Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning holder for holding a cleaning wipe such as a disposable, and a cleaning article in which the cleaning holder and the cleaning wipe are combined.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
JP-A-9-154791 and JP-A-9-38009 disclose a cleaning tool for holding a cleaning cloth made of a nonwoven fabric or the like, which has a short handle that can be held with one hand or a handle that can be extended in an axial direction to a long state. There is disclosed an apparatus in which a head portion for supporting the cleaning cloth is provided at a front portion.
[0003]
However, since the head described in the above publication is fixed in a fixed direction without moving the head at the tip of the handle, when cleaning the surface to be cleaned by attaching a cleaning cloth to the head, It is necessary to change the direction of the handle held by hand according to the direction of the surface to be cleaned, which is inconvenient when cleaning the surface to be cleaned in various directions such as the surface of furniture.
[0004]
JP-A-2002-17640 and JP-A-51-85273 disclose a configuration in which a brush-shaped cleaning tool is attached to the tip of a handle so that its direction can be adjusted.
[0005]
These are attached to the tip of the handle so that the brush-shaped cleaning tool can rotate. In the rotation connection portion, a plurality of recesses are formed on the outer periphery of a rotating portion that rotates integrally with the cleaning tool, and a lock member that fits into the recess is provided on the handle so as to be movable in the axial direction of the handle. ing. By moving the lock member in the axial direction of the handle and fitting the lock member into the recess, the brush-like cleaning tool can be changed in direction and fixed.
[0006]
However, in the above-mentioned publications, in order to perform the operation of changing the angle of the cleaning tool with respect to the handle and stabilizing the same, first, the rotation angle of the handle is adjusted so that the lock member accurately faces the recess. After that, it is necessary to move the lock member with a strong force in the axial direction of the handle, and then to securely fit the lock member and the recess.
[0007]
For example, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-17640 discloses an operation unit provided on a handle after changing the direction of a brush-like cleaning tool so that a lock member and a concave portion are accurately opposed to each other. It is necessary that the lock member is fitted into the recess by pushing the handle in the axial direction of the handle toward the tip of the handle. However, operability is poor if the operation member is slid with a strong force in the axial direction of the handle. Therefore, there is a possibility that the cleaning operation may be started in a state where the lock member cannot be securely fitted in the concave portion, or in a state where the lock member is fitted shallowly in the concave portion and the cleaning tool is not securely fixed.
[0008]
On the other hand, the one disclosed in JP-A-51-85273 discloses that the lock member is moved in the axial direction of the handle by tightening a rotating ring screwed on a male screw on the outer periphery of the handle to the male screw. Then, the recess is fitted. However, when changing the direction of the cleaning tool, it is necessary to rotate the rotating ring in the direction in which the screw is loosened, change the direction of the cleaning tool, and then rotate the rotating ring in the direction in which the screw is tightened. Become. In addition, if the rotating ring is not securely tightened to the end, the locking member may remain in a state of being shallowly fitted in the concave portion, and the cleaning tool may not be reliably stabilized. In addition, not only the tip of the handle becomes thicker by the provision of the rotating ring, but also the weight increases.
[0009]
As described above, in the disclosures of the two publications, in order to securely fit the lock member and the concave portion, first, the rotation position is adjusted so that the lock member and the concave portion surely face each other. Furthermore, it is necessary to move the lock member with a strong force in the axial direction of the handle by operating the operation unit and the rotating ring, and the operation for surely stabilizing the direction of the cleaning tool is complicated.
[0010]
Further, in the above-mentioned publications, the direction of the brush-like cleaning tool can be changed within a predetermined angle range, but the cleaning tool cannot be folded so as to overlap the handle. That is, those disclosed in the above publications are not intended to support disposable cleaning wipes, but include a brush-like cleaning tool which is used for a long period of time and is attached to a handle. Therefore, it is assumed that the cleaning tool is left attached even when not in use, and it is assumed that it will be used in a state where the wipes are folded and stored like a disposable wipes attached. It is not what you are doing.
