Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a floor pan in a standard size, in which a door-frame disposing section in the standard size is formed on an outer peripheral section, share as the floor pan even when an opening section formed to a partition wall is narrower than the standard size. <P>SOLUTION: A foor frame 4 is framed by a lower frame 1, an upper frame 2 and left-right vertical frames 3, and a side-section projecting section 5 projected to the outer side parallel in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 1 than one vertical frame 3 is formed at one end section of the lower frame 1. A wall 7 upper than a picture rail for constituting a part of the wall of a bathroom unit is disposed in upright along a surface on the reverse side to a bathroom A in the projecting section 5 of the lower frame 1 while a door frame body 8 with the wall 7 is formed by connecting the side end section of the wall 7 to one vertical frame 3. A door-frame disposing section 10 is installed to a part of the outer end section of the floor pan 9. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、浴室ユニットの出入り口の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
浴室ユニットは建物の内の浴室を形成しようとする空間内において、床パンを設置し、次に、床パンの周囲に壁パネルとドア枠とを立設し、壁パネルの上端部間に天井パネルを配設すると共に壁パネルの上端部と天井パネルの端部とを接続することで組み立て構成する。

上記の浴室ユニットの床パンの外周端部の一部に一定長さのドア枠配設部が設けてあり、床パンの外周部の他の部分が壁パネル配設部となっている。そして、壁パネル配設部に壁パネルを立設し、また、一定長さのドア枠配設部に標準サイズに枠組みされたドア枠の下枠を配設して取付けることでドア枠を床パンの所定位置に立設するようになっている。

上記ドア枠は脱衣室側の部分が脱衣室と浴室ユニット内（つまり浴室）との間の間仕切り壁部分に設けた開口部に位置し、ドア枠に設けるドアを開いて脱衣室から浴室に出入りするようになっている。

ところが、現場において間仕切り壁の間柱等の柱位置の制約等により標準サイズのドア枠を設置できない場合がある。例えば、標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法を８００ｍｍとした場合には間仕切り壁にはこの標準サイズのドア枠が嵌め込まれる左右方向の横幅寸法が８００ｍｍの開口部を形成するのであるが、間仕切り壁の間柱等の柱位置の制約により左右方向の横幅寸法が８００ｍｍの開口部を形成できない場合がある。

このような場合に従来は左右方向の横幅寸法が８００ｍｍよりも短い、例えば７００ｍｍのドア枠と、更に、７００ｍｍのドア枠を配設するための左右方向の横幅寸法が７００ｍｍのドア枠配設部を外周部の一部に形成した床パンを、上記標準サイズの床パンやドア枠とは別に用意しておき、短い開口部しか形成できない現場においては、左右方向の横幅寸法が７００ｍｍのドア枠配設部を外周部の一部に形成した床パン、左右方向の横幅寸法が７００ｍｍのドア枠を使用することで対応していた。

このため、従来にあっては、ドア枠が左右方向の横幅寸法が異なる複数種類必要であるだけでなく、床パンもドア枠配設部の左右方向の寸法が異なる複数種類必要となるという問題があった。

つまり、従来にあっては、開口部の左右方向の横幅寸法が異なる場合、標準サイズのドア枠配設部を外周部に形成した標準サイズの床パンを共用できないという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、間仕切り壁に形成する開口部が標準サイズの場合よりも狭い場合であっても床パンとして標準サイズのドア枠配設部を外周部に形成した標準サイズの床パンを共用でき、また、ドア枠の施工と同時に小壁の施工もできて施工性が向上し、更に、防水を確実に行うことができる浴室ユニットの出入り口の構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る浴室ユニットの出入り口の構造は、下枠１と、上枠２と、左右縦枠３とでドア枠４を枠組みすると共に下枠１の一端部に一方の縦枠３よりも下枠１の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出した側部突出部５を設け、下枠１の側部突出部５の浴室Ａと反対側の面に沿って浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁７を立設するとともに該小壁７の側端部を一方の縦枠３に連結して小壁付きドア枠体８を形成し、床パン９の外端部の一部にドア枠配設部１０を設け、床パン９に設けたドア枠配設部１０に上記小壁付きドア枠体８の下枠１を配設して取付けて成ることを特徴とするものである。このように下枠１の長手方向の一端部に側部突出部５を突出することで、ドア枠４の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短いものであっても一端部に側部突出部５を突出した下枠１の左右方向の長さを標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法として、ドア枠配設部１０の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズの床パン９であっても支障なく使用できるものであり、また、小壁付きドア枠体８を施工するのみで同時に小壁７の施工もできるものである。

