Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toilet apparatus which is provided with a toilet body having a toilet seat and a toilet lid on the rear end of a toilet bowl and having a toilet function for cleaning a human body part.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of conventional toilet apparatus supports a toilet seat 81 provided on a toilet bowl 80, a toilet lid 82 thereof, and rear ends of the toilet seat 81 and the toilet lid 82 as shown in FIGS. , A toilet body 83 installed on the rear end of the toilet 80. In the toilet apparatus, the toilet seat 81 and the toilet lid 82 are detachably attached to the toilet body 83 with the following attachment structure for cleaning.
[0003]
The toilet main body 83 is formed in a substantially concave shape when viewed from the upper surface having both side portions 84 with both sides protruding forward. I am trying to install it. The toilet seat 81 has a shaft facing the inner side surface behind the toilet seat arm portion 85 when the toilet seat 80 stands upright with respect to the toilet bowl 80, and is attached by being pulled out and inserted in the left-right direction. Reference numeral 86 denotes a shaft hole provided in both side portions 84 where a shaft (not shown) of the toilet seat 81 is mounted.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 9, the toilet lid 82 has a toilet lid arm 87 on the left and right sides, and one toilet lid arm 87 is inserted into and removed from the side of a rotating shaft 88 protruding from the inner surface of both sides 84 to engage. Only the shaft hole 89 for stopping is provided, and the other toilet lid arm 87 is provided with a bearing 90 so that it can be attached to and detached from the rotating shaft 88 from above and below.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 10, the bearing 90 includes a fixed bearing 92 having a receiving portion 91 that supports the rotating shaft 88 and a rotating bearing 94 having a receiving portion 93 that supports the rotating shaft 88 with the receiving portion 91. Split grooves 95, 96 provided on each of the rotating and fixed bearing bodies 92, 94 to allow the rotary shaft 88 to be relatively detachable from the receiving portions 91, 93, and the split grooves 96 by rotating the rotary bearing body 94. Is provided with an operation knob 97 that matches or does not match the split groove 95 of the fixed bearing body 92.
[0006]
The operation knob 97 is operably formed so as to protrude from the outer surface of the toilet lid arm portion 87. Reference numeral 98 denotes a guide hole that opens in an arc shape on the outer surface of the toilet lid arm 87 and guides the operation of the operation knob 97. Reference numeral 99 denotes a shaft guide groove formed between the front and rear side surfaces of the toilet lid arm portion 87 and formed on a bottom surface located immediately below when the toilet lid 82 is erected, and through which a rotary shaft 88 passes when the toilet lid 82 is attached and detached. It is a groove that passes.
[0007]
In the above configuration, the toilet lid 82 is attached to the toilet body 83 as follows. That is, the shaft hole 89 of one toilet arm portion 87 is inserted into the rotation shaft 88 from the side. Subsequently, when the toilet lid 82 is removed from the other toilet lid arm portion 87, the operation knob 97 is operated to be brought to one end of the guide hole 98, and the already matching split grooves 95, 96 face each other. While looking down on the shaft guide groove 99 from the lower side, it is lowered from above in accordance with the rotating shaft 88, and the rotating shaft 88 is fitted and locked in the receiving portions 91, 93 of the fixed and rotating bearing bodies 92, 94, and the operation is performed. The knob 97 is operated from one end to the opposite end of the guide hole 98 to rotate the rotary bearing body 94, and the split groove 96 is displaced from the split groove 95 and the shaft guide groove 99 so as not to come off the rotary shaft 88. . The removal of the toilet lid 82 is performed in the reverse order of the above-described mounting order.
[0008]
In such attachment / detachment of the toilet lid 82 to / from the toilet body 83, since the operation knob 97 protrudes from the outer surface of the toilet lid arm 87 and the guide hole 98 is opened, the operation during cleaning of the toilet lid 82 is performed. Since it is necessary to prevent the dust from hitting the knob 97 and preventing the dust from entering the opened guide hole 98, it is difficult to clean the vicinity of the toilet lid arm 87, and the operation knob 97 and the guide hole 98 are always visible. The appearance was not refreshing either.
