Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding sash used mainly in schools, hospitals, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Sliding sashes include a sliding sash in which the inner sash and the outer sash are movably mounted in the in-plane direction on the sash frame, and an externally movable sash in which the sash is slidably mounted in the in-plane direction on the outside of the sash frame. 2. Description of the Related Art There are known sashes, inward moving draw sashes and the like in which a shoji is movably mounted in an in-plane direction on the indoor side of a sash frame.
[0003]
Sliding sashes used in schools, hospitals, etc., are designed so that the opening width of the sash when opening the sash is smaller than the full opening width by limiting the opening stroke of the sash to prevent the sash from being fully opened. It is known to prevent a person from accidentally falling from a department.
For example, a sliding sash for limiting the opening stroke of a shoji is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-1190088 (U.S. Patent No. 2,542,821).
In this sliding sash, a fixing member is attached to a lower frame of a sash frame, and a receiving block is attached to a lower frame of a shoji mounted on the outdoor side of the sash frame, and the receiving block hits a stopper to limit the opening stroke of the shoji. Things.
[0004]
Sliding has also been proposed so that it can be opened from the outside of the room and used as an emergency entrance in the event of an emergency such as a fire.
For example, Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 8-165627 discloses a sliding sash in which an outer handle can be used to unlock a sash, and in an emergency, the sash can be unlocked and opened by operating the outer handle from outside. ing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By mounting the above-mentioned fixing member and the receiving block and providing the above-mentioned outer handle, it is possible to limit the opening stroke of the sash and to provide a sliding sash which can be opened from the outdoor.
However, in the sliding sash as described above, when the outer handle is unlocked by operating the outer handle from the outdoor to open the sash, the opening stroke of the sash is limited due to the fixing member and the receiving block, and the sash cannot be fully opened. .
For this reason, the opening width of the sash when the sash is opened from the outside is small, and it is not preferable as an emergency entrance because it is difficult for people to enter and exit.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and its object is to limit the opening stroke when opening a sash from indoors, and to fully open the sash when opening the sash from outdoors without limiting the opening stroke. The purpose is to provide a sliding sash.

[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
A sash frame 1 is provided with a sliding door 2 so as to be openable and closable in an in-plane direction to form a sliding sash.
A lock device 3 is provided which can lock and unlock the shoji in the closed position, lock and unlock from inside the room, and unlock from outside the room.
For example, an indoor operation member 4 attached to the indoor side portion of the shoji 2 and an outdoor operation portion 5 attached to the outdoor side portion are provided. By operating the indoor operation member 4, locking and unlocking can be performed. It can be unlocked by operating the member 5. In addition, you may make it lockable.
An opening restriction device 6 is provided to limit the opening stroke of the sash 2 across the sash frame 1 and the sash 2.
The opening restriction device 6 can be operated from inside or outside the room to a restricted state in which the opening stroke of the sash 2 is smaller than the full opening and a non-restricted state in which the opening stroke is fully opened.
For example, a stopper 7 provided on the sash frame 1, a receiving portion 8 provided on the shoji 2, and an operating member 9 are provided, and the receiving 8 does not come into contact with the stopper 7 when the shoji 2 is opened. The receiving portion 8 is movable between a first position and a second position by operating the operating member 9 from inside the room.
[0018]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the receiving portion 8 moves up and down to an upper position (first position) indicated by a dotted line and a lower position (second position) indicated by a two-dot chain line, and is rotated by an operation member (handle) 9. A conversion mechanism 11 such as a Gremon mechanism for converting rotation into reciprocating motion is provided on the shaft 10, and a receiving portion 8 is connected to a rod 12 that is moved up and down by the conversion mechanism 11.
When the receiving portion 8 is at the upper position, the position of the stopper portion 7 in the height direction is shifted and the receiving portion 8 does not abut on the stopper portion 7 even when the sash 2 is opened (that is, it is in an unrestricted state).
When the receiving portion 8 is at the lower position, the height is the same as that of the stopper portion 7, and when the sash 2 is opened, the receiving portion 8 comes into contact with the stopper portion 7 (that is, is in a restricted state).
Note that the height of the stopper portion 7 may be different from that of the stopper portion 7 when the receiving portion 8 is at the upper position, and may be different from the height of the stopper portion 7 when the receiving portion 8 is at the lower position.
[0019]
Thus, by operating the operation member 9 and setting the receiving portion 8 to the upper position (first position), the opening restriction device 6 is in the unrestricted state, and the sash 2 can be moved from the closed position to the open end position. . That is, the shoji 2 can be fully opened.
When the operating member 9 is operated to move the receiving portion 8 to the lower position (the second position), a restriction state is established, and before the sash 2 is moved to the open end position, as shown by a dashed line in FIG. Abuts against the stopper portion 7, thereby limiting the opening stroke. Therefore, the opening width H of the sash is reduced.
