Abstract
Description
(4) The present invention relates to a release sheet which is excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance, adhesion between a release layer and a release substrate, and is capable of directly transferring and coating an adhesive layer to a release layer. The present invention also relates to an adhesive having an adhesive layer provided on a release layer of a release sheet.
Release films are widely used to protect adhesive or adhesive surfaces. The most commonly used material constituting the release surface of the release film has been a silicone-based polymer containing siloxane units. However, since silicone-based mold release agents contain siloxane-based low-molecular substances, when applied to precision applications such as electronic components, they may volatilize and become oxidized in the air and stick, causing trouble. there were. For this reason, a film which does not have a siloxane source and has the same releasability as a silicone release film has been demanded. For example, the performance and density of hard disk drives have been remarkably increasing, and it is expected that such performance and density will further progress in the future. It is pointed out that as the performance and density of the hard disk drive further increase, the accumulation of the minute silicone compound as described above may adversely affect the reading and writing of the hard disk.
As a material suitable for such an application, the use of a release layer whose surface energy is reduced by a halogen compound such as fluoride has been proposed. Such a release layer is disclosed in, for example, JP-A-55-165925, JP-A-1-198349, JP-A-4-246532, JP-A-4-270649, and JP-A-4-290746. JP-A-2001-129940, JP-A-2001-138338, JP-A-2000-263714, JP-A-2001-129940, and the like. However, these release layers are generally heavier than existing silicone-based release layers, and do not always follow the trend of dehalogenation for reducing the environmental burden in waste treatment in recent years.
Polyolefins or long-chain alkyl-containing polymers have been known as examples of release layers containing neither silicon nor halogen elements. These are described, for example, in JP-A-54-7442, JP-A-55-69675, JP-A-5-329994, JP-A-10-183078, JP-A-11-28708, and JP-A-2000- Although it is described in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 303019, all of these are heavy peels having a peel force of more than 100 mN / cm, and there are problems such as limitations on applicable applications. Examples of achieving light release using a polyolefin include JP-A-2001-246697 and techniques described in JP-A-2000-248237, which are suitable for a process film in which an organic solvent or a dispersion is cast. There were also issues such as no. When a polyolefin is used, the adhesion between the release layer and the release substrate film is not sufficient, and there has been a problem that the release layer detaches to the adhesive when the adhesive and the release layer are separated. For this reason, when a release layer is provided, an adhesive resin has been provided between the release layer and the substrate layer in order to ensure an adhesive force with the release substrate.
However, conventional non-silicone release materials have been regarded as unsuitable for transfer coating because they have inferior chemical resistance and heat resistance and have not produced a low release force in the first place. In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided independently of the release sheet composed of the release layer and the release substrate, and is bonded to the release sheet to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive body. Had not been.
In view of these problems of the prior art, the present invention is a heat-resistant, solvent-resistant, excellent adhesiveness with the release substrate, a release sheet capable of direct transfer coating the adhesive layer to the release layer and It was intended to provide an adhesive.
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have adopted a release layer obtained by chemically cross-linking a reactive polyolefin, and thereby have a very excellent release layer substantially containing no silicon or halogen elements. Have been found, and the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention is a release sheet comprising a release substrate and a release layer provided on at least one surface of the release substrate, wherein the release layer is a release layer containing an overhead wire polyolefin, In addition, the present invention provides a release sheet characterized in that a release force from an adhesive layer obtained from a two-part acrylic adhesive is 10 to 300 mN / cm.

Preferably, the reactive polyolefin has 0.01 to 5% by weight of a functional group capable of reacting with the polyfunctional compound. Further, the release agent has a functional group capable of reacting with the polyfunctional compound in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight, and has a density of 0.94 g / cm 3 or less, and reacts with the reactive polyolefin. It is also preferable to include a polyfunctional compound having two or more possible functional groups in one molecule. Further, the functional group of the reactive polyolefin and the functional group of the polyfunctional compound are each independently any one of a functional group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group, an acid anhydride group, an isocyanate group and an amino group. It is preferable that
The thickness of the release layer constituting the release sheet of the present invention is preferably 0.03 to 5 μm. The release layer is obtained by dissolving a release agent containing a reactive polyolefin in an organic solvent to obtain a release agent solution, applying the release agent solution on a release substrate, and then subjecting it to a crosslinking reaction. Obtainable. Moreover, the release substrate constituting the release sheet of the present invention is preferably either a resin film or paper, and particularly preferably a polyester film or a polyolefin film.