[0009]
In addition, the bearing portion 90 is provided with an operation knob 97, and the split grooves 95, 96 of each of the fixed and rotating bearing bodies 92, 94 and the installation location of the shaft guide groove 99 on the different surface of the toilet lid arm portion 87. Because they are far apart, not only is the appearance not refreshing, the structure is complicated, but work operations are difficult.
[0010]

[0022]
An embodiment of a toilet device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0023]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the toilet apparatus of the present invention, showing a state in which the toilet lid is opened, and FIG. 2 is a side view of a main part showing the upright toilet lid by a dotted line and a toilet seat by a solid line, respectively. 3 is a front view showing the upright toilet lid and the toilet seat, respectively, from the front. 4 is an enlarged view of the toilet device of the present invention showing the arm portion of the toilet seat in an upright position. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a bearing portion provided in the arm portion of the toilet seat, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the shaft can be removed, and FIG. 7 is also an exploded perspective view of the bearing portion.
[0024]
The toilet device has a toilet seat 2 placed on a toilet 1, a toilet cover 3, and a rear end of the toilet seat 2 and the toilet lid 3, which is mounted on the rear end of the toilet 1 so as to be openable and closable. Toilet body 4 is provided. The toilet main body 4 includes toilets for anus and bidet for washing a human body part after stool with warm water, a device for drying a human body part after washing, and a device for deodorizing odors (none is shown). Has built-in functions.
[0025]
The toilet lid 3 is set to the size of a substantially flat single piece whose upper surface covering the upper surface and the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat 2 and the toilet main body 4 has a slightly arcuate surface. The structure is such that normal cleaning can be easily completed by simply wiping a substantially flat piece of toilet lid 3 without dust.
[0026]
In order to clean the toilet apparatus, the toilet seat 2 and the toilet lid 3 are detachably attached to the toilet body 4 with the following attachment structure. Since the toilet lid 3 is made of a synthetic resin, the side surfaces are slightly expanded on shafts (not shown) provided on both outer side surfaces of the toilet body 4 by utilizing the elastic restoring force of the side surfaces. A bearing (not shown) provided on the rear side surface of the lid 3 is fitted so as not to come off with an elastic restoring force, and is rotatably and detachably attached.
[0027]
Since the toilet seat 2 is to be seated by the user, the toilet seat 2 needs to be structurally stronger than the toilet lid 3, and it is difficult to use the same detachable structure as the toilet lid 3. Therefore, the toilet seat 2 has a pair of arms 5 projecting from both ends thereof, and the inner surface of one arm 5 relatively projects between the both ends of the toilet body 4. And a shaft hole 8 that is rotatably provided on the side surface of the front surface portion 6 of the toilet body 4 located between the arm portions 5 and provided only with a shaft hole 8 that is inserted and removed from the side and locked. A bearing portion 9 is provided in the shaft 5 so that the shaft 7 can be attached to and detached from the vertical direction.
[0028]
The other arm 5 of the toilet seat 2 having the built-in bearing 9 is provided on the front side of the toilet 1 so that a part of the bearing 9 can be detached from the shaft 7 when the toilet seat 2 stands upright with respect to the toilet 1. The opening 10 is provided so as to be accessible from the front. The opening 10 is a side surface extending to the front and rear of the arm 5 and is provided at a position where a part of the bearing 9 can be seen when the toilet seat 2 is upright with respect to the toilet 1. Limitation is made so as to maintain the strength of the arm portion 5 having the built-in bearing portion 9.
[0029]
The bearing portion 9 has a receiving portion 11 that rotatably supports the shaft 7, and includes a fixed bearing body 12 fixed in the arm portion 5 and a receiving portion 13 that rotatably supports the shaft 7 with the receiving portion 11. A rotating bearing 14 rotatably fitted within a predetermined angle range to the fixed bearing 12 and fixed and rotating bearings 12, 14. The shaft 7 is relatively moved from the receiving portions 11, 13. And an operating body 17 that rotates the rotary bearing body 14 within a predetermined angle range so that the split groove 16 matches or does not match the split groove 15 of the fixed bearing body 12. It has.