[0011]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and can easily perform an operation of changing the direction of a support on which a cleaning wipe is attached, and does not inadvertently rotate while the direction of the support is reliably changed. An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning holder that can be stabilized as described above, and a cleaning article using the cleaning holder.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a rotating portion is provided on a support capable of supporting the cleaning wipes, the rotating portion is rotatably connected to a tip portion of a holding handle, and a rotation center line of the rotating portion is In the cleaning holder which is in a direction crossing the axial direction of the holding handle,
The rotating portion is provided with a sliding surface crossing the rotation center line and a plurality of recesses recessed from the sliding surface in a direction along the rotation center line. It is arranged at a predetermined angular interval in a rotation direction about the rotation center line,
A lock member that is movable in a direction along the rotation center line and that can enter the recess, and an urging member that applies a biasing force to the lock member in a direction of entering the recess. And an operating member for operating the lock member in a direction to pull out from the concave portion is provided at a position where the operating member can be operated from outside the holding handle.
[0013]
In this cleaning holder, the orientation of the support can be stabilized by fitting the lock member into any of the recesses. When changing the direction of the support, the operating member is operated (for example, pressing operation) to move the lock member in a direction along the rotation center line, that is, in a direction crossing the axial direction of the holding handle. , Can be extracted from the recess. At this time, since the direction in which the operation force is applied to the operation member is a direction crossing the axial direction of the holding handle, the operation force is easily applied to the operation member from a finger. Therefore, the operation is easier as compared with a conventional handle that applies an operating force in the axial direction, and the lock member can be reliably pulled out of the recess.
[0014]
When the operation force on the operation member is released, the lock member returns by the urging force of the urging member. At this time, when the lock member does not face any of the concave portions, the lock member receiving the urging force contacts the sliding surface. Therefore, if the support is slightly rotated as it is, the lock member is automatically fitted into the concave portion, and the state can be shifted to the engaged and fixed state. That is, when changing the direction of the support, the operating member is operated in a direction of releasing the engagement with the concave portion, and after slightly rotating the support, the operating force on the operating member is released, and the support is rotated as it is. When moved, the lock member can automatically fit into the recess.
[0015]
In the present invention, the lock member may include a main body located inside the holding handle and in a region deviating from a rotation region of the rotating portion, and a position facing the rotating portion from the main body. An operating portion that extends into the concave portion, the operating member protrudes from the surface of the holding handle at a position where a part of the operating member is out of the turning area of the turning portion. The main body of the lock member is pushed by the operation member along the rotation center line, whereby the engagement portion of the lock member is operated in a direction to come out of the recess.
[0016]
As described above, when the main body is provided at a position deviating from the rotation region of the rotating portion of the support body and inside the holding handle, and when the operating member projecting from the holding handle is provided, the rotating portion is located. The structure of the rotation connecting portion can be simplified, and the lock member does not appear outside the holding handle, so that the appearance is improved. In addition, since the operation member can be operated at a position away from the rotation connection portion, for example, the support member that is to rotate and the finger that is to operate the operation member are hard to hit, and the operation member is easy to operate. It becomes.
[0017]
Further, according to the present invention, a guide member is detachably fixed inside the holding handle, and a main body of the lock member is operably guided in the guide member. It is configured as provided with the urging member.
[0018]
By attaching the guide member to the internal space of the holding handle, the lock member can be stably operated in the direction crossing the axial direction of the holding handle. Further, since the guide member can be detached from the inside of the holding handle, it is not necessary to make the internal space of the holding handle a complicated structure.
[0019]
Further, in the present invention, a cleaning support surface for pressing a cleaning wipe attached to the support against a surface to be cleaned is formed on the support, and the support is selected by selecting one of a plurality of recesses of the rotating portion. The angle between the axial direction of the holding handle and the cleaning support surface can be set in a plurality of steps by inserting the lock member.
[0020]
In this way, by changing the angle of the cleaning support surface, which presses the cleaning wipe against the surface to be cleaned, in multiple stages, the pattern can be changed to an easy-to-clean direction and cleaned, for example, as in furniture. If the orientation of the surface is various, or the ceiling or the like can be easily cleaned.
