Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in conspicuous joints among wall panels 2, to eliminate the oppression feeling of a room and to improve the workability of the wall panels, speed up construction works, facilitate construction works, facilitate a re-pasting and to improve design properties while accurately setting each reference of the verticality and horizontality of the panels easily and preventing formation of clearances among the panels when the wall panels 2 are to be installed on a wall backing material 1 in the room. <P>SOLUTION: The wall panel 2 is divided vertically into three laterally stuck panels 3 to 5, and the vertically adjacent laterally stuck panels 3 to 5 are arranged under the state in which spaces S1 and S2 are formed among both panels 3 to 5 and the lower end sections of the upper-side laterally stuck panels 3 and 4 and the upper end sections of the lower-side laterally stuck panels 4 and 5 are fixed onto the wall backing material 1 by joiners 8 and 9 respectively. Facings 14 and 15 extended in the horizontal direction are arranged in a space between the upper-lower laterally stuck panels 3 and 5 under the state, in which the facings are installed and fixed to the surface of the wall backing material 1 by a bonding, and at least parts of the joiners 8 and 9 positioned in the spaces S1 and S2 are covered and concealed with the facings 14 and 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、乾式壁の壁構造及びその施工方法に関する技術分野に属する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、例えば洗面所やトイレ等の空間における壁下地材上に壁パネルを取り付けてなる乾式壁の壁構造として、裏面にフレーム枠を有する壁パネルを予め作っておき、この壁パネル同士を並べて結合するように施工したものが知られている。

しかし、この構造では、パネルのフレーム枠と壁下地材とを結合するために隙間を設ける必要があり、その隙間の分だけ、パネルが室内側に突出して、室内空間の大きさが小さくなってしまい、洗面所やトイレ等の狭小空間では不利になる。

これに対し、壁下地材上に直接に化粧壁材を接着剤や両面テープ等を用いて取付固定する方法も知られている。この他、例えば実公平８―１０１２３号公報、登録実用新案第２５０３３３４号、特許第２９１９０８８号等に示されるように、室内の壁下地材上に取り付けられる壁パネルを複数枚の縦長パネルに分割し、これら縦長パネルを左右水平方向に目地部（間隔）をあけて配置して、各パネルの左右側縁部を釘等により壁下地材に固定し、左右に隣り合うパネル間の上下方向の目地部に縦框、連結部材、ジョイナ等を嵌合して固定するようにしている。

一方、特開平１０―８６８２号公報に開示されるように、壁下地材上に配置されるプラスタボードを所定高さ位置で上下に２分割してその継目位置に水平方向の仕切部材を取り付けるか、或いは、上下に分割されていない１枚もののプラスタボードにおける同じ高さ位置に同様の仕切部材を取り付け、この仕切部材で分けられる上下のプラスタボード表面にそれぞれ内装材としてのビニルクロスを貼り付けたものが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のように、壁下地材上に直接に化粧壁材を接着剤や両面テープ等を用いて取付固定する方法では、裏面にフレーム枠を有する壁パネルを用いる場合の如き問題は生じないが、その反面、接着剤や両面テープの養生硬化に時間がかかり、施工スピードが遅くなるのみならず、貼り替えの際にも大掛かりな工事が必要となるという問題があった。

また、上記前者の従来例のように、壁パネルを縦長のものとし、これらを左右方向に並べて壁下地材上に貼り付ける縦貼り方式の場合、パネル間の継ぎ目が上下方向に延びるものとなるので、それが目立ち易くなるばかりでなく、継ぎ目ラインによる連続感によって部屋が狭く感じる難がある。

しかも、複数の壁パネルを壁下地材上に貼る場合、その下端の水平辺部を基準とする床面に接した状態で施工するが、縦貼り方式では、各パネル下端の水平辺部が左右の垂直辺部よりも短い短辺部となり、その床面に接する長さが短いので、パネルの垂直や水平の各基準を正確に出すのが難しく、隣接するパネル間に隙間が出易く、それを避けるように施工するには熟練を要するという問題があった。

本発明は斯かる点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、乾式壁の壁構造及びその施工方法に工夫を加えることにより、パネル間の継ぎ目を目立ち難くし、部屋の狭小感をなくし、さらにはパネルの垂直や水平の各基準を正確にかつ容易に出してパネル間に隙間を出難くしつつ、壁パネルの施工性の向上、施工スピードの迅速化、施工の容易化、貼り替えの容易化、意匠性の向上を図ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、この発明では、壁パネルを複数枚の横貼りパネルで構成し、上下のパネル間に間隔をあけて、各々の隣接側端部をそれぞれジョイナを介して壁下地材に取付固定し、上下パネル間の間隔にタイルやガラス等を用いた化粧材をジョイナの一部が隠蔽されるように配置して、その裏面で壁下地材に接着するようにした。

