[Object of the invention]
The present invention is intended to prevent the contents from popping out or being exposed when the contents such as goods are put in various containers, for example, a tray with a lid or a decorative box with a lid, for sale. It is related to a band-shaped seal required to perform, that is, a bandage. In particular, the bandage adheres a flat band-shaped sheet for sheeting with glue margins at both ends of the bandage, and is targeted in advance. The container is formed in a cylindrical closed band with a minimum closed cross-sectional shape capable of enclosing the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral contour shape of the container, and in each case, the cylindrical bandage is manually placed in a container with a lid containing the contents. A sheet material to be used as a bandage for a container having a novel structure suitable for a bandage that is easy to handle by hand for a bandage that has been handled so that it can be hung, and obtained therefrom. Provide container bandages with a new structure It is Utosuru thing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various types of delicatessen, such as boiled dishes, salads, and lunch boxes, displayed on display shelves at the food counter, and various types of confectionery, such as thin-skinned buns and sakura mochi, placed in show windows of confectionery shops, are sold with as little labor as possible. In order to increase the efficiency, the purpose is to put in a transparent tray with a lid of a predetermined size as a prepared dish or confectionery, etc. weighed or prepared in advance for each fixed amount, and to prevent the lid from opening, And the manufacturer, for the purpose of describing the quality indication and other necessary information, the whole transparent tray with a lid is wrapped in a headband shape with a transparent plastic sheet or wrapping paper that has been subjected to the required printing with an appropriate width, that is, It was treated as if it had been bandaged, and as in the distant past, clerks weighed, ordered and packed each time on the spot according to the demands of consumers. , Is that the labor and the like, such as handing packaged thereafter so as thereby omitting as much as possible, has already got established as a general merchandise sales process.
[0003]
The handling of the bandage in the conventional method of selling goods is usually performed by the following means.
One of them is to prepare a wrapping sheet having a width smaller than the width of the covered container to be covered, and a length sufficient to wrap the entire covered container in a headband shape and partially overlap both ends. After printing the required characters and graphics etc. in the required places, place the contents in a predetermined amount by appropriate means, cover the lid and hold it with your hand, and remove the prepared flat packaging sheet. Grip with the other hand, the center area corresponds to the center part of the lid side, and both ends overlap on the bottom side of the container body, and be careful not to loosen the whole By sealing the container with cellophane tape or a sealing seal, the lid of the container with the lid containing the contents remains safely closed, and the packaging that also serves as a display of makeup and necessary items is completed. , Then just wait for the display It is a way to be.
[0004]
In the case of the banding method according to the above method, since the positioning of the packaging sheet to the container with the lid containing the contents is performed while pressing the lid, a certain level of skill is required, and the work is required. The efficiency will be extremely poor, and if you are not used to it, the overlap of the two ends will be misaligned, making it unsightly, loose and slipping out of the display, inadvertently when consumers take it up etc. In recent years, there have been inconveniences such as the possibility that the contents of the container may fall off and the contents may be scattered, so that the method of bandaging by this means has been considerably reduced recently.
[0005]
The second banding method that has appeared in place of the above banding method is one in which glue allowances are prepared in advance at both ends of a plastic sheet on which necessary items are printed in the same size as the first bandage. None, glued or heat-welded at glue margins where they are folded inward about one-fourth of the total length from glue margins, and then glued together to form a tubular bandage that becomes tubular when expanded. After preparing a large number of pieces, place a predetermined amount of contents by appropriate means, then cover with a lid and hold it by hand, pick the prepared tubular bandage with the other hand, expand it into a cylindrical shape, and This is based on a method in which a container with a lid is inserted into the portion.
[0006]
However, in the case of this method, since it is necessary to prevent the tubular bandage from slipping out after the bandage, the circumferential length of the hollow portion of the prepared tubular bandage, that is, the adhesive at both ends, The length of the part excluding the margin part is almost equal to or slightly smaller than the entire cross-sectional length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer contour of the container, and Since the tubular bandage is made to be in close contact with the lidded container when covered in a shape, skill is required to cover the cylindrical bandage with the lidded container. As a result, the work efficiency is reduced during the period when the user is not accustomed to the operation, and the inconvenience of peeling off or breaking the glue of the tubular bandage when badly performed is caused.
[0007]
Therefore, in order to eliminate this inconvenience, a heat-shrinkable sheet (for example, a product name such as shrink) is used for the plastic sheet body for the tubular bandage, and the length of the portion excluding the glue margin portion at both ends in advance is set. A container with a lid that is larger than the entire cross-sectional length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the container (but within the shrinkage range of the heat-shrinkable sheet to be used) After covering the container properly, allow the entire container to pass through the heat tunnel for a predetermined period of time, and shrink the tubular bandage made of heat shrinkable sheet around the container with the lid. Means of providing close contact have also been adopted, but this method requires a certain amount of capital investment and requires a somewhat higher packaging material. To prepare additional work personnel In addition, there are problems such as inefficiency and other problems, which in turn results in an economic burden and is not always an effective method of bandaging for small-scale manufacturing and retailers. The fact is that it is almost impossible to expect.
[0008]
In view of the circumstances described above, the present invention has been developed for micro-scale manufacturing and retail stores as well as large-scale superstores, etc. When there is a need to properly select foods that meet needs and pack them in containers, it is said that there is no way of bandaging that will make it very easy and efficient to bandage. From the judgment, the development and research for that purpose were started promptly, and the applicant has already completed Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-90794 “Bonded bandage” and put it to practical use. Because of the necessity of efficiently forming a predetermined adhesive-printed surface on the glue margin of each unit container bandage for the bandage for the unit container, further trial production, experiments, and various trial and error Has been repeated over and over. Which has led to see the completion of container sealing band made from the novel structure of the as shown in below.
[0009]
Configuration of the Invention
As can be clearly understood from several representative embodiments shown in the drawings, the bandage for a container according to the present invention basically has the following configuration.
