Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a trolley used for a cabinet such as a vanity table.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 10, a conventional wheel base for increasing the height of a cabinet such as a vanity table is composed of at least four parts: a front plate, a rear plate, and a pair of side plates abutting on both side ends thereof. Things are common.
In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 5-293020 describes that the work of attaching the cabinet to the trolley is simple and has good workability, and Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. Hei 10-99151 describes that the dimensional adjustment to the cabinet is easy, and the water resistance of the trolley is improved. Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 9-10049 and the like disclose this.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, the upper surface of a pair of left and right side plates of the pedestal is in contact with the lower end of the side plate of the cabinet to support the weight.
In this method, a step generated between the mounted cabinet side plate and the pedestal side plate may impair the aesthetic appearance, and high dimensional accuracy of the pedestal and careful alignment at the time of construction are required.
[0004]
In the structure of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-293020, careful alignment is not required, and mounting of the trolley is simplified. However, it is necessary to provide an assortment of trolleys having a dedicated width corresponding to the width of the cabinet to be mounted.
Further, in addition to the front plate and the rear plate and a pair of side plates abutting on both side end portions thereof, four substantially L-shaped connection metal fittings arranged at each of the four corners, and screws for attaching the connection metal fittings are required. The score has increased.
[0005]
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-99151 discloses a pedestal that can be installed irrespective of the opening size of a cabinet to be mounted. However, in the procedure for forming the undercarriage, installation is time-consuming, such as cutting the wooden left and right frame rods and screwing the front and rear frame rods together with the heads of the legs to the left and right frame rods.
In addition, turning the adjuster bolt in contact with the floor surface to change the height of the extendable leg may damage the floor.
[0006]
Further, when the pedestal is made of a wooden material, there is also a problem that the wooden material absorbs water and causes expansion deformation, and a problem that mold and the like propagate near the wooden material that has absorbed the water.
[0007]
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-10049, since the lower surface of the pedestal is covered and covered with a hard holding material and the holding member is further covered with soft packing, the water resistance is improved.
However, the fixing of the holding material is by screw fixing, and the cabinet cannot be mounted unless the cabinet is once laid or turned over, which is troublesome.
Also, since the adjuster bolt for height adjustment is inside the base wheel, it is very difficult to finely adjust the height after installation.
[0008]
Then, in order to solve the above-mentioned subject, an object of the present invention is to provide a trolley which can be installed irrespective of the size of the frontage of a washstand to be mounted. Further, it is another object of the present invention to provide a wheel base having good water resistance and easy height adjustment.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0009]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, in a pedestal installed between a vanity table and a floor, the pedestal has a concave groove for inserting a side plate of the vanity table at least at an upper part, The left and right side plates of the vanity stand are independently attached to each other, so that the side plates of the vanity stand can be inserted and fixed in the grooves.
[0010]
Since the base wheels are separately inserted into the left and right side plates of the vanity stand, the vanity stand can be installed irrespective of the opening size of the vanity stand.
[0011]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a convex portion is provided at a predetermined interval on the inner surface of the concave groove.
By providing a convex portion on the inner side surface of the concave groove, it becomes possible to press and restrain a cabinet side plate such as a vanity stand, so that it is possible to connect firmly.
In addition, since the convex portions are provided at predetermined intervals, the side plates of the cabinet are partially pressed, and the side plates of the cabinet can be inserted into the concave grooves in the upper portion of the pedestal with a small force.
[0012]
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, at least one or more through holes are formed from the bottom surface of the concave groove of the base wheel to the bottom surface of the base wheel.
Even if water enters the groove of the base ring from the gap between the base ring and the cabinet side plate such as a vanity stand, the water is immediately discharged from the through hole, so that the lower end of the cabinet side plate is always in contact with water. Will not be placed in
Therefore, it is possible to mount even a cabinet made of a woody material that is vulnerable to water.
[0013]
As a preferred mode of the present invention, an adjusting screw is attached to the concave groove bottom face upward and the side of the adjusting screw is exposed from the opening on the side surface of the undercarriage.
Since the side of the adjustment screw is exposed from the pedestal, even after the pedestal is attached to the lower end of the cabinet side plate and the vanity table is installed in a predetermined place, the height of the adjustment screw exposed on the side of the pedestal can be easily adjusted by rotating the adjustment screw exposed on the side of the pedestal. Can be finely adjusted, and the height of the vanity can be easily adjusted.
[0014]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a notch for fitting the front plate is provided in front of the base wheel.
Since the notch for installing the front plate is provided, it is possible to easily install the front plate on the pedestal by preparing a front plate suitable for the frontage.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described, but the content of the present invention is not limited to this.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of an embodiment of the present invention.
The base wheel 1 of the present invention as a raising member of a vanity stand has a single plate shape, and at least an upper surface thereof has a width enough to receive a side plate of the vanity stand and a depth sufficient for connection without rattling. The groove 2 has a thickness.
If the concave groove 2 is provided while leaving the front upper surface of the base wheel 1, for example, even if there is shaking such as an earthquake, it is possible to prevent the vanity table from sliding out.
In addition, a notch 4 into which a riser of a cabinet is fitted may be provided on the front side of one side surface of the base wheel 1. Increasing the width of the notch 4 can accommodate various cabinets in which the position of the riser plate is different.
