Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0020】
<実施例1>
【0021】
<比較例1>
【0022】
<比較例2>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a decorative material, and more particularly to a decorative sheet composed of a base sheet mainly composed of either paper or non-chlorine-based resin and a decorative material using the same. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the field of metal decorative board, there is a coated steel sheet that has a design property by applying resin coating on the surface of the metal sheet, but since complicated designs and embossed expressions cannot be obtained by painting, various designs and A type in which a decorative sheet made of a vinyl chloride resin having an embossed pattern is attached to a metal plate is often used.
[0003]
However, in the field of decorative sheets and decorative boards, the demand for using a resin other than vinyl chloride resin has recently been increasing due to environmental problems caused by vinyl chloride resin, especially due to concerns such as generation of chlorine and dioxin during combustion. ing.
[0004]
Under such circumstances, a decorative sheet using an acrylic resin, a decorative sheet using a completely non-crystalline polyester resin, and the like have appeared.
[0005]
However, these PVC-substitute decorative sheets use expensive resins as compared with vinyl chloride resins and cannot be said to be complete substitutes.
[0006]
In addition, decorative sheets using inexpensive polyolefin-based resins and decorative sheets using such decorative sheets are also available, but there are problems such as whitening and cracking during bending, and there are restrictions on the parts that can be used.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the various problems of the prior art as described above, and the subject thereof is to mainly use either paper or non-chlorine resin other than vinyl chloride resin. It is an object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive decorative sheet composed of a base material sheet or the like, which is excellent in bending processing, and inexpensive, and a decorative material using the same.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the invention according to
[0009]
Further, the invention according to
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory sectional view showing an example of a decorative sheet (1) according to the present invention. This decorative sheet (1) is obtained by applying a printing layer (20) to a base sheet (10) and further laminating a transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) thereon.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view showing an example of the decorative material (11) according to the present invention. This decorative material (11) is provided with a printed layer (20) on one surface of a base sheet (10), and a transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) laminated thereon. 1) is bonded to a metal plate (50) via an adhesive layer (30).
[0012]
The base sheet (10) is mainly composed of paper or one of non-chlorine-based resins such as olefin-based resins, acrylic resins, polyester-based resins, and polyvinyl alcohol resins.
The printing layer (20) on the base sheet (10) has a pattern such as a grain pattern or an abstract pattern, and is a layer formed by, for example, gravure printing using a urethane-based ink.
[0013]
On the other hand, the transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) is made of a polypropylene resin, and has a whitening elongation of 150% or more and a breaking elongation of 150% or more. The whitening stretch here, from the equation when the gauge length when the film stretch unit in the tensile test in JIS Z 1702 causes whitening and l (l-l 0) /
The physical property value of the surface resin layer (40) is specified in this way in order to maintain excellent bending workability. Incidentally, even if the whitening elongation is 150% or more, if the breaking elongation is less than 150%, cracks occur in the surface layer. Further, if the whitening elongation is less than 150% even when the breaking elongation is 150% or more, whitening appears although cracking does not occur. Further, if the whitening elongation is 150% and the breaking elongation is 150% or less, cracks easily occur, resulting in poor bending workability.
[0014]
Examples of the polypropylene resin satisfying these two conditions include compatible rubber components, for example, styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene random copolymer, and the like, or polypropylene having a large atactic component, such as an isotactic index. Is 98 or less, and random copolymerized polypropylene.
[0015]
Among the resin compositions constituting the surface resin layer (40), there is an antioxidant for extruding the resin composition into a film during the production process to form a layer, and for preventing thermal oxidation of the obtained layer. An agent and a light stabilizer may be added as appropriate to prevent deterioration due to ultraviolet rays. The type and amount of these additives are not particularly limited, but, for example, a combination of additives generally used for olefin resins is sufficient.
[0016]
In addition, as a method of laminating the surface resin layer (40) on the base material sheet (10), an appropriate method may be selected from a heat lamination or a dry lamination method in addition to the extrusion lamination. .
[0017]
As described above, the decorative sheet according to the present invention has been described. Next, the decorative material according to the present invention will be described.
As described above, the decorative material (11) shown in FIG. 2 is such that the decorative sheet (1) having the above structure is attached to the metal plate (50) with the base sheet (10) side through the adhesive layer (30). It is a combination.