The present invention also provides an adhesive having an adhesive layer provided on a release layer of the release sheet. The adhesive layer is preferably formed by transfer coating a solution containing an adhesive.
According to the present invention, there is provided a release sheet and an adhesive body which are excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance, adhesion between a release layer and a release substrate, and which can directly transfer and apply an adhesive layer to a release layer. You.
Hereinafter, the release sheet and the pressure-sensitive adhesive body of the present invention will be described in detail. In this specification, a numerical range represented by using “to” means a range including numerical values described before and after “to” as a lower limit and an upper limit.
The first invention is a release sheet having a release layer on at least one surface of a release substrate. The release layer is a release agent containing an overhead wire polyolefin, and is usually formed by subjecting a release agent containing a reactive polyolefin to a crosslinking reaction. Specifically, the release layer can be formed by reacting the reactive polyolefin with a compound capable of undergoing a crosslinking reaction to perform crosslinking, or by crosslinking the reactive polyolefin itself. By utilizing a crosslinking reaction using such a reactive polyolefin, a release layer having good heat resistance, chemical resistance, and adhesion to a release substrate can be formed. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to include a silicone compound in the release layer, and various problems associated with the use of the silicone compound can be avoided.
The material and form of the release base material used in the present invention are not particularly limited as long as they have a function of supporting the release layer, but are preferably smooth films or sheets. For example, polyester films such as polyethylene terephthalate film and polybutylene terephthalate film, polyolefin films such as polypropylene film and polymethylpentene film, plastic films such as polycarbonate film, metal foils such as aluminum and stainless steel, glassine paper, woodfree paper, and coated paper , Impregnated paper, synthetic paper and the like.
Among them, the release substrate is made of a polyester film such as a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polybutylene terephthalate film, a plastic film such as a polypropylene film, or a so-called dustless paper with little dust generation (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-11959). Is preferred. If the release substrate is made of a plastic film or dust-free paper, dust and the like are less likely to be generated during processing and use, and hardly adversely affect electronic devices such as hard disk devices.
Further, if the release substrate is made of a plastic film or dust-free paper, cutting or punching during processing becomes easy.
When the release substrate is composed of a plastic film, such a plastic film is more preferably a polyethylene terephthalate film or a stretched polypropylene film. These films have the advantage of generating less dust and less gas upon heating.
The thickness of the release substrate is not particularly limited, but is preferably from 10 to 200 µm, more preferably from 25 to 50 µm.
The surface of the release substrate may be treated. For example, a treatment such as application of a resin for a primer or activation using plasma, flame plasma, or the like can be performed.
The release layer constituting the release sheet of the present invention is a release layer containing an overhead wire polyolefin, and is usually formed by subjecting a release agent containing a reactive polyolefin to a crosslinking reaction. The release layer thus formed has a peeling force for the two-part acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive in the range of 10 to 300 mN / cm.
The release agent containing a reactive polyolefin to be subjected to the crosslinking reaction is not particularly limited as long as it contains the reactive polyolefin and a component for chemically crosslinking the reactive polyolefin. For example, a release agent containing a reactive polyolefin, a polyfunctional compound having two or more functional groups capable of reacting with the reactive polyolefin in one molecule, and a non-reactive polyolefin having a density of 0.94 g / cm 3 or less, A reactive polyolefin having a functional group capable of reacting with a functional compound in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight and a density of 0.94 g / cm 3 or less, and a functional group capable of reacting with the reactive polyolefin in one molecule And a release agent containing a polyfunctional compound having two or more compounds.
In the present invention, the reactive polyolefin reacts with a compound capable of performing a cross-linking reaction to form a gel, or forms a three-dimensional network by performing a cross-linking reaction to form a gel.
Through such a crosslinking reaction, heat resistance and chemical resistance can be imparted to the release layer.
