本発明による易開封密封カートン1を家庭用の粉末洗剤に適用するべく、図1に示すようなブランクを用いて、容器のサイズが、高さ150mm、幅150mm、奥行き80mmで、内容量が1200gである直方体の易開封密封カートンを試作した。また、開封片の高さは30mmとした。材料として使用した板紙は、防湿性のある板紙であるネオサンド(本州製紙株式会社製の商品名)の坪量505g/mを使用した。以上の仕様によって試作した本発明による易開封密封カートン1の開封および再封を確認したところ、簡単な操作で、容易に開封ができ、また容易に再封もできることが確認された。また、開封の時に粉末洗剤が天部に残ることがなく、飛散することはなかった。

4.底部をショートフラップと称して幅の狭い底下板、底板とすることにより 、ブランクサイズを小さくすることができ、材料の削減が可能となる。
5.100%が紙製であるので、使用後の廃棄処理が容易でありリサイクル性 が良いといった特徴がある。
