この発明は、複数のカラオケ曲を簡略に予約することができるカラオケ装置及びカラオケ装置の選曲方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、カラオケ装置でカラオケ曲を予約する場合、カラオケ曲の曲名や歌い出しの歌詞と曲番号とを対応づけた冊子である目次本で所望のカラオケ曲の曲番号を検索し、リモコン装置を用いてこの曲番号をカラオケ装置本体に送信してカラオケ曲を予約していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記の予約方法では、所望のカラオケ曲を１曲ずつ目次本で探さなければならないうえに、見つけたカラオケ曲の曲番号をリモコン装置を用いてカラオケ装置本体に転送しなければならないため、利用者が曲の予約に熱中してしまい他人の歌唱を聴くことができず、座が盛り上がらないという問題点があった。また、１曲ずつ選曲した場合、各カラオケ曲に統一性がないばらばらの選曲になってしまうという問題点があった。

この発明は、簡略な操作でカラオケ曲を予約できるとともに、まとまって選択された複数のカラオケ曲を簡略に予約することができるカラオケ装置およびカラオケ装置の選曲方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明のカラオケ装置は、曲番号で識別される曲データを記憶する記憶手段と、入力された曲データに基づいてカラオケ曲を演奏する演奏手段と、演奏手段が演奏すべきカラオケ曲の曲番号を１ないし複数記憶する予約リストと、外部のネットワークと接続する通信手段と、通信手段がネットワークを介して受信した曲番号を前記予約リストに登録し、予約リストに登録された順に曲番号を読み出して、この曲番号で識別される曲データを前記演奏手段に入力する制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
請求項２の発明は、上記発明において、利用者が操作して曲番号を入力する入力手段を備え、前記制御手段は、この入力手段から入力された曲番号を前記ネットワークを介して受信した曲番号とともに前記予約リストに登録することを特徴とする。

この発明のカラオケ装置は、インターネットなどのネットワークを介して、曲名配信装置および変換装置に接続されている。曲名配信装置は、たとえばインターネットホームページのサーバ装置であり、インターネット利用者が、このサーバ上にカラオケ曲の曲名を掲載したホームページを公開する。また、変換装置もネットワーク上に存在する装置であり、この装置もインターネットホームページのサーバ装置で構成することが可能である。
曲名配信装置が配信した（ホームページの場合にはインターネット上で公開している）曲名を表示し（表示手段）、この曲名を利用者が選択する（選択手段）。（表示手段に）表示されている曲名が１曲のみであれば、利用者はその曲名を選択するか否かであるが、（表示手段に）複数の曲名を表示されている場合は、利用者はそのうちの１〜数曲または全曲を選択することができる。選択された曲名は変換装置に送信される。変換装置は、受信した曲名を曲番号に変換して返信する。これを受信して、この受信した曲番号を予約リストに登録する。すなわち、利用者は、ネットワーク上の装置から配信された（インターネットのホームページに公開された）曲番号を選択するのみで、その曲をカラオケ装置に対して予約することが可能になる。なお、選択はマウスクリックやカーソルキー、エンターキーなどで行えばよい。

上記の発明において、複数のカラオケ曲はいわゆるアルバムとして作成される。たとえば、特定の歌手、特定のジャンルあるいは特定の年代をテーマとしてこのテーマに基づいて複数のカラオケ曲を選択してアルバムとする。または、何らかのストーリーを想定し、そのストーリーの展開に沿って複数のカラオケ曲を選択してアルバムとする。このようにあるテーマに基づいてまたはあるストーリーにそって選曲編集された複数のカラオケ曲がアルバムとしてサーバ装置に記憶される。このアルバムの作成は所定の係員が行ってもよいが、一般の者が行ってもよい。一般の者が作成したアルバムはインターネットのウェブサイト（サーバ装置）に公開すればよい。このウェブサイトは、一般の者自身のサイトでもよく、カラオケ装置を管理する会社のサイトであってもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１はこの発明の実施形態であるカラオケ装置のアルバム登録・予約システムの構成を示す図である。
カラオケ装置１１を利用する顧客は、通常はリモコン装置から曲番号を入力してカラオケ曲を予約するが、このシステムではインターネットのサイト上に表示される曲を選択することにより、その曲の予約コマンド（曲番号）がインターネットを介して送られてきて、曲を予約することができる。また、従来は１曲ずつカラオケ曲を選曲してその曲番号を入力していたが、このシステムでは、あるテーマに基づいて或いはあるストーリーにしたがって選曲された複数の曲をアルバムとしてカラオケ装置１１に一度に予約し、連続してこの複数の曲を演奏させることができる。