[0020]
Thus, in the state where the sliding door 2 is locked by the lock device 3, the operating member 9 is operated to hold the receiving portion 8 at the first position.
In this state, if the locking device 3 is unlocked from the outdoor by the outdoor operation member 5, the shoji 3 can be fully opened from the outdoor and can be used as an emergency entrance.
When unlocking and opening the lock device 3 from inside the room, the operating member 9 is operated to set the receiving portion 8 to the second position. Accordingly, when the sliding door 2 is opened from the room, the receiving portion 8 comes into contact with the stopper portion 7, and the opening stroke of the sliding door 2 is limited, and the opening width of the sash is small. Therefore, it is preferable as a sliding sash used for schools, hospitals, and the like.
[0021]
As described above, the receiving portion 8 is held at the first position while the sliding device 2 is locked by the locking device 3, and when the locking device 3 is unlocked and opened from the room, the receiving portion 8 is set to the second position. To do so, it is conceivable that the operating member 9 moves along the receiving portion 8, and the operating member 9 draws the sash 2 and releases the drawing.
For example, when the operating member 9 is operated to pull the sash 2, the receiving portion 8 moves to the first position, and when the operating member 9 is released to release the sash 2, the receiving portion 8 moves to the second position. It is constituted so that.
In this case, it is preferable that the receiving portion 8 be in the first position at the upper position and be at the second position at the lower position.
[0022]
By doing so, when locking from inside the room, the operating member 9 is operated to draw the sash 2, so that the receiving portion 8 is held at the first position.
When the sash 2 is opened from the room, the sash 2 is unlocked and the operating member 9 is operated to release the attraction of the sash 2, so that the receiving portion 8 moves to the second position to open the sash 2 from the room. The opening stroke can be limited.
[0023]
Next, a specific example of each member will be described with reference to FIGS.
The sash frame 1 has an upper frame 20, a lower frame 21, and left and right vertical frames 22 connected in a rectangular frame shape, and a vertical bone 23 extends over the interior portion of the upper frame 20 and the interior portion of the lower frame 21. A panel member 24 is attached across the vertical bone 23, one of the vertical frames 22, the upper frame 20, and the lower frame 21, and a portion closer to the room in the in-plane direction of the sash frame 1 is a fixed sash 25. .
The shoji (shoji) 2 is movably mounted in an in-plane direction on an outdoor portion of the sash frame 1, and in this embodiment, forms an externally movable one-piece sash.
It should be noted that a sliding door may be fixed to the outdoor side of the sash frame 1 on one side in the in-plane direction to form an inward moving single sash.
[0024]
The shoji 2 has an upper frame 30, a lower frame 31, a combination frame 32, and a door stop frame 33 connected in a square shape, and a panel member 34 is mounted inside thereof.
The lock device 3 includes an indoor operation member (for example, a handle) 4 attached to the indoor side of the hanging frame 32 and an outdoor operation member (for example, a handle) 5 attached to the outdoor portion of the hanging frame 32; It has a lock receiver 35 attached to the interior side of the vertical bone 23 and a lock 36 which is engaged with and disengaged from the lock receiver 35. The lock 36 is locked to the lock receiver 35 by the indoor operation member 4 and the outdoor operation member 5. To lock or unlock and unlock.
For example, the indoor-side operation member 4 and the outdoor-side operation member 5 are provided on the same shaft 37 so as to be linked with each other. And
[0025]
The stopper 7 is attached to the lower frame 21 at a position between the vertical bone 23 and the other vertical frame 22. The stopper portion 7 is preferably made of a material such as rubber capable of absorbing and relaxing an impact force, and is fixed with screws or the like.
The receiving portion 8 is provided to be able to move up and down near the lower part of the door stop frame 33 of the shoji.
For example, when the receiving portion 8 is at the lower position, it is at the same height as the stopper portion 7 and at the above-described second position, and when the receiving portion 8 is at the upper position, it is at the above-described first position above the stopper portion 7. .
The operation member 9 described above, for example, a handle is attached to the indoor side of the door stop frame 33.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the lower frame 21 has a stepped shape in which the indoor side portion 21a is higher than the outdoor side portion 21b, and the stopper portion 7 is fixed to the vertical portion 21c that connects the indoor side portion 21a and the outdoor side portion 21b. It is.
The conversion mechanism 11 and the rod 12 are provided in the hollow part 33a of the door stop frame 33 of the sliding door 2, and a vertically long hole 33c is formed near the lower part of the indoor side vertical plate 33b forming the hollow part 33a. The receiving portion 8 protrudes from the elongated hole 33c so as to be vertically movable.