具体的には、請求項１の発明では、室内の壁下地材上に壁パネルが取り付けられる乾式壁の壁構造として、上記壁パネルは少なくとも２枚の横貼りパネルに上下に分割され、上下に隣接する横貼りパネルは、両パネル間に間隔をあけてかつ上側横貼りパネルの下端部及び下側横貼りパネルの上端部がそれぞれジョイナにより壁下地材に固定された状態で配置され、上下の横貼りパネル間の間隔には、水平方向に延びる化粧材が固定された状態で配置され、上記間隔内に位置するジョイナの少なくとも一部が上記化粧材に覆われて隠蔽されていることを特徴とする。

上記の構成によると、壁の施工を行う場合、壁パネルを構成する少なくとも２枚の横貼りパネルは両パネル間に間隔をあけて横貼り状態に配置され、上側横貼りパネルの下端部及び下側横貼りパネルの上端部はそれぞれジョイナにより壁下地材に固定される。そして、横貼りパネル間の間隔には、水平方向に延びる化粧材が配置され、この化粧材は壁下地材表面に固定される。この化粧材により、上記間隔内に位置するジョイナの少なくとも一部が覆われて隠蔽される。

このとき、壁パネルを上下に分割して施工するので、壁全体の１枚もののパネルを施工するのに比べ、施工が容易となる。

しかも、上記横貼りパネルは床面と接する下端部の基準部が長辺となっていて長いので、パネルの垂直や水平の各基準を正確に出すのが容易となり、熟練者でなくても目隙の生じない施工を行うことができる。しかも、壁パネルは少なくとも２枚の横貼りパネルに分割されているので、各横貼りパネルの寸法変化も分散され、パネル間の目隙が生じ難くなる。

また、壁パネルの施工は壁下地材表面に横貼りパネルを上貼りする施工で、しかも接着剤等を要しない乾式施工であるので、その接着剤等の養生硬化を待つ必要がなく、施工スピードを速くして例えばリフォームに好適となる。

上側横貼りパネルの下端部及び下側横貼りパネルの上端部はそれぞれジョイナで固定され、このジョイナにおいて間隔内に位置する部分の少なくとも一部が化粧材に覆われて隠蔽されているので、壁の意匠性の向上を図ることができる。しかも、上下に隣接する横貼りパネル間の間隔に化粧材が配置されているので、横貼りパネル間の継ぎ目が目立ち難くなり、意匠性のより一層の向上を図ることができる。

上記化粧材は、壁下地材表面に接着により取付固定されているので、この化粧材を取外し可能な程度に接着しておけば、施工後でも容易に取り外すことができ、その取換えを行うことができる。そして、この化粧材の取外しによりジョイナが露出し、このジョイナを簡単に取り外すことができ、横貼りパネルの部分的な取外しや交換が容易となる。

さらに、横貼りパネルと壁下地材との間にジョイナの厚さ分だけの隙間が生じるが、このジョイナの厚さは薄いので、横貼りパネルを壁下地材に直接に接触状態で取付固定したのと同等となり、パネルの室内への突出量が小さく、洗面所やトイレ等の狭小空間でも、その内寸法を大きくして室内空間の容積を広くすることができる。

請求項２の発明では、上記上側横貼りパネルの下端部を取り付ける上側ジョイナは、壁下地材に取り付けられる取付部と、この取付部の下端部表面から突出し、上側横貼りパネルの下端部を受ける受部とを備えてなる。一方、下側横貼りパネルの上端部を取り付ける下側ジョイナは、壁下地材に取り付けられる取付部と、この取付部の下端部表面から突出し、下側横貼りパネルの上端部を受ける受部とを備えてなる。そして、化粧材は上記上側ジョイナの受部と、下側ジョイナの取付部及び受部とを少なくとも隠蔽していることを特徴とする。

こうすれば、壁パネルを複数の横貼りパネルに分割したときの分割面、つまり上側横貼りパネルの下端面及び下側横貼りパネルの上端面がそれぞれ上下のジョイナの受部で隠され、これら両ジョイナの受部が化粧材により隠蔽されることとなり、壁の意匠性の向上を図ることができる。