[0021]
Further, according to the present invention, one of the plurality of recesses provided in the rotating portion is a folding lock recess, and when the locking member enters the folding lock recess, the holding handle and the support It is configured to be folded so that it overlaps with the body.
[0022]
With the folding lock concave portion, when the cleaning holder is not used, for example, with the cleaning wipes removed from the support, the support and the holding handle are folded so as to overlap each other. And no large storage space is required.
[0023]
Further, the present invention provides a cleaning article comprising the cleaning holder according to any of the above, and a cleaning wipe attached to the support, wherein the cleaning wipe has at least a nonwoven fabric or paper, or It is a disposable product formed by combining at least a nonwoven fabric and a bundle of fibers, and the cleaning wipes are supported by the support.
[0024]
According to this configuration, the cleaning wipes have flexibility, so that the cleaning wipes can be easily attached to or replaced with the support.
[0025]

The direction rotated by θ1 is the third cleaning position (iii).
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 1B, the direction in which the cleaning support surface 4a is further rotated upward by θ1 than the third cleaning position (iii) is the fourth cleaning position (iv). At this time, the cleaning support surface 4a is substantially perpendicular to the axis center line Os. Further, when the support 4 is further rotated clockwise by θ2 than the fourth cleaning position (iv) in FIG. 1B, the cleaning support surface 4a is directed upward and the cleaning support surface 4a is rotated by the shaft center line. The support 4 is folded so as to be substantially parallel to Os so as to overlap the holding handle 2 to be in the folded position (v).
[0033]
When setting each position from the first cleaning position (i) to the fourth cleaning position (iv), the rotation angle θ1 of the support 4 between the positions is the same, and the fourth cleaning is performed. The rotation angle θ2 of the support 4 from the position (iv) to the folding position (v) is set to be larger than the rotation angle θ1 between the cleaning positions. In this embodiment, θ1 is approximately 45 degrees, and θ2 is approximately 90 degrees.
[0034]
Further, a push button 70 as an operation member for performing an operation for releasing the engaged and fixed (locked) state by the lock mechanism section 6 is provided at the tip of the holding handle 2. , A part thereof protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the holding handle 2 and can be pressed. The press button 70 is provided at a position that does not interfere with the support 4 at the folding position (v) so that the push button 70 can be operated even in the folding position (v) where the support 4 is folded on the holding handle 2. Have been. The pressing button 70 is located at a position slightly away from the rotary connecting portion 5 and protrudes from the side surface of the cylindrical holding handle 2, and the pressing operation direction is a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the holding handle 2. is there. Therefore, for example, the push button 70 can be pressed with the thumb of the right hand holding the holding handle 2, and the operation is easy.
[0035]
The members constituting the holding handle 2, the holding / holding handle 3, the support 4 and the rotation connecting portion 5 and the lock mechanism portion 6 are all made of synthetic resin except for a compression coil spring described later. It is formed of vinyl chloride, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), or the like. Alternatively, at least a part of each of these members may be formed of a light metal such as aluminum or a light alloy such as an aluminum alloy.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 2, the support body 4 includes an arm portion 14 extending forward from the rotation connecting portion 5, and plate-like support pieces 11, 11 branching from the arm portion 14 in a forked shape and extending in parallel. And two thin and deformable projections 12 are integrally formed on the outer edge of each support piece 11. A holding piece 13 extending between the support piece 11 and the support piece 11 is integrally formed at a branch portion of the support pieces 11 and 11. The lower surfaces of the support pieces 11, 11 are the cleaning support surfaces 4a, 4a.
[0037]
The main body 21 of the cleaning wipe 8 shown in FIG. 2 is formed of a nonwoven fabric, a laminate of nonwoven fabric, a laminate of paper, a foamed resin material, or a laminate of a nonwoven fabric and a bundle of fibers called TOW. It is disposable and soft. A holding sheet 22 formed of a nonwoven fabric or the like is overlaid on the upper surface of the main body 21, and the main body 21 and the holding sheet 22 are separated from each other by a pair of side joining lines 23, 23 and both side joining lines extending in the vertical direction. They are joined by a central joining line 24 formed in parallel between 23 and 23.
