【従来の技術】
紙片等の位置決め、線引き、裁断等に定規を用いる際には、予め測ってマークを記す、定規をマークに合わせて置く、ずれないように手で抑える、等を数度必要とすることが多い。従来のクリップ付き定規として、例えば案内片付き紙挟みクリップからなる見間違い防止表示板（実開昭５５−９３５６５）は、平板性に欠けて嵩張るために、カッティング下敷きを兼ねる二つ折定規（実開昭６１−９５５８９）は、挟持力が弱くてずれ易いために、いずれも上記の定規用途には不向きである。また、多用途文具板（実開昭６２−１２８８９５）等では、適用できる紙片等の範囲が限定される。つまり、紙片等の位置決め、線引き、裁断等に便利な、クリップ付き定規は知られていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上の不都合を解決する、挟持が広い面に有効で、平板で扱いやすく紙片等を傷めない、位置決め、線引き、裁断等に便利な、クリップ付き定規を提案する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明における挟持シート装着クリップ付き定規（以下、クリップ定規と略称する）は、板ばね式平クリップで、定規及び挟持シート片を挟む構造からなり、更に、同構成の第２クリップ付き定規を、その挟持シート片の尖縁タブと、両定規の対応位置に設ける装着部材により着脱できる。
挟持面の広いソフトな平板クリップは、挟持力が分散されるため、紙片等を傷めず、ずれ外れなく挟持でき、組み定規として、新聞切抜きや写真等を貼る位置決め、線引き、裁断等に便利な、クリップ付き定規を実現する。

本発明のクリップ定規は、本発明者のクリップしおり（特願２００２−２０２０２３）の応用に関わる。つまり、挟持力のあるクリップとソフトで靭性のある装着シート片の組合せを用いる。例えば、０．３ｍｍ肉厚鋼製１０ｍｍ巾９ｍｍ長３ｍｍ厚の板ばね式平クリップで、２ｍｍ厚３０ｃｍ直線定規の一端と、１５ｍｍ巾２０ｍｍ長０．５ｍｍ厚プラスチック透明シート短片を挟む。望ましくは、クリップ自体の挟持力を多少弱め、反り先の無いクリップ片でシート短片を挟むほか、シート短片の四隅を丸めて挟持先縁を逆斜め断面とする乃至反り上げる、等により紙片等の挟み込みを一層円滑にできる。定規を持って紙片等の縁にシート短片を引っ掛けることにより、位置決め、線引き、裁断等における定規のずれを軽い力で抑えることができ、ずらしても紙片等を傷めることがない。シート片に切り欠き部を作ってクリップ背板部を嵌めこむ、接着する等により、部材間のずれ外れを確実に防ぐことができる。

本発明のクリップ定規は、上面側クリップ片の反り先および定規面の対応位置に装着部材を有して、挟持シート片に尖縁つまみ部付きの同構成からなる第２クリップ付き定規を、２点で装着でき、位置決め、線引き、裁断等を一層便利にする。例えば、上記の板ばね式平クリップで、２ｍｍ厚２０ｃｍ直線定規の一端と、上記寸法のシート短片を、その５ｍｍを余して切抜いた挿入溝孔にクリップ片を挿入して挟む。望ましくは、第１クリップ定規と同様の挟みやすい工夫をすると共に、シート短片の反対側タブの先を浅いコの字に切り欠き、かつ央部を斜め断面の尖縁にして、両耳を削いだ第１クリップ片の反り先に嵌めこむ。それに先立って、２本の定規面の対応位置、例えば１０ｃｍ位置に一対の装着部材、例えば前円後方孔と頭付き突起を嵌め合わせてから押し進めて嵌めこむと、ずれ外れることなく、散逸せず便利に扱える。装着部材には、磁石、面ファスナー、ボタン等も選択できる。更に複層化もできる。

本発明のクリップ定規の形状とサイズ及び材質は、上記の特徴を満たして目的に応じて選択し、各種クリップ，定規、シートの、表示、色分け等を工夫できる。例えば、鋼製板ばね式平クリップは、細巾にも広巾にも変形品への適用も可能であり、挟持シート短片としては、厚み０．０５−０．５ｍｍのアルミ、汎用プラスチック、紙、布、木、セラミックス製等の靭性シートを、単独または複合して使用できる。また、アクセサリー文具として、キーホルダー、磁石等を付けたり、多素材の任意のデザインから選択し、取り付け交換できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図１において、０．３ｍｍ肉厚鋼製１０ｍｍ巾９ｍｍ長３ｍｍ厚の板ばね式平クリップ（４）で、２ｍｍ厚３０ｃｍ直線定規（５）の一端と、１５ｍｍ巾２０ｍｍ長０．５ｍｍ厚透明塩ビ樹脂製の挟持シート短片（６）を挟む。クリップ自体の挟持力を多少弱め、反り先の無いクリップ片でシート短片を挟むほか、シート短片の四隅を丸めて先縁を逆斜め断面としてクリップ定規（Ｂ）を製する。同形の第２クリップ（４）で、２ｍｍ厚２０ｃｍ直線定規（１）の一端と、１５ｍｍ巾２０ｍｍ長０．５ｍｍ厚透明塩ビ樹脂製の挟持シート短片（２）を、その５ｍｍを余して切抜いた巾１ｍｍ長さ１３ｍｍのクリップ挿入孔（３）にクリップ片を挿入して挟み、クリップ定規（Ａ）を製する。クリップ定規（Ｂ）と同様の挟みやすい工夫をすると共に、シート短片（２）の反対側タブの先を浅いコの字に切り欠き、かつ央部を斜め断面の尖縁にして、両耳を削いだ第１クリップ片の反り先に嵌めこむ。それに先立って、２本の定規面の対応位置、例えば１０ｃｍ位置に設ける一対の前円後方孔（７）と頭付き突起（８）を嵌め合わせてから、押し進めて嵌めこむ。クリップ定規（Ａ）（Ｂ）を持って紙片等（９）の縁にシート短片を引っ掛けることにより、位置決め、線引き、裁断等を行なう。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上述のとおり構成されているので、挟持が広い面に有効で、平板で扱いやすく紙片等を傷めない、すなわち、２本の定規を組み合わせても数ｍｍの厚みで、定規として使用できる一方、組み定規として、紙片等をずれることなく挟持して、新聞の切り抜きや写真等を貼る、サインする等の位置決め、線引き、裁断等が、簡便に実行できる。各定規がしおりになり、ページ戻り・本閉じを防ぐ重しにもなる。直線定規のほか多様な定規類のクリップ付き化に応用できる。