In other words, the entire cross-sectional circumference of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that makes the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the target container an inclusive shape is defined as the required sealing band length L, and the adhesive margin width C provided on the left and right side edges thereof (L + 2C). With respect to the sheet body of the length dimension, the length direction is an integral multiple of the unit vertical dimension S corresponding to the body of the target container or an appropriate number of fractions is added to the length of the sheet body. The adhesive printing surface formed on at least one of the right and left glue margins in the glue margin portion of the sheet body portion within the dimension S range has the width dimension from the edge of the sheet body in the width direction adhered to the extended portion. The entire marginal portion except for a predetermined range portion at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body or a necessary portion is set to the entire width of the margin allowance C, or substantially equivalent to the entire width of the margin allowance C Consisting of a flat shape that can be used as an adhesive for fastening parts to be tightened A sealing band for a container, wherein the adhesive printing surface of each unit vertical dimension S is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. Sheet material.
[0010]
The sheet material as the container bandage having the basic configuration includes the sheet material having the following configuration.
First, the plane shape of the adhesive printed surface of the sheet material to be used as a bandage for a container having the above-described configuration is such that the plane shape of the adhesive printed surface is a margin for the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range. The width dimension from the sheet body edge in the width direction is obtained by subtracting the play width α from the entire width of the glue margin C in only a predetermined range of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body to be the adhesive portion for the extended portion of the portion. The width of the adhesive portion for the fastening portion between them is set to the full width of the adhesive margin width C, or is formed substantially equivalent to the full width of the adhesive margin portion width C, and is long. Is a sheet material to be used as a bandage for a container, in which the adhesive printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S range is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the sheet.
[0011]
Next, the plane shape of the adhesive printing surface is only a predetermined range portion at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body as an adhesive portion for the expansion portion of the adhesive margin portion of the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range. The width dimension from the edge of the width direction sheet body is equal to the width of the adhesive margin width C minus the play width α, and the widthwise sheet body edge is attached to the adhesive portion for the fastening portion between them. It is formed as an equal width corresponding to the remaining portion except the play width α from the edge, and the adhesive printed surface of each unit vertical dimension S range is repeated over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. It is a sheet material used as a container bandage configured to be formed as described above.
[0012]
Further, only a predetermined range of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body is defined as an adhesive margin portion of the sheet body portion within the range of each unit longitudinal dimension S in the width direction of the sheet body edge. Is the same width as the clearance width C minus the play width α from the total width of the margin allowance C, and the adhesive portion for the tightening portion between them is distributed over the entire width of the paste margin C. The adhesive printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S range is formed as a repeating pattern substantially over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the long sheet. This is a sheet material to be used as a container bandage which is formed on a sheet.
[0013]
Similarly, the planar shape of the adhesive printing surface is the width dimension from the widthwise sheet body edge of the glue margin portion in the sheet body portion within each unit longitudinal dimension S over the entire length in the sheet body longitudinal direction. Is the same width as the glue margin width C minus the play width α from the total width, and excluding the predetermined range portions at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body which becomes the adhesive portion for the expansion portion. , A portion protruding inward from the equal width portion to the top thereof is formed as equivalent to the entire width C of the glue margin portion, and the unit vertical dimension S range over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. It is a sheet material used as a bandage for a container in which each adhesive printed surface is formed like a repetitive pattern.
[0014]
Further, the plane shape of the adhesive printing surface is such that the width dimension from the width direction sheet body edge to the glue margin portion in the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range over the entire length in the sheet body longitudinal direction. The width of the adhesive margin portion C is equal to the width of the play after subtracting the play width α from the entire width. It is formed that the area protruding inward from the equal width portion to the top thereof slightly exceeds the entire width of the adhesive margin portion C and the area of the portion exceeding the entire width of the adhesive margin portion C is made smaller. And a sheet material to be used as a bandage for a container in which the adhesive-printed surface of each unit vertical dimension S is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. .
[0015]
Similarly, the plane shape of the adhesive printing surface is only a predetermined range portion at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body as an expansion portion adhesive portion of the glue margin portion of the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range, The width dimension from the edge of the width direction sheet main body is equal to the width of the margin allowance portion C minus the play width α, and the adhesive portion for the fastening portion between them is the width direction sheet main body end. The width dimension from the edge is made equal width smaller than the above-mentioned equal width dimension, and it is formed so as to protrude inward from a required portion of the same width portion to the top to correspond to the entire width of the adhesive margin width C. Further, the sheet material is used as a bandage for a container in which the adhesive printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction.
[0016]
Similarly, the plane shape of the adhesive printing surface has only a predetermined range of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body as an adhesive portion for an extended portion of the glue margin in the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range. The width dimension from the edge of the width direction sheet main body is equal to the width of the margin allowance portion C minus the play width α, and the adhesive portion for the fastening portion between them is the width direction sheet main body end. The width dimension from the edge is larger than the above-mentioned equal width dimension and smaller than the glue margin width C, and it protrudes inward from a required portion of the equal width portion to the top to the glue margin width C. For a container which is formed so as to correspond to the entire width and in which the adhesive printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S range is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. It is a sheet material used as a bandage.
[0017]
The plane shape of the adhesive printing surface is such that only a predetermined range of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body as an adhesive portion for an extended portion of the glue margin portion in the sheet body portion within the range of each unit vertical dimension S has its width. The width dimension from the edge of the sheet body should be within the range of the width of the marginal margin width C minus the play width α from the maximum width at the maximum point, and inclined toward both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body. And a bandage for a container in which the adhesive printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S range is formed like a repetitive pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. Sheet material is also included.
[0018]
Further, the plane shape of the adhesive printing surface is only the predetermined range portion at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body as the adhesive portion for the extension portion of the adhesive margin portion in the sheet body portion within each unit vertical dimension S range. The width dimension from the edge of the sheet body should be within the range of the width of the sheet margin at the maximum point, minus the play width α from the total width of the margin allowance C. The sheet is formed to have a shape having no adhesive printed surface at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body, and the unit longitudinal dimension S range for each unit longitudinal dimension over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. The same applies to a sheet material used as a container bandage in which the adhesive printed surface is formed like a repetitive pattern.
