Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to postcards. In detail, although the appearance is a normal postcard, the three leaf pieces are folded and the opposing leaf pieces are laminated in a peelable manner (hereinafter referred to as pseudo-adhesion), so that a large amount of information is concealed and The present invention relates to a folded concealed postcard that can be transmitted at a postcard fee.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Recently, concealed postcards have been used in postcards, in which a plurality of leaf pieces on which information is described are folded and integrated so as to be peelable, so that a large amount of information can be mailed.
The concealed postcard cannot be mailed at a postcard fee unless the postcard conforms to the Postal Service Law. As such a postcard, there is a "3-fold secret postcard" described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-26160.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5C, the tri-fold secret postcard folds the three leaf pieces 31, 32, and 33 of the postcard sheet S4 connected via folding lines 34 and 35 into a Z-shaped cross section. is there. Then, a postcard or a postcard or a display corresponding thereto is described on the second leaf piece 32 serving as the main postcard body, and the display is made visible after folding. The concealed postcard configured as described above is regarded as a form in which an attachment is attached to the front and back surfaces of the folded central postcard main body, and can be mailed as a postcard.
[0004]
However, in the above reference, as shown in FIG. 5A, when a postage stamp column, a postal code column, and the address 36 of the recipient are provided on the surface of the first leaf piece 31 of the postcard S4, as shown in FIG. A postcard, a postcard, or an equivalent display must always be written on the back surface of the central second leaf piece 32. That is, on both the front and back sides of the postcard S4, the postcard-related display, which is not related to the advertisement or personal information to be transmitted to the recipient, is forcibly interrupted, so that a wide layout having a large impact over the entire surface of the three-leaf piece is provided. You have to be able to do it. As a sender, I would like to freely create a design that can be expected to have a great effect on a surface without any restrictions, by consolidating displays that are not related to the original purpose on one side.
[0005]
In addition, the reference requires two complicated opening operations since the opening position K after folding is two front and back sides as shown in FIG. In addition, if there are two places to be opened, the risk of natural opening during mailing increases. Further, in the above cited reference, it is necessary to apply pseudo bonding means to each of two leaf pieces on the front and back sides of the postcard. That is, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5 (C), portions having different thicknesses are generated on the postcard paper. It has many problems, such as bad and frequent failures.
In view of such a problem, the present invention enables a wide layout with a large impact over the entire surface of the three-leaf piece of the concealed postcard, enables the entire surface to be opened simply by opening one location, reduces the trouble of opening, and reduces the trouble during mailing. An object of the present invention is to provide a concealed postcard that eliminates accidents caused by natural opening and that can be mass-produced by amateurs without failure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the wrapped concealed postcard of the present invention is a concealed postcard in which three leaf pieces connected via a fold line are folded, and the opposite leaf pieces are pseudo-adhered so that they can be peeled off, after being folded into a roll. A postcard, a postcard, or a display corresponding thereto is described on the surface of the third leaf exposed without being concealed by the first leaf.
Specifically, the width of the first leaf piece is set to be shorter than the width of the other two leaf pieces, and the third leaf piece is strip-shaped along the fold line passing through the second leaf piece and the third leaf piece in a state of being folded in a rolled state. After the surface is exposed or the three-leaf leaf is folded into a folded shape, the postcard or postcard or the equivalent display on the surface of the third leaf leaf is passed through the window formed on the first leaf leaf. Or make the first leaf piece shorter than the other two leaf pieces, so that the upper surface of the third leaf piece is exposed in a state of being folded in a roll. Good.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1A and 1B show the front and back surfaces of a postcard in the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1C shows a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. FIGS. 2A and 2B are a cross-sectional view and a plan view, respectively, of the folded and concealed postcard according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the front side of the postcard of the second embodiment. FIG. 4 is a front plan view of a postcard sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 5A, 5B, and 5C show a front and back view and a cross-sectional view of a reference postcard, respectively. FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the reference.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1A, a postcard sheet S1 used in the present embodiment has a first leaf piece 1, a second leaf piece 2 and a third leaf piece 3 connected in a lateral direction via folding lines 4 and 5, respectively. I have. The first leaf piece 1 is set to be slightly shorter in width than the other leaf pieces. On the surface of the first leaf piece 1, the address and name 6 of the recipient are described in addition to the postage stamp column and the postal code column. Since the surface of the second leaf piece 2 is a surface that appears when folded, advertisements and the like that may be seen by others are printed. On the surface of the third leaf piece, a band-like portion along the folding line 5 that appears when the third leaf piece is folded out appears, and for example, a character such as "postcard" is written on that portion. When the pseudo-adhesive surface of the shaded portion of the third leaf piece 3 is folded, the surface of the first leaf piece 1 overlaps and is concealed. Therefore, in addition to printing advertisements and the like, it is possible to print personal information of the recipient who needs confidentiality.
As shown in FIG. 1 (B), all of the back surface of the postcard sheet S1 is a surface to be pseudo-bonded, and is concealed when folded. Therefore, the entire back surface of S1 can be used for advertising with a wide layout, and personal information can be described at the same time.