The cabinet side plate supporting surface 3 is located above the floor surface at an interval for lifting the cabinet by a required height.
[0017]
FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of a method for connecting a wheel and a vanity stand according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the base wheel 1 of the present invention can mount the vanity table by a simple method of simply inserting the side plate 6 of the vanity table into the groove.
Since they are separately inserted into the left and right side plates, they can be installed irrespective of the basin width.
[0018]
Since it is installed separately on the left and right sides of the side plate of the vanity stand, it is possible to alternately lift and mount one side of the vanity stand to be mounted, and once a heavy vanity table like a Can be installed completely without lifting from the floor.
[0019]
FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the undercarriage according to the present invention is installed.
The step a in the frontage direction between the side surface of the vanity cabinet 7 and the side surface of the pedestal 1 is set smaller than the step b between the side surface of the vanity cabinet 7 and the side surface of the basin 8 as shown in FIG. Therefore, even when the vanity stand is placed in contact with the wall, the side surface of the base ring and the wall do not interfere with each other, and no gap is generated between the washbasin and the wall.
[0020]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 4, convex portions 10 are provided at predetermined intervals on the inner surface 9 of the concave groove provided in the base wheel 1.
The protruding portions 10 are provided on both sides of the non-groove side surface 9 with a predetermined space therebetween, but may be provided on only one side, or the spaces between the protruding portions 10 on both sides may be different.
The vertical length of the protrusion 10 may be from the side plate support surface 3 to the upper end, or may be less than that.
Further, it is desirable that the shape of the tip of the convex portion 10 be an R shape.
[0021]
FIG. 5 is a detailed view showing an example of a connection method between the wheel base and the vanity table according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, the wheel base 1 of the present invention presses the lower end of the side plate of the vanity stand 5 with the convex portion on the inner surface of the concave groove, and therefore does not come off easily without rattling.
In addition, since it is partially compressed at intervals, it is possible to insert the side plate of the cabinet into the groove at the top of the pedestal with little force.
[0022]
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention.
A through hole 11 for discharging water that has entered the inside of the undercarriage groove is provided in the undercarriage.
The through hole 11 is preferably formed in the bottom surface 12 of the groove below the cabinet side plate support surface 3. Further, the distance between the concave groove bottom surface 12 and the cabinet side plate supporting surface 3 is preferably 5 mm or more, and the diameter of the through hole 10 is preferably 5 mm or more. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide the drain groove 13 on the bottom surface side of the undercarriage.
With such a configuration, even if water enters the groove of the undercarriage, the water does not spread to the entire undercarriage and is immediately discharged from the through-hole. It is not placed in constant contact with water.
Furthermore, since the base wheel 1 is formed of a resin material such as PP or ABS having sufficient rigidity and water resistance to support the vanity, the water flowing on the floor surface during cleaning, for example, is used to wash the vanity. An interval for preventing the side plate of the table from absorbing water can be secured, and the pedestal itself does not absorb water.
Therefore, it becomes possible to install a vanity stand made of a material such as wood even in a place where the floor is wet, which could not be installed conventionally.
[0023]
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of a height fine adjustment mechanism provided to the undercarriage according to the present invention.
The wheel base according to the present invention can be provided with a height fine adjustment function.
FIG. 7 shows an example of the height fine adjustment mechanism.
This fine adjustment mechanism comprises a female screw 14 provided on the base wheel body, a trimming bolt 15, a dial 16 for rotating the trimming bolt, and a pedestal 17 in contact with the vanity side plate.
One of the cut bolts 15 is provided with a shape rotatable together with the dial 16.
The pedestal 17 and the cut bolt 15 may be independent or may be integrated.
The dial 16 is exposed from an opening 18 provided on the side surface of the undercarriage.
The rotation of the dial 16 is transmitted to the trimming bolt 15, and the height of the vanity can be finely adjusted by moving the trimming bolt 15 up and down.
By providing this height fine adjustment mechanism, it is possible to install the vanity without distortion even when installing on a floor with a water gradient to drain water, and this height adjustment mechanism is Because it is not in contact with the floor, it does not damage the floor.
The fine height adjustment mechanism is effective even if it is installed in one place at the front and rear of the undercarriage, or is installed at either the front or the rear.
[0024]
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which a wheel according to the present invention is installed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base wheel 1 is separately attached to each of the left and right side plates to support the vanity stand.
For this reason, it is possible to install regardless of the opening size of the vanity stand, but in this case, there is a space in the vanity riser part.
When a sense of unity without a gap is desired, a front plate 19 that connects the left and right wheels may be installed to hide the gap, as shown in FIG.
[0025]
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of a method of connecting the front plate and the rear plate according to the present invention.
This front plate is joined to a notch portion 20 provided in front of the underwheel by a tenon set shown in FIG.
The front plate 19 may be formed in a flat plate shape, but by providing concave portions at both ends as shown in FIG. can do.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9B, the rear plate 21 can be attached to the rear side of the undercarriage by the same method.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the pedestal which can be installed easily irrespective of the frontage dimension of the washstand to be mounted can be provided.
Further, it is possible to solve a problem caused by water absorption of a cabinet material such as a vanity table to be mounted.
