【従来の技術】
従来の小型空缶圧縮器は缶の形状のままで圧縮する場合と空缶の胴部を潰し更に缶全体を潰す場合があるがいずれも空缶底部が潰しにくく過大な圧縮エネルギーを必要とした。
本発明に近接すると思われる先願公開公報の文献名公開公報の文献名特願平10−377313この空缶圧縮は同一押付力で支軸変更により空缶を圧縮する。
特願平06−202652この空缶圧縮処理装置は空缶の胴部を潰し天面尻面を潰す方法である。
特願平08−037162この空缶潰し器は胴部を潰し次に全体を扁平に圧潰する

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
空缶の形状を変形し易い筒状の状態に変えて圧縮する。
三角柱型圧縮体の角圧力が一直線に筒状物体を加圧するため省労力で圧縮出来るようにする。

【課題を解決する手段】
架台1を設ける、梃子腕2は架台1の片端に回転軸3で可動するように装着し他端は上下に運動する、その梃子腕2の中央下部に空缶8の底面を開口するための鋭角突起4を設ける、梃子腕2の前寄り下部に直角交叉する三角柱型圧縮体5を設ける、三角柱型圧縮体5と平行に合体するように谷型空缶受け部6を架台1の上面に設ける、梃子腕2の下部に磁石7を設けた構造の空缶圧縮器。
鋭角突起4は空缶底面又は蓋面を大きく貫通開口する為の用具でその形状は矛先状で三角錐、四角錐、六角錐、円錐形等で先端は鋭利な構造とする、鋭角突起4の底面積は加工する空缶の底面積又は蓋面積と同じ大きさとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
梃子腕2の中央下部に設けた鋭角突起4の直下で架台1の上に空缶8の底面を上向きに置く、梃子腕2の他端を押し下げると梃子の作用により鋭角突起4は空缶8の底面に突き刺さり貫通開口される。
底面開口された空缶8を谷型空缶受け部6へ臥向きに置き、梃子腕2の他端を押し下げると梃子の作用で梃子腕2の下部に設けた三角柱型圧縮体5と谷型空缶受け部6の間の空缶8が加圧され圧縮される。
圧縮された空缶8は梃子腕2の他端を上げ下げすることで磁石7によりスチール缶は吸着されアルミ缶は吸着されないので分別される。
鋭角突起4は梃子腕2中央下部に設けとあるが、梃子腕2の下部に設けた鋭角突起4直下の架台1側にも鋭角突起4を設けた構造としても空缶の底面の貫通開口作業は可能であり、空缶の蓋面と底面が同時に貫通開口され圧縮し易い筒状となる。

【発明の効果】
空缶や空ペットボトルが少労力で簡単に圧縮減量できる効果がある。
梃子腕2の他端を押し下げると梃子の作用により鋭角突起4の直下で下向きに置かれた架台上の空缶8は鋭角突起4が空缶8の底面に突き刺さりさらに加圧すると大きく貫通開口される、その空缶8は元の形状がかわり底面が筒状となり圧縮を容易にする、その空缶8を三角柱型圧縮体5と谷型空缶受け部6の間に臥向きに置き梃子腕2の他端を押し下げると空缶8は梃子の作用で容易に圧縮減量される、圧縮減量された空缶8は梃子腕2の他端を上げると磁石7にスチール缶が付着し、付着しないアルミ缶はそのまま谷型空缶受け部6に残るのでスチール缶とアルミ缶の区別ができる。
架台1は楽な姿勢で作業ができる。
空ペットボトルは蓋をはずしたのち三角柱型圧縮体5と谷型空缶受け部6の間に臥向きに置き、梃子腕2の他端を押し下げると空ペットボトル9は梃子の作用で容易に圧縮減量される。