ここで、予約コマンドとは、選曲されたカラオケ曲の曲番号やコマンドコードを含む電文であり、カラオケ装置に対して上記曲番号を予約リストに登録する動作を実行させる内容の電文である。また、アルバムとは、上記のようにあるテーマに基づいて選曲された複数のカラオケ曲、またはあるストーリーにそって選曲された複数のカラオケ曲のリストである。テーマとは、たとえば特定の歌手、特定の年代、特定の季節などのカラオケ曲絞り込みの条件や誕生日、クリスマス、海などのカラオケ曲抽出のキーワード（索引語）などであり、テーマに基づいて編集されたアルバムは共通のテーマを待つまとまった複数のカラオケ曲からなる。また、ストーリーにそって選曲されたアルバムとは、物語的なあるストーリーを想定し、このストーリーの各場面毎にその場面に適したカラオケ曲を選択することで、複数のカラオケ曲に統一性を持たせたものである。

このようなアルバムをインターネット上で公開する場合、その曲名のリストだけでなく、アルバム名（タイトル）、テーマに基づくアルバムであるかストーリーに沿ったアルバムであるかのタイプ種別、テーマまたはストーリーおよびその解説、総演奏時間などの情報を一緒に公開する。カラオケ装置１１の顧客は、これら全ての情報を参照してアルバムを選択する。

カラオケ装置１１の利用者が、モニタに表示されたアルバム全体（アルバム名）またはその中の１〜数曲の曲名を選択すると、カラオケ装置は、その曲名をインターネット上の曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４に転送する。曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４は、曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を接続しており、受け取った曲名を、その曲名に対応する曲番号を含む予約コマンドに変換してカラオケ装置１１にインターネット２を介して返信する。カラオケ装置１１は、この予約コマンドを受信し、このコマンドを実行することにより予約リストへ曲番号を登録する。

上記アルバムは、カラオケの業務に従事している者でない一般のインターネット利用者が、ホームページに登録することによってインターネット２上に公開したものである。このアルバムは、インターネット利用者自身のホームページ（サイト）５上に公開してもよく、インターネット利用者が、カラオケ装置の業務を運営する会社のポータルサイト３に登録し、このポータルサイト３のホームページ上で公開するようにしてもよい。なお、この実施形態では上記曲名・曲番号変換エンジンをこのポータルサイト３に設ける。
なお、この実施形態の説明においては、インターネット利用者のウェブサイトとホームページとをほぼ同義で用い、そのいずれにも部品番号５を付すものとする。

カラオケ店１に設置されているカラオケ装置１１は、上記アルバムのアルバム名、または、アルバム中の曲名が、利用者によって選択（マウスクリック等）されたとき、このアルバム名または曲名を上記曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４に転送する機能を備えるようにＪａｖａ（登録商標）やＣＧＩを用いて記述しておく。またＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ（登録商標）機の場合にはＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ　Ｅｘｐｌｏｒｅｒのコアを用いて専用のブラウザを動作させるようにしてもよい。アルバム名、曲名の検出は、上記＜＞、［］を制御記号として用いる。すなわち、クリックされた位置のテキストが［］の間であれば、この［］で囲まれた範囲に表示されている曲名が選択されたとして、その曲名のテキストデータを曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４に送信する。また、クリックされた位置のテキストが＜＞の間であれば、このページに表示しているアルバムの全曲が選択されたとして、このアルバム名以下の［］で囲まれるテキストデータ（曲名）を順次全て曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４に送信する。

なお、このブラウザは、上記ポータルサイト３のホームページおよびこのホームページから直接リンクされているページのみにアクセス可能なようにインターネット接続機能を制限しておいてもよく、自由にどのホームページにでもアクセスできるようにしておいてもよい。カラオケ装置１１のインターネット接続機能を制限した場合には、アクセスを自動化することができ、そうすることにより簡略な操作でポータルサイト３のホームページや直接リンクしているウェブサイト５のホームページにアクセスすることができ、ここからアルバムの曲リストをダウンロードして表示することができる。また、自由にインターネットにアクセスできるように機能を開放することにより、カラオケ装置１１をインターネット端末としてボックスの顧客に利用させることができる。