The compound capable of undergoing a cross-linking reaction with the reactive polyolefin has a function of forming a network by being microscopically dispersed or compatible with the reactive polyolefin and being cross-linked, thereby improving heat resistance and chemical resistance. Is a compound having The compound capable of undergoing a cross-linking reaction with the reactive polyolefin is preferably a compound that further has a function of reacting or interacting with a functional group present on the surface of the release substrate to improve the adhesion to the release substrate.
The chemical crosslinking in the present invention is performed by a reaction between reactive functional groups. For example, a reactive polyolefin containing at least one or more hydroxyl group, amino group, epoxy group, acid anhydride group, carboxyl group, isocyanate group and the like in a molecule, and a functional group capable of reacting with these functional groups in the molecule. It can be obtained by reaction with a polyfunctional compound having at least two or more. It is preferable to use a polyfunctional compound capable of reacting with the reactive polyolefin because it can be dispersed microscopically in the reactive polyolefin to form a uniform gel.
In order to achieve both release properties and solvent resistance, compatibility with the non-reactive polyolefin forming the release layer is important. When a reactive polyolefin having low compatibility is used, not only sufficient solvent resistance is not obtained, but also the reactive polyolefin bleeds out to the surface of the release layer and the peeling force is greatly increased.
The reactive polyolefin that can be used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has a reactive functional group in the polyolefin skeleton. Preferably, the polyolefin skeleton has a hydroxyl group, an isocyanate group, an amino group, an epoxy group, an acid anhydride. And a compound having at least one carboxylic acid group on average in the molecule.
In order to achieve both low release force and adhesion to the release substrate, the amount of the functional group contained in the reactive polyolefin is preferably 0.01 to 5% by weight, and more preferably 0.01 to 1% by weight. Is more preferable. When the reactive functional group is present in an amount of 5% by weight or more, the peeling force tends to increase.
When a reactive polyolefin is used, excellent release force and adhesion to a release substrate may be obtained without blending with a non-reactive polyolefin. Similarly to the case where the density of the polyolefin is low, the influence on the peeling force can be reduced. In particular, a reactive polyolefin having a density of 0.94 g / cm 3 or less and a functional group content of 0.01 to 5% by weight is used. If used, a good release layer can be obtained without using a non-reactive polyolefin.
Examples of reactive polyolefins include those obtained by modifying a polyolefin by applying a compound having a functional group in a molten or solution state, and methods such as copolymerizing a compound having reactivity with ethylene or the like in the presence of a catalyst. Obtained ones can be mentioned. Preferred reactive groups include an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxylic anhydride group and the like.

The reactive polyolefin may have different functional groups in the molecule. Further, the reactive polyolefin used in the present invention may be a composition comprising a plurality of reactive polyolefins.
The polyfunctional compound having a functional group capable of reacting with the reactive polyolefin is not particularly limited as long as it has two or more functional groups capable of reacting with the reactive polyolefin in one molecule. A reactive polyolefin and a reactive polyolefin having a functional group capable of reacting therewith can also be used as the polyfunctional compound.
Examples of the polyfunctional compound include polyfunctional isocyanates such as tetramethylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and adducts thereof, alkyl diols, polyhydric alcohols, polyethylene polyols, polycarboxylic acids, polyepoxy group-containing compounds, and polyalkylamines. And compositions thereof.
Preferred combinations of the crosslinking reaction, isocyanate group and amino group, isocyanate group and hydroxyl group, epoxy group and amino group, acid anhydride group and amino group, carboxyl group and amino group, acid anhydride group and hydroxyl group, epoxy group and Examples include a combination of a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group and an amino group.
It is preferable that the combination of the functional groups used for the crosslinking reaction is appropriately selected in consideration of the reactive functional groups contained in the adhesive used for the transfer coating. That is, when the adhesive layer is transfer-coated on the release layer, unreacted functional groups contained in the release layer may react with reactive functional groups contained in the adhesive layer to reduce the releasability. Therefore, it is preferable to take care to suppress such a reaction as much as possible. In particular, if the interaction between the adhesive layer and the release layer exceeds the adhesive force between the release substrate and the release layer as a result of the reaction, the release layer moves to the adhesive side in the adhesive release process. This will impair the performance of the adhesive layer.
