【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、犯罪等の逃走犯人及び逃走車両に対し、標識ボールを発射的中することにより着色識別し、早期発見に寄与する弾性体の動力による防犯用標識ボール発射装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、標識ボールを逃走犯人等に、手で投げ付けることにより着色するのが、一般的であった。
又、特開２０００−１８８９１で見られる様に、圧縮空気を使いバルブを開放することにより噴射させる方法が公開されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
極度の緊張状態で、標識ボールを手で正確に投げる事は極めて困難であり的中の確率は低いものである。
標識ボールを発射する原動力としては、火薬、圧縮空気等が考えられるが、他の法令に抵触する可能性が有ることと、装置が大変複雑な構成になる。
又、素材が金属で構成される為大重量となり機動性に欠け、又１機当たりのコスト面でも高価では意味が無い。
そこで、たとえば、非力な女性従業員でも簡単な操作にて的中率を高める装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本装置は、銃身（６）の先端部に保持器具（３）を装着した弾性体（１）、元端部に握り部（７）を設け、反発力を利用して引き金（５）を引くことにより、フック（８）が外れ脱着装置（４）が開放され、標識ボール（２）を発射する弾性体の動力による防犯用標識ボール発射装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ） Ｔ型の銃身（６）の元端に握り部（７）を設け、先端に反力材（９）又は、活車（９）を設ける。
（ロ） 保持器具（３）を装着したゴム（１）、又はスプリング（１）を反力材（９）に固定、又は滑車（９）を介して折り返えす。
（ハ） 保持器具（３）を脱着装置（４）のフック（８）に掛ける。
（ニ） 引き金（５）を引くことにより、フック（８）が外れ脱着装置（４）が開放され、標識ボール（２）を発射する。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、標識ボール（２）を保持器具（３）に添えてゴム、又はスプリング（１）を伸ばし脱着装置（４）のフック（８）に掛ける。
狙いに合わせて引金（５）を引くとフック（８）が外れ保持器具（３）と共に標識ボール（２）が発射するが、保持器具（３）は手元に残る。

【発明の効果】
装置が簡単で操作が単純な為、数回の練習で高い確率で的中を得る事ができる。
又、飛距離は４０〜５０ｍ有り実用範囲である。
銃身（６）部分は組立て家具の金属部品、握り部（７）及び脱着装置（４）はアクリル板、保持器具（３）はアルミ板と全て市販品を加工することでコストを低く押さえる。
又、部品点数も少ない為、組み立ても簡単であり軽量で機動性がある。

[Means for Solving the Problems]
