Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pouch for storing excrement excreted from a stoma formed on a body surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A person who has removed the bladder due to a disease such as the bladder forms a stoma on the surface of the body in order to excrete urine and the like out of the body. A pouch is attached for storing and temporarily storing the excrement excreted from the stoma. To attach this pouch to the body, a one-piece type that attaches the pouch directly to the body, and a two-piece type that uses a pouch with a face plate to be attached to the body and a detachable part that can be detachably attached to this face plate In any case, the excrement is stored in the pouch.
[0003]
However, since the size of the pouch is limited in order to be attached to the body, there is a certain limit in the capacity for storing excrement, and it is necessary to replace the pouch itself or to transfer the excrement out of the pouch occasionally. Was. Therefore, the pouch is provided with an outlet at the bottom so that the excrement is transferred to the outside of the pouch, a transfer tube is attached to the outlet, and the excrement in the pouch is taken out of the pouch.
It is difficult to change the pouch due to sleep, especially at night, etc., and since the excrement is stored in the pouch for a long time, there is a possibility that the capacity of the pouch may be exceeded, and the excrement is transferred to a separately provided tank. As described above, the user sleeps with the transfer tube attached to the outlet. At this time, the tank is often placed under the bed, and the tip of the tube has been introduced into the tank provided under the bed for storing excrement.
[0004]
Then, since the excrement always flows through the tube and into the tank due to the head drop between the pouch and the tank, the inside of the pouch has a negative pressure. Therefore, since the pouch is formed by bonding a top sheet and a back sheet made of a synthetic resin, the top sheet and the back sheet sometimes come into close contact with each other. In addition, when two backflow prevention sheets are provided in the pouch, the two backflow prevention sheets sometimes come into close contact with each other. In particular, when excrement residue is present on the surface of the front sheet and the back sheet or on the surface of the two backflow prevention sheets, the adhesion is likely to occur.
In such a case, if the excrement is discharged from the stoma, the excretion is stored only in the upper portion of the pouch or near the opening, and the excretion may not flow to the lower portion of the pouch. In such a case, there was a danger that the person who attached the pouch would suffer significantly.
[0005]
