本発明は側溝等の溝蓋を取外したり、取付けたりする場合に使用される溝蓋の吊上装置に関し、更にはコンクリートブロックや歩道敷板その他類似の重量物を吊り上げて荷役移動する場合にも活用できる溝蓋等の荷役材吊上機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
溝蓋を、側溝等に取付けたり、取外す作業は、一般的には人手によって行われており、軽いものは良いが、人手では持ち運びできない重量のあるものは、手作業では非常に困難である。そこでこれを簡単にするために、例えば特開平8―225123号公報に側溝具の開閉具が提案され、或いは特開平9―4037号公報にコンクリート製側溝蓋の挟持装置が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、人手では簡単に持ち運びすることのできない重量のある溝蓋を、簡便に吊上げ、移動させることのできる吊上機を提供することを目的とすると共に、上記従来技術に提示した提案例のものより溝蓋の挟持力を強くし、溝蓋の昇降もより抵抗少なくして更に使い勝手を良くした溝蓋等の荷役材吊上機を提供することを解決課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明は第一に、後端部に取手部が設けられ、先端部に溝蓋等の荷役材吊上げ部を設けたフレームの先端部寄り下部に遊転自在なキャスターを設けて、該フレームをキャスター近傍の支点回りに側面視でシーソー揺動可能に構成した吊上機において、前記吊上げ部を構成するのに、フレームの先端部に横方向の吊アームを配設し、該吊アームの両端下部に吊リンクを介して上下方向に伸縮可能なX字状の挟持リンクを設け、該挟持リンクの下部両端に荷役材の両側面を挟持する挟持面をもつ挟持部材を各々装着すると共に、各挟持リンクの挟持部材近傍部を横方向の連結アームにて枢着可能に連結し、前記X字状の挟持リンクが伸長/縮小する吊アームの上昇/下降位置に応じて左右の挟持部材の対向距離を接近/離間自在に構成したことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の溝蓋等の荷役材吊上機を図面に示す一実施形態により説明する。図1に示すように、角鋼管部材よりなるフレーム1の後端部に角ハンドル状の取手部2が設けられ、フレーム1の先端部に溝蓋22等の荷役材吊上げ部Lが吊設されている。該フレーム1の先端部寄り下部に車軸21a回りに遊転自在なキャスター21が設けてあり、該フレーム1は前記車軸21aを支点として側面視でシーソー揺動可能に構成されている。従って、作業者がフレーム1の取手部2を把持して後端部を下降させフレーム1の先端部を地面より離間上昇させた状態で、キャスター21により任意箇所への移動が容易にできるように構成される。
前記溝蓋22等の荷役材吊上げ部Lの構成を説明する。フレーム1の先端部に前後方向回動可能にU字形状の吊金具からなる吊部材11をボルト14、ナット15で垂設し、該吊部材11にボルト12、ナット13で枢支して水平面内で回動可能に横方向の吊アーム9を配設し、フレーム1に対して吊りアーム9を回傾動可能に枢着させてある。

これにより、前記X字状の挟持リンク3、3が伸長する吊アーム9の上昇位置では左右の挟持部材4、4の対向距離を接近させて、該挟持部材4、4で溝蓋22等の荷役材の両側面を挟持して吊り上げ可能とする。また、前記X字状の挟持リンク3、3が縮小する吊アーム9の下降位置では左右の挟持部材4、4の対向距離を離間させて溝蓋22等の荷役材の両側面の幅より拡げるように構成されるものである。

以上のように、請求項記載の発明によれば、吊上機を溝蓋上に移動して、作業方向をきめリンク固定フックを外し、取手部を押し下げるだけで梃子の作用により小さな力で、また回傾動作用点により良好な姿勢で溝蓋を極めて簡単に吊上げ、移動或いは吊下ろすことができる。また、図1に示すように全体を単純に構成したことにより、装置をコンパクトにすることができ機動性も向上でき、また、持ち運びも簡単になった。