[0038]
Between the main body 21 and the holding sheet 22, there are formed holding spaces 25, 25 sandwiched between the respective side joining lines 23, 23 and the central joining line 24, and are formed in the longitudinal direction of the main body 21. Openings 25a, 25a of the holding space portions 25, 25 are open on both sides. When the support pieces 11, 11 of the support 4 are inserted into the holding spaces 25, 25 from any of the openings 25a, 25a, the pressing pieces 13 press the upper surface of the holding sheet 22, whereby The cleaning wipes 8 are attached to the support 4 so as not to be easily detached.
[0039]
With the cleaning wipes 8 attached to the support 4, the main body 21 of the cleaning wipes 8 is cleaned on the cleaning support surfaces 4 a, 4 a on the lower surfaces of the support pieces 11, 11 such as floors and furniture. Can be pressed against a surface.
[0040]
Note that, instead of the disposable wipes, cleaning wipes that can be reused by washing may be attached to the support 4.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 3, as the structure of the rotary connecting portion 5, a substantially disk-shaped rotary portion 31 is integrally formed at the base of the arm portion 14 of the support 4, and this rotary portion is formed. A shaft hole 32 is formed in the base 31 so as to penetrate in the X direction. A pair of disk-shaped support portions 33 and 33 are integrally formed at the front end of the holding handle 2, and a support space 34 is formed between the support portions 33 and 33. The support portion 33 and the support portion 33 are formed with support holes 35 penetrating in the X direction.
[0042]
The thickness of the rotating portion 31 formed in the support 4 and the inner width of the support space 34 are substantially the same, and the rotating portion 31 is inserted into the support space 34 with almost no gap. You. The radius R1 of the large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a of the rotating portion 31 is substantially the same as the radius of the support portions 33, 33.
[0043]
As shown in FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B), in a state in which the rotating portion 31 of the support 4 is inserted into the support space 34 of the holding handle 2, the support hole 33 extends from the outer surface of the one support portion 33. The first support shaft 36a is inserted into the support hole 33, and the second support shaft 36b is inserted into the support hole 35 from the outer surface of the other support portion 33. The first support shaft 36a and the second support shaft 36b are both inserted into the shaft hole 32 of the rotating part 31, so that the first support shaft 36a and the second support shaft 36b are connected to the shaft hole. The first support shaft 36a and the second support shaft 36b are adhered and fixed to each other as necessary.
[0044]
As a result, in the rotation connecting portion 5, the first supporting portion 4 and the supporting portion 33 are interposed between the supporting portion 33 and the supporting portion 33, and the first supporting portion 33 is held between the supporting portion 4 and the supporting portion 33. It becomes rotatable around the shaft 36a and the second support shaft 36b. The axis center line of the first support shaft 36a and the second support shaft 36b is the rotation center line Or. As described above, in this embodiment, the rotation center line Or is set in a direction orthogonal to the axis Os of the holding handle 2.
[0045]
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 6, the rotating portion 31 integrated with the support 4 has a width W2 that is almost half the thickness W1 of the rotating portion 31. , A large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a having a predetermined radius R1 and a portion having a remaining width dimension of approximately 1/2 being a small-diameter outer peripheral surface 31b having a radius R2. As shown in FIG. 4, the large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a and the small-diameter outer peripheral surface 31b are formed within a predetermined angle range around the rotation center line Or. A sliding surface 39 substantially perpendicular to the rotation center line Or is formed at a step between the large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a and the small-diameter outer peripheral surface 31b.
[0046]
A plurality of recesses are formed in the rotating portion 31 from the sliding surface 39 along the rotation center line Or. The recesses are a first recess 38a, a second recess 38b, a third recess 38c, a fourth recess 38d, and a folding lock recess 38e. Each of the recesses 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, 38e extends in a normal direction about the rotation center line Or, and each of the recesses 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, 38e is formed on the large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a. It is open in the radial direction.