[0008]
FIG. 1C shows a state in which the pseudo-adhesion surface of the hatched portion of the postcard S1 is covered with the pseudo-adhesion film G. As can be seen from this figure, the thickness of the postcard sheet S1 is such that only the third leaf piece 3 becomes thicker, and the thickness does not change from the first leaf piece to the third leaf piece as in the reference, so that various processing is easy. Can be done.
The pseudo-adhesive film G is folded and pseudo-adhered releasably when subjected to pressure or heat-pressure treatment in a state where the films are opposed to each other.
Here, the back surfaces of the second leaf piece 2 and the third leaf piece 3 are folded together from the folding line 5. Thereafter, when the back surface of the first leaf piece 1 and the front surface of the third leaf piece 3 are folded from the fold line 4, as shown in FIG. 2A, the surfaces of the pseudo-adhesive films G covering the respective pseudo-bonding surfaces face each other. In this state, if a pressure or heat pressure treatment is performed with a pressure roller or a heat roller, for example, the folded postcard sheet S1 is integrated so as to be peelable as a whole via a pseudo-adhesive film G, and is mailed as a postcard recognized by the postal law. can do.
[0009]
The recipient of this postcard follows the instruction of “open from here” described in the corner portion of the first leaf piece 1 shown in FIG. 2 (B), and attaches the pseudo-adhesive surface between the back surface of the first leaf piece 1 and the surface of the third leaf piece 3. The coated pseudo adhesive films G are peeled off and opened. Subsequently, the second leaf piece 2 and the third leaf piece 3 are peeled off from each other and opened, so that the folded and concealed postcard H is developed on the original plane as shown in FIG. Then, the recipient can easily visually recognize various kinds of information described on the folded and concealed postcard H through the transparent pseudo-adhesive film G.
As described above, according to the present invention, the entire surface can be unfolded by one opening operation, and two opening operations as in the reference are unnecessary.
In this embodiment, three vertically long leaf pieces are connected in the horizontal direction. However, a form in which horizontally long leaf pieces are connected in the horizontal direction may be used.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is a plan view of a second embodiment of the present invention. This postcard sheet S2 has the same width as the three leaf pieces, and is set such that the three leaf pieces just overlap when folded. A circular window 17 is formed on the surface of the first leaf piece 11 that overlaps with each letter of “postcard” described along the folding line 15 of the third leaf piece 13. When the postcard sheet S2 is folded, the display of the "postcard" of the third leaf piece 13 corresponding to the postcard body can be read through each window 17. That is, similarly to the first embodiment, this postcard has a form in which the first leaf piece 11 and the second leaf piece 12 corresponding to the attachments are attached to both sides of the third leaf piece 13 of the postcard body on which the "postcard" is displayed. It becomes possible to post it as a postcard recognized by the Postal Service Law. Note that the window 17 does not necessarily need to be provided corresponding to each character of “postcard”, and may be configured so that the entire character can be seen through one large window, for example.
[0011]
FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment of the present invention, in which the first leaf piece 21 is designed so that the longitudinal direction is shorter than the other leaf pieces, and when folded, the upper part of the third leaf piece 23 is exposed in a strip shape. The letters "POST CARD" are displayed at the upper part of the third leaf piece 23 corresponding to the postcard body. This postcard is also the same as in each of the above embodiments, and has a form in which the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 corresponding to the attachment are attached to both sides of the third leaf piece 23 of the postcard body on which “POST CARD” is displayed. It will be possible to post it as a postcard approved by the Postal Service Law.
[0012]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, a pseudo-adhesive film was used as the pseudo-adhesion means. However, various pseudo-adhesion media such as an OP varnish system, an ultraviolet curing system, and a solvent evaporation drying system were applied to the printed postcard paper by coating or the like. In this case, a method of forming a pseudo-adhesive film (called a post-paste method or a varnishing method in the industry) may be used.
Similarly, a paper called an adhesive paper in the industry, which is an adhesive prepared by blending various additives mainly composed of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and which can be pseudo-bonded so that it can be peeled off when a high pressure is applied, can also be suitably used.
Any pseudo-adhesion means may be formed on both opposing surfaces, or may be formed on only one surface. In the case of a method of forming on only one side, the pseudo bonding means on the surface of the third leaf piece 3 in FIG. 1 (C) becomes unnecessary, and the thickness of the postcard sheet becomes uniform as a whole, so that various processes are further facilitated.
In addition, a display other than a display such as a postcard may be described on a portion where each third leaf piece corresponding to the postcard body is exposed.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the display related to the postcard which is not related to the advertisement and personal information transmitted to a recipient does not enter at all on the back side of a postcard, and all the back sides of leaf pieces are concealed. Therefore, a wide layout in which three leaf pieces are continuous becomes possible. When opened and unfolded, the concealed wide layout pops out, and a strong impact can be given to the recipient.
In addition, since the number of unsealing locations is at least one, a troublesome opening operation is required only once, and accidents such as spontaneous opening during mailing are eliminated.
Furthermore, since only a slight difference in the thickness of postcard paper appears, various processes become easy, and even a layman can mass produce concealed postcards in a short time without failure.
