本発明はインターネットを活用した求人求職システムに関するものであり、インターネットのホームページを活用して、履歴書などのペーパーレスや郵送レスを図るものである。

従来、求人や求職情報についてはインターネット上に掲載され、必要に応じてアクセスできるが、求人、求職の実質的実務は未だ履歴書を手書きし、顔写真を貼り、郵送か持参するなどの旧態的方法が一般的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
求人側、および求職側の解決しようとする課題を列記すれば、
求人側の課題は、
1)求職希望者の詳細な情報や情報の事前入手が困難であった。
2)職業安定所への各種登録、申請、通知や、求人側への求人案内の郵送や面接日の通知や合格、不合格の通知などは多くの人手と郵送料金などの経費を必要とした。
求職側の課題は、
1)求職毎に毎々履歴書を記載しなければならなかった。
2)履歴書毎に顔写真を貼らねばならなかったし、写真代などの経費が必要であった。
3)履歴書の記載項目以外の詳細な自己紹介や自己宣伝が困難であった。
4)面接日程などは求人側の都合に合わせなければならなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、これらの課題を解決するためのもので、いまその方法を説明すれば、次に示すようにインターネットによる求人求職システムを標準化するものである。
1)求人側は、会社の案内を兼ねた会社概要や各種求人条件や求人人数などの各種求人情報をインターネットのホームページ上に掲載すると共に、顔写真や名前や生年月日や住所や資格や学歴などの必要事項と、
公開できる求職者個人の詳細情報を入力できる履歴書フォームをインタネットのホームページ上に掲載する。
求職側は求人側の会社案内や求人情報を参考にして、ホームページ上の履歴書へ必要事項や個人情報を書き込み応募するし、希望する面接日や面接時間も入力する。
3)求職側はホームページの履歴書や自己情報データを登録し保存しておく。
4)求人側はアクセスされた履歴書や個人データの内容により、面接の有無や日程や採用、不採用の決定を求職側へ通知するし、面接後の採用、不採用の決定も通知するし、求職側は求人側への返答もインターネット上で行なう。

(ハ)本システムはインターネットに限定せず、その他の通信回線に於ても適用する。

本発明は、従来人手と書類をベースにしていた求人求職システムをインターネットによるペーパーレスと郵送レスにより標準化したものであり、具体的効果を列記すれば、
求人側は、
(イ)インターネット上の会社案内情報により会社の宣伝を兼ねることができる。
(ロ)求職者の情報を事前に把握することができるし、より詳細な個人情報も把握できるため、求人側の希求にあった人材をより正確に選定できます。
(ハ)ペーパーレスにより手間が大幅に削減でき、郵送レスにより経費が削減できます。
(ニ)職業安定所との各種対応も簡素化し、経費も削減します。
求職側は、
(ホ)履歴書や自分の個人データが保存できるため、履歴書などを何度も記載する必要がありませんし、特に顔写真の撮影代が削減できます。
(ヘ)面接日程などを求職者の都合に合わせて希求することができます。
(ト)詳細な自分の個人データ作成により自己宣伝を容易とします。
(チ)履歴書などの郵送代が節約できます。
本インターネットによる求人求職システムは人手や経費の削減や情報の即応化を図るばかりか、より詳細な情報の伝達により密接な連絡を推進し合理性のある明るい社会づくりに大きく貢献するものであります。
