【従来の技術】
従来の黒板拭きは、スポンジ等に包んだ乾いた布地で黒板を拭くためダストが布に付着する力が弱く黒板の上でダストの飛び散りや拭き残りを生じることもあり、黒板拭き清掃時に叩いてダストを落とすときダストの飛び散りで回りが汚れ取り扱い者がダストを吸い込む恐れもあった、真空ポンプでダストを吸引する方式も音が出ることや蓋を開けたときダストが飛び散るなどの問題があった。

この発明は、上記した黒板拭きのダストの拭き残しや飛び散りを防止し、使用後の黒板拭きやその清掃具の取り扱いを簡単清潔にする仕組みを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、水を含ませた拭き取り加湿繊維厚布へ板に取りつけた乾いた吸水布を当てて吸水して含水量を適正にし、その上に使用した黒板拭きを当てて拭き、拭き取り加湿ヲ行なった後、黒板を拭くため黒板のダストを水の付着力で布に付着させ良好に拭き取り、ダストの飛び散りも防ぐことを特徴とする。

【作用】
拭き取り加湿繊維厚布は、初めは湿り過ぎであったが吸水布で毛細管現象により水分を吸収されて黒板拭きに適量の水分を与えることのできる ６７％ から７５％となる、これに使用した黒板拭きをあてて拭くとき黒板拭きのダストは拭き取り加湿繊維厚布に付着し、黒板拭きの布は少し水分を吸って湿り過ぎず乾き過ぎずの状態となる、これで黒板を拭くとき黒板のダストは水の付着力で黒板拭きの布に良く付着するためダストはきれいに拭き取られ飛び散りも起こらない。

【実施例】
図１は、黒板拭きダスト拭き取り加湿器の全体斜視図である、１は器体で三方の側面には２の通気口があり１つの側面は開口部で棚の扱い口である。
図２は、３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布を吸水している状態を開口部側から見た断面図である。
図３は、３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布に水分を含ませて軟らかくして平らに広げた斜視図である。
本器使用に先だち、３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布に水分を含ませてから軽く手で水を切り４の取り付け面に５のスプリングクリップで止め。６の押しつけ板には７の乾いた吸水布がはってある。これを８の摘みを持って３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布に押しつける６の押しつけ板の芯の鉄の重みで小さい力でも吸水の効果がある。９の軸で支えられている６の押しつけ板を外すと３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布は、黒板拭きを拭くのに適正な含水率の ６７％から７５％ となる、ダストの付着した使用した黒板拭きを３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布に当てて１，２回拭くと４の取り付け面が平面と曲面であるため黒板拭きの面によく接して黒板拭きのダストは拭き取られると同時に適量の水分が黒板拭きの布に着く、拭き取り加湿後の黒板拭きで黒板を拭くと黒板のダストは水分の付着力で良く拭き取られ拭き残しもなくダストの飛び散りもなく清潔である。３の拭き取り加湿繊維厚布は、取り替えまたは水洗いして 繰り返し使用することができ、７の吸水布は、黒板拭き使用中に自然乾燥して１日に数回使用できる。

【発明の効果】
この発明は、黒板ボードのダストを適量に湿った黒板拭きの布で拭きダストを水分の付着力で布に吸着させるもので拭き残しもなくきれいに拭き取り、ダストの飛び散りもないため人がダストを吸う恐れもない、拭き取り加湿繊維厚布も水洗いで簡単に元に回復できる。黒板のダストをきれいに拭き取ることにより黒板に書く文字等が鮮明で見やすい。
