本発明は、片面に粘着剤が着いたテープを貼り付け後に容易に剥がし易くする為粘着テープ端部を折り曲げて粘着面を張り合わせる事に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来に特開平08−113415のように端部を折り曲げる出願はあるが、テープの巻き状からテープを引き離す時テープの粘着剤の反対側に生じる強い屈折癖で、粘着面側に折り曲げる事は非常に不安定であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
粘着テープの端部を折り曲げて粘着部を張り合わせる場合今までは粘着面が外側になる曲がり癖があったが、その逆の粘着面が内側になる曲面を作るようにしなければならない。

【課題解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達するために、切断した後、テープの端を粘着した部分を、テープ途中を粘着した部分に近づけて丸みを形成させ、その際に、粘着部分が(片方または両方)回転して傾くことで、接着面を内側にする丸みを円滑に形成させるものである。

本発明は、粘着テープの圧接する部分をテープの端(切断器の位置)と途中に2ヶ所設け、片方または両方を回転軸をもって傾く回転器とし、切断器をテープの途中側に移動する時、この回転器がテープに沿って(または切断器の移動と連動して)回転・傾く事により、円滑に、回転器に粘着したテープが粘着面を内側にする曲面を作る。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に粘着テープ切断機全体の側面を示す。粘着テープを圧接する接着部5,6を2つとも回転器としている。図では、切断器が指で押されてテープ端が丸くなった状態を表す。

テープを使用しようと指でつまむ際に、摘むだけでテープ端を折りたたむことが失敗なしに行える。
