【従来の技術】

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記せるような従来のものは、治療目的だけに重点を置き、ユーザーの日常生活での装着の利便性、快適性が二次的なものとなっており、装着によって発生する日常生活の不具合は、ユーザーにとって装着の利便性、快適性よりも大きな負担になっている。

ユーザーは従来の治療装具の装着時に於いて下記のような不満を持っている。即ち、仕事をする場合、嵩張ってしまうので作業に支障仮称ずる。装着して外出する場合、嵩張るので好きな洋服でオシャレができない。夏など暑いときには、汗をかいたり、とても暑く、あせも等ができてしまうので装着できない。金属製の骨組みが腰や背中に当たってしまうので痛くて装着するのがつらい。スポーツタイプのものは高価で、大げさになる。小・中・高校生でも腰痛患者がいるが学校につけていくのが恥ずかしい。出産前の保護の腹帯、産後の体形の補正・矯正のために妊娠時や出産後にもつけたいけれども良いものがない。外出の途中で外したくても簡単に外せないし、嵩張ってしまうので持ち運びに困る。固定する時間が長くて、かえって筋力が落ちてしまい悪化する場合がある。腰痛で悩む若い男女もいるが、装着が嵩張るので、デートしかり食事するのも気が引ける。ベルト装着すると大げさな病人みたいに感じてしまう。等々の不具合がある。
また、既存のプロテクターでは形状記憶合金を包み込んだ合成樹脂を更に縫製によってサポータ本体に取り付けてあるので温度伝導率も悪いものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前期せるような従来の課題を解決するために鋭意研究した結果、本発明を創案したものであり、平面形状が略Ｘ字状に形成されたフレキシブル合成樹脂製保持部材のリブ部分の一方の面に凹部を形成し、該凹部に変形温度が３０〜４０℃の超弾性形状記憶合金プレートを嵌挿し、装身布材に当接される該合成樹脂製保持部材を融着して構成したことを特徴とし、フレキシブル合成樹脂製保持部材の左右対称のリブ部分が、中央部にてフレキシブルに連結されていることを特徴と、フレキシブル合成樹脂製保持部材のリブ部分の一方の面に形成された凹部と、該凹部に嵌挿される超弾性形状記憶合金プレートとの間にはクリアランスがあるように構成したことを特徴とし、且つ、装身布材が伸縮性繊維からなり、フレキシブル合成樹脂製保持部材を融着可能な材質で構成したことを特徴とする装身用サポータを提供する。