[0027]
Next, an embodiment in which the shoji 2 is pulled and released by operating the operation member 9 will be described.
The upper and lower rods 12 which are moved in opposite directions by the above-mentioned conversion mechanism 11 are provided, and the upper sliding piece 40 and the lower sliding piece 41 are attached to each of the rods 12 as shown in FIG.
The upper sliding piece 40 moves upward and presses against a part of the upper frame 20, for example, the upper guide rail 20a, and draws the sash 2 (door stop frame 33) toward the indoor side.
The lower sliding piece 41 moves downward to press a part of the lower frame 21, for example, the lower guide rail 21 d, and draw the shoji 2 (door stop frame 33) toward the indoor side.
The lower sliding piece 41 is provided with a receiving portion 8. For example, it is fixed with screws 42. Note that the lower sliding piece 41 and the receiving portion 8 may be integrated.
In this case, as described above, when the receiving portion 8 is at the lower position, the first position is below the stopper portion 7 and when the receiving portion 8 is at the upper position, the first position is at the same height as the stopper portion 7. It is the second position.
[0028]
Thus, the upper sliding piece 40 is pressed against the upper guide rail 20a when the upper rod 12 is moved upward and the lower rod 12 is moved downward by operating the operating member 9 in one direction with the shoji 2 in the closed position. Then, the lower sliding piece 41 is pressed against the lower guide rail 21d to draw the shoji 2 (door stop frame 33) indoors.
At the same time, the receiving portion 8 moves to the lower position.
When the sliding door 2 is opened, the operating member 9 is operated in the other direction to move the upper rod 12 downward and the lower rod 12 upward to move the upper sliding piece 40 and the lower sliding piece 41 to the upper guide rail 20a. The pulling is released by separating from the lower guide rail 21d.
At the same time, the receiving portion 8 moves to the upper position and becomes the same height as the stopper portion 7, so that the opening stroke of the sash 2 can be limited.
In this case, it is preferable that the sliding door 2 (the combination frame 32) is drawn toward the room by operating the indoor operation member 4, for example. Mount the upper and lower sliding pieces so that they can move up and down.
[0029]
Next, an embodiment will be described in which the opening restriction device 6 can be operated from outside to a restricted state and a non-restricted state.
As shown in FIG. 5, the conversion mechanism 11 and the rod 12 are provided in the hollow portion 32 a of the assembling frame 32, and the receiving portion 8 is attached to the rod 12.
The operating member 9 is attached to the outdoor portion of the hanging frame 32, for example, the outdoor vertical plate 32b forming the hollow portion 32a, and the operating member 9 is operated from the outdoor to move the receiving portion 8 to the first position and the second position. For example, it can be moved to an upper position and a lower position.
The stopper 7 is attached between the vertical bone 23 and the one vertical frame 22 in the lower frame 21 of the shoji 2.
[0030]
In this case, the operating member 9 is operated from the outside to set the receiving portion 8 to the first position, and the outdoor device 5 is operated to unlock the lock device 3, so that the sash 2 can be moved. Fully open.
Normally, the operating member 9 is held at the position where the receiving portion 8 becomes the second position, and when the sash 2 is opened from the room, the receiving portion 8 contacts the stopper portion 7 to limit the opening stroke.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the opening restriction device 6 can be operated in the restricted state and the non-restricted state by the outdoor operation member 5, the lock device 3 can be unlocked, and the indoor operation member 4 locks and unlocks. At times, the opening restriction device 6 is configured to be held in the restricted state.
For example, the first shaft 50 connected to the indoor operation member 4 and the second shaft 51 connected to the outdoor operation member 5 rotate integrally in a predetermined angle range, and freely rotate in other angle ranges. The conversion mechanism 11 is provided on the second shaft 51 to move the receiving portion 8 to the first position and the second position.
[0032]
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the first shaft 50 has a protrusion 52, and the second shaft 51 has a notch 53.
The first shaft 50 and the second shaft 51 are connected so that the protrusion 52 projects into the notch 53, and the first shaft 50 freely rotates within the range of the notch 53 with respect to the second shaft 51.
In this embodiment, when the indoor operation member 4 is operated in a range of approximately 180 degrees between the upward unlocking position and the downward locking position, the protrusion 52 moves within the notch 53, and the second shaft 51 does not rotate.
By operating the outdoor operation member 5 in a range of approximately 180 degrees between the upward locking position and the downward unlocking position, the second shaft 51 rotates, and the rod 12 moves up and down by the conversion mechanism 11. The receiving part 8 moves up and down.
When the outdoor operation member 5 is in the locked position, the receiving portion 8 is in the second position, and when in the unlocked position, the receiving portion 8 moves to the first position.