[0019]
The sheet body has a tubular shape that can be attached to the outer periphery of the target container by printing an adhesive on one or both of the left and right glue margins and bonding by appropriate means, so that unnecessary opening of the container is possible. In addition to various synthetic resin (thermoplastic, thermosetting resin) films that can be used as packaging materials, various papers (pulp paper, synthetic paper) with relatively excellent tensile strength And the like, and the entire cross-sectional circumference of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral contour shape of the target container is the required sealing band length L, and the adhesive allowance provided on the left and right side edges thereof Adhesive is continuously printed in a predetermined plane shape on both sides in the width direction of the sheet wound in a roll shape having a total width of (L + 2C) having a width C, or within the range of the glue margin width C. And glue them by the printing surface The parts are bonded to each other to form a long cylindrical shape, and then cut at predetermined locations to serve as a base material for efficiently manufacturing a large number of container bandages. It is necessary to select a material that is not affected by heat or light when making it. In the process of forming the adhesive printing surface on the surface of the sheet body, it is of course possible to print and display decorative printing, product names or product descriptions, and other necessary items.
[0020]
The adhesive portion for the fastening portion is a glue margin near the center of the sheet body portion within the unit longitudinal dimension S in a predetermined range of both ends in the sheet body length direction of the glue margin in the sheet body portion, excluding an adhesive portion for an extension portion described later. The adhesive portion is located in the range, and is adhered by the adhesive portion to form a tubular bandage for a container, and when used in a target container, the inner peripheral length of the bandage for the container is a cross section of the container. It functions to regulate so as to match or substantially match the entire cross-sectional length (required band length L) of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that includes the entire outer peripheral shape as an inclusive shape. In addition to setting the entire area to the width of the margin allowance C in the predetermined sheet body full width dimension (L + 2C), a necessary portion may correspond to the width, or slightly inside the margin area of the paste margin. Up to the required band length L Short by inner restricting the circumferential length dimension, to be taken as those to be mounted without loosening the barrel position of the container.
[0021]
The adhesive portion for the extended portion is configured such that the width dimension from the edge in the width direction of the sheet body is the maximum point in the glue margin portion of the sheet margin portion of the sheet body portion within the unit longitudinal dimension S within a predetermined range of both ends in the sheet body length direction. However, the dimension width obtained by subtracting the play width α from the total width of the adhesive margin C, in other words, the marginal band length (L + 2α) obtained by adding the play width α to both sides of the required band length L, is given by the sheet body full width dimension ( L + 2C) is an adhesive portion having a dimension width of 1 / of the value subtracted from L + 2C), and is adhered at the adhesive portion to form a tubular bandage for a container. Is an inner peripheral length that has a margin of at least 2α more than the entire cross-sectional peripheral length (required bandage length L) of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the container. And perform the function of facilitating crowning work from the side of the target container. In addition, the entire area of the adhesive margin in the predetermined range shall be the same width as the adhesive printed surface with the width dimension (C-α), and the maximum width will be the width obtained by subtracting the play width α from the entire width of the adhesive margin C. It is also possible to use a flat adhesive printed surface (including a partially omitted adhesive printed surface) whose width dimension is appropriately changed within the above.
[0022]
The adhesive is applied in a printed form to at least one of the right and left sides of the bandage for the container, which is the area of the adhesive portion for the tightening portion and the area of the adhesive portion for the expansion portion, so that the left and right edges of the flat sheet-shaped sheet body are joined. To form a cylindrical shape that can be attached to the outer periphery of the body of the container, and select a material that can bond the desired adhesive surfaces of the sheet body with sufficient strength. The adhesive printed in place on the sheet body has no adhesive or adhesive strength under normal circumstances, and can be handled in the same way as ordinary resin films and paper sheets. The adhesive surface on which the agent is printed is superposed, and the adhesive surface is heated to a predetermined temperature by heating with a heater or high-frequency induction, or by using an adhesive mixed with magnetic particles and heating by electromagnetic induction. Do you want to heat Above or ultraviolet ray can be cured by irradiation with, or as a chemical reactive adhesive which can be cured in a relatively short time.
[0023]
In addition, these adhesive printing surfaces in the glue margin portion are formed in a flat shape having a full width of the glue margin portion C over the entire length of the sheet body in the longitudinal direction, and the width dimension from the edge of the width direction sheet body. Is defined as the equal width obtained by subtracting the play width α from the entire width of the glue margin C, and the play width α is set to an equal width in the entire predetermined area corresponding to the play width α in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body. The adhesive-inactivated printing surface is formed by overlapping printing, and the adhesive-printed surface in each unit vertical dimension S range is repeated like a pattern over the entire length of the long sheet in the longitudinal direction. Are formed. A sheet material as a container bandage according to any one of claims 1, 2, 5, and 6.
[0024]
[Related inventions]
In connection with the above-mentioned sheet material used as the container bandage, the present invention includes a container bandage having the following configuration.
That is, the above-mentioned sheet material of the present invention is formed by abutting and bonding the corresponding glue margins in a palm-shape manner while keeping the unit vertical dimension S range portion continuous in the longitudinal direction, and then the adjacent unit vertical All of the extended portion adhesive portions that are continuous between the portions of the dimension S are cut at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body, and the extended portion adhesive portions within a predetermined range of both ends on the cut side of the glue allowance portion. A bandage for a container having a configuration that is formed in a cylindrical shape connected with an adhesive portion for a fastening portion.
[0025]
The bandage is a target container, for example, a transparent plastic container with a one-sided lid (eg, polystyrene) which is often used for side dishes, a foamed plastic container with a one-sided lid often used for natto, etc., and a tray type. Or a container whose opening is heat-sealed and sealed with a film sheet, or a foldable paper box-type container with a top lid often used for cakes, etc. In addition to paper box-shaped containers with separate lids, various forms such as paper box-shaped containers that are often used for clothing and various furnishings, etc., with both ends folded and integrally formed with a meshing type lid For the purpose of preventing the lid from opening, the purpose of displaying the description of the contents and the name of the product, or the purpose of makeup, packaging, etc. I won't get out It consists of a film or sheet-like strip that is not expected to have much elasticity, such as paper or plastic, which is used to obtain the function of making it into a container. When wrapped together, they are wrapped in a predetermined size (usually, if they are box-shaped containers, they can be inserted from the short side). A predetermined width C at both ends of the body is glued or welded as a margin to form a cylindrical shape (closed cross-sectional structure). (Therefore, from one place of the closed cross-sectional structure, a glue margin portion is provided outside the closed cross-sectional structure. Protruding as "ears").