図１において、インターネット２には、カラオケ店１の管理装置１０、前記ポータルサイト３、一般のインターネット利用者のパーソナルコンピュータ（ＰＣ）４、および、上記インターネット利用者のホームページスペースが設けられているインターネットプロバイダのウェブサイト５が接続されている。この図には、カラオケ店１、パーソナルコンピュータ４、ウェブサイト５をそれぞれ１つずつ図示しているが、これらはインターネット２に複数接続されている。また、ポータルサイト３は、インターネット２上に１つ存在すればよいが、多数のアクセスを円滑に処理できるようにミラーサイトを設けてもよい。

カラオケ店１には複数のカラオケ装置１１が設置されており、これら複数のカラオケ装置１１は、管理装置１０にローカルエリアネットワーク（ＬＡＮ）で接続されている。各カラオケ装置１１は、管理装置１０をプロキシサーバとしてインターネット２にアクセスすることができる。

曲名・曲番号変換ホームページは、前記曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を接続しており、カラオケ装置１１から送信されてきた曲名を、その曲名に対応する曲番号に変換してカラオケ装置に返信する。前記曲番号は、カラオケ曲の曲データを識別する曲番号そのものであってもよいが、曲番号に曲の予約である旨を示すコマンドコードが付加された予約コマンドであってもよい。この第１の実施形態では、この曲名・曲番号変換ホームページが返信する曲番号は予約コマンドであるものとする。

ｓ３では、アルバム集ホームページ３１に登録するアルバムのタイトル、タイプ種別、解説等を入力するフォームをパソコン４に送信する（図３（Ａ）参照）。アルバムを登録するインターネット利用者がパソコン４を操作してこの登録フォームに必要な事項を記入して返信すると、登録フォームホームページ３３は、このタイトル、タイプ種別、解説等を受信する（ｓ４）。次に曲名のリストを入力するフォームをパソコン４に送信する（ｓ５：図３（Ｂ）参照）。なお、図３（Ｂ）には歌手名を入力する欄が示されているが、歌手名の入力は必須ではない。アルバムを登録するインターネット利用者がパソコン４を操作してこの登録フォームに曲名（および歌手名）を記入して返信すると、登録フォームホームページ３３はこのリストを受信し（ｓ６）、図３（Ｃ）に示すような確認画面をパソコン４に返信するとともに、この内容をアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に登録してこのホームページで公開されるようにし（ｓ１０）、パソコン４に対して登録が完了した旨の画面を送信する（ｓ１１：図３（Ｄ）参照）。

上記の処理でアルバムが登録されるが、アルバム曲集ホームページ３１は各アルバムの利用ログをチェックし、一定期間利用がないアルバムについては、自動的に消去するようにしてもよい。

一方、インターネット利用者が自分のホームページに公開したアルバムのリンクを登録する場合、すなわちｓ１の選択画面に対するインターネット利用者からの返信が紹介（リンク）の登録であった場合には動作がｓ１６に進む。ｓ１６では、利用者のホームページ５を紹介してリンクするために必要なアルバム情報やＵＲＬを入力するための登録フォームを送信する。アルバム情報は、アルバムタイトル、タイプ種別、テーマまたはストーリー、その解説、作者（ハンドル名）などであり、ＵＲＬはそのアルバムの曲名リストなどが掲載されているホームページ５のＵＲＬである。このホームページ５のＯＫボタンに、コンテンツとしてアルバムが掲載されたインターネット利用者のホームページがリンクされている。インターネット利用者のパソコン４からこの登録フォームの入力内容を受信すると（ｓ１７）、その内容をアルバムリング集ホームページ３２に登録してこのホームページで紹介できるようにし（ｓ１８）、パソコン４に登録が完了した旨の画面を送信する（ｓ１９）。

上記の処理でインターネット利用者のホームページ５に掲載されたアルバム名および曲名がアルバムリンク集ホームページ３２に公開されるが、アルバムリンク集ホームページ３２は各リンクのジャンプ状況をログに記録し、一定期間リンク先へジャンプしていないものについては、自動的に消去するようにしてもよい。ログとしては、総利用回数（リンクのジャンプ回数）、最近の一定期間の利用回数、最新利用日時などからなり、総利用回数や最近一定期間の利用回数に応じてアルバム作者にインセンティブを与えるようにしてもよい。
なお、インターネット利用者のホームページ５はアルバムリンク集ホームページ３２からジャンプしてアクセスするのみならず、直接アクセスすることも可能である。