[0047]
Each of the recesses 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, 38e has the same dimensions, and as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the opening on the sliding surface 39 is centered on the rotation center line Or. The dimension W3 is constant in the normal direction, and the depth dimension along the rotation center line Or is a constant dimension W4 (see FIG. 3).
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 4, the opening angle in the rotational direction about the rotation center line Or is θ1 between the first concave portion 38a and the second concave portion 38b, and the first concave portion 38a and the third concave portion. 38c is θ1, and between the third recess 38c and the fourth recess 38d is θ1. Θ1 is, for example, 45 degrees. The opening angle between the fourth recess 38d and the folding lock recess 38e is θ2, and θ2 is, for example, 90 degrees.
[0049]
As described above, the opening angle θ1 of each of the first concave portion 38a, the second concave portion 38b, the third concave portion 38c, and the fourth concave portion 38d is, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, This is for setting the cleaning positions (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv) of the support 4, and the opening angle θ2 between the fourth concave portion 38 d and the folding concave portion 38 e is set to the fourth position. This is for setting the folding position (v) by largely rotating the support from the cleaning position (iv). Therefore, the angle θ2 is larger than the angle θ1, and is twice as large in this embodiment.
[0050]
As described above, the sliding surface 39 perpendicular to the rotation center line Or is formed at the step between the large-diameter outer peripheral surface 31a and the inner-diameter outer peripheral surface 31b. The portion located between the first recess 38a and the second recess 38b is the first sliding surface 39a, and the portion located between the first recess 38a and the third recess 38c is the second sliding surface. The portion located between the second sliding surface 39b and the third concave portion 38c and the fourth concave portion 38d is the third sliding surface 39c. The portion located between the fourth recess 38d and the folding lock recess 38e is a folding sliding surface 39d.
[0051]
Next, the structure of the lock mechanism 6 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the holding handle 2 has a cylindrical shape, and has a hollow portion 2a having a circular cross section inside. A ring-shaped stopper 41 protruding inward from the inner wall is integrally formed inside the holding handle 2, and a locking hole 41 a penetrating in the axial direction of the holding handle 2 is formed at the center of the stopper 41. Is formed. A mechanism housing space 2b is formed inside the holding handle 2 at a position forward of the stopper 41. In the mechanism housing space 2b, the upper wall surface 2d and the lower wall surface 2e facing in the Z direction are part of a cylinder, and the operation side wall surface 2f and the support side wall surface 2g extending in the Z direction are YZ. It is a flat surface parallel to the plane.
[0052]
A locking rib 2h having a predetermined width extending forward from the stopper 41 is formed on an upper wall surface 2d of the mechanism housing space 2b, and a hook rib extending forward from the stopper 41 is also formed on the lower wall surface 2e. Stop ribs 2i are formed. An opening 42 communicating with the support space 34 is formed at the front end of the mechanism housing space 2b. The opening shape of the opening 42 is an arc shape in which an upper edge 42a and a lower edge 42b are respectively continuous with the upper wall surface 2d and the lower wall surface 2e, and both side edge portions 42c and 42d are formed in the both side wall surfaces 2f and 2g. Each has a continuous linear shape.
[0053]
An operation hole 43 is formed in the holding handle 2 at an intermediate portion between the stopper 41 and the opening 42 so as to penetrate the cylindrical peripheral wall of the holding handle 2 in the X direction.
[0054]
A guide member 50 is housed in the mechanism housing space 2b of the holding handle 2. The guide member 50 has a cylindrical surface whose upper surface 51a and lower surface 51b coincide with the upper wall surface 2d and the lower wall surface 2e of the mechanism housing space 2b, and the operation side surface 51c and the opposing side surface 51d are formed in the mechanism housing space 2d. This is a plane coinciding with both side walls 2f and 2g of 2b.
[0055]
On the base end surface 51e of the guide member 50, there are provided hooking pieces 52, 52 integrally formed from upper and lower portions thereof toward the rear. The hooking claws 52a, 52a directed to the one are integrally formed. In addition, at the base end portions of the hook pieces 52, 52, step portions 53, 53 are formed between the base end surface 51e and the upper surface 51a and the lower surface 51b.