[0026]
However, the state in which the bandage is wrapped, that is, the length of the cylinder having a closed cross-sectional structure is such that the container can be completely wrapped, so that only the small ends on both ends of the container are exposed (that is, the container is closed). ), Or even if both sides of the container protrude (the amount of protrusion is not limited), and it simply does not open the lid In addition to or irrespective of whether it is sufficient to achieve a single function, it is necessary to achieve the function of displaying the description of the contents, the product name, and the function of applying makeup. In addition to being able to be printed, it also includes those that are packaged to obtain the function of protecting the container.
[0027]
The required bandage length L is a predetermined length necessary for fulfilling the function as the bandage described above. If the container has a perfect rectangular cross section, the outer peripheral length of the cross section itself is exactly the required length. If there is a protrusion attached to the container body such as a flange, a reinforcing rib, a knob, a decoration, etc., all of the parts other than the protrusions are connected in a straight line. The entire circumference of the minimum closed cross section in which the container is in close contact with the container, and the container wrapped by the bandage of the required bandage length L is such that the container easily comes out of the bandage due to mutual friction. In addition, in the case where a plurality of individually stacked containers are wrapped in a lump, the state of stacking can be maintained forever without the individual containers easily breaking the stacked state. Can be maintained To become.
[0028]
On the other hand, the play width α is such that the bandage is formed by adding the doubled value of the margin width to the required band length L, and is formed by directly gluing or welding the margins at both ends. If it is formed in a sealed band, the intended purpose will be achieved if the target container is certainly contained in the cylindrical space, but it will be applied to the tubular band to realize that state. When trying to insert the container, the entire circumference of the cylindrical space is set to the required band length L in advance, and there is no room. Therefore, unless the container is inserted very carefully and carefully over time, The container cannot be inserted into the bandage, and if you do not do so, the adhesive margin on the insertion side of the tubular bandage will be broken, or it will extend even if it can not be broken and after wrapping the container There is a risk that the bandage can be easily played and the bandage can easily escape. Further, in order to achieve the function of facilitating the work of inserting such a container into the tubular bandage, the length of the bandage sheet for forming the tubular bandage is determined in advance by the required bandage length L. It is an extra length part to be added, and in consideration of the workability and the quality of the appearance as a bandage, it is desirably about 0.5 to 3 mm, and optimally about 1 to 2 mm. It is good to set it to something.
[0029]
As described above, the bandage of the present invention based on the above constitutional requirements is not particularly limited in its tubular bandage length, in other words, the width dimension of the bandage sheet, In addition to exposing only the sides (that is, matching the dimensions of either side of the container), or those in which both ends of the container protrude (the amount of protrusion is not limited), Also included is one that can be completely encased. In this example, the protruding tubular band is used as a fold-sealing part for the container edge, using both ends of the cylindrical band at a predetermined area on the opening side. Will do.
Hereinafter, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, some specific examples representing the present invention shown in the drawings will be described.

Embodiment 1
1 is a perspective view of the container bandage 1 to be mounted on the container P, FIG. 2 is a plan view of a step of manufacturing the sheet body 11 from the long resin film F in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the sheet body 11. In the case where the sheet body 11 is printed with a hot-melt type adhesive at predetermined positions on the left and right edges of one side of the long transparent resin film F and then cut into predetermined lengthwise dimensions, the printing of the adhesive is performed. The two end edges are abutted in a superposed manner and then adhered in a tubular shape by heating, and are made of a transparent plastic (for example, polystyrene), and reinforcing ribs are provided around the opening edges of both the main body and the lid. When mounting on the outer peripheral wall at the center of the trunk of the protruding one-sided lidded container P, it is easy to mount using the play width α of the cylindrical opening (size 2α). It should be possible to attach it in a headband shape approximately at the center of the body of the container P. Shows a typical embodiment of a container bandage with a sheet of the present invention having a basic structure formed so as to be able to be sealed so as to prevent the lid of the container P from being opened. It is.
[0031]
The container bandage 1 has a length wound into a roll made of a polypropylene film (OP) or a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET) which is excellent in transparency as compared with an external resin film having heat sealing properties. The resin film F is produced as a raw material, and the resin film F has a minimum closed cross-sectional shape including the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape including the reinforcing ribs of the container P to be packaged. Assuming that the total perimeter is L and that the width of the adhesive margin C that overlaps for bonding is added to the outside of the left and right edges, the total width tW is used, and as shown in FIG. By repeatedly performing the same printing for each predetermined dimension in the vertical direction (a range S delimited by the two-dot chain line CL) that enables the cartridge P to be mounted in the center of the container P in a well-balanced manner, a plurality of sheets are printed in the vertical direction. Are continuously formed. In the center of each of the sheet bodies 11, 11,..., Various kinds of information such as a product name, a picture, and a photograph are displayed in a range indicated by, for example, a grid-like diagonal line. It shall be printed.
[0032]
Each of the left and right side edge margin widths C and C of each of the plurality of sheet bodies 11 has a predetermined range near the center in the vertical direction and an area near the edge of the predetermined bandage length L. And the vicinity of the edge of the marginal band length (L + 2α) obtained by adding the play width α to the predetermined band length L on both outer sides in the vertical direction of the region 2 for the tightening portion. , A hot-melt adhesive made of a thermoplastic resin is printed on each of the spread margins 3 reaching the vicinity of the edge portion of the entire band width tW of the bandage, and is indicated by a two-dot chain line CL in FIG. The sheet for cutting the bandage 11 shown in FIG. 3 is produced by cutting at each cutting line shown, and the widths of the adhesive margins C, C on which the hot melt adhesive is printed on the left and right edges of the banding sheet 11 So that the adhesive printed surfaces are overlapped with each other, and the left and right fastening portion adhesive portions 2 and 2 are By heating the heater so as to reach the melting temperature of the adhesive in a state in which the adhesive margin ranges 3 and 3 are in contact with each other, a cylindrical mold that can be attached to the container P as shown in FIG. It is formed in a belt shape.