Specifically, if the release layer is cross-linked using a functional group having low reactivity with the reactive functional group contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, such a reaction can be effectively suppressed. It is also effective to adjust the amount of the functional group of the reactive polyolefin or the polyfunctional compound in the release agent so that unreacted functional groups do not remain in the release layer as much as possible. In particular, it is preferable to optimize the amount of the reactive group contained in the reactive polyolefin and the polyfunctional compound so that it is completely consumed by the reaction. Therefore, in the reaction between different functional groups, it is desirable to make the number of each functional group approximately equal. However, in some cases, the functional group is deactivated during the process of coating or the like, or the functional group is consumed by the reaction on the surface of the release substrate. It is also effective to use a catalyst or the like as appropriate in order to improve the crosslinking speed. However, when the catalyst is used for electronic parts, it is preferable to select a catalyst containing no metal element or halogen element.
In this way, by optimizing the types and amounts of the components constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive body of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the components from migrating from the release sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and to release the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from the release sheet. Can be easily and reliably peeled off.
In the present invention, a non-reactive polyolefin may be contained in the release layer. The non-reactive polyolefin may be a composition consisting of two or more different polyolefins. From the viewpoint of mold releasability and heat resistance, a composition of a crystalline olefin elastomer and polyethylene or polypropylene is preferable.
Examples of the polyolefin elastomer include ethylene propylene copolymer, ethylene butene copolymer, ethylene octene copolymer, ethylene copolymer such as ethylene propylene ethylidene norbornene, nucleated hydrogenated styrene butadiene block copolymer, and nucleated water. Those containing an added styrene isoprene copolymer and the like can be mentioned. Among them, an ethylene propylene copolymer is particularly preferable. By using an ethylene propylene copolymer as a main component, a release sheet having particularly excellent release properties can be obtained.
When using polyethylene, it is preferable to use one synthesized using a transition metal catalyst such as a Ziegler-Natta catalyst or a metallocene catalyst. Among them, the use of a material synthesized using a metallocene catalyst has the advantage that a release sheet having excellent release properties and heat resistance can be obtained. Specific examples of polyethylene include copolymers of ethylene and α-olefin such as ethylene propylene copolymer, ethylene hexene copolymer, ethylene butene copolymer, and ethylene octene copolymer.
(4) In the case of using polypropylene, it is preferable to use a copolymer having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more, which is a copolymer containing propylene as a main component and soluble in toluene at room temperature.
The density of the non-reactive polyolefin used in the present invention is not particularly limited, is preferably 0.94 g / cm 3 or less, more preferably 0.92 g / cm 3 or less. In addition, the density of the non-reactive polyolefin is usually 0.86 g / cm 3 or more. If the density of the non-reactive polyolefin exceeds 0.94 g / cm 3 , it tends to be difficult to obtain sufficient releasability.
The release layer may contain an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, an antiblocking agent, paraffin, paraffin wax, process oil, polypropylene, and polyethylene, if necessary.
The method of providing the release layer on the release substrate is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a hot melt method, a coating method, a coextrusion method and the like. In the case of the coating method, the coating is released using a reverse roll coater, a gravure coater, a rod coater, an air doctor coater, or another coating apparatus described in “Coating Method” by Yuji Harasaki (Maki Shoten, 1979). A method of applying the coating liquid outside the base film manufacturing step, and a method of applying the coating liquid within the film manufacturing step are exemplified. In the case of the coating method, usually, a release agent containing a reactive polyolefin is dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a release agent solution, and the release agent solution is applied to a release substrate, and then subjected to a crosslinking reaction. To form a release layer. In this case, the crosslinking reaction needs to be performed at a temperature lower than the heat-resistant temperature of the release substrate. In the molten state, the release may be extruded onto the release substrate in a layer, followed by crosslinking.
The thickness of the release layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably from 0.03 µm to 5 µm. If the thickness is less than 0.03 μm, the release force tends to increase because the release layer cannot cover the irregularities on the release substrate surface. Conversely, if the thickness is 5 μm or more, the crosslinking speed is reduced from the viewpoint of heat conduction, and as a result, the adhesion between the release substrate and the release layer tends to be reduced. The thickness of the release layer is preferably from 0.03 μm to 3 μm, and more preferably from 0.03 μm to 1 μm.
