Description

【0001】
【0012】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tray for drying seafood and agricultural products such as dried seafood and agricultural products such as dried seafood, seaweed, and dried seaweed and dried seaweed and dried seaweeds and dried seaweeds. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tray for drying a dried product such as dried fish with an L-shaped frame, which is excellent in corrosion resistance and durability, inexpensive, lightweight, and excellent in transportability, lamination properties, cleaning workability and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional trays for drying dried seafood and agricultural products are made of thin bamboo or reeds, such as "Sonoko", "Dry net" with a stainless steel wire mesh fixed on a wooden frame with nails, or L-shaped steel such as stainless steel. A “tray with an L-shaped frame” in which a perforated member such as a stainless steel expansion metal is welded to a bottom shelf of the L-shaped frame thus configured has been used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned "sunoko", "dried net", "tray with L-shaped frame" and the like have serious drawbacks in corrosion resistance, durability, usability, and the like. In other words, since the material is vegetable, it has problems in durability, such as corrosion aging and deterioration due to heating and drying, and it has no rigidity, and it is difficult to transport it with the dried material mounted. There are problems such as the weight of the dried product being overlaid and the dried product being deformed. In addition, `` dried nets '' in which wire meshes and the like are fixed to wooden frames with nails have the problem that dried wire and sap adhere and accumulate, and thin wire meshes and nails corrode and fall off due to electrolytes such as salt contained. There is a problem that the wooden frame is deformed and deteriorated due to repetition of wet to dry.
[0004]
On the other hand, an “L-shaped frame-attached tray” in which a perforated member such as stainless steel expansion metal is connected to the upper surface of the bottom shelf of an L-shaped frame made of L-shaped steel such as stainless steel by a welding method. Due to the rigidity of the character-shaped frame and the effect of forming the space, it is possible to carry or stack the dried articles mounted thereon, and there are advantages such as withstanding the temperature of heating and drying. However, although it is much more expensive than the above-mentioned "sunoko" and "dried net", there are inherent problems such as corrosion and durability, and excessive weight and handling workability due to the use of L-shaped steel. The problem of corrosion and durability is that the upper surface of the bottom shelf of the L-shaped frame is uneven due to the accumulation of dried matter and sap containing electrolytes such as salt due to the bars and holes of the perforated member. Due to the structure, the welded portion of the bar of the perforated member becomes thinner due to welding oxidation, and electrolytically corrodes due to a local battery phenomenon, so that the perforated member falls off from the L-shaped frame.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention inserts a peripheral end of a perforated member such as an expansion metal to be a mounting portion for a dried product in an opening formed by forming a short side of a rectangular thin steel plate into a V-shape or a U-shape, The V-shaped or U-shaped opening is narrowed and crimped, and the peripheral end of the perforated member is covered with the thin steel plate or the like to form an integral structure. Then, the periphery of the covering integrated structure is bent into an L-shape. An L-shaped frame-shaped drying tray with an L-shaped frame formed by connecting adjacent ends bent into the L-shape. That is, the end of the perforated member on which the dried material is mounted is not narrowly covered with the thin steel plate or the like formed into a V-shape or U-shape, which is lighter than an L-shaped steel, without relying on a welding method. The core structure of the L-shaped frame is formed by forming a strong three-layer integrated structure of a steel plate or the like + the perforated member + the thin steel plate or the like, and bending the L-shaped frame to form an L-shaped frame. And a tray for drying a dried product such as dried fish with an L-shaped frame having a strong structure. This solves the various problems of the conventional "tray with L-shaped frame" by the welding method described above.
[0006]
Here, the local battery phenomenon and the mechanism of electrolytic corrosion that occur when the L-shaped frame made of the L-shaped steel and the perforated member are connected by a welding method are considered, and the tray for drying a dried product such as dried fish with the L-shaped frame according to the present invention is considered. Explains the novelty and inventive step of.
