Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partition installed around an office desk or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In offices, it is common practice to set up partitions between desks to partition each person's work space. As a configuration of such a partition, a core material such as a honeycomb material is incorporated in a rectangular frame, and a curtain is stretched in the frame to form the front and back surfaces of the core, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 3-233052. There is something that covered. In addition, there is a simple type such as that disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2015588, which does not have a core material and only has a curtain framed. The curtain is fixed to the frame by providing a fixing groove in a frame material constituting the frame, and pushing the edge of the curtain together with the rope into the groove to lock the frame.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This structure using a rope has long been used in a structure for laying a net on a screen door, and attempts to fix the curtain only by frictional force between the curtain, a rope sandwiching the curtain, and a fixing groove. Like screens of screen doors, it is only necessary that the thickness, hardness, elasticity, degree of sliding on the surface, etc. are determined to some extent, but the curtain of the partition can be anything from synthetic leather to resin film. If the curtain is made of a thick and hard material, the rope will not come out of the groove and cannot be stretched well, and if the material is thin and slippery, the curtain will gradually loosen after stretching. I came. In Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. Hei 3-233052, since the fixing groove is hidden by attaching the cover to the frame material, the rope may be prevented from falling off, but the curtain is not loosened. If the curtain is locally fixed to the frame material with screws or the like in order to prevent loosening, wrinkles will occur.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and provides a partition that can prevent the rope from falling off and reliably prevent the curtain from being loosened for curtains of all materials and properties. Aim.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a partition according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a frame and a curtain stretched over the frame, and the frame has a fixing groove for swallowing an edge of the curtain in a longitudinal direction. It consists of a frame material, a rope that is inserted into the fixing groove to fix the edge of the curtain, and a cover that is locked and fixed to the frame material and closes the opening of the fixing groove. The curtain is sandwiched between the distal end portion of the fixed groove forming wall on the inner peripheral side of the frame and the pressing portion of the cover.
[0006]
Further, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the frame member has a frame-side curved surface portion at a distal end of the fixed groove forming wall on the inner peripheral side of the frame, and the cover has a cover-side curved surface shaped to fit into the holding portion with the frame-side curved surface portion. And a frame is sandwiched between the frame-side curved surface portion and the cover-side curved surface portion.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the partition of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. In this partition, a frame 1 is formed by assembling four frame members 3 made of an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy into a square, and a single cloth curtain 2 is stretched over the frame.
[0008]
The form of the frame member 3 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. The frame member 3 is formed in a hollow shape by providing grooves 4, 9, and 10 at three positions on an inner peripheral side, a central portion, and an outer peripheral side. The grooves 4 and 9 at the side and the center are closed by a cover 6 whose opening is fitted. The groove 4 on the inner peripheral side is a fixing groove for fixing the edge of the curtain 2, and the edge of the curtain 2 is pressed into the fixed groove 4 by a rope 5, swallowed and held. The rope 5 is preferably formed of a material having a large surface friction such as rubber or soft plastic and having elasticity. The distal end portion 8 of the fixed groove forming wall on the inner peripheral side of the frame is formed so as to protrude toward the inside of the fixed groove, and holds the rope 5 at its distal end so as not to fall out of the fixed groove. Further, the surface of the fixed groove constituting wall, which contacts the curtain 2, is a frame-side curved surface portion 11 a curved in an R shape, and a corner on the exit side of the curtain is chamfered in an R shape.
[0009]
The cover 6 is attached to the projections 12 and 12 of the groove 9 at the center of the frame member by engaging the claws 13 and 13 on the back surface. A step 14 is provided in a portion of the frame member 3 where the cover 6 is in contact with the cover, and the surface of the cover 6 forms a continuous surface with the surface of the frame member 3. At a side edge of the cover 6 on the inner peripheral side of the frame, a holding portion 7 of the curtain extends inside the frame so as to close the opening of the fixing groove 4 of the frame. The holding portion 7 has a cover-side curved surface portion 11b that fits into the frame-side curved surface portion 11a, and the exit-side corner of the curtain 2 is chamfered in an R shape. The pressing portion 7 is pressed toward the front end portion 8 of the fixed groove forming wall of the frame material due to the rigidity of the cover 6, and holds the curtain 2 between the frame-side curved surface portion 11 a and the cover-side curved surface portion 11 b, and the curtain 2 is loosened. Is prevented. In addition, since the curtain 2 is clamped in this manner, the tension of the curtain 2 is killed by the clamped portion, so that the rope 5 is also prevented from coming off. The surface that sandwiches the curtain between the frame material side and the cover side does not necessarily need to be a curved surface, and may be a shape that is sandwiched between a flat surface and an L-shaped portion. However, as in the present embodiment, the curved surface portions 11a and 11b are used. By holding the curtain, the frictional force with the curtain 2 is increased, so that the curtain 2 can be more reliably prevented from being loosened, and the curtain 2 can be prevented from being broken because the curtain 2 is not damaged. The shape of the curved surface portion is not limited to a simple R shape, and for example, may be a groove having a curved surface on one side and a convex groove fitted on the other side. The tip portion 15 of the holding portion is a holding portion of the rope for holding down the rope 5 in the event that the rope 5 tries to get out of the fixing groove 4, and does not contact the rope 5 in a normal state. With such a structure, the rope 5 does not fall out of the fixing groove 4 unless the cover 6 is removed. Note that the cover 6 may be fixed to the frame member 3 with screws while locking the claws 13.
[0010]
As described above, the present partition has a simple configuration, and as shown in FIG. 2, can be attached to the back side or the side of the desk 16 by the mounting bracket 17 for easy use. Further, it is also possible to provide a leg portion so as to stand on the floor as if standing upright. The groove 10 provided outside the frame member can be used as a mounting groove for a mounting bracket, a leg, and a joint member for connecting partitions. The curtain 2 is not limited to a cloth, and can be made of various materials such as a mesh net or a vinyl sheet that allows light to pass therethrough, and can be easily replaced as needed.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
In the partition of the present invention, a cover for closing the opening of the fixing groove of the curtain is locked and fixed to the frame material constituting the frame, and the cover has a pressing portion for the curtain, and Since the curtain is sandwiched between the tip of the fixed groove forming wall and the cover pressing part, the rope can be prevented from falling off and the curtain can be stretched neatly, regardless of the material and thickness of the curtain, and It is possible to reliably prevent the curtain from being loosened. Further, since the pressing portion of the cover presses the peripheral edge of the curtain evenly over the entire length, wrinkles do not occur. The conventional tools can be used for setting the curtain, and the curtain can be easily replaced. Further, the design is improved by locking and fixing the cover to the frame material to close the opening of the fixing groove.
[0012]
Further, when the curtain is clamped between the frame-side curved surface portion and the cover-side curved surface portion, the frictional force between the clamping surface and the curtain increases, and the curtain is firmly fixed to the frame material. Therefore, the curtain can be prevented from loosening more reliably. In addition, the curtain can be prevented from being broken because the curtain is not damaged.