[0033]
As shown in the plan view of the bandage sheet 11 in FIG. 4, the bandage sheet 11 is formed by setting the adhesive portion area 2 for the tightening portion and the glue allowance ranges 3 and 3 for the right and left sides of the bandage sheet 11. Adhesives are printed only on one edge side, and the adhesive area 2 for the fastening portion is formed in the innermost area of the adhesive margin width C, and the expanding adhesive margin areas 3 and 3 are sealed. It is also possible to form the outermost range of the entire width tW of the band, and further to the area excluding the area where the adhesive part area 2 for the tightening part is formed, May be arranged. Also, as shown by the two-dot chain line, the adhesive portion area 2 for the tightening portion and the adhesive margin areas 3 and 3 for the spread are provided on the edge of the bandage sheet 11 on the side opposite to the side where the adhesive is printed. Can be used as a guide for positioning in the bonding step.
[0034]
Further, as shown in the plan view of the bandage sheet 11 of FIG. 5, a plurality of independent small circular bonding portion ranges 2, 2,... It is possible to form it as.
In addition, any of the above-mentioned container bandages 1 is formed such that the vicinity of the step structure from the enlargement margin area 3 to the bonding area 2 for the fastening portion is formed to have a gentle slope, and the container P It is formed so as to be prevented from being caught at the time of mounting and to be smoothly guided.
[0035]
Embodiment 2
This embodiment shows a specific example of a typical bandage for a container according to the present invention in a different expression from the above-described embodiment from the basic configuration. FIG. FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a state in which the bandage sheet 11 is folded using the bandage sheet 11 and flattened in a state where a margin is welded, FIG. 8 is a sectional view of FIGS. 7A to 7A, and FIG. 10 to FIG. 10B, and FIG. 10 shows the entire cross-section of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the container P required for forming the bandage 1 of the target container P. FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining the circumference L, and FIG. 11 shows a one-sided plastic container P inserted into one opening of a tubular band 1 that is expanded from the folded state of FIG. The whole perspective view seen from the bottom surface side of a partially inserted shape is shown.
[0036]
As is easily understood from FIG. 6, the bandaging sheet 11 has a required length corresponding to the entire cross-sectional circumference of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the target container P as shown in FIG. A play width α of about 2 mm is secured at both ends of a synthetic resin film having a predetermined width as the bandage length L, for example, a polypropylene film (OP) or a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), over the entire left and right edges. By securing a main paste margin width C, C portion of about 5 mm on the outside, it is cut and formed into a flat plate having a total length of (L + 2C + 2α) and a predetermined width.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 6, the bandage sheet 11 prepared in this manner is positioned at a central portion of the full width at the inner edge of the main glue allowance width C portion having the same width, and at a predetermined interval on both sides thereof. The protruding extended portion bonding portions 2, 2, 2 each facing inward and reaching the full limit of the play width α are connected to the inner edge of the main glue allowance width C, respectively. The hot glue made of thermoplastic resin extends over the range of the shape in which the adhesive glue margin 3 in the main glue margin width C of the same width and the adhesive parts 2, 2, 2 for the extension part are added. It is assumed that the melt adhesive is printed, and the area where the hot melt adhesive is printed on the right and left edges of the required bandage length L is used for the main adhesive allowance widths C, the adhesive adhesive allowance areas 3 of C, and for the extended portion. The bonded parts 2, 2, 2 are brought into contact with each other so that they overlap exactly, and the heater, high-frequency heating device, By heating to instantaneously predetermined temperature using a heating device, to form an extended portion adhesive portion 2,2,2 in play width alpha, a container for sealing strip 1 shown in FIG. 7 is formed.
[0038]
In this embodiment, a case where a synthetic resin film having no heat-sealing property such as a polypropylene film (OP) or a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET) is used is shown. However, a polyester film, a polypropylene film and other various plastic films are used. , PET film and CP film, CP film and OP film, composite film, Japanese paper, Western paper, etc. It is possible to use the sheet made by itself, etc., and to obtain similar results by applying an adhesive by a coating mold, or by heating and bonding other known appropriate bonding means with an adhesive film cut into the same shape. Can be.
[0039]
Embodiment 3
FIG. 12 is an enlarged plan view of a main part including the glue allowance 3 and a part of the expanded portion adhesive portion 2. The expanded portion adhesive portions 2 and 2 of the container bandage according to the present invention having the most basic configuration described above. This is one of the cases in which the structure of…,… is partially modified to further increase the degree of adhesion to the container. It is formed in a stretched shape so as to reach a position slightly larger than the play width α from the inner edge of the bonding portion in the bond margin 3 serving as the paste margin width C portion, and at least exceeds the play width α from the inner edge. This is a tubular container bandage 1 formed to have a structure in which the portions are relatively easily peeled off.
[0040]
Embodiment 4
In the embodiment shown in the enlarged plan view of the main part of FIG. 13 shown in the same manner as in FIG. 12, the bonding portions 2, 2,... Are formed in a structure having a structure that is relatively easy to peel off. However, as in the above-described embodiment 2, the adhesive portions 2, 2,. The shape of the portion that exceeds the play width α from at least the inner edge of the glue margin C, which is the portion of the glue allowance 3 that is the portion of the glue margin C, which has reached the position slightly larger than the play width α. However, it is a triangular shape that is relatively easy to peel off (not shown, but a shape that extends in a strip shape with a narrow width, or a portion that exceeds the play width α is discontinuous in a dotted line). The adhesive area is also small. With about substantially its adhesion is obtained by a container sealing strip 1 was set to be formed in a relatively peeled easily construction.