[0056]
In the guide member 50, a cubic sliding space 54 whose longitudinal direction is the axial direction (Y direction) of the holding handle 2 is formed so as to penetrate in the X direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the holding handle 2. ing. At the end of the sliding space 54, a wall surface 55 for closing the opening 42 of the holding handle 2 is formed. The wall 55 has a predetermined opening width extending from the side surface 51d toward the side surface 51c. Are formed.
[0057]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the guide member 50 is inserted from the opening 42 toward the mechanism housing space 2b, the stepped portions 53 of the guide member 50 are connected to the locking ribs 2h and 2i. In a state of contact with the end surfaces, the engaging pieces 52, 52 enter the engaging holes 41 a, and the engaging claws 52 a, 52 a formed on the engaging pieces 52, 52 are engaged with the proximal end of the stopper 41. It is hooked on the stop surface 41b. Thereby, the guide member 50 is stored in the mechanism storage space 2b without moving in the axial direction of the holding handle 2 and without rotating around the axis center line Os.
[0058]
A locking member 60 is accommodated in the sliding space 54 of the guide member 50. The main body 66 of the lock member 60 is slidable in the X direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the holding handle 2 with almost no gap in the storage space 54. At the tip of the main body 66, an engaging portion 61 having a rectangular cross section is integrally formed so as to protrude. The engaging portion 61 protrudes from the sliding recess 56 of the lock member 60 into the support space 34, and when the main body 66 slides in the X direction in the sliding space 54, the engaging portion 61 The portion 61 moves in the X direction in the support space 34.
[0059]
A spring housing recess 62 is formed at one end of the main body 66 of the lock member 60 facing the X direction, and a spring support projection 63 is integrally formed therein. As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, in the mechanism housing space 2b, a compression coil spring 64 as an urging member is mounted on an outer peripheral portion of the spring support projection 63, and the compression spring 64 contracts. In this state, the other end contacts the side wall surface 2g in the mechanism housing space 2b. Thus, the lock member 60 is constantly urged in the guide member 50 toward the side wall surface 2f on the operation side of the mechanism housing space 2b.
[0060]
The lock member 60 is provided with button retaining portions 65, 65 formed on the surface of the main body 66 facing the side wall surface 2 f at intervals in the direction of the axis center line Os. The pressing button 70 has a shape that can slide in the X direction within the operation hole 43 opened in the holding handle 2. The pressing button 70 has a pair of engaging pieces 71, 71 integrally formed. I have. At the tips of the hooking pieces 71, 71, hooking claws 71a, 71a facing each other are formed. The locking is performed, so that the pressing button 70 and the lock member 60 can operate integrally.
[0061]
The assembling procedure of the lock mechanism 6 is as follows. The main body 66 of the lock member 60 and the compression coil spring 64 are accommodated in the sliding space 54 of the guide member 50, and the compression coil spring 64 is contracted. From the opening 42 into the mechanism housing space 2b. At this time, the compression coil spring 64 is contracted, and its end is brought into contact with the side wall surface 2g of the mechanism housing space 2b. Then, as described above, the engaging claws 52 a formed on the engaging pieces 52 of the guide member 50 are engaged with the engaging surface 41 b of the stopper 41. Thereafter, the pressing button 70 is inserted into the operation hole 43 from outside the holding handle 2, and the locking claws 71 a, 71 a of the locking pieces 71, 71 formed on the pressing button 70 are It is hooked on the button hooking portions 65, 65.
[0062]
When the lock mechanism 6 is assembled, the center of the press button 70 and the winding center of the compression coil spring 64 both coincide with the biasing center line Op. The main body 66 of the lock member 60 is housed so as to be slidable in the sliding space 54 of the guide member 50 without inclining and with a minimum gap between the center of the press button 70 and the compression coil spring 64. Since the centers coincide with the urging center line Op, when the pressing button 70 is pressed from the outside of the holding handle 2, the main body 66 of the lock member 60 is greatly inclined in the sliding space 54. Without sliding between the inner surface of the sliding space 54 and the inner surface of the sliding space 54, the sliding can be performed in the X direction.
