この発明は、犬などのペットの糞を取るときに使うもので、シャベル状の本体に袋を貼付して袋の外側よりシャベル状の本体で糞をすくい取り、糞を袋の中へすべり落とすようにして使えるペットの糞取り具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、犬などのペットの散歩をする人は、片方の手に綱を持って、もう一方の手に、たとえば金属製のシャベルなどを持っていた。
または、糞を持ち帰るための袋だけを携帯する人もいた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これはつぎのような欠点があった。
犬などのペットが散歩中にした糞は、持ち帰るのが常識である。
そのため、多くの人が金属製のシャベルや袋などを携帯している。
ところが金属製のシャベルは、コンクリートの道路では使いにくかった。
又、糞取り具も色々な形の物や構造の物が市販されているが、高価であったり、使用方法が面倒で使いにくかった。
シャベルがない時は、手で糞を直接摘まみ、糞を袋に入れなければならず、そのときの感触がいやだという人も多かった。
本発明は、以上のような欠点をなくすためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本体（１）に接着テープ（２）を設ける。
接着テープ（２）の部分を本体（１）に貼付する。
本発明は、以上のような構成よりなるペットの糞取り具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。
半円形状でシャベル状の本体（１）に接着テープ（２）を設ける。
シャベル状の本体（１）の素材は硬質の紙製にする。
シャベル状の本体（１）の先端は、円形状の凸形にする。
シャベル状の本体（１）のもう一端は先端は、円形状の凹形にする。
接着テープ（２）は両面を接着できるように両面テープを使う。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、接着テープ（２）を剥がして糞を収納する袋（３）の中側の中央に貼付する。
シャベル状の本体（１）と袋（３）を一体化する。
袋（３）と接着テープ（２）の接着部を少しなくして、袋（３）の中でシャベル状の本体（１）は、使いやすいように角度も自由に調整ができるようにした。
犬などのペットの糞を取る時は、袋（３）を持ち、袋（３）を半分を外側に折ると、シャベル状の本体（１）の先端部分が出る。
シャベル状の本体（１）の下側を袋（３）の上から持ち糞をすくい取る。
使い終わったシャベル状の本体（１）をゴミとして処理するときは、袋の中の糞と共に、有害なガスがでないため、可燃ゴミとして処理することができる。

【発明の効果】
シャベル状の本体が金属製でないので、コンクリートの道路でも使いやすくなった。
シャベル状の本体が軽いので、携帯するのに抵抗を感じなくなった。
使い方がとても簡単になった。
構造も簡単になった。
犬などのペットの糞を取る時、手を汚さず、すくい取って、袋の中にすべり落とすことができるので、いままでの手袋やビニール袋で手で糞を直接摘まむこともなくなった。
可燃ゴミとして処理することができる。
本発明は、トイレットペーパーなどの芯などを使えば自分で手作りでも、半円形状でシャベル状の本体が作れるので資源の無駄使いを無くすこともできる。

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described.
An adhesive tape (2) is provided on a semicircular shovel-shaped main body (1).
The material of the shovel-shaped main body (1) is made of hard paper.
The tip of the shovel-shaped main body (1) has a circular convex shape.
The tip of the other end of the shovel-shaped main body (1) has a circular concave shape.
The adhesive tape (2) uses a double-sided tape so that both sides can be adhered.
The present invention has the above-mentioned structure. When this is used, the adhesive tape (2) is peeled off and attached to the center of the inside of the bag (3) for storing feces.
The shovel-shaped body (1) and the bag (3) are integrated.
The shovel-shaped main body (1) in the bag (3) can be freely adjusted in angle so as to be easy to use, by slightly eliminating the adhesive portion between the bag (3) and the adhesive tape (2).
When removing feces of a pet such as a dog, hold the bag (3), and fold the bag (3) half outward to expose the tip of the shovel-shaped body (1).
The lower part of the shovel-shaped main body (1) is taken from the bag (3) and scooped.
When the used shovel-shaped main body (1) is disposed of as garbage, it can be disposed of as combustible garbage because there is no harmful gas together with the feces in the bag.

Because the shovel-shaped body is not made of metal, it is easier to use on concrete roads.
The shovel-shaped body is light, so I no longer feel comfortable carrying it.
It has become very easy to use.
The structure has also been simplified.
