Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an expansion joint having a structure in which a movable plate is installed so as to straddle between two structures that are relatively displaced, for example, an expansion joint suitable for application to a connecting corridor provided between upper layers of an adjacent high-rise building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, expansion joints for absorbing vibration and thermal deformation at the time of an earthquake need to be provided at regular intervals in the middle of a structure that is long in one direction such as a bridge or a road. In addition, when buildings such as high-rise apartments are installed close to each other, there may be a connecting corridor that is used as an evacuation passage between the upper layers of those buildings. It must be provided in a state that can absorb the relative displacement.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in a structure that is long in one direction such as a bridge or a road, an expansion joint having a structure that can mainly absorb only the relative displacement in the length direction may be adopted. As described above, when the vibration at the time of the earthquake does not always occur only in a specific direction, it is necessary to employ an expansion joint having a structure capable of absorbing the relative displacement in each direction.
[0004]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an expansion joint having a simple structure and capable of absorbing relative displacement in each direction.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is an expansion joint having a structure in which a movable plate is installed so as to straddle between two structures that are relatively displaced, and a groove is formed in one of the structures along the left and right direction of the movable plate. By engaging a pin protruding from the lower surface of one end of the movable plate in the groove, one end of the movable plate is connected to one of the structures so as to be slidable in the left-right direction and not slidable in the front-rear direction. , The other end of the movable plate is slidably supported in all directions with respect to the other structure, and the movable body is provided on a side wall of the movable plate, and the movable plate is slid in the left-right direction. It is characterized in that a slit for allowing is formed.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the above expansion joint, restoring means for restoring the movable plate to a fixed position by urging the pin in the left-right direction is mounted in the groove.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 to 6 show an embodiment in which the expansion joint of the present invention is provided as a corridor between buildings. In the figure, reference numerals A and B denote buildings provided close to each other, and reference numerals 1a and 1b denote corridors provided on the outer peripheral portions of the buildings A and B, which are installed so as to straddle these corridors 1a and 1b. The movable plate 2 functions as a crossing corridor. The interval between the buildings A and B is set so that they do not come into contact with each other even when they are displaced so as to be closest to each other, and the shape and dimensions of the movable plate 2 are such that the buildings A and B are the most distant from each other. Needless to say, it is set so that it does not fall off even if it is displaced to.
[0008]
As the movable plate 2, for example, a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 4.5 mm can be suitably adopted, and a pin 3 is protruded from the lower surface at one end. A groove 4 is provided in the corridor 1a of the building A along the width direction (left-right direction) of the movable plate by burying a horizontally long box, and the pin 3 is slidably mounted in the groove 4. Accordingly, the movable plate 2 can be slid in the left-right direction within the length of the groove 4 with respect to the corridor 1a, and the length of the movable plate 2 (the front-rear direction) ) Slide and horizontal rotation are restricted. A restoring spring (restoring means) 5 for urging the pin 3 is mounted in the groove 4. When the movable plate 2 slides in the left and right direction during an earthquake or the like, the movable plate 2 is biased by the restoring spring 5. It naturally returns to its original position. Note that the restoration spring 5 may be provided on both sides of the pin 3. Further, as the restoring spring 5, other types of springs can be employed instead of the coil spring as shown in the figure, and further, an appropriate restoring means operated by air pressure or hydraulic pressure is employed instead of the restoring spring 5. It is also possible.
[0009]
A sliding plate 6 (three in the illustrated example) is attached to the corridor 1b of the other building B, and the other end of the movable plate 2 is slidably movable in any direction on the sliding plate 6 in any direction. Supported. As the sliding plate 6, a thin stainless steel plate or a resin molded plate having excellent slidability can be suitably used.
[0010]
Handrails 7a and 7b are provided in the corridors 1a and 1b, respectively. The base of the handrails 7a and 7b interferes with the handrails 7a and 7b when the movable plate 2 slides in the left-right direction. Slits 8a and 8b are formed to prevent the movable plate 2 from sliding in the left and right directions without any trouble.
[0011]
Further, movable handrails 9 are provided on both sides of the crossing corridor constituted by the movable plate 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the movable handrail 9 is provided with handrails 12, 13 inside a pair of frame bodies 10, 11, and the other frame body 11 is slidably mounted inside one frame body 10. The two frame bodies 10, 11 are attached to the handrail walls 7a, 7b or the wall surfaces of the buildings A, B so as to be horizontally rotatable by the universal hinge 14, and are free when the buildings A, B are relatively displaced. It can expand and contract and rotate to absorb relative displacement. 4 shows a configuration example in which the handrails 12 are provided on both sides of the frame body 10, and FIG. 5 shows a configuration example in which the handrails 12 are provided only on one side of the frame body 10.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the expansion joint having the above configuration can absorb the relative displacement of the movable plate 2 in the front-rear direction, that is, the direction in which the buildings A and B move away from each other, as well as FIG. , (D), it is possible to absorb the relative displacement of the movable plate 2 in the horizontal direction, that is, when the buildings A and B are shifted from each other in the horizontal direction, without any trouble. And (c) or (d) occur simultaneously, and in any case, the movable handrail 9 naturally expands and contracts and rotates in response to the relative displacement.
[0013]
In particular, in the case of the patterns (c) and (d) in which the buildings A and B are displaced in the horizontal direction, the movable plate 2 is moved from the slits 8a and 8b formed at the bases of the handrail walls 7a and 7b. Therefore, the movable plate 2 and the handrail walls 7a, 7b can be prevented from interfering with each other and being damaged. Further, in the pattern shown in (d), although the movable plate 2 is temporarily displaced in the left-right direction with respect to the corridor 1a, the movable plate 2 returns to the original position promptly by the urging force of the restoring spring 5.
[0014]
Therefore, the expansion joint of the above configuration can absorb the relative displacement in each direction between buildings with an extremely simple configuration, and even if it is installed as a corridor between the upper layers of a high-rise building, it can function even in the event of an earthquake. And is extremely effective without impairing.
[0015]
As described above, the embodiment when the present invention is applied to the crossing corridor has been described. However, the expansion joint of the present invention can be widely applied to various structures, and the specific configuration of the details is also limited to the above embodiment. Appropriate changes can be made without any modification.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the movable plate can be slid in the left-right direction by forming a groove in one of the structures and engaging a pin protruding from the lower surface of one end of the movable plate into the groove. Since slits are formed in the side wall of the movable plate, the relative displacement in each direction can be absorbed without hindrance, and when the movable plate is displaced in the left and right direction, the movable plate and the wall interfere with each other Can be prevented.
[0017]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the restoring means for restoring the movable plate to the fixed position by urging the pin in the left-right direction is mounted in the groove, the movable plate can be restored to the original position naturally.