図４は、カラオケ装置１１の動作を示すフローチャートである。利用者の操作により、上記ポータルサイト３のアルバム曲集ホームページ３１またはアルバムリンク集ホームページ３２を経由してインターネット利用者のホームページ５にアクセスすると（ｓ６１）、アクセスしたページの曲リストを表示する（ｓ６２）。カラオケ装置１１の利用者は、ポインティングデバイスを利用して、モニタに表示されているアルバム名または曲名をクリックする。上記のように曲名は［］で囲まれており、アルバム名は＜＞で囲まれているため、クリックされた場所の前後のテキストを検索することにより、曲名が選択されたかアルバム名が選択されたかを割り出すことができる。ｓ６３で利用者がモニタ上のテキストをクリックするまで待機し、クリックがされると、それが曲名すなわち［］の間であるか（ｓ６４）、それともアルバム名すなわち＜＞の間であるか（ｓ６５）を判断する。［］の間がクリックされた場合には、この［］で囲まれたテキスト（文字列）を曲名として曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４に送信する（ｓ６６）。そして、これに対する曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４からの返信を受信する（ｓ６７）。この返信は曲番号を含む予約コマンドであるため、この予約コマンドを実行して、上記曲名の曲番号を予約リストに登録する（ｓ６８）。

このアルバム登録・予約システムの構成も、図１に示した第１の実施形態の構成とほぼ同様でよい。ただし、同図の破線に示すように、登録フォームホームページ３３もアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に登録するアルバムの曲番号を検索するために曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を用いる。すなわち、上記のようにホームページ上に公開されるアルバムの各曲名には予め曲番号がリンクされている必要があるため、曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０は、アルバムの公開前に、インターネット利用者および登録フォームホームページ３３によってアクセスされる。
また、曲名・曲番号変換ホームページ３４は、第１の実施形態では、カラオケ装置１１から曲名を受信して予約コマンドに変換するホームページであったが、この実施形態では、一般のインターネット利用者が、自分のホームページ５上で公開するアルバムの曲番号を検索するためにアクセスするホームページ、すなわちインターネット利用者が送信してきた曲名に対応して曲番号を返信するホームページとして機能する。

インターネット利用者が、自分のホームページ５でアルバムを公開する場合、このアルバムを構成するカラオケ曲の曲名を掲載するとともに、カラオケ装置１１がこのカラオケ曲を演奏可能なように各カラオケ曲の曲番号をリスト化して必要がある。一般のインターネット利用者は、カラオケ曲に対応する曲番号を知っておらず、曲名と曲番号を対応づけたいわゆる目次本を所持していないため、このホームページでは、一般のインターネット利用者向けに曲名から曲番号への変換サービスをインターネット上で行う。このポータルサイト５はカラオケ装置１１で演奏可能な全てのカラオケ曲の曲名、曲番号、（オリジナルの）歌手名、歌いだしの歌詞などを対応付けたデータベースおよびこれらの情報を一部一致、全部一致などの条件で検索する検索エンジンからなる曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を備えており、このホームページはこの曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を用いてカラオケ曲の曲名を曲番号に変換する。
なお、登録フォームホームページ３３もインターネット利用者がアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に登録しようとするアルバムの曲名を曲番号に変換するとき、上記曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を用いる。

ｓ３では、アルバム集ホームページ３１に登録するアルバムのタイトル、タイプ種別、解説等を入力するフォームをパソコン４に送信する（図６（Ａ）参照）。アルバムを登録するインターネット利用者がパソコン４を操作してこの登録フォームに必要な事項を記入して返信すると、登録フォームホームページ３３は、このタイトル、タイプ種別、解説等を受信する（ｓ４）。次に曲名のリストを入力するフォームをパソコン４に送信する（ｓ５：図６（Ｂ）参照）。なお、図６（Ｂ）には歌手名を入力する欄が示されているが、歌手名の入力は必須ではない。アルバムを登録するインターネット利用者がパソコン４を操作してこの登録フォームに曲名（および歌手名）を記入して返信すると、登録フォームホームページ３３はこのリストを受信し（ｓ６）、受信した曲名を曲番号へ変換する（ｓ７）。この変換処理は、曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０が実行する。登録フォームホームページ３３のプログラムが曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０に曲名リストを渡し、その変換結果を曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０から受け取る。この変換結果を図６（Ｃ）に示すような確認画面に編集してパソコン４に返信する（ｓ８）。