請求項３の発明では、最上端に位置する上側横貼りパネルの上端部表面には廻り縁が、また最下端に位置する下側横貼りパネルの下端部表面には巾木がそれぞれ取り付けられていることを特徴とする。このことで、天井近くの上側横貼りパネルの上端部を廻り縁により、また床面近くの下側横貼りパネルの下端部を巾木によりそれぞれ覆うことができる。

請求項４の発明では、上記化粧材は、タイル又はガラスを備えてなるものとする。こうすると、好適な化粧材が具体的に容易に得られる。

請求項５の発明では、上記化粧材は、両面テープ、両ファスナ又は接着剤で壁下地材表面に接着されている構成とする。このことで、化粧材の施工及び取外しが容易になる。

請求項６の発明では、上記ジョイナは釘又はビスで壁下地材に固定されていることを特徴とする。ジョイナの壁下地材への望ましい固定構造が得られる。

請求項７の発明では、窓枠は、１枚の横貼りパネル内に配置されていることを特徴とする。すなわち、例えば、壁の上下中間部に窓枠がある場合、壁パネルを、窓枠の上側及び下側にそれぞれ位置する横貼りパネルと、これら上下の横貼りパネル間に位置する今１つの横貼りパネルとに分割し、この上下中間の横貼りパネルの長さ方向中間部を窓枠の左右幅分だけ切り除き、その残りの部分を窓枠の左右両側に配置する。そして、上下に隣接する横貼りパネル、つまり窓枠上側のパネル下端部及び窓枠横側のパネル上端部（ないしは窓枠の上端部）、並びに窓枠横側のパネル下端部（ないしは窓枠の下端部）及び窓枠下側のパネル上端部をそれぞれ間隔をあけて配置し、その間隔にそれぞれ化粧材を配置すればよい。或いは、窓枠が天井近くや床面近くに配置されるときには、それぞれ窓枠上側の横貼りパネル又は窓枠下側の横貼りパネルを省略すればよい。このことで、壁に窓枠がある場合でも壁パネルの位置調整が容易となる。

請求項８の発明は、室内の壁下地材上に壁パネルが取り付けられる乾式壁の施工方法の発明であり、この発明では、上記壁パネルを少なくとも２枚の横貼りパネルに上下に分割し、上記上下に隣接する横貼りパネルを、両パネル間に間隔をあけてかつ上側横貼りパネルの下端部及び下側横貼りパネルの上端部がそれぞれジョイナにより壁下地材に固定された状態で配置する。また、上記上下の横貼りパネル間の間隔に、水平方向に延びる化粧材を固定された状態で配置し、上記間隔内に位置するジョイナの少なくとも一部を上記化粧材により覆って隠蔽する。この発明でも上記請求項１の発明と同様の作用効果を奏することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
（実施形態１）
図７は本発明の実施形態に係る壁構造を適用した洗面所の平面図であり、この洗面所の床面上には正面の左側に洗面コンポーネントＡが設置され、同右側には洗濯機Ｂ（図示例ではドラム式洗濯機）を載置する洗濯機用パンＣが設けられている。

図６に示すように、上記洗面コンポーネントＡ１は、抽斗Ａ２，Ａ２…を有するボックス本体Ａ１の上面に洗面台Ａ３を設けたもので、この洗面台Ａ３奥側のボックス本体Ａ１上面には、分割されたスイングミラーＡ４，Ａ４，…（三面鏡）が一体的に立設されている。図５及び図６中、Ｂ１は洗濯機Ｂに接続される給水蛇口である。

このような洗面所の周りの壁構造はいずれも同じであり、図６に正面壁を、また図５に右側壁をそれぞれ示している。尚、図示しないが、左側壁は右側壁と同じである。

図４に示すように、洗面所の各壁は、その壁下地材１上に壁パネル２取り付けられた乾式壁とされている。上記壁パネル２は、上側、中間及び下側の３枚の横貼りパネル３〜５に上下に分割されている。これら横貼りパネル３〜５はいずれも例えば横寸法（水平寸法）の方が縦寸法（上下寸法）よりも長い横長形状のもので、各壁においては各横貼りパネル３〜５の横寸法が同じである。また、上側及び下側横貼りパネル３，５の縦寸法は同じであり（洗濯機Ｂの高さよりも少し高い寸法）、これら上側及び下側横貼りパネル３，５の縦寸法に対し中間横貼りパネル４の縦寸法は短く設定されている。この各パネル３〜５は、例えばケイ酸カルシウム板、石材、大建工業（株）製の商品名「ダイライト」、木質化粧板、合板、石膏ボード等が用いられる。尚、各パネル３〜５の縦寸法は適宜変えることができる。

