Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel tank mounting structure for a hydraulic shovel, and more particularly to a hydraulic shovel fuel tank in which a main fuel tank is arranged on a side of a boom foot portion and the main fuel tank is deformed so that a boom foot pin can be attached and detached. It relates to the mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional hydraulic excavator, an operator cab is provided on one side of a boom pivotally attached to the front of the upper revolving unit so as to be able to move upward and downward, and the boom foot pin attaching / detaching portion is provided on the other side so that the boom foot pin can be attached / detached. Hydraulic devices with a lower height are arranged, and those having a height such as a fuel tank are installed with the position of the boom foot pin shifted. However, with the miniaturization of hydraulic excavators, it has become necessary to use space effectively, and while arranging a tall fuel tank on the side of the boom foot section, the fuel tank has to be attached and detached to enable attachment and detachment of boom foot pins. A hydraulic excavator equipped with a notched, substantially L-shaped or substantially U-shaped fuel tank has appeared.
[0003]
However, providing a notch in the fuel tank reduces the capacity of the fuel tank and increases the number of times of refueling. Therefore, it is preferable that the fuel tank be as large as possible. On the other hand, in recent years, hydraulic excavators called micro-swing machines and rear micro-swing machines have been supplied to the market as hydraulic excavators for narrow urban civil engineering, and the capacity of fuel tanks has also been limited.
[0004]
