is, on the inner surface of the upper end portion with the width of the control board 42 being opposed (see FIG. 7).
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 7, the control board 42 is inserted from below along the hanging wall 43, and after its tip is inserted between the sandwiching ribs 51 and 51 ′, it is indicated by an arrow a in FIG. 8A. To the inclined rib 45 side. At this time, the claw 47 rides on the inclined protrusion 48 and elastically deforms the claw 47 to get over. At this time, the notches 52 provided on both sides of the control board 42 are fitted into the small projections 49. As a result, the control board 42 is pressed against the inclined rib 45, is prevented from falling down, and is supported in the storage pocket 41 (see FIGS. 8C and 8D).
[0028]
As the insulating sheet 31 'to be covered on the control board 42, the same insulating and flame-retardant synthetic resin sheet as in the above-described case is used, and as shown in FIG. The outer sheet portion 33 'and the inner sheet portion 34' are formed, and the upper ends thereof are connected by a gore portion 32 '. The inner sheet portion 34 'is formed to be substantially the same size as the control board 42, but the outer sheet portion 33' is slightly less than half the size.
[0029]
The insulating sheet 31 ′ has the gore portion 32 ′ along the lower edge of the control board 42 and covers the inner sheet portion 34 ′ on the printed wiring surface of the control board 42. The outer sheet portion 33 'covers a part of the component mounting surface of the control board 42. When the control board 42 is attached to the storage pocket 41 with the insulating sheet 31 ′ covered on the control board 42 in this manner, the tip of the inner sheet portion 34 ′ of the insulating sheet 31 ′ is 51.
[0030]
As described above, after covering the control board 42 with the insulating sheet 31 ′, it may be assembled in the storage pocket 41. The top end of the inner sheet portion 34 ′ may be inserted between the control board 42 and the holding rib 51.
[0031]
In the manufacturing process, the above-mentioned insulating sheets 31 and 31 ′ are externally turned upside down while being sent to the next process in a state where the rice cooker main body 1 is turned upside down and the lower end opening surface of the body member 5 is installed upward. However, stability is good due to the presence of the gores 32 and 32 '. Further, the stability is further increased by sandwiching between the holding ribs 28 and 51, and in the case of the insulating sheet 31, by inserting the protruding piece 24 of the cord reel 16 into the hole 35 provided in the insulating sheet 31, so that the detachment and the position can be achieved. It does not shift.
[0032]
After covering the code reel 16 and the control board 42 with the insulating sheets 31 and 31 ', respectively, as described above, the bottom member 6 (see FIG. 2) is placed on the open surface of the body member 5 as described above. The projecting piece 24 of the cord reel 16 is inserted into the hole 27 of the bottom member 6, and the power plug 18 is passed through the plug hole 53 of the bottom member 6. Then, the bottom member 6 is fixed to the body member 5.
[0033]
In a state where the bottom member 6 is fixed, the insulating sheet 31 covered on the code reel 16 is positioned downward by a part of the gore portion 32 hitting a part of the bottom member 6 as shown in FIG. Displacement is prevented. Also, a part of the gore portion 32 'of the insulating sheet 31' covered on the control board 42 is supported by the rib 54 of the bottom member 6, thereby preventing downward displacement.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention uses a material having a gore as an insulating sheet to be placed on insulative components such as a cord reel and a control board to which a rice cooker is assembled, so that it is stably supported in a manufacturing process. . Further, in the case of the insulating sheet covered on the code reel, the stability is further increased by fitting the projecting piece of the code reel into a hole provided in the insulating sheet. Further, by providing the cover sheet portion surrounded by the cut along the gore portion and the bent step portion, a charged portion such as a power terminal protruding from the surface of the cord reel can be covered without difficulty.
[0035]
Further, in the insulating sheet for the control board, the front end of the sheet portion is sandwiched between the control board and the sandwiching rib, so that the support can be stably supported also in this case.
