この発明は、くつ下本体における足首部（くつ下本体の一部。本書において同）の足首に対する圧力の調節を行うこととができるようにしたくつ下に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
くつ下は足の衛生を図り、かつ外圧から足を保護するものとして従来より一般に広く用いられている。そして従来から一般に用いられていたくつ下は、足先から足首までの全体を覆うことができるように、人間の起立した状態の足先から足首に至る略Ｌ字状に形成されているが、足や足首に存在する凹凸に馴染むように全体的に伸縮自在な素材で形成されている。その素材も足首部はくつ下が不慮にずり抜け出ることを防止するために、足首部は比較的きつめの伸縮材料が用いられているのである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記足首部が比較的きつい伸縮材料で形成されていることは、その履用時において安心して行動をすることができて履き心地の良さを提供するものではあるが、このきつさをむしろ苦痛に感じることもある。

例えば足首が太って人がそうであり、他には病人、怪我人等がそうである。特に介護を必要とする高齢者にあっては、ことのほか苦痛を表明し、むしり取るようにくつ下を脱ぐ行為は、特に介護現場では見受けられるところである。

しかしこのことは、前記したように靴下を履くということが足の衛生を図り足を外圧から保護することができなくなるため、大きな問題となっていたのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこでこの発明に係るくつ下（請求項１）は前記の課題を解決するために、全体的に伸縮自在に構成したくつ下本体において、足首部をゆるめに形成し、このゆるめに形成した足首部を周方向に折り曲げ可能に形成し、押し曲げて互いに重なり合う面に、例えばベルクロファスナー、ホック又はボタン等の折り曲げ状態保持具を配設したものである。

またこの発明に係るくつ下（請求項２）は前記の課題を解決するために、全体的に伸縮自在に構成したくつ下本体において、足首部を上下方向に切断した状態の一方の側に周方向に向けた舌片を形成し、この舌片と対向側の足首部を、例えばベルクロファスナー、ホック又はボタン等の連結部材によって接離可能に形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次にこの発明に係るくつ下の実施の形態を図面に基づいて述べると、１はくつ下本体であり、２はその足首部である。

この足首部２は図１及び図２に示すように、従来のくつ下に比して太め、すなわち緩めに形成してある。したがってこの太目、すなわち緩めにに形成したものにあっては、従来例のような履き方をすれば容易に足から離脱する可能性が高い。

そこで前記太め、すなわち緩めに形成した足首部２を、この足首部２を周方向に折り曲げ可能に形成し、折り曲げて互いに重なり合う面、すなわち折り畳んで互いに接する面に、例えばベルクロファスナー、ホック又はボタン（ただしホック、ボタンは図示せず）等の折り曲げ状態保持具３を配設してある。

しかして従来と同様な方法によってくつ下本体１に足を通し、その後、前記足首部２を足首の周方向に折り曲げ、前記折り曲げ状態保持具３によって固定するのである。その際、履用者が苦痛を感じない程度に折り曲げればよいのである。尚、前記足首部２も、それ自体伸縮自在な素材で形成されているので、安定感を付与しつつも足首に対する窮屈感は相乗的に緩和されることになるのである。

また他の実施例として図３及び図４に示すものは、前記した足首部２以外は前記実施例と変わらず、この足首部２の構造が異なっている。

すなわち本実施例における足首部２は、この足首部２があたかも円筒形に形成したものを上下方向に切断し、このうち一方の側の分割縁に足首部２の周方向に適度な長さを有する舌片４を取り付けた形状をなしている。

その結果、本実施例においても、面５に対する舌片４の周方向への位置を変えたことによって、足首に対するくつ下本体１の足首部の窮屈感を調節又は緩和させることになるのである。

【発明の効果】
前記のようにこの発明に係るくつ下（請求項１）あっては、全体的に伸縮自在に構成したくつ下本体において、足首部をゆるめに形成し、このゆるめに形成した足首部を周方向に折り曲げ可能に形成し、押し曲げて互いに重なり合う面に、例えばベルクロファスナー、ホック又はボタン等の折り曲げ状態保持具を配設してあるので、足首部の周方向への折り曲げ長を変えることにより、足首部の足首に対する圧力を調整、緩和することができるという効果を有するのである。

またこの発明に係るくつ下（請求項２）にあっては、全体的に伸縮自在に構成したくつ下本体において、足首部を上下方向に切断した状態の一方の側に周方向に向けた舌片を形成し、この舌片と対向側の足首部を、例えばベルクロファスナー、ホック又はボタン等の連結部材によって接離可能に形成してあるので、舌片の対向側の面に対する周方向の位置を変えることによって、前記と同様の効果を有するのである。