この確認画面は、パソコン４から送信された曲名から割り出されたその曲の歌手名、曲番号、歌いだしの歌詞などで構成されている。アルバムを登録するインターネット利用者は、この画面で曲名に対応する歌手名、歌いだしの歌詞などから曲の検索、すなわち曲名から曲番号への変換が正しく行われたかを確認し、全て正しければＯＫボタンをクリックして確認ＯＫの旨の返信をする。インターネット利用者は曲名に対応する曲番号を知らないため、歌手名，歌いだしの歌詞などに基づいて検索が正しく行われたか否かを判断するようにしている。一方、入力した曲名のなかに検索が正しく行われていないものがある場合には、その欄の右側に表示されているチェックボックスをクリックしてチェックを入れ、修正ボタンをクリックして修正がある旨の返信をする。

登録フォームホームページ３３は、パソコン４からＯＫの返信があった場合には、入力された内容をアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に登録してこのホームページで公開されるようにし（ｓ１０）、パソコン４に対して登録が完了した旨の画面を送信する（ｓ１１：図６（Ｄ）参照）。

一方、利用者のパソコン４から修正がある旨の返信があった場合には、チェックボックスにチェックが入っていた曲について曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０を再度アクセスして再検索する（ｓ１３）。同じ曲名で複数のカラオケ曲が存在する場合や利用者が曲名の入力を間違えていた場合に曲の検索が正しく行われない場合が生じるため、この再検索ではこれを考慮して同名の他の曲や曲名が一部一致の曲などを検索する。そして、検索結果を再度、確認画面に編集してパソコン４に送信し（ｓ１４）、ｓ９に進む。インターネット利用者は、この確認画面を検査し、全ての曲が正しく検索されている場合にはパソコン４を介してＯＫの返信をする。この処理によって全ての曲が正しく検索され、正しい曲番号で登録される。

上記の処理でアルバムが登録されるが、アルバム曲集ホームページ３１は各アルバムの利用ログをチェックし、一定期間利用がないアルバムについては、自動的に消去するようにしてもよい。

カラオケ装置１１がアルバム曲集ホームページ３１にアクセスしたとき、この動作がスタートする。カラオケ装置１１は一般のパソコンのようにキーボードやマウスを備えていないため、付属のリモコン装置からインターネットのアクセス操作を行うことができるようにする。たとえば、所定の（簡略な）キー操作をするとＷＷＷブラウザが起動するようにスクリプトを記述しておき、ＷＷＷは起動時にアルバム曲集ホームページ３１にアクセスするように初期設定しておけば、カラオケ装置１１の顧客はリモコン装置の簡略な操作でアルバム曲集ホームページ３１にアクセスすることができる。

アルバム曲集ホームページ３１にアクセスすると、ホームページから図８（Ａ）のトップページが送信されてくる。カラオケ装置１１はこのトップページをモニタに表示する（ｓ２０）。このトップページは、アルバムのカテゴリーを選択する画面である。ここで、カテゴリーとは、上記テーマ，ストーリーのタイプ種別、集められている曲のジャンル、年代、歌手などの分類であり、カラオケ装置１１の顧客のアルバム選択を容易にする分類であればどのような分類であってもよい。

カラオケ装置１１の顧客は、この画面を見て所望のカテゴリーを選択してアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に返信する（ｓ２１）。アルバム曲集ホームページ３１は選択されたカテゴリーに属するアルバムを検索し、検索された（１または複数の）アルバムのタイトル、テーマ・ストーリーとその解説およびそのアルバムの作者（このアルバムを登録したインターネット利用者）などのアルバム情報をカラオケ装置１１に送信する（図８（Ｂ）参照）。カラオケ装置１１はこのアルバム情報をモニタに表示する（ｓ２２）。ここでは、カテゴリーが選択されるとそのカテゴリーに属するアルバムのアルバム情報リストを送信するようにしているが、アルバムの数が多い場合にはサブカテゴリを設けて、アルバムをより詳細に絞り込んだのちにアルバム情報リストを送信するようにしてもよい。その場合には、ｓ２０、ｓ２１の動作をサブカテゴリーの階層の数だけ繰り返し実行するようにすればよい。