[0041]
Embodiment 5
An enlarged plan view of a main part including the entire width of one side of the bonding margin 3 of the banding sheet 11 in FIG. This is one of the typical representative embodiments, and the length dimension (L + 2C + 2α) of the bandage sheet 11 having a predetermined width is determined with reference to both side edges which are both ends of the container bandage 1. In addition, the inside of the adhesive portion of the glue margin 3 which becomes the glue margin width C portion for forming the container bandage 1 from the opening portions at both ends of the container bandage 1, excluding the appropriate ranges 41, 41 in the inward direction, respectively. The portion 42 is formed in a glue width (C-β) portion 31, 31 smaller than the main glue width C, and other than the range portions 41, 41 excluding these and the expansion portion adhesive portions 2, 2,... In the inside of the container bandage 1, the extra space for attaching the bandage to the container P is larger than the opening which is a predetermined extra space. With such a setting, the capping operation on the container P in the middle of the bandage can be performed more easily.
[0042]
Embodiment 6
This embodiment is also one of the typical embodiments characterized by the structure of the glue margin 3 which is the main glue margin width C portion, similarly to the fifth embodiment, and the bandage sheet 11 of FIG. As shown in the main part enlarged plan view including the entire width of one side of the glue allowance 3, the length (L + 2C + 2α) of the bandage sheet having a predetermined width is based on both side edges which are both end openings of the container bandage 1. In the adhesive portion of the glue margin 3 which becomes the glue margin width C for forming the container bandage 1, the inside of each of the opening portions at both ends of the container bandage 1 is removed from the opening at both ends in an appropriate direction. The portion 42 is formed in the glue width (C + γ) portions 32, 32 which are larger than the main glue width C, and is used for containers other than the excluded range portions 41, 41 and the adhesive portions 2, 2,. The gap formed between the band and the container P when the band is attached to the container P is reduced inside the band 1 so that the inside of the container P It is formed to reduce the slack of the bandage corresponding to the core.
[0043]
Embodiment 7
Further, another embodiment having a structure of the glue margin 3 serving as the main glue margin width C portion is an enlarged plan view of a main part including the entire width of one side of the glue margin 3 of the bandage sheet 11 of FIG. The length dimension (L + 2C + 2α) of the bandage sheet 11 having a predetermined width is determined based on the back portion 42 excluding a suitable range in the inward direction from both end openings of the container bandage 1. Above, in the bonding portion of the glue margin 3 which becomes the glue margin width C portion for forming the container bandage 1, portions 41, 41 from the opening at both ends of the container bandage 1 to an appropriate range in the inward direction, respectively, When the bandage is attached to the container P, it is formed in the glue margin width (C + δ) portions 33, 33 which are larger than the main glue margin width C within a range not exceeding approximately 1/2 of the play width α. The gap generated between the opening at both ends of the bandage 1 and the container P is reduced, and the discomfort in appearance is reduced as much as possible. Is a Unishi was structure.
[0044]
Embodiment 8
Similarly, the main part enlarged plan view of the banding sheet 11 shown in FIG. 17 including the entire width of one of the glue margins 3 is also another characteristic of the structure of the margin margin 3 serving as a main glue margin width C portion. According to the embodiment, the length (L + 2C + 2α) of the bandage sheet 11 having a predetermined width is determined on the basis of the inner portion of each of the opening portions at both ends of the container bandage 1 except a suitable range in the inward direction. In addition, in the glue margin 3, which is a glue margin width C portion for forming the container bandage 1, the portions 41, 41 from the opening at both ends of the container bandage 1 to an appropriate range in the inward direction, respectively, are attached to the main paste. It is formed in the glue margin width (C-θ) portions 34, 34 smaller than the margin width C, and the margin space when the bandage is mounted on the container P is formed larger than the inner part of the predetermined margin space. This is an example in which the operation of covering the container P at the opening of the container bandage 1 is further facilitated.
[0045]
Embodiment 9
In Examples 2 to 8 described above, the width of the bandage sheet 11 in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the predetermined bandage length L is not specified. Dimensions in the direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the bandage is wound in the form of a band), smaller widths, and larger widths are included. On the other hand, in the case of this embodiment, the longitudinal dimension of the container is mainly increased so that the opening portions on both ends of the container bandage 1 are enough to seal the small side of the container P. This is one of the typical embodiments of the width dimension.
[0046]
That is, an entire perspective view from the back side showing a state immediately after the container bandage 1 of FIG. 18 is completely attached to the container P, and a view from the back side showing a state where packaging is completed by the bandage of FIG. As shown in the overall perspective view of the above, the bandage sheet 11 according to this embodiment is formed to have a width larger than the target container P, and when the container P is covered with a crown, As shown in FIG. 13, the predetermined band portions 41, 41 on both ends opening side of the container bandage 1 are made to project sufficiently from the container P, respectively. The first and second opening side predetermined range portions 41, 41 are formed as a folding seal portion for the fore edge of the container P, as in the case of wrapping the predetermined range portions 41, 41 with ordinary flat wrapping paper. Do not wrap to the state shown in Fig. 19. In the case of this example, any of the above-described embodiments can be adopted, but in order to improve the adhesion of the bandage to the container, In the case of the container P in which the reinforcing ribs protrude from the outer peripheral portion shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, the structure may not be applied well.
[0047]
[Action]
The sheet material used as the container bandage 1 of the present invention having the above-described configuration is made of a thermoplastic resin for the adhesive portion area 2 for the fastening portion and the glue allowance areas 3 and 3 for the expansion in the printing process. The hot-melt adhesive has a predetermined adhesive printed surface by continuous printing so as to have a predetermined planar shape, and the adhesive printed surfaces of this sheet material are instantaneously contacted with each other. A sheet formed by applying a heat treatment to bond the adhesive portion area 2 for the tightening portion and the adhesive margin areas 3 and 3 formed in the target shape to the right and left end edges of the sheet body 11 with each other. It can be.
