【従来の技術】
従来のパイプ先端取り付け金具には、パイプに二枚の半円筒形状に分割された筒を挿入し、ボルト状の金具を回転させてパイプ内部にあるテ−パ状のナットを締め込み、分割された筒をパイプ内部より押し広げて固定する金具や、パイプ先端部に大きな径の筒状の金具を装着してボルトを締め込んで固定する金具。また、クサビ状の金具をパイプ内部に金槌などで叩き込んで固定する金具などがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術では取り付けに手間を要したり、強度不足や、取り外しが困難であるなどの問題点があるため、工具無しで簡単に着脱できる強度のあるパイプ先端取り付け金具の開発。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本課題を解決する手段として、薄くて弾力性と強度のある材質をパイプの内径よりもわずかに大きな径で星形状に成形し、星状の先端部７の一枚ずつに一定の角度Ｒをつけた食込みリング２をスペーサー３，４，５の間に挟みこみ、食込みリング取り付けボルト金具１に装着してナット６で締め込み、固定する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１に示される実施例では、薄くて弾力性と強度のある材質で星形状に成形し、星状の先端部７の一枚ずつに一定の角度Ｒをつけて食い込みリング２を成形する。ボルト貫通穴８は太鼓状に加工する。

図２に示される実施例ではボルト部９と機具取り付け用台座部１０、ストッパー部１１が一体化された食込みリング取り付けボルト金具１のボルト部９の側面を平面加工して断面を太鼓状にし、食込みリング２が回転しないようにする。

図３、図４、図５、図６に示される実施例ではスペーサー３，４，５のそれぞれの食込みリング２の当たる面を凹面、凸面の球面加工を施し、凸面部は凹面部より小さな径で加工し、パイプに挿入したときの食込みリングの遊び代とする。スペーサーの径はパイプの内径よりもわずかに小さな径で加工し、食込みリング２を保護する。食込みリング取り付けボルト金具１にスペーサー３，４，５と食込みリング２を交互に挟み込み、ナット６で締め付けることによりスペーサー３，４，５の凹凸面で挟まれた食込みリング２は一定の角度で傾き、固定される。