[0007]
It is known that when different kinds of metals come close to each other in an electrolyte such as a salt, a potential difference, that is, an electromotive force (battery) is generated due to a difference in ionization tendency of each metal, and electrolytic corrosion occurs. However, it is not generally known that this phenomenon occurs under "under certain conditions" even on the surface of stainless steel or alumite-treated aluminum alloy, which is a typical example of those hardly corroded. The "under certain conditions" will be described next.
[0008]
The “under certain conditions” refers to a case where the metal particles on the alloy surface are unevenly distributed or a specific metal particle is growing and developing in the presence of the electrolyte. In this case, a potential difference, that is, a local battery is locally generated, and the portion and its periphery are electrolytically corroded. A factor that causes the uneven distribution of the metal agglomerates and the growth and development of the specific metal agglomerates is heating and melting by welding, and is a welding aid such as a welding rod containing a dissimilar metal.
[0009]
An analysis of the structure and operating conditions of the "tray with L-shaped frame" by the conventional welding method shows that the bottom of the L-shaped frame made of L-shaped steel has a shelf structure, and the lamination and welding of the upper surface and the bar of the perforated member are performed. The portion is in an exposed state with a concavo-convex structure, and has a structure in which dried matter, liquid juice, and the like containing a large amount of electrolyte easily accumulate and accumulate. Moreover, it is used in a wet state where the action of the electrolyte becomes active. Therefore, it can be said that the “tray with an L-shaped frame” formed by the conventional welding method has a serious defect in which electrolytic corrosion is unavoidable in structure and manufacturing method.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem. That is, the drying tray for dried fish with an L-shaped frame according to the present invention uses a three-layer integrated structure instead of a welding method that easily causes electrolytic corrosion and a method of connecting the thin steel plate or the like constituting the L-shaped frame and the perforated member. And the upper and lower surfaces of the connecting portion have a flat structure covered with the thin steel plate or the like, and have a structure in which dried matter and liquid juice are unlikely to accumulate. Further, the thin steel plate or the like constituting the L-shaped frame has a feature that the required strength and rigidity can be obtained by forming it into a bent structure, so that the weight can be reduced as compared with the conventional L-shaped steel. Further, the connection method by the constriction caulking method of the three-layer integrated structure provides an effective connection method even for a metal or a plated member that is difficult to weld and a perforated member such as a plastic or fiber net. This has the advantage that the range of materials used can be greatly expanded. Therefore, it can be said that the drying tray with an L-shaped frame according to the present invention has remarkable novelty and inventive step.
[0011]
In addition, the drying tray such as dried fish with an L-shaped frame of the present invention connects the ends of the L-shaped bent portions to form an L-shaped frame including the perforated member. The welding method and the rivet method are simple and practical. Since the connecting portion is a rising portion of the L-shaped frame and is a place where dried matter and liquid juice are unlikely to accumulate, the effect of electrolytic corrosion is small even by the welding method, and there is no possibility of a decrease in strength. Further, when inserting the perforated member into the opening of the thin steel plate or the like formed into a V-shape or U-shape and tightening the hole, a few spots at the ends of the perforated member are previously subjected to electric spot welding or adhesive. By spotting the inside of the V-shaped portion by a construction method or the like, the stenosis caulking process can be performed accurately and efficiently. Since electric spot welding in this case is intended for temporary fixing for positioning and does not require connection strength, there is no need to consider a decrease in strength due to electrolytic corrosion. The V-shaped or U-shaped opening angle of the thin steel plate or the like is preferably an angle of 20 to 45 degrees in consideration of the workability of the temporary fixing work by electric spot welding and the like and the narrowing and caulking process. Further, in the narrowing and caulking step, when a cushion material such as hard rubber is applied to the V-shaped or U-shaped opening and pressed, the end of the V-shaped or U-shaped opening is formed in the hole of the holed member. It can be swaged without any gaps. As a result, accumulation of dry matter and the like on the connection portion can be prevented, and the cleaning workability is improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A tray for drying a dried fish or the like with an L-shaped frame according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a tray for drying a dried product such as dried fish with an L-shaped frame according to an embodiment of the present invention. (A) is a perspective view showing the whole of the tray for drying dried fish with an L-shaped frame. (B) is a perspective view of a V-shaped product of SUS304 steel plate. (C) is a plan view of a SUS304 expansion metal which is a perforated member of the dried product mounting portion. (D) is sectional drawing which inserted and temporarily fixed the edge part of (c) to the V-shaped opening part of (b). (E) is a cross-sectional view in which the three-layer integrated structure is bent and raised in an L shape.