また、下枠１と、上枠２と、左右縦枠３とでドア枠４を枠組みすると共に下枠１の浴室Ａ側の端部に浴室側突出部６を設け、浴室側突出部６を一方の縦枠３から他方の縦枠３を経て他方の縦枠３よりも下枠１の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成し、この浴室側突出部６の端部の他方の縦枠３よりも下枠１の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成した部分を側部突出部５とし、下枠１の浴室側突出部６の一側端部の側部突出部５の浴室Ａと反対側の面に沿って浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁７を立設するとともに該小壁７の側端部を一方の縦枠３に連結して小壁付きドア枠体８を形成し、床パン９の外端部の一部にドア枠配設用の切欠部１１を設け、この切欠部１１にドア受け部材１２を配置して床パン９に固定してドア枠配設部１０を構成し、上記小壁付きドア枠体８の下枠１をドア枠配設部１０に載設して切欠部１１に一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６を位置させて成ることを特徴とするものであってもよい。このように床パン９の外端部の一部に形成した切欠部１１に配設したドア受け部材１２に小壁付きドア枠体８の下枠１をドア枠配設部１０に載設して切欠部１１に一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６を位置させることで、ドア枠４の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短いものであっても一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６の長さを標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法として、ドア受け部材１２を取付けた切欠部１１の左右方向の長さが標準サイズとなっている床パン９であっても支障なく使用できるものであり、また、小壁付きドア枠体８を施工するのみで同時に小壁７の施工もできるものである。

また、側部突出部５と小壁７の下端部との間を防水処理することが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、下枠１の側部突出部５と小壁７の下端部との間から水が浸入するおそれがないものである。

また、床板部１３の外端部に壁パネル載置用の立ち上がり部１４を有する床パン９の外端部の一部に立ち上がり部１４から床板部１３の端部よりやや引き込んだ位置まで除去されたドア枠配設用の切欠部１１を設け、浴室側突出部６を横向きの角筒状に形成し、浴室側突出部６の横方向の両端部にドア枠隅ブロック１５を取付けて一方のドア枠隅ブロック１５を小壁７の浴室Ａ側の面の縦枠３と反対側の端部の前方に配置すると共に、他のドア枠隅ブロック１５を小壁７を取付けていない方の縦枠３の下端部の浴室Ａ側の面の前方に配置し、各ドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面に設けた嵌合部１７にドア隅キャップ１８に設けた被嵌合部１９を嵌合し、一方のドア隅キャップ１８によりドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面と、縦枠３の浴室Ａ側の面の下端部と、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部１４に沿った部分に連続する床板部１３に沿った部分を覆い、他方のドア隅キャップ１８によりドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面と、小壁７の浴室Ａ側の面の下端部と、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部１４に沿った部分に連続する床板部１３に沿った部分を覆うことも好ましい。このような構成とすることで、下枠１の縦枠３よりも浴室Ａ側に突出した浴室側突出部６の長手方向の端部部分を綺麗に収めることができ、また、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部１４に沿った部分と立ち上がり部１４に連続する床板部１３に沿った切断端部が露出しないようにできるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明に用いる小壁付きドア枠体８は、ドア枠４の一側部に浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁７を取付けて構成してある。この小壁付きドア枠体８は左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法と同じとなっている。したがって、小壁付きドア枠体８のドア枠４部分は標準サイズのドア枠よりも左右方向の横幅寸法が短くなっている。例えば、標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法が８００ｍｍの場合、小壁付きドア枠体８のドア枠４部分の左右方向の横幅寸法は７００ｍｍとなっている。

このドア枠４は下枠１と、上枠２と、左右縦枠３とを枠組みして構成してあり、下枠１の浴室Ａ側の端部に浴室側突出部６を設け、浴室側突出部６を一方の縦枠３から他方の縦枠３を経て他方の縦枠３よりも下枠１の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成し、この浴室側突出部６の端部の他方の縦枠３よりも下枠１の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成した部分を側部突出部５としてある。つまり、下枠１は長手方向の一端部の浴室Ａ側のみを残して脱衣室Ｂ側を切除して切除部を形成してあり、切除せずに残した一端部の浴室Ａ側の部位が側部突出部５となっている。そしてこの側部突出部５の分だけ下枠１は上枠２よりも長手方向における横幅寸法が長くなっている。つまり、下枠１は標準サイズのドア枠の下枠の横幅寸法と同じ長さとなっている。

