Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the structure of a health insurance card carrying case.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, health insurance cards are often stored in cases made of a flexible plastic sheet such as a soft vinyl chloride sheet, and stored or carried. These are merely covers for health insurance cards, and it is inconvenient to collect medical examination tickets and medical documents that are convenient to carry together.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This had the following disadvantages.
It was unsuitable for storing medical examination tickets, health notebooks, drug prescriptions, drug prescription history books, etc. that would be convenient to store and carry with the health insurance card. Each of these documents differed in shape and use, and did not have a suitable storage location and pocket structure. In addition, it was difficult to remove the contents of the documents, and they often bent during carrying.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above drawbacks by using an inexpensive single material and a simple processing technique. One plastic sheet (1) is punched out along the lines (9), (10), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), and (16). It is folded so that pocket A (2), pocket B (3), pocket C (4), pocket D (5), pocket E (6), pocket F (7), pocket G (8) are configured. Adhesive lines (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (22), and (23) are welded to.
The bonding lines (17) and (18) forming the pocket A are made slightly larger than the contents. The bonding lines forming the pocket B (3) are not provided on the same plane, but are also used by the bonding lines (19) and (20) for forming the pocket C (4) and the pocket D (5). The pocket C and the pocket D are symmetrical with the upper and lower lines having two open sides. The upper and lower ends of the pocket E (6) are formed by bonding lines (21) and (23). The bonding line (22) constituting the pocket F (7) is welded only to the surface between the broken lines (12) and (13) and does not hinder the configuration of the pocket E. The bonding line (22) welds the surface between the broken lines (12) and (13) and the three surfaces between the broken lines (11) and (12). The present invention is a health insurance card carrying case configured as described above.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Pocket A (2) corresponds to the front cover and holds a health insurance card. The size of Pocket A can correspond to a card-type health insurance card. Since the pocket B (3) is bent without welding the edges, there is no restriction on the welding portion, and a thick booklet can be stored. The pocket C (4) and the pocket D (5) are open on two sides and can be used as temporary storage pockets for documents and the like. Since the pocket E (6) adheres to the upper and lower edges, the pinching force is large, and the spine of the booklet can be inserted and pages can be turned. The pocket F (7) and the pocket G (8) are two-tiered, and store a card-like thing, for example, a consultation ticket.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
When you go to a medical institution, you can store and carry necessary health insurance cards and consultation tickets. The documents can be stored in a position suitable for the application, and have a pocket shape that matches the structure of the documents. In addition, despite its simple structure, the storage capacity is large, the contents can be easily taken in and out, and it is lightweight and thin. The combination of the bonding line and the broken line reinforces the overall strength and prevents bending. Further, since the work is performed from one sheet, the manufacturing process is simplified.