[0013]
Next, a manufacturing process of one embodiment of the present invention will be described below. (1) The short side center (b) of a SUS304 steel plate (1.0 mm thick) with a short side of 96 mm x long side (a) 594 mm and a short side of 96 mm x long side (a) 1198 mm is grooved. By bending as shown in FIG. 1B using a bending die, a V-shaped product having an opening angle of 35 degrees was manufactured. (2) SUS304 expansion metal with a short side (c) of 620 mm long and a length of 1225 mm (short side: 12 mm, mesh short side: 12 mm x long side) A square (30.5 mm) was excised as 12.5 mm × 12.5 mm as shown in FIG. {Circle around (3)} As shown in FIG. 1 (d), insert the end of the perforated member of [2] into the opening of the V-shaped molded product of [1], and at the position of the overlap width (f) 32.5 mm A few spots of the bar at the end of the perforated member were temporarily fixed to the V-shaped product by electric spot welding. Similarly, the opposite end of the perforated member was temporarily fixed to the V-shaped product (1). {Circle around (4)} Next, the opening of the V-shaped product was flattened by pressurization and flattened, and tightly connected in a three-layer integrated structure with the end of the perforated member as the core. (5) Similarly, the remaining end of the perforated member was firmly connected to the V-shaped molded product in a three-layer integrated structure. {Circle around (6)} Next, the three-layer integrated structure around the perforated member was bent into a L-shape at a position 28 mm from the end as shown in FIG. At this time, the rising length of the perforated member, which is the core of the three-layer integrated structure, is 12.5 mm. The ends of each of the L-shaped rising portions of (7) and (6) were connected to each other by a welding method to form an L-shaped frame, and a tray for drying, such as dried fish, with an L-shaped frame was manufactured.
[0014]
The tray for drying dried fish and the like with the L-shaped frame of the present invention manufactured as described above has a size of 28 mm in height (g) × 1200 mm in width (h) × 1200 mm in depth (g) of 595 mm of the L-shaped frame, and weighs in. It is 4.5 kg. In addition, the weight of the "tray with an L-shaped frame" by a welding method using a conventional L-shaped steel frame is 1.5 times that of 6.7 kg.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The first aspect of the present invention is to improve a serious defect of the "tray with an L-shaped frame" by the following conventional welding method using an L-shaped steel as a frame.
(1) In connection with the problem of dropout of the L-shaped frame and the perforated member connection portion due to electrolytic corrosion and poor durability, the welding connection method which is the cause is abolished, and the connection of the three-layer integrated structure is replaced. A law was devised and fundamentally improved.
(2) The three-layer integrated structure in which the connection is flat against the problem of the uneven structure of the welding connection, which is a factor promoting electrolytic corrosion and is difficult to clean, and is liable to accumulate dried matter, liquid juice, etc. A connection method was devised and fundamentally improved.
(3) To solve the problem of excessive weight and poor handling workability due to the use of heavy L-shaped steel frame, we devised the three-layer integrated L-shaped frame using lightweight thin steel plate and the like, and reduced the weight. It was reduced to 2/3 to improve the handling workability.
(4) The cost of materials used has been reduced.
(5) To solve the problem that the members to be used are limited to weldable materials, by devising the connection method of the three-layer integrated structure, it is possible to select a material that is difficult to weld according to the purpose of use.
As described above, the tray for drying dried fish and the like with an L-shaped frame according to the present invention improves the serious defect of the “tray with an L-shaped frame” by a welding method using a conventional L-shaped steel as a frame, and provides corrosion resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a tray for drying dried fish and the like with an L-shaped frame, which is excellent in durability, inexpensive, lightweight, excellent in transportability and lamination properties, and excellent in usability such as cleaning workability.