[0048]
During the manufacturing process, while the long resin film F wound up in a roll shape is unfolded, the print display unit for each sheet body 11 is continuously printed, and simultaneously with the normal printing process. Or in any process before or after that, the adhesive is continuously printed in the required places and then wound up again in a roll shape, or cut in the longitudinal direction indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. , It is possible to manufacture a plurality of banding sheets 11, 11,..., And the resin film F wound into a roll after printing, or cut into a plurality of sheets, as shown in FIG. As described above, all of the formed bandaging sheets 11, 11,... Are cured with an adhesive and have no tackiness or adhesiveness at room temperature. Is possible.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive portion ranges 2 and 2 for tightening portions near the center in the vertical direction at the left and right edge portions of the entire band width tW of the sheet body 11, and the enlargement allowance ranges for both ends in the vertical direction. By pressing the adhesive printed surfaces formed symmetrically on the right and left of 3, 3,... In contact with each other and instantaneously heating to the melting temperature of the adhesive, a cylinder as shown in FIG. Can be formed by forming a container-shaped bandage 1 for a container, and only a welded portion, which has been indispensable in a bonding process of a heat-sealable resin sheet without using an adhesive, can be heated. No special mold is required.
[0050]
The sealing band 1 for a container manufactured in this manner is formed such that the opening margins 3 and 3 having the play width α (for the dimension 2α) are formed in the adhesive margin widths C and C on both opening sides. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, when it is attempted to mount the container P on the container P, it is expanded to a size around the opening periphery obtained by adding the dimension 2α to the predetermined bandage length L shown in FIG. Can be easily mounted on the outer periphery of the container P, and after moving to the mounting position near the substantially central portion of the container P, the range of the adhesive margin width C, C is The play widths α, α are closed by being folded along the outer peripheral surface, and the adhesive area 2 for the fastening portion formed near the center between the openings at both ends is formed by the bandage 1 of the container bandage 1. A required bandage length L corresponding to an inner peripheral length dimension corresponding to the entire cross-sectional peripheral length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the container P And is mounted in such a state that it is securely attached to the outer peripheral wall surface of the container P so that it does not inadvertently move.
[0051]
As shown in FIG. 4, the container bandage 1 is a continuous bent line having a width of about 1 to 3 mm only on one edge side of the left and right side edges of the bandage full width tW of the sheet body 11. By printing the adhesive in the area of the adhesive portion for area 2 and the margins for enlargement 3 and 3, the other unprinted area is in the area of the adhesive margin width C where the adhesive is printed. By folding, heating and bonding to abut on the range of the glue margin width C, it is possible to efficiently bond with a small amount of adhesive and finish in a tubular shape, as shown in FIG. .. Are set so that a plurality of small circles are scattered, and furthermore, the widening is arranged at both ends opening side when the sheet body 11 is cylindrical. Adhesives are printed so that the adhesive margin ranges 3 and 3 are continuous with each other. The entire left and right edges are firmly bonded and sealed, and the amount of adhesive used can be reduced. In addition, the plurality of bonding portion ranges 2, 2,... This will ensure packaging strength.
[0052]
The container bandage 1 of the present invention having the above-described structure is a synthetic resin film having no heat-sealing property, such as a polypropylene film (OP) or a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET). (Excluding heat-sealing plastic films such as polyester film and heat-shrinkable wrapping materials such as shrink, etc.) and thin paper etc. are wrapped around the target container, that is, the entire container is wrapped. The specified container width is set in consideration of the strength of the bandage, the printing area of the display part, the appearance of the product, etc. The required bandage length L corresponding to the entire cross-sectional length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape that makes the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape inclusive is added to the main glue allowance widths C, C and the double value of the play width α. For a long resin film (not shown) set to the length (L + 2C + 2α), the width of both edges outside the predetermined bandage length L is extended to a margin 3 which is a portion of a main width C of equal width. Continuously print hot-melt adhesive for hot welding on each of the shape ranges to which the adhesive parts for parts 2, 2, 2 are added. Or printing of product information, advertisements, decorations, etc.
[0053]
Thereafter, a large number of flat band-shaped bandaging sheets 11 are prepared by cutting into predetermined dimensions, and the adhesive printed surfaces at both ends of the banding sheet 11 are brought into contact with each other and instantaneously heated to the welding temperature. As a result, the shape ranges obtained by adding the adhesive portions 2, 2, and 2 for the extended portion to the glue margin 3 of the main glue margin width C portion are adhered to each other to produce the tubular bandage 1 for a container. . The continuous resin film F is not cut immediately after the continuous printing of the hot melt adhesive, but the adhesive printed surfaces are adhered to each other to form a long cylindrical shape, and then a circular slice is formed for each predetermined dimension. , It is also possible to produce a plurality of container bandages 1, 1,....
[0054]
Through these steps, both ends of the flat band-forming sheet 11 are adhered to a shape obtained by adding the adhesive margins 2, 2, 2 to the adhesive margin 3, which is the main adhesive margin width C, as planned. As a result, a tubular bandage 1 in a folded state as shown in FIG. 7 is formed in an instant so as to protrude outwardly and is completed in an instant. The bandages 1, 1,... Are distributed in a state of being piled up for each predetermined number, and are bundled together. After being transported to an appropriate site, an operator takes out the bandages one by one and folds them. 1 is expanded to have an appropriate cylindrical shape, and one end side of the container P already filled with food and other products is inserted into the opening on the convenient side of the opening at both ends. This is to ensure that the combination position of the tubular bandage 1 with respect to the container P has a predetermined correct relationship. That.
[0055]
At this time, the entire length of the closed cross section of the tubular band 1 that passes through other than the auxiliary welding portions 2, 2, 2 is set to a value based on (L + 2α). 2α or γ or θ is added to the required bandage length L corresponding to the entire cross-sectional length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape in which the entire outer contour is included, or at least a value obtained by subtracting β or δ from it. Is formed in the opening at both ends so as to have a large closed cross section, so that the work of inserting the container P into the tubular bandage 1 becomes easier by that much, and once the insertion is completed, it becomes necessary. In the auxiliary welding portions 2, 2, 2 arranged at the required locations, the entire circumference of the closed cross section passing through the portion is the required sealing band length L, that is, the minimum length that makes the entire outer peripheral profile of the cross section of the target container P inclusive. It is equivalent to the total cross-sectional circumference of the closed cross-section, and it is It becomes close contact shape in the target vessel P to become that may serve as the desired sealing zone.