[0018]
Here, the metal plate (50) is made of an iron plate, a galvanized steel plate or the like used in a conventional metal decorative material. In order to attach the decorative sheet (1) to the metal plate (50) via the adhesive layer (30), it is preferable that the surface of the metal sheet (50) is subjected to acid cleaning, degreasing treatment, or the like.
Further, the adhesive layer (30) is formed of a urethane resin-based or urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive used in an adhesive layer used in a conventional decorative material obtained by bonding a decorative sheet to a metal plate. Agents can be used. When bonding the decorative sheet (1) via the adhesive layer (30), a primer layer may be provided on the surface of the base sheet (10) as necessary.
[0019]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples.
[0020]
<Example 1>
A polyethylene resin film was used as a substrate sheet (10), and a wood pattern was printed thereon using a urethane ink to form a print layer (20).
Next, a urethane-based adhesive was applied on the print layer (20) by a gravure printing method so as to have a thickness of about 5 μm, and an adhesive layer was provided. Thereafter, 0.2% by weight of a phenolic antioxidant, 0.3% by weight of a hindered amine light stabilizer, and 5% by weight of a benzotriazole type ultraviolet absorber were added to a polypropylene resin. Example 1 having a surface resin layer (40) on the surface by using a resin composition having an elongation of 500% and obtaining a sheet material by a melt extrusion method, and laminating and integrating the sheet material on the adhesive layer. Was obtained.
On the other hand, a urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive is applied to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (50) with a roll coater to a thickness of 5 g / m 2 (dry) to form an adhesive layer (30). After being provided, this is heated at 200 ° C. for 3 minutes, bonded to the side of the base sheet (10) of the decorative sheet (1), pressed by a rubber roll, and then quenched in a water tank to provide the decorative material (11) according to Example 1. Got.
[0021]
<Comparative Example 1>
A polyethylene resin film was used as a substrate sheet, and a wood pattern was printed thereon with a urethane ink to form a printed layer.
Next, a urethane-based adhesive was applied to the print layer by a gravure printing method so as to have a thickness of about 5 μm to provide an adhesive layer. Then, 0.2% by weight of a phenolic antioxidant, 0.3% by weight of a hindered amine light stabilizer, and 5% by weight of a benzotriazole type ultraviolet absorber were added to a polypropylene resin. A resin composition having an elongation of 500% was extruded by using an extrusion lamination method to extrude a sheet-like material and laminated on the adhesive layer to obtain a decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 1 having a surface resin layer on its surface.
On the other hand, a urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive is applied to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a roll coater to a thickness of 5 g / m 2 (dry) to form an adhesive layer. The decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 1 was obtained by heating for 3 minutes, bonding the decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 1 to the base sheet side, compressing with a rubber roll, and rapidly cooling in a water tank.
[0022]
<Comparative Example 2>
Using a resin composition having an elongation of 100%, the sheet material was extruded by an extrusion lamination method and laminated on the adhesive layer to obtain a decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 2 having a surface resin layer on its surface.
On the other hand, a urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive is applied to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a roll coater to a thickness of 5 g / m 2 (dry) to form an adhesive layer. After heating for 3 minutes, the decorative sheet was bonded to the base sheet side, pressed with a rubber roll, and then rapidly cooled in a water tank to obtain a decorative material according to Comparative Example 2.
[0023]
Two types of bending were performed on the decorative materials obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the presence or absence of whitening of the processed portion was visually evaluated. Table 1 shows the results.
[0024]
[Table 1]
[0025]
Needless to say, the decorative sheet and the decorative material obtained in Example 1 have no problem of generating toxic gas in the incineration treatment because the base sheet and the surface resin layer do not use the vinyl chloride resin. As is clear from Table 1, it was excellent in bending workability.
[0026]
On the other hand, the decorative sheet and the decorative material obtained in Comparative Example 1 had a whitening elongation of 100% and a breaking elongation of 500%. Therefore, they did not crack, but appeared whitened and had poor bending workability. there were.
[0027]
Further, the decorative sheet and decorative material obtained in Comparative Example 2 had a whitening elongation of 100% and a breaking elongation of 100%, so that they were easily cracked and had poor bending workability.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the present invention does not use a chlorine-based resin such as polyvinyl chloride, there is no problem of toxic gas generation in the incineration treatment, the whitening elongation is 150% or more and the breaking elongation is 150% or more. Since the above-mentioned polypropylene resin is used as a constituent material of the surface resin layer, it is excellent in bending workability.
