従来、複写機等の電子機器においては、使用説明書等の収納は実公平6−2158号公報、特開2001−42588号公報、特開平9−190032号公報等に記載されているように、複写機本体内部に収納したり、図1に示すように複写機本体外部に貼り付けたりする等の構造が知られている。

図1の構造は、使用説明書入れ1を複写機本体2に同梱しておき、所要の場所に複写機本体2を設置した後、任意の場所、例えば複写機本体2の前ドア3の外面等に貼り付けるようになっている。なお図2において、4は給紙トレイ、5は原稿給紙部、6は大量給紙トレイ、7はフィニッシャである。また使用説明書入れ1は、図2に示すように、複写機本体2に貼り付けるベース板部8と、使用説明書等を入れる空間9を形成する収容板部10とから構成してあり、一般的には合成樹脂等の一体成形品を用いている。

ところが図1の構造では、複写機本体2の外面等に使用説明書入れ1を両面テープ等で貼り付けてしまうため、機械寸法が大きくなり、複写機本体2を移動時には部屋やエレベータ等の出入り口でつかえ、使用説明書入れ1を剥がさなくてはならないことが生じることがある。特に大型機においては、エレベータの出入り口サイズに合わせて機械サイズを決めている場合が多いため、使用説明書入れ1が問題になることが多い。また重量のある使用説明書等も入れるため、剥がれないように強力な両面テープを使用することも多く、剥がす場合にはかなりの力を要し、剥がれたとしても両面テープの一部やノリ等が複写機本体2側に残り、その清掃等に時間が掛かることがある。

本発明は上記従来の問題点にかんがみてなしたもので、着脱が容易で、取り外し時に両面テープの一部やノリ等が残ることがなく、電子機器をリサイクル、再使用化の妨げにならず、また従来品よりも部品点数を削減でき、製造コスト削減を図れる電子機器の書類入れを提供することを目的とする。

本発明の請求項1に係る電子機器の書類入れは、上記目的を達成するために、電子機器の使用説明書等の書類を入れる収容部を備える本体部と、該本体部に一体成形にて設けた上記電子機器への係止部品部とからなり、上記係止部品部は、その外周縁に沿って設けたスリットで上記本体部から区分し、かつ該スリット内の少なくとも一箇所に折り曲げ等により切断可能なリブを設けて上記本体部に連結してなり、上記係止部品部が上記本体部との係止用の穴を少なくとも一個有し、上記本体部が上記係止部品部の穴と係合可能な突部を少なくとも一個有することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。なお以下では従来と共通する部分には共通する符号を付すに止め、重複する説明は省略する。
図3ないし図7は本発明に係る電子機器の書類入れの第1実施形態を示す。本実施形態の使用説明書入れ20も、図示のように、複写機本体2に取り付けるベース板部8と、使用説明書等を入れる空間9を形成する収容板部10とから構成してあり、合成樹脂等の一体成形品であるが、収容板部10の表面からその裏面側に位置するベース板部8にかけてスリット21が設けてあり、かつスリット21の途中部位の任意の複数個所(図3では8箇所)にリブ22が設けてある。このリブ22で切り離すことにより、スリット21の内側の部位23が使用説明書入れ20を複写機等の電子機器本体へ係止、保持する鉤状のフックとなる(以下部位23をフック23という)。リブ22は、カッターやニッパー等の工具にてカットできるように形成すればよい。

またフック23の上端近傍には、ベース板部8への取り付け用の穴24が設けてあり、ベース板部8の両側縁の上部側には、フック23を差し込んで止めるための嵌合部25が一対形成してある(図では一方のみ示す)。嵌合部25は上部が開口し、内側には図6に示すように突起26が形成しており、これにフック23の穴24を引っ掛け得るようになっている。突起26は、図示のように上面を下向き斜面とし、下面をベース板部8に対して垂直をなす面としてあり、嵌合部25の上方からフック23を差し込む際にフック23が乗り越えて進入でき、嵌合部25からフック23を引き出す動きに対してはそれを阻止するように働く。なお図示の例では嵌合部25は下端側も開口しているが、閉じていてもよい。

そして図3の状態から上述のようにカッターやニッパー等の工具でフック23をカットして取り外し、図4に示すように上下をひっくり返して下端を嵌合部25内に挿入すると、嵌合部26の内側が開口しているので先端が嵌合部25内の突起26を容易に乗り越え、穴24が突起26に嵌着される。この簡単な挿入動作により、図5に示す使用説明書入れとしての最終形状が完成する。この状態で図7に示すようにフック23を複写機本体2の前ドア3上縁に引っ掛ければ、複写機本体2への使用説明書入れ20の取り付けが完了し、不要なときあるいは邪魔なときはフック23を持ち上げるだけで簡単に使用説明書入れ20全体を取り外せるようになる。

なお以上の実施形態の説明では、使用説明書入れ20を複写機本体2の前ドア3に取り付ける例のみであるが、本発明に係る書類入れの取り付け場所はこれに限定されず、大量給紙トレイ6やフィニッシャ7のドア等の種々の場所に設定可能である。また図示の例のように一方側の前ドアのみに限定されることもない。さらに、説明書入れとしてだけではなく、不要紙やペン等の文具、電子機器関係の用品等々種々の物品の収納にも使用できることはもちろんである。またさらに、オペレータや顧客の希望に合わせ、前ドア3等へ両面テープによる貼り付けることもできる。この場合には、フック23を収容板部10から取り外さないかあるいは取り外しても使用しなければよい。
