Description
【0001】
CxHyOz+nO2→xCO2+yH2O
【0003】
【0033】
▲1▼試験片A(実施例1)
▲2▼試験片B(実施例2)
【0034】
▲3▼試験片C(比較例1)
▲4▼試験片D(比較例2)
▲5▼試験片E(比較例3)

Further, in order to examine the temperature dependence of the self-cleaning effect, the same test was performed at temperatures of 300 ° C. and 350 ° C. in addition to the heating temperature of 250 ° C.
[0037]
(3) Test Results Table 1 shows the test results at 250 ° C., 300 ° C., and 350 ° C. for each of the test pieces A to E.
[0038]
[Table 1]
[0039]
The test pieces A and B of Examples 1 and 2 corresponding to the present invention have a higher number of repetitions than the test piece E of Comparative Example 3 which is a conventional product, and exhibit an excellent self-cleaning effect as the temperature increases. In particular, the test piece B in which the structure of the SC layer was made porous had an extremely excellent self-cleaning effect.
Also, in the test piece E of Comparative Example 1, the number of repetitions was the second highest after the test piece B, but the weight was reduced because a thick enameled steel plate was used as a base material to prevent deformation during heating. The bulk and the production method are also complicated such as two coats and two bake.
[0040]
On the other hand, with respect to the fluororesin-coated test piece D not containing the SC layer, since there was no self-cleaning effect, the dropped edible oil was removed each time the edible oil was removed, and the edible oil was applied to the fluororesin-coated surface by heating. It is expressed as the number of repetitions until strong contact. The test result of the test piece D shows that at a temperature of about 250 ° C, the wettability to edible oil was low due to the coating effect of the fluororesin, and the edible oil after heating could be easily removed. When the temperature reached 300 ° C. or higher, which was higher than the heat resistance temperature of 260 ° C., seizure occurred, and the number of repetitions decreased extremely.
[0041]
Thus, in the test pieces A and B having the SC layer on the stainless steel plate, even at a temperature of about 250 ° C., a sufficient number of repetitions for practical use is obtained, and the self-cleaning effect tends to improve as the temperature increases. Admitted. Therefore, when these plates are used, a sufficient self-cleaning effect can be obtained by heating the coated SC layer to a high temperature.
[0042]
As described above, by installing a self-cleaning functional material having an SC layer formed on a stainless steel plate in a high-temperature environment, it is possible to sufficiently bring out the original self-cleaning effect of the SC material. The thickness of the SC layer is preferably 100 μm to 150 μm from the viewpoint of the required self-cleaning effect, cost, and adhesion. When the SC material is adhered and baked as a powder, the structure of the SC layer is easily made porous, and the self-cleaning effect at each temperature can be further improved by increasing the surface area.
[0043]
Here, FIG. 6 shows a micrograph showing a cross section of the test piece A, and FIG. 7 shows a micrograph showing a cross section of the test piece C. The SC layer shown in FIG. 6 is formed by applying a liquid, and the SC layer shown in FIG. 7 is formed by applying an SC powder material as it is. When these are compared, the SC layer applied as powder has a stronger porous property than the SC layer applied in a liquid state, and the self-cleaning by the SC layer is increased as the surface area of the SC material increases. It can be seen that the effect increases.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the self-cleaning function material and its manufacturing method of this invention, since the self-cleaning material which does not directly adhere to stainless steel was adhered to stainless steel using enamel glaze as an adhering material to form a self-cleaning layer, cost was increased. Without inviting, the self-cleaning effect can be sufficiently exerted, and excellent performances in terms of safety, hygiene and environment are exhibited.