カラオケ装置１１の顧客は、送信されてきたアルバム情報を見て所望のアルバムを選択して返信すると（ｓ２３）、アルバム曲集ホームページ３１はそのアルバムの曲名リストをカラオケ装置１１送信する（図８（Ｃ）参照）。カラオケ装置１１はこの曲名リストをモニタに表示する（ｓ２４）。カラオケ装置１１の顧客はこの曲名リストを見てこれをカラオケ装置１１で演奏させることに決定した場合にはＯＫボタン（送信ボタン）をオンすると（ｓ２５）、その旨がアルバム曲集ホームページ３１に送信される。アルバム曲集ホームページ３１はこのＯＫの返信に対応して、このアルバムの曲番号リストをカラオケ装置１１に対して送信する（ｓ２６）。このアルバム曲番号リストは、カラオケ装置１１が予約曲リストを記憶する予約キューに直接キューイングされる。したがって、このアルバム曲番号リストが送信されると、カラオケ装置１１はこのアルバム曲番号リストを予約曲リストとして取り扱い、ここに書き込まれている曲番号の曲を順番に演奏してゆく。

そして、パソコン４でポータルサイト３の曲名・曲番号変換サービスホームページ３４にアクセスし、上記選曲したカラオケ曲の曲名を入力する（ｓ３１）。曲名・曲番号変換サービスホームページ３４は、この曲名を曲名・曲番号変換エンジン３０に入力して曲番号等を割り出し、この変換内容をパソコン４に返信する（ｓ３２）。この返信と並行してカラオケ装置１１において予約曲リストとして用いられるアルバム曲番号リストが同時にダウンロードされる。

ここで、前記登録フォームホームページ３３のアルバムリンク集ホームページ３２への登録処理動作を図５を参照して説明する。ｓ１の選択画面に対するインターネット利用者からの返信が紹介（リンク）の登録であった場合には動作がｓ１６に進む。ｓ１６では、利用者のホームページ５を紹介してリンクするために必要なアルバム情報やＵＲＬを入力するための登録フォームを送信する。アルバム情報は、アルバムタイトル、タイプ種別、テーマまたはストーリー、その解説、作者（ハンドル名）などであり、ＵＲＬはそのアルバムの曲名リストなどが掲載されているホームページ５のＵＲＬである。このホームページ５のＯＫボタンにアルバムの曲番号リストのファイルがリンクされている。インターネット利用者のパソコン４からこの登録フォームの入力内容を受信すると（ｓ１７）、その内容をアルバムリング集ホームページ３２に登録してこのホームページで紹介できるようにし（ｓ１８）、パソコン４に登録が完了した旨の画面を送信する（ｓ１９）。

以上の動作はカラオケ装置１１がアルバムリンク集ホームページ３２にアクセスしたときのカラオケ装置１１の動作について説明したが、カラオケ装置１１がアルバム曲集ホームページ３１にアクセスした場合も（他のウェブサイトにジャンプせずホームページ３１がアルバム曲番号リストをダウンロードする点を除いて）ほぼ同様の動作である。カラオケ装置１１がＷＷＷブラウザを起動してインターネットにアクセスするとき、アルバム曲集ホームページ３１、アルバムリンク集ホームページ３２のどちらにアクセスするかを顧客が選択できるようにしておけばよい。

ユーザホームページ６２から受け取ったキーワード、すなわち、カラオケ装置１１装置でユーザホームページ上に表示されているアルバムタイトルがクリックされたとき取得されたキーワードを検索エンジン６５に渡してこのキーワードに該当するカラオケ曲の曲目情報を抽出させる。検索エンジン６５が抽出した曲目情報から曲名を取り出し、これをリスト化したページ（ＨＴＭＬ）を編集する。これをユーザホームページ６２にアクセスしたカラオケ装置１１に送信する。

このＣＧＩのＵＲＬ、キーワード（およびｃｏｏｋｉｅ）を受け取った（ｓ３３）サーバ装置６は、ＣＧＩを呼び出し（ｓ３４）、引数として受け取ったキーワードでデータベースを検索する（ｓ３５）。この検索によって抽出した曲目情報に基づいてカラオケ装置１１に送信する曲名リストを編集し（ｓ３６）、これをカラオケ装置１１に対して送信する（ｓ３７）。このときもまたｃｏｏｋｉｅのやり取りを行うようにしてもよい。