下枠１の浴室側突出部６の一側端部の側部突出部５の浴室Ａと反対側の面に沿って浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁７を立設し、該小壁７の側端部を一方の縦枠３に連結して小壁付きドア枠体８を形成してある。小壁７はドア枠４の一方の縦枠３と側部突出部５とに固着具２１により固着してある。このように、小壁７のドア枠４への固着はあらかじめ工場において行われる。小壁７と縦枠３との間及び小壁７と側部突出部５との間にはシリコンコーキングなどのシール材を充填して防水処理がしてある。

下枠１の一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６は横向き角筒状をしており、この浴室側突出部６の両端部にはドア枠隅ブロック１５の側面に突出形成した嵌め込み部（図示せず）を嵌め込んであり、一方のドア枠隅ブロック１５を小壁７の浴室Ａ側の面の縦枠３と反対側の端部の前方に配置すると共に、他のドア枠隅ブロック１５を小壁７を取付けていない方の縦枠３の下端部の浴室Ａ側の面の前方に配置してある。各ドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面には嵌合部１７が設けてある。

浴室Ａの床を構成するための床パン９は床板部１３の外端部に周方向にわたって壁パネル載置用の立ち上がり部１４が上方に向けて一体に突設してある。立ち上がり部１４の上端部はパネル載置片１４ａと水切り片１４ｂとよりなるＬ状部が設けてあり、立ち上がり部１４の上部の背面側には嵌め込み凹所２２が設けてある。また、床パン９の床板部１３の下面部には床板部１３の外端よりもやや内側に引き込んだ位置に外周に沿って垂下リブ２３が床板部１３と一体に形成してある。

上記のような床パン９の外周端部の立ち上がり部１４の上端部のパネル載置片１４ａ上に浴室Ａの壁となる壁パネル２４を載置するのであるが、この床パン９の外端部のドア枠の配設位置にはあらかじめ工場で切欠部１１が形成してある。この切欠部１１は床パン９の外端部の一部を立ち上がり部１４から床板部１３の端部よりやや内側に引き込んだ位置まで除去することで形成される。切欠部１１の左右方向の横幅寸法（床パン９の外周端部に沿った長さ）は標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法に対応した長さに切欠してある。

図１に示す実施形態では切欠部１１は床パン９の一辺の片側に片寄った位置に形成してあり、切欠部１１の一端部が床パン９の一辺に位置し、切欠部１１の他端部が床パン９のコーナ部分に位置している。

ドア受け部材１２は横向きの受け片１２ａの幅方向の一端部に角筒状をした固定部１２ｂが一体に形成してある。ドア受け部材１２の長手方向の両端部には端部ブロック２５が任意の取付け手段により取付けてある。この端部ブロック２５にはドア受け部材１２の一端部に取付ける図７に示すような端部ブロック２５ａと、図１０に示すような端部ブロック２５ｂとがあり、いずれもドア枠４の側部を遮蔽するためのブロック本体部２６を有している。更に、端部ブロック２５には切欠部１１の両側の立ち上がり部１４の裏面に沿わせて立ち上がり部１４の嵌め込み凹所２２に嵌め込むための嵌め込み部２６ａを設けてある。

上記の構成の長手方向の両端部に端部ブロック２５を有するドア受け部材１２を切欠部１１の裏面に沿わせて嵌め込み部２６ａを図７、図１１のように嵌め込んだ状態でドア受け部材１２の固定部１２ｂを垂下リブ２３に固着具により固着し、また、嵌め込み凹所２２の側壁と嵌め込み部２６ａとを固着具により固着するものである。この状態で受け片１２ａ部分が切欠部１１の下方位置に位置している。このように切欠部１１にドア受け部材１２を配置して床パン９に固定することでドア受け部材１２によりドア枠配設部１０が構成される。

ドア受け部材１２を床パン９の切欠部１１に配設して固着する際、ドア受け部材１２と切欠部１１との間にはシール材が介在されて防水処理がなされる。

小壁付きドア枠体８は下枠１の一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６をドア受け部材１２の受け片１２ａ上に載置し、ねじのような固着具により受け片１２ａに固着されるものである。