The release layer constituting the release sheet of the present invention has a peel force of 10 to 300 mN / cm for a two-pack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The peeling force is more preferably from 10 to 200 mN / cm, and even more preferably from 10 to 150 mN / cm. The peeling force is evaluated by a method described in a test example described later.
The second invention in the present application is an adhesive body in which an adhesive layer is provided on a release layer of the release sheet.
Hereinafter, the sticky body will be described. The adhesive has a configuration including a release sheet, an adhesive layer adjacent to the release layer of the release sheet, and an adhesive substrate adjacent to the adhesive layer.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive substrate is not particularly limited as long as the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be adhered to metal, plastic, rubber products, or the like, such as film- or sheet-shaped electronic components. Preferred adhesive substrates include, for example, polyester films such as polyethylene terephthalate film and polybutylene terephthalate film; polyolefin films such as polypropylene film and polymethylpentene film; plastic films such as polycarbonate films; metal foils such as aluminum and stainless steel; glassine paper. And a base made of paper, such as high-quality paper, coated paper, impregnated paper, and synthetic paper.
The surface of these adhesive substrates may be subjected to a surface treatment as necessary.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited, and for example, various pressure-sensitive adhesives such as rubber-based and acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are used. It is preferable to use an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive because pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for electronic devices are required to have low outgassing properties and adhesion reliability. In particular, it is preferable to form an adhesive layer using a two-pack acrylic adhesive.
A two-pack type acrylic adhesive is a (meth) acrylic polymer containing a reactive functional group (may be a copolymer or a blend with a compound containing a functional group) in the process of drying the adhesive. And a compound (referred to as a curing agent) capable of reacting with a reactive sensitive group contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive liquid. In general, the pressure-sensitive adhesive liquid and the curing agent are stored independently, and mixed immediately before use to induce a reaction by heating or light irradiation.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive component of the two-pack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly composed of an acrylic polymer obtained by a conventional polymerization method such as a solution polymerization method, an emulsion polymerization method, and an ultraviolet polymerization method. It can be prepared by adding various additives such as an imparting agent, a softener, an antioxidant, and a filler.
Examples of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive include ethyl (meth) acrylate, butyl (meth) acrylate, isoamyl (meth) acrylate, n-hexyl (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate, isooctyl (meth) acrylate, Alkyl (meth) acrylates such as isononyl (meth) acrylate, decyl (meth) acrylate and dodecyl (meth) acrylate (preferably alkyl (meth) having an alkyl moiety of about 2 to 12 carbon atoms (particularly about 4 to 10) Acrylate) as a main component and a copolymerizable modifying monomer (for example, a hydroxyl group-containing monomer such as hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylate; a cyano group-containing monomer such as acrylonitrile); acrylamide; Acrylic Amide group-containing monomers such as de; vinyl esters such as vinyl acetate; copolymers of aromatic vinyl compounds such as styrene, etc.) a monomer mixture was added is used. Further, a copolymer using a (meth) acrylate monomer having a reactive functional group such as a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a carboxylic acid group, an isocyanate group, a vinyl ether group, or an epoxy group as a reactive monomer is also used. The copolymer referred to here may be a copolymer of reactive monomers or a copolymer of a reactive monomer and another monomer.
The curing agent of the two-component acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it can react with the reactive group contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive. The chemical reaction used for curing is not particularly limited, but a reaction in which the molecular weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive increases with the reaction is preferable. Examples of this include the formation of urethane bonds by the reaction of a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a hydroxyl group and a curing agent composed of a polyvalent isocyanate compound, and a curing agent containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an epoxy group and a ring-opening polymerization catalyst such as an acid catalyst. And the like.
The mixing ratio of the curing agent and the pressure-sensitive adhesive is appropriately selected, but if the curing agent is too large, the curing of the pressure-sensitive adhesive proceeds, and the mobility decreases, so that the adhesive force decreases. The adhesive is large and the cohesive strength is inferior.