[0063]
After the lock mechanism 6 is assembled, the turning section 31 is mounted in the support space 34 and the turning connecting section 5 is assembled. When the lock mechanism section 6 and the rotation connection section 5 are assembled, the engagement section 61 provided on the lock member 60 is moved to the rotation section 31 as shown in FIGS. The sliding surface 39 and the concave portions 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, 38e can be opposed.
[0064]
The width Wa (see FIG. 3) of the engaging portion 61 provided on the lock member 60 is slightly smaller than the opening width W3 (see FIG. 4) of each of the recesses 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, and 38e. The engagement portion 61 is small and can be fitted into any of the recesses with a minimum gap. The thickness Wb of the engaging portion 61 is smaller than the difference (W1-W2) between the widths W1 and W2 of the rotating portion 31 (see FIG. 3).
[0065]
Next, the operation of the cleaning holder 1 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1A, when the cleaning support surface 4a of the support 4 is at the first cleaning position (i) substantially parallel to the axis center line Os of the holding handle 2, the rotation connecting portion 5 The lock mechanism 6 is in the state of FIGS. 5A and 6.
[0066]
5A and 6, the lock member 60 is urged toward the operation side wall surface 2 f of the mechanism housing space 2 b by the urging force of the compression coil spring 64. The integrally formed engaging portion 61 is fitted in a first concave portion 38 a formed in the rotating portion 31 of the support 4. Therefore, the support 4 is engaged and fixed (locked) at the first cleaning position (i) shown in FIG. Further, a part of the push button 70 hooked on the lock member 60 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the holding handle 2.
[0067]
To change the direction of the support 4, the push button 70 is pressed in the X direction shown in FIG. When the pressing button 70 is pressed, the lock member 60 connected to the pressing button 70 opposes the urging force of the compression coil spring 64 in the guide member 50 in the X direction toward the supporting side wall 2g. The engagement portion 61 slides out of the first concave portion 38a, and the fixed engagement of the support 4 is released.
[0068]
In a state where the fixing of the support 4 is released, the support 4 is rotated while the push button 70 is kept pressed, so that one of the recesses 38 b, 38 c, 38 d, and 38 e faces the engaging portion 61. When the pressing force on the pressing button 70 is released, the lock member 60 slides under the urging force of the compression coil spring 64, and the engaging portion 61 fits into any one of the concave portions. The support 4 is engaged and fixed in the direction of any selected position. The second cleaning position (ii) is when the engaging portion 61 is fitted in the concave portion 38b, and the third cleaning position (iii) or the fourth cleaning position is when the engaging portion 61 is fitted in the concave portion 38c or 38d. The position (iv) and the time when it is fitted in the folding lock recess 38e are the folding position (v).
[0069]
However, in this embodiment, in a state where the support 4 is engaged and fixed in any posture, the press button 70 is pressed to release the engagement and then the support 4 is slightly rotated. By releasing the pressing force on the push button 70 at the time of moving, the engaging portion 61 can be securely fitted into the concave portion adjacent to the concave portion fitted at the time of the engagement and fixing. is there.
[0070]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 6, in a fixed engagement state in which the engaging portion 61 is fitted in the first recess 38 a, the pressing button 70 is pressed to move the engaging portion 61 to the second position. When the pressing force against the pressing button 70 is released while the support body 4 is slightly rotated clockwise after being extracted from the recess 38a of the first holding member 38, the locking member 60 is pressed against the side wall surface 2f by the urging force of the compression coil spring 64. 5B, the engaging portion 61 is pressed against the second sliding surface 39b adjacent to the first concave portion 38a. In this state, if the supporter 4 is rotated clockwise without pressing the push button 70, the side of the engaging portion 61 receiving the urging force of the compression coil spring 64 is in the second sliding position. After sliding on the surface 39b, it automatically enters the third recess 38c, and the support 4 is engaged and fixed in the direction of the third cleaning position (iii).