図中１８はドア隅キャップであり、図１４（ａ）（ｂ）に示すように下横片１８ａと縦片１８ｂとで構成する断面略Ｌ状をしており、ドア隅キャップ１８の下横片１８ａの下面には凸となった被嵌合部１９が設けてある。このドア隅キャップ１８の凸となった被嵌合部１９をドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面部の凹となった嵌合部１７に嵌め込んで取付け、図９に示すように一方のドア隅キャップ１８（図１４（ｂ）のドア隅キャップ１８）によりドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面と、縦枠３の浴室Ａ側の面の下端部と、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部１４に沿った部分に連続する床板部１３に沿った部分を覆い、また、図１３に示すように他方のドア隅キャップ１８（図１４（ａ）のドア隅キャップ１８）によりドア枠隅ブロック１５の上面と、小壁７の浴室Ａ側の面の下端部と、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部に沿った部分に連続する床板部１３に沿った部分を覆うものである。そして、ドア隅キャップ１８の周囲にシール材を打ち込んでシールをする。このようにドア隅キャップ１８を取付けることで、下枠１の縦枠３よりも浴室Ａ側に突出した浴室側突出部６の長手方向の端部部分を綺麗に収めることができ、また、切欠部１１の立ち上がり部１４に沿った部分と立ち上がり部１４に連続する床板部１３に沿った切断端部が露出しないようにできるものである。

なお、一端部が側部突出部５となった浴室側突出部６の上面部には凹溝６ａが設けてあり、この凹溝６ａには図３に示すように下枠カバー２９が着脱自在に取付けて凹溝６ａを水密的に閉塞してあり、下枠カバー２９を取付けた状態で下枠カバー２９の端縁部が切欠部１１の奧縁となる床板部１３部分の上面に載置され、下枠カバー２９の端縁部に沿ってシール材が打ち込まれて床板部１３との間の防水処理をおこなっている。

小壁付きドア枠体８のドア枠４にはドア３０が開閉自在に取付けられる。このドア３０は標準サイズのドア枠に取付けるドアよりも左右方向の横幅寸法が短いものが取付けられる。

このようにして床パン９の外周部に壁パネル２４と小壁付きドア枠体８を取付け、その後、天井パネル３４を取付けて内部が浴室Ａとなった浴室ユニットを組み立て構成する。

一方、浴室ユニットの内部の浴室Ａと脱衣室Ｂとの間には図１、図２に示すように間仕切り壁３１が設けてあるが、この間仕切り壁３１の開口部３２部分に上記浴室ユニットの小壁付きドア枠体８のドア枠４部分が嵌め込まれて取付けられる。図１、図２に示すように開口部３２の両側には間仕切り壁３１における間柱のような柱３３が位置し、柱３３の上部間に横框３５が架設してある。両柱３３の内面と横框３５の下面に沿うように門形に額縁３６を配設固着してあり、この額縁３６の浴室Ａ側の端部がビスのような固着具によりドア枠４の両縦枠３、上枠２に固着してある。

このように、間仕切り壁３１の開口部３２の両側に位置する柱３３間の距離が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短い場合であっても、上記のようにドア枠４部分の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短くなった小壁付きドア枠体８を用いることで間仕切り壁３１の柱３３に邪魔されることなく、図１のように施工できるものである。なお、ドア枠４の脱衣室Ｂ側の端部は図２のように脱衣室Ｂの床３７の端部上に載設して固着されるものである。