曲名リストを受信した（ｓ７）カラオケ装置では、これをモニタのブラウザ画面上上に表示する（ｓ８）。カラオケ装置１１の利用者がそのリスト全体またはリスト中の任意のカラオケ曲を選択する（ｓ９）。リストの名称（アルバムタイトル）やカラオケ曲名の表示をクリックすることで行われる。リストの名称またはカラオケ曲名がクリックされると、その名称または曲名にリンクされているＣＧＩのＵＲＬおよび引数としての曲名、歌手名等が選択情報として送信される（ｓ１０）。また、このときも同時にｃｏｏｋｉｅのやり取を行うようにしてもよい。

このＣＧＩのＵＲＬ、曲名、歌手名等を受け取った（ｓ３８）サーバ装置６は、ＣＧＩを呼び出し（ｓ３９）、引数として曲名、歌手名等でデータベースを検索し（ｓ４０）、対応する曲番号を割り出す。そして、ｃｏｏｋｉｅによって割り出したカラオケ装置の電話番号に発呼し（ｓ４１）、カラオケ装置が応答すると（ｓ１１）、曲番号の予約コマンドを送信する（ｓ４２）。カラオケ装置は、この予約コマンドを受信して（ｓ１２）、予約キューを実行する（ｓ１３）。

（３）　カラオケ曲の曲名およびこのカラオケ曲の曲番号を対応づけて配信する配信装置がネットワークを介して接続されたカラオケ装置の選曲方法であって、前記配信装置から受信したカラオケ曲の曲名を表示する手順と、表示している曲名を、演奏するカラオケ曲の曲名として選択する手順と、選択された曲名に対応する曲番号を予約リストに登録する手順と、予約リストに登録された曲番号を登録順に読み出し、この曲番号で識別されるカラオケ曲を演奏する手順と、を備えたカラオケ装置の選曲方法。
この発明では、カラオケ装置が、サーバ装置に記憶されている複数の曲番号を受信して予約曲として記憶する。そして、この複数の予約曲を順次演奏する。これにより、サーバ装置から複数の曲を一度に予約することができ、リモコン装置を用いて１曲ずつ予約登録する手間が省ける。

（４）　端末装置が、サーバ装置にカラオケ曲の曲名を送信する手順、サーバ装置が、端末装置から受信した曲名を曲番号に変換する手順、カラオケ装置が、サーバ装置から前記変換された曲番号を受信する手順、カラオケ装置が、受信した曲番号を予約リストに登録する手順、からなるカラオケ装置の選曲方法。
この発明では、端末装置から送信されてきた曲名をそれぞれ曲番号に変換する。端末装置はたとえば一般のインターネット利用者がインターネットにアクセスするために使用するパソコンのようなものであり、一般のインターネット利用者はカラオケ装置で使用される曲番号を知らないため、カラオケ装置で演奏させたい複数の曲を曲名で送信してくる。サーバ装置は、この一般のインターネット利用者が送信してきた複数のカラオケ曲の曲名を受信して、この曲名を曲番号に変換してカラオケ装置が処理可能な情報に変換する。すなわち、一般のインターネット利用者が考えたカラオケ曲、または複数のカラオケ曲の組み合わせ（アルバム）をカラオケ装置で演奏することができる。
カラオケ装置は、この曲番号を受信して予約リストに登録し、これを順次演奏する。これにより、サーバ装置を介して一般のインターネット利用者が組み合わせ編集した複数の曲を一度に予約することができる。

この発明では、複数のアルバムをカラオケ装置の顧客に公開し、顧客がこのなかから気に入ったものを選択することができる。この場合に、顧客は曲番号を理解することができないため、顧客には曲名などを含む顧客に理解できる情報を公開し、顧客が１つのアルバムを選択すると、そのアルバムの曲番号をカラオケ装置に対して送信する。これによって、顧客が所望のものを選択すればそれが自動的にカラオケ装置の予約リストに登録される。

以上のようにこの発明によれば、外部装置からネットワークを介して入力された曲番号でカラオケ曲の予約をすることができるため、利用者が自分で目次本をめくって所望のカラオケ曲を探し、その曲の曲番号をリモコン装置で入力するという面倒な手順をしなくても外部装置からリモートにカラオケ曲の予約をすることができる。
