したがって本発明は、歩行中に薬液散布を行う背負式噴霧機において、薬液の散布のオン・オフを自動的に繰り返し行う作業設定器を設けて、例えば畝上に略等間隔に植付けられる作物(葉タバコなど)に対し、その都度散布レバーを握り操作して消毒液を散布させるなどの煩わしさなく、作物位置毎にあっては自動的に適量の消毒液を散布させて作物の生育を助長させ、散布作業の能率向上化を図るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。図1は背負式噴霧機の説明図であり、薬液タンク1,薬液ポンプ2,エンジン3,散布ノズル4などにより背負式の動力噴霧機5を形成し、薬液タンク1からの消毒液など薬液をエンジン3の駆動によるポンプ2で加圧してノズル4に送るように構成している。

そして図3に示す如く、ノズル4基端側に設ける散布レバー6を捩り操作するとき、畝7に略等間隔に植付けられる葉タバコAの成長点Bに対し、ノズル4先端の頭口8より微量の微粒化した消毒液など薬液を散布して、菌類などに起因する病気を防止すると共に、茎Cの伸びを抑制し葉タバコAの成長を遅くするように構成している。

そして、散布レバー6を握り操作する開閉弁7のオン操作にあっては、前記設定器14で設定するオン時間だけ薬液を散布させると共に、設定器15で設定するオフ時間だけ薬液の散布を停止させる動作を繰り返し行わせるように構成している。

図3、図4に示す如く、前記設定器14・15で設定されるオン時間或いはオフ時間は、作業中畝7上の葉タバコAから次の葉タバコAまでの距離Lを移動する間の時間をオフ時間T2として設定し、葉タバコAの成長点Bに微量噴射させる僅かな噴射時間をオンT1時間として、従来の如くその都度散布レバー6をオン・オフ操作させるなどの煩わしさなく、散布レバー6を握った状態にあっては自動的に薬液散布のオン・オフを繰り返し行って多数株の葉タバコAに対する消毒液など薬液散布の作業能率向上化を図るものである。