ところで、本発明においては上記のように間仕切り壁３１の開口部３２の両側に位置する柱３３間の距離が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短い場合に適応するものであるが、間仕切り壁３１に設ける開口部３２が柱３３の制約を受けることなく、標準サイズのドア枠が取付けることができるような現場においては、本発明の小壁付きドア枠体８に代えて標準サイズのドア枠を用い、切欠部１１に配設して取付けたドア受け部材１２に標準サイズのドア枠の下枠を取付けることで、従来と同じようにして標準サイズのドア枠を取付けることができ、この場合、標準サイズのドア枠の場合も本発明のような小壁付きドア枠体８の場合も同じ切欠部１１を設け且つ同じドア受け部材１２を設けた同一種類の床パン９を共用して用いることができるものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明の請求項１記載の発明にあっては、ドア枠の下枠の一端部に縦枠よりも下枠の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出した側部突出部を設け、下枠の側部突出部の浴室と反対側の面に沿って浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁を立設するとともに該小壁の側端部を一方の縦枠に連結して小壁付きドア枠体を形成し、床パンの外端部の一部にドア枠配設部を設け、床パンに設けたドア枠配設部に上記小壁付きドア枠体の下枠を配設して取付けてあるので、浴室と脱衣室との間に形成される間仕切り壁の柱の位置の制約等により標準サイズのドア枠が使用できずにドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短いものであっても一端部に側部突出部を突出した下枠の左右方向の長さを標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法とすることにより、ドア枠配設部の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズの床パンであっても支障なく使用できるものであり、また、小壁付きドア枠体を施工するのみで同時に小壁の施工もできるものである。

また、請求項２記載の発明にあっては、下枠と、上枠と、左右縦枠とでドア枠を枠組みすると共に下枠の浴室側の端部に浴室側突出部を設け、浴室側突出部を一方の縦枠から他方の縦枠を経て他方の縦枠よりも下枠の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成し、この浴室側突出部の端部の他方の縦枠よりも下枠の長手方向と平行な外側方に突出形成した部分を側部突出部とし、下枠の浴室側突出部の一側端部の側部突出部の浴室と反対側の面に沿って浴室ユニットの壁の一部を構成するための小壁を立設するとともに該小壁の側端部を一方の縦枠に連結して小壁付きドア枠体を形成し、床パンの外端部の一部にドア枠配設用の切欠部を設け、この切欠部にドア受け部材を配置して床パンに固定してドア枠配設部を構成し、上記小壁付きドア枠体の下枠をドア枠配設部に載設して切欠部に一端部が側部突出部となった浴室側突出部を位置させてあるので、床パンの外端部の一部に形成した切欠部に配設したドア受け部材に小壁付きドア枠体の下枠をドア枠配設部に載設して切欠部に一端部が側部突出部となった浴室側突出部を位置させることにより、浴室と脱衣室との間に形成される間仕切り壁の柱の位置の制約等により標準サイズのドア枠が使用できずにドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法が標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法よりも短いものであっても一端部が側部突出部となった浴室側突出部の長さを標準サイズのドア枠の左右方向の横幅寸法として、ドア受け部材を取付けた切欠部の左右方向の長さが標準サイズとなっている床パンであっても支障なく使用できるものであり、また、小壁付きドア枠体を施工するのみで同時に小壁の施工もできるものである。

また、請求項３記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項１又は請求項２記載の発明の効果に加えて、側部突出部と小壁の下端部との間を防水処理してあるので、下枠の側部突出部と小壁の下端部との間から水が浸入するおそれがなくて防水性に優れているものである。

また、請求項４記載の発明にあっては、請求項２記載の発明の効果に加えて、床板部の外端部に壁パネル載置用の立ち上がり部を有する床パンの外端部の一部に立ち上がり部から床板部の端部よりやや引き込んだ位置まで除去されたドア枠配設用の切欠部を設け、浴室側突出部を横向きの角筒状に形成し、浴室側突出部の横方向の両端部にドア枠隅ブロックを取付けて一方のドア枠隅ブロックを小壁の浴室側の面の縦枠と反対側の端部の前方に配置すると共に、他のドア枠隅ブロックを小壁を取付けていない方の縦枠の下端部の浴室側の面の前方に配置し、各ドア枠隅ブロックの上面に設けた嵌合部にドア隅キャップに設けた被嵌合部を嵌合し、一方のドア隅キャップによりドア枠隅ブロックの上面と、縦枠の浴室側の面の下端部と、切欠部の立ち上がり部に沿った部分に連続する床板部に沿った部分を覆い、他方のドア隅キャップによりドア枠隅ブロックの上面と、小壁の浴室側の面の下端部と、切欠部の立ち上がり部に沿った部分に連続する床板部に沿った部分を覆ってあるので、下枠の縦枠よりも浴室側に突出した浴室側突出部の長手方向の端部部分を綺麗に収めることができ、また、切欠部の立ち上がり部に沿った部分と立ち上がり部に連続する床板部に沿った切断端部が露出しないようにできるものである。