[0071]
The same applies to the case where the engaging portion 61 is fitted to the second concave portion 38b or the fourth lock portion 38d, and the same is the case where the engaging portion 61 is fitted to the folding lock concave portion 38e. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the engaging portion 61 is fitted in the fourth concave portion 38d, and the support 4 is engaged and fixed at the fourth cleaning position (iv). In this state, the pressing button 70 is pressed to pull out the engaging portion 61 from the fourth concave portion 38d. Immediately thereafter, when the pressing force of the pressing button 70 is removed, the engaging portion 61 is pressed against the folding sliding surface 39d. Let me do. When the support 4 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 8 in this state, the engaging portion 61 slides on the folding sliding surface 39d and then fits into the folding lock recess 38e. Is engaged and fixed at the folding position (v).
[0072]
In this manner, the support 4 can be engaged and fixed at each position by a simple operation of pressing the push button 70 and immediately releasing it. Also, in the case where the support 4 is folded toward the holding handle 2 to stabilize, the folding position (v) can be set only by pressing the push button 70 once and then rotating the support 4 to the folding position. The support 4 can be reliably engaged and fixed at the folding position (v).
[0073]
Since the operation direction of the pressing button 70 is a direction orthogonal to the axial center line Os of the holding handle 2, the pressing operation is extremely simple. For example, while holding the holding handle 2 with the right hand, the pressing button is pressed with the thumb. 70 can be pressed, and the pressing button 70 can be reliably pressed with a strong force. In addition, in the folding position (v) shown in FIG. 1C, since the pressing button 70 is located at a position where it does not interfere with the support 4, the pressing button 70 does not interfere with the supporting member 4 even in the folding position (v). Can be pressed.
[0074]
Further, the depth dimension W4 of each of the concave portions 38a, 38b, 38c, 38d, 38e formed in the rotating portion 31 shown in FIG. 3 is made as small as possible within a range where the strength of engagement with the engaging portion 41a can be maintained. In this case, when pressing the pressing button 70 from the engaged and fixed state shown in FIG. 5A, the engaging portion 61 can be quickly pulled out from the recess without making the pressing stroke too deep. . Therefore, immediately after the pressing member 70 is pressed by the thumb or the like, the engagement and fixing can be quickly and easily released.
[0075]
In the cleaning article according to this embodiment, with the cleaning wipes 8 attached to the support 4, the cleaning support surface 4a of the support 4 is moved to the first cleaning position (i) shown in FIG. Alternatively, the upper surface of furniture can be cleaned by engaging and fixing at the second cleaning position (ii), and the floor surface and the like can be cleaned by engaging and fixing at the third cleaning position (iii). Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, it is also possible to clean the floor or the like with the cleaning support surface 4a oriented perpendicular to the axis center line Os of the holding handle 2. Moreover, the support 4 can be rotated from the fourth cleaning position (iv) to the folding position (v) shown in FIG. 1C. In the folded position (v), the cleaning tool 1 can be stored in a compact state by removing the cleaning wipes 8 from the support 4. Further, as the folding position (v), the holding handle 2 is stored in the storage holding handle 3 and the length of the holding handle is shortened, so that the holding handle 2 can be made more compact and can be stored in a narrow space.
[0076]
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
[0077]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the axis center line Os of the holding handle 2 and the rotation center line Or of the support 4 are described as being orthogonal to each other, but the both center lines Os and Or are exactly perpendicular to each other. And the plane including the center line Os and the plane including the center line Or may not be common.
[0078]
Further, in the above embodiment, the angle between the first concave portion 38a and the second concave portion 38b, the angle between the first concave portion 38a and the third concave portion 38c, and the angle between the first concave portion 38a and the third concave portion 38c. 4, the angle between the concave portions 38d is the same as that of θ1 = 45 degrees. However, the angle between the concave portions is not necessarily the same, and the angle θ1 is not 45 degrees. Is also good.
[0079]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the operation of changing the direction of the support to which the cleaning wipes are attached can be performed by pressing the operation member in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the holding handle, so that the operation is simple, and the lock is simple. The member can be operated reliably. Further, a cleaning holder and a cleaning article using the cleaning holder, which can be stabilized so as not to be inadvertently rotated while the direction of the support is reliably changed, are obtained.