The thickness of the adhesive layer can be appropriately selected in consideration of the adhesiveness and the like. For example, it is about 5 to 100 μm, preferably about 20 to 50 μm.
The solvent of the pressure-sensitive adhesive solution is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include common solvents such as toluene, alcohol, ethyl acetate, and methyl ethyl ketone, and mixed solvents thereof, and water.
The adhesive liquid is obtained by adding an adhesive to the solvent described above. If necessary, a crosslinking agent and a crosslinking aid can be added. The solid concentration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive liquid is generally about 10 to 90% by weight.
When providing an adhesive layer on a release layer, apply a solution containing an adhesive directly on the release layer of the release sheet, dry it, and then use transfer coating to attach the adhesive substrate. Can be. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be obtained by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive on a pressure-sensitive adhesive substrate using a conventional coating method, drying the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and then bonding the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a release layer of a release sheet.
The drying temperature and time are appropriately selected in consideration of the heat resistant temperature of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, the boiling point of the solvent used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive liquid and the curing agent liquid, the reaction rate of the curing agent, and the like.
In the present invention, the method of providing the adhesive layer on the release layer and the adhesive substrate is not particularly limited, but when using a coating method, the reverse coating shown in Yuji Harazaki, Maki Shoten, 1979, “Coating method” Using a roll coater, a gravure coater, a rod coater, an air doctor coater, or a coating device other than these, a method of applying a coating liquid outside the adhesive substrate manufacturing process, a method of applying the coating liquid within the adhesive substrate manufacturing process, or the like. Can be.
In the step of producing the pressure-sensitive adhesive body, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be provided on the release layer of the release sheet by transfer coating of a pressure-sensitive adhesive liquid. At the time of use, an adhesive substrate may be stuck on the adhesive layer thus obtained. Alternatively, after the adhesive layer is provided on the release layer, the adhesive body may be obtained by winding and using the release substrate and the adhesive substrate together. The adhesive can be easily peeled off at the interface between the adhesive layer and the release layer.

(Test example)
After stabilizing the release sheet and the adhesive obtained in each of the above Examples and Comparative Examples at room temperature (23 ° C.) for 72 hours, the following measurements were performed.
[Normal peel force]
The release sheet was cut into a width of 25 mm and a length of 150 mm, and the peeling force was measured according to the method described in JIS Z-0237. That is, the adhesive layer side of an adhesive tape having a width of 25 mm (Nitto Tape No. 502, manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation) was stuck on the release layer of a release sheet, and a rubber roller weighing 2 kg was placed on the release roller. It was reciprocated and crimped. Thereafter, the release sheet was fixed using a tensile tester, and the force required to peel the adhesive tape in the 180 ° direction at 25 ° C. at a speed of 300 mm / min was measured and normalized by the sheet width. . The same measurement was performed on eight samples, and the average value was defined as the normal peel force.
[Peeling force against two-pack acrylic adhesive]
The adhesive sheet was cut into a width of 25 mm and a length of 150 mm, and the peeling force was measured according to the method described in JIS Z-0237. That is, after leaving at room temperature for 1 hour, the release substrate was peeled off in a 180 ° direction at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min by a tensile tester, and the average peeling load was measured in a region where the peeling was stable. The value obtained by dividing the measured average peeling load by the width of the adhesive tape was defined as the peeling force. The same measurement was performed on eight samples, and the average value was defined as the peeling force for the two-part acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[Adhesion between release layer and release substrate]
The adhesive layer side of a cellophane adhesive tape (manufactured by KOKUYO, part number T-SS24N) cut into a width of 25 mm and a length of 60 mm is attached to the release layer of the release sheet, and a 2 kg roller is reciprocated once to make close contact. After that, the mixture was left standing at room temperature for 72 hours to be stabilized. After the release sheet was fixed and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was peeled in the 180 ° direction at 300 mm / min, the release layer remaining on the surface of the release substrate was observed with a microscope and evaluated according to the following three grades.
:: The release layer completely remains on the substrate.
Δ: The release layer is sparsely peeled off.
×: The release layer was almost completely peeled off from the release layer and moved to the adhesive layer side of the adhesive tape.
Table 1 shows the results.
