【従来の技術】
図５〜図７に示すように、機器取り付けレール２１には取り付け穴２２が設けられており、従来、機器取り付けレール２１を固定するには、機器取り付けレール２１を必要な長さに予め切断し、機器取り付けレール２１を取り付けるための固定穴（図示せず）を開口したパネル等に取り付け穴２２と固定穴とにねじ２３を挿通し締め付け固定していた。固定した機器取り付けレール２１の任意の位置に固定金具２４を取り付け、この固定金具２４でブレーカ２５等の電気機器の位置決めを行っていた。機器取り付けレール２１は、その都度必要な長さに切断して使用するが、図８に示すように、Ｌ１、Ｌ２、Ｌ３のそれぞれの位置で切断した場合、取り付け穴２２ａ、２２ｂ、２２ｃは機器取り付けレール２１の端部からの位置が変化し一定の位置ではない。そのため、機器取り付けレール２１を固定するためのパネルに設ける固定穴も一定の位置に設定することができないので、これら不具合を解消するため、パネルに固定穴をたくさん設け、いずれかの固定穴が機器取り付けレール２１の取り付け穴２２に対向できるようにしていた。また、切断した機器取り付けレール２１の取り付け穴２２に合わせて、パネルにその都度後加工にて固定穴を開口していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来技術に示すように、たくさんの固定穴をパネルに設けるには、加工費がかかり、パネルの製作費のコストアップとなっていた。また、後加工にてパネルに固定穴を設けるには、加工時間が多くかかり、コストアップとなっていた。また、機器を固定するためにその都度固定金具２４を取り付けなくてはならず、また、機器を固定するための壁状の金具が小さいため、機器が歪んだりしていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本発明は、簡単な構造で製造コストを抑えることのできる機器取り付けレールの固定方法を提供することを目的とし、その構造は、固定部と保持部とを形成したレール固定具の固定部で機器取り付けレールの両端を押さえ、レール固定具に設けられた螺子挿通孔に螺子を挿通し機器取り付けレールをレール固定具と共に固定し、レール固定具間にブレーカを並列しレール固定具の保持部でブレーカの側面を保持することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る機器取り付けレールの固定方法は、必要な長さに機器取り付けレールを切断し、その両端をレール固定具と共に、パネル等にねじ止めする。レール固定具は、固定部と保持部とで構成される。固定部は機器取り付けレールに対向する形状に形成し、保持部は壁状に上方へ向かって突設する。固定部には螺子挿通孔が設けられていて、固定部で機器取り付けレールの両端を固定しながら、ねじ止めする。レール固定具の間にブレーカ等の電気機器を配置し、保持部でブレーカの側面を保持し、機器の位置決めと固定を行うものである。

【実施例】
本発明に係る機器取り付けレールの固定方法の実施例を図１〜図４の添付図面に基づいて説明する。

分電盤の底面には、機器取り付けレールの幅に対向させて固定穴を設けたパネル等を取り付け、パネルに機器取り付けレール１をレール固定具２によって敷設する。ブレーカ３等の機器を機器取り付けレール１に取り付け、分電盤を構成する。

機器取り付けレール１は、予め必要な長さに切断しておく。必要な長さは、ブレーカ３の幅寸法に個数を乗じた長さに機器取り付けレール１を固定する際に必要な長さを足したものである。

レール固定具２は固定部２ａと保持部２ｂとから構成され、固定部２ａは機器取り付けレール１の形状に対向するように形成され、保持部２ｂは固定部２ａから上方へ向かって壁状に突設させている。固定部２ａには、固定用の螺子挿通孔４を形成している。機器取り付けレール１の両端部に、固定部２ａを機器取り付けレール１に対向させて、機器取り付けレール１にはめ込むようにレール固定具２を取り付ける。固定部２ａは螺子挿通孔４をパネル５に設けられた固定穴（図示せず）に対向させ、螺子挿通孔４と固定穴とにそれぞれ螺子６を挿通し、機器取り付けレール１と共にレール固定具２を固定する。ブレーカ３の取り付けは、レール固定具２の保持部２ｂで位置決めをしながら、保持部２ｂ間に並べる。レール固定具２の保持部２ｂは、ブレーカ３の側面全体を保持するので、ブレーカ３が歪んだりすることがない。

従来の機器取り付けレール１の固定方法に比べ、ねじ締め数が減るだけでなく、機器取り付けレール１に設けられている取り付け穴７は使用しなくてもよいため、適当な位置で機器取り付けレール１を切断し、取り付け穴７の位置に関係なくパネルに機器取り付けレール１を固定することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように本発明に係る機器取り付けレールの固定方法は、固定部と保持部とを形成したレール固定具の固定部で機器取り付けレールの両端を押さえ、レール固定具に設けられた螺子挿通孔に螺子を挿通し機器取り付けレールをレール固定具と共に固定し、レール固定具間にブレーカを並列しレール固定具の保持部でブレーカの側面を保持するため、従来使用していた機器取り付けレールを取り付けるための固定穴を設けた高価なパネルなどの専用部品を使用する必要がなく、低コストで、パネルを製作することが可能となる。また、機器取り付けレールを取り付ける際に、その都度取り付けレールの取り付け穴に合わせてパネルに固定穴を加工する必要がないので、製作時間が短縮できる。さらには、機器取り付けレールは、従来のように現物を合わせながら切断しなくてもよいので、事前に準備でき、在庫化も可能になる。本発明のレール固定具は、確実に機器を保持、固定することができるので、機器取り付けの際または、輸送時の振動にも機器が傾かず、安定した製品を提供することができる。新たに固定金具を取り付ける必要もなく、確実に機器を保持することができる。