[0033]
Therefore, when the indoor operation member 4 is operated in the direction of arrow a from the unlock position to the lock position while the receiving portion 8 is held at the second position while the outdoor operation member 5 is in the lock position, The projection 52 approaches, preferably contacts, the notch end face 53a of the second shaft 51 as shown by a virtual line.
In this state, when the outdoor operation member 5 is operated from the locked position in the direction of arrow b to rotate the second shaft 51 in the direction of arrow b, the notch end surface 53a comes into contact with the projection 52, and the first shaft 50 is rotated. The indoor operation member 4 is rotated toward the unlock position as shown by the arrow c.
At the same time, the receiving portion 8 moves from the second position to the first position.
[0034]
Therefore, when the indoor operation member 4 is in the unlocking position, the receiving portion 8 is in the second position, and when the sash 2 is opened, the receiving portion 8 contacts the stopper portion 7 to limit the opening stroke.
When the indoor operation member 4 is in the locked position and the outdoor operation member 5 is operated from the locked position to the unlocked position, the lock device 3 is unlocked and the receiving portion 8 is in the first position. Therefore, the shoji 2 can be fully opened.
The conversion mechanism 11 may be attached to the first shaft 50, and the receiving section 8 may be moved up and down by the indoor operation member 4.
[0035]
A specific example of the conversion mechanism 11 in each of the above embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS.
The two plates 60 are connected at an interval, and the rotor 61 and the rotating plate 62 are rotatably provided between the two plates 60, and the first and second movable plates 63 and 64 are movable. To be provided. The rotor 61 has a square hole 61a into which the shaft 10 rotated by the operation member 9 is fitted, and has a projection 61b.
The first and second movable plates 63 and 64 have elongated holes 63a and 64a in the longitudinal direction, and guide pins 65 provided on the plate 60 are slidably inserted into the elongated holes 63a and 64a. The second movable plates 63 and 64 are supported on the plate 60 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction.
One ends of the first and second movable plates 63 and 64 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the rotating plate 62 by pins 66, respectively. When the rotating plate 62 rotates, the first and second movable plates 63 and 64 move in opposite directions. I do.
An arm 67 is connected to the protrusion 61b by a pin 68, and the arm 67 is connected to a first movable plate 63 by a pin 69. When the rotor 61 rotates, the first movable plate 63 moves.
[0036]
When the rotor 61 rotates, the first movable plate 63 moves via the arm 67.
When the first movable plate 63 moves, the rotary plate 62 rotates, and the second movable plate 64 moves in the opposite direction. For example, when the first movable plate 63 moves downward, the second movable plate 64 moves upward.
[0037]
Thus, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the rod 12 is connected to the first movable plate 63 and the receiving portion 8 is moved.
In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the rod 12 is connected to the first and second movable plates 63 and 64, and the upper sliding piece 40 and the lower sliding piece 41 are moved up and down.
[0038]
In each of the embodiments described above, the externally moving sash is used. However, the internally moving sash and the pulling sash may be used.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the opening stroke of the sash can be limited by setting the release restricting device to the restricted state and unlocking the lock device from the room to open the sash.
In addition, the opening of the locking device from the outdoor with the opening restriction device in the unrestricted state and the opening of the sliding door allows the sliding door to be fully opened.
Therefore, when the sliding door is opened from the room, the opening stroke is limited and the opening width of the sash is small, which is preferable as a sliding sash used for schools and hospitals.
Moreover, since the sliding door can be fully opened from the outside, it can be effectively used as an emergency entrance.
[0040]
According to the invention according to claim 2, when the sliding door is locked, the operating member is operated to draw the sliding door, so that the receiving portion moves to the first position. Therefore, the sliding door is unlocked from outside to unlock the sliding door. Can be fully opened.
When the sliding door is opened from the room, the locking device is unlocked and the operating member is operated to release the draw, so that the receiving portion moves to the second position, so that when the sliding door is opened from the room, the opening stroke can be limited. .
In addition, since the receiving portion moves to the first position and the second position in conjunction with the pulling and the release of the pulling, there is no erroneous operation.
[0041]
According to the third aspect of the invention, when the shoji is opened from the outdoor such as in an emergency, the operating member is operated to set the receiving portion to the first position, so that the shoji can be fully opened.
Normally, by holding the receiving portion in the second position, the opening stroke can be limited when the sash is opened from the room.
[0042]
According to the invention according to claim 4, the lock device can be locked and unlocked by the indoor operation member and the outdoor operation member.
[0043]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 5, when the unlocking device is set to the unrestricted state by operating the outdoor operation member while the locking device is locked, the locking device is unlocked, and the sliding door can be fully opened from the outdoor.
When the locking device is locked / unlocked by operating the indoor side operation member while the opening restriction device is in the restricted state, the opening restriction device is held in the restricted state, and the opening stroke can be restricted when the sash is opened from the room.