[0030]
The operating body 17 is formed so as to face the opening 10 of the arm 5 so as not to protrude from the surface of the opening 10. In the figure, reference numeral 18 denotes a mounting portion for fixing the bearing 9 in the arm 5.
[0031]
In the above configuration, the toilet seat 2 is attached to the toilet body 4 as follows. That is, the shaft hole 8 of the one arm portion 5 of the toilet seat 2 is inserted from outside into the shaft 7 protruding from the side surface of the front portion 6. Subsequently, when the toilet seat 2 is removed from the other arm 5, the operating body 17 is operated to rotate by a predetermined angle, and as shown in FIG. The split groove 15 of the fixed bearing body 12 is lowered from above in accordance with the shaft 7 through the opening 10 so that the shaft 7 is fitted into the receiving portions 11 and 13 of the fixed and rotating bearing bodies 12 and 14, and Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the operating body 17 is operated to rotate the rotary bearing body 14, and the split groove 16 is displaced from the split groove 15 and the opening 10 so that the split groove 16 is not detached from the shaft 7. The removal of the toilet seat 2 is performed in the reverse order of the above-described mounting order.
[0032]
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the toilet seat 2 is erected, a part of the bearing 9 in the arm 5 and the operating body 17 of the toilet seat 2 face the opening 10 and can be easily seen from the front side of the toilet 1. The arm 5 of the toilet seat 2 can be detached from the shaft 7 by the operating body 17 of the bearing 9 in this state. Therefore, the toilet seat 2 is detached from the toilet main body 4 and the arm portion 5 of the toilet seat 2 and the portion of the toilet main body 4 opposed thereto can be mainly mainly cleaned easily, and the detachable operation can be performed only by standing the toilet seat upright. In addition, the operation of attaching and detaching can be easily performed, and it can be made compact because it is not always visible.
[0033]
And especially in the toilet apparatus provided with the toilet lid 3 which covers the toilet main body 4 and the toilet seat 2, the toilet main body 4 and the toilet seat 2 are covered by the closed toilet lid 3 when not in use. It is enough to clean only the toilet cover that gets dusty, and when the toilet seat 2 and the toilet main body 4 become dirty over a long period of use, the toilet seat 2 can be removed and the toilet main body 4 and the toilet seat 2 can be carefully cleaned, By properly using the two forms of cleaning, cleaning can be performed rationally. Further, since the toilet lid 3 is supported on both outer side surfaces of the toilet main body 4, the width of the toilet seat 2 can be made substantially the same as that of the toilet main body 4. The width of the bearing portion of the toilet seat 2 can be ensured without sacrificing the width of the portion (front portion 6) where the toilet seat 2 is mounted.
[0034]
Also, in the bearing 9, since the operating body 17 for rotating the rotary bearing 14 is located in the opening 10, the split groove 16 of the rotary bearing 14 matches or does not match the split groove 15 of the fixed bearing 12. It is possible to perform the operation where a part of the bearing portion 9 is visible, and to easily attach and detach the bearing portion 9 from the shaft 7, and to install the operating body 17 at the bearing portion 9, so that it can be installed at another place. In comparison, a guide hole or the like of the operation body is not required, and the structure of the arm 5 including the bearing 9 can be simplified.
[0035]
Further, since the opening 10 of the arm 5 of the upright toilet seat 2 is formed in a size required for the split grooves 15 and 16 of the bearing 9 and the operating body 17 to face, the strength of the arm of the toilet seat 2 is increased. Can be secured. The operating body 17 of the bearing 9 facing the opening 10 does not appear on the outside of the toilet apparatus in the normal state of the toilet seat 2 placed on the toilet 1, so that there is no projection or the like, and the operation body 17 is simple and easily cleaned. Can be.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to a toilet device having a toilet lid sized to cover from the toilet seat to the toilet main body. However, the present invention is applied to a toilet device having a toilet lid sized to cover only the toilet seat. Also, the same effect as in the present embodiment can be expected.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention can provide a toilet apparatus that can easily clean the toilet seat and that can be easily attached and detached.