[0056]
【effect】
The sheet material used as the bandage for the container of the present invention having the above-described configuration has a play width α in the left and right edges of the required bandage length in a predetermined range on both ends in the vertical direction when formed into a cylindrical shape. The margin of the minimum cross-sectional shape of the entire cross-sectional outer contour of the container is included in a predetermined range corresponding to the width of the opening margin for securing the opening and the substantially center between the openings at both ends in the vertical direction. A bonding area for a fastening point is set in a predetermined area that is in the vicinity, and an adhesive is printed on each of the bonding area for the fastening area and the adhesive margin area for spreading to form a predetermined plane adhesive printing surface. At room temperature, it does not exhibit adhesive or adhesive strength, it is easy to handle, it is possible to transport and store multiple sheets, and prepare the required number of sheets and tighten the left and right edges Heating the area of the adhesive part for the location and the area of the glue allowance for spreading Or by irradiating it with light, it can be melted and cured instantly and adhered to form a tubular container bandage, facilitating product management and quality control, and providing high-quality container seals. The belt can be produced and supplied efficiently.
[0057]
Further, according to the container bandage of the present invention, at least one of the left and right edges of the required bandage length of the sheet body is the predetermined longitudinal end opening side when it is formed into a cylindrical shape. A cross-section of a minimum closed cross-sectional shape that encloses the entire cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the container in a predetermined range corresponding to substantially the center between the opening in the longitudinal direction, and a margin for expanding that secures the play width α in the range. The adhesive area for the tightening point is set in a predetermined area near the edge of the entire circumference, and the adhesive is continuously printed on each of the adhesive area for the tightening area and the adhesive margin for expanding. There is no need for a special mold for welding, which has been indispensable for heat-sealable resin films.Various bonding surface shapes can be realized simply by changing the printing pattern. It is possible to minimize the amount of use In addition, it has been difficult to secure good transparency with conventional heat-sealable resin films, but using an adhesive makes it possible to use highly transparent resin films. Thus, an excellent effect that higher quality containers and packaging can be realized can be exhibited.
[0058]
In the container bandage of the present invention, both ends of the flat bandage sheet are added to the glue margin, which is simply the main glue margin width portion, by the same means as before, and the adhesive portion for the expanded portion is added. By simply restricting and adhering to a closed shape, the open ends at both ends of the tubular bandage are formed in advance so that the entire cross-sectional outer contour shape of the target container is included in the entire cross-sectional length of the minimum closed cross-sectional shape. It is easier to insert the container into the tubular bandage, and when the bandage has been completed in an appropriate state, except for the predetermined range on both opening sides of the cylindrical bandage. The entire circumference of the closed cross section passing through the same location is the minimum cross section of the minimum closed cross section that encloses the entire cross section of the target container. The required bandage length corresponds to the length of the band. It is possible to reliably achieve the function as a bandage, even if it is a cylindrical bandage with a play width α in the remaining part to facilitate the insertion work It has an extremely large feature that the bandage can be easily and economically carried out on the container because there is no possibility that it will fall out of the container and hinder the function as a bandage. It has become.
[0059]
Therefore, as before, if priority is given to adhesion so as not to come out, inconvenience will occur in the insertion work of the container, and if priority is given to ease of insertion, it will hinder the function as a bandage. The evils are completely eliminated, and the packaging itself is not only expensive, as in the case of using a heat-shrinkable film that combines both ease of insertion and adhesion, and the accompanying equipment also requires a heat tunnel and others. There is no need to worry about the problem that the unit cost of the bandage itself will be high as a result of the financial burden on the initial investment in addition to the running cost, and furthermore, printing such as patterns and bar codes due to heat shrinkage. Since there is no shrinkage deformation of the part at all, it is possible not only to maintain an accurate printed surface, but also to realize a clear finish by back printing So that the point can be obtained.
[0060]
In particular, the container bandage 1 of the first embodiment, which embodies the most basic configuration of the present invention, must have a step-like structure extending from the enlargement margin area 3 to the fastening area 2 for the fastening portion. Since the unobtainable portion is formed to have a gentle slope, the container P is bonded from the bonding portion of the enlargement margin ranges 3 and 3 having the play width 2α to the bonding portion 2 and 2 of the tightening portion. When trying to reach the part, the hooking is prevented and the guide is smoothly guided, the workability of mounting the container bandage 1 is further improved, and the tearing of the container bandage 1 due to the hooking is prevented. An object of the present invention is to realize an efficient packaging operation and a reduced economic burden by preventing defects such as wrinkles.
[0061]
Embodiments 3 and 4 which embody the basic configuration of the present invention further ensure mutual adhesion, and in the embodiment shown in Embodiment 5, first, In addition to facilitating the operation of inserting the container P into the tubular bandage 1, it is possible to easily perform the operation of further inserting the container P that has reached the middle of the bandage. Each of them has a more distinctive effect.
[0062]
Further, in the case of the sixth embodiment, when the bandage 1 for a container is covered with the container P, the gap generated between the band and the container P is reduced, and the slack of the bandage corresponding to the central portion of the container P is reduced. According to the seventh embodiment, the gap generated between the openings at both ends of the tubular bandage 1 and the container P after the bandage is completed is reduced, and the unnaturalness in appearance is reduced as much as possible. In the case of the example taken up in the eighth embodiment, the extra space when the container bandage 1 is covered with the container P is formed larger than the inner portion of the predetermined extra space. In addition to the effect that the operation of covering the container P with the opening of the bandage 1 can be further facilitated, the wrapping paper can be formed as in the ninth embodiment. This is an extremely practical effect that makes it possible to use It can also be obtained.
[0063]
As described above, the sheet material used as the container bandage of the present invention, and the container bandage obtained from the sheet material enable the intended purpose to be widely achieved by its characteristic new structure. Compared to this type of bandage, not only does it function as a bandage, but it is much more advantageous in terms of product unit price and container insertion workability, as well as ease of manufacture and handling. In the severe economic environment, the pursuit of further cost balance will continue to be pursued, not only in the various product industries, but also in the packaging material industry, which is closely related to it, and at the same time, it will be highly evaluated by general consumers It is expected to be widely adopted and spread.