上記上下に隣接する横貼りパネル、すなわち上側横貼りパネル３及び中間横貼りパネル４、並びに該中間横貼りパネル４及び下側横貼りパネル５は、それぞれ両パネル３，４及び４，５間に一定幅の凹溝状の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２をあけて配置されている。上側横貼りパネル３及び中間横貼りパネル４の各下端部は第１ジョイナ８（上側ジョイナ）により、また中間横貼りパネル４及び下側横貼りパネル５の各上端部は第２ジョイナ９（下側ジョイナ）によりそれぞれ壁下地材１上に取付固定されている。この各ジョイナ８，９はいずれも横貼りパネル３〜５の長さ方向全体に亘って連続して延びる長尺状の例えばＡＢＳ、ポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル樹脂等からなる樹脂製（金属製でもよい）のものである。

上記横貼りパネル３，４の下端部を取り付ける上側ジョイナとしての上記第１ジョイナ８は、図１に示すように、裏面が壁下地材１表面に当接するように配置されて上端部にて木ビス１１（又は釘でもよい）により壁下地材１に取り付けられる板状の取付部８ａと、この取付部８ａの下端部寄り表面から室内側に水平に突出し、横貼りパネル３，４の厚さよりも若干大きい幅を有する板状の受部８ｂと、この受部８ｂの先端部から上側に折り曲げられた状態で突出する係止部８ｃとを備えてなり、取付部８ａ表面において受部８ｂよりも上側部分と係止部８ｃの裏面との間に横貼りパネル３，４の下端部を嵌合した状態で、その下端面を受部８ｂ上面で受けるようにしている。尚、この横貼りパネル３，４の裏側に、上記第１ジョイナ８の取付部８ａ表面において受部８ｂよりも上側部分と木ビス１１とが隠蔽される。

一方、中間及び下側横貼りパネル４，５の上端部を取り付ける下側ジョイナとしての第２ジョイナ９は、同じ図１にて示す如く、裏面が壁下地材１表面に当接するように配置されて上端部にて木ビス１１（又は釘でもよい）により壁下地材１に取り付けられる板状の取付部９ａと、この取付部９ａの下端部寄り表面から室内側に水平に突出し、横貼りパネル４，５の厚さよりも若干大きい幅を有する板状の受部９ｂと、この受部９ｂの先端部から下側に折り曲げられた状態で突出する係止部９ｃとを備えてなり、取付部９ａ表面において受部９ｂよりも下側部分と係止部９ｃの裏面との間に横貼りパネル４，５の上端部を嵌合した状態で、その上端面を受部９ｂ下面で受けるようにしている。

上記上下に隣接する横貼りパネル間、つまり上側横貼りパネル３の下端部と中間横貼りパネル４の上端部との間、及び中間横貼りパネル４の下端部と下側横貼りパネル５の上端部との間の各凹溝状の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２にはそれぞれ水平方向に延びる化粧材１４，１５が嵌め込まれて配置されている。この各化粧材１４，１５は、細板状の基材表面にタイルを接着一体化した所定幅（例えば６５ｍｍ）のものでいわゆるボーダータイルを構成し、その厚さは横貼りパネル３〜５の厚さと略同じかそれよりも若干薄く設定されている。この化粧材１４，１５は、その裏面にて上記横貼りパネル３〜５間の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２に位置する壁下地材１表面に接着により取付固定されている。具体的には、この化粧材１４，１５は、両面テープ、両ファスナ又は接着剤で壁下地材１表面に接着されている。尚、化粧材１４，１５は、タイルに代えてガラス（色付きガラスや不透明ガラスが望ましい）を用いることもできる。

そして、上記横貼りパネル３〜５間の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２に化粧材１４，１５を嵌合して裏面にて壁下地材１表面に接着することで、横貼りパネル３〜５間の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２に位置するジョイナ８，９の一部、つまり第１ジョイナ８の取付部８ａ表面において受部８ｂよりも下側部分と、第２ジョイナ９の取付部９ａ表面において受部９ｂよりも上側部分（木ビス１１の頭部をも含む）と、第１ジョイナ８の受部８ｂ下面と、第２ジョイナ９の受部９ｂ上面とが化粧材１４，１５に覆われて隠蔽されている。尚、各ジョイナ８，９の係止部８ｃ，９ｃ表面は室内に露出している。

また、図２にも示すように、最上端に位置する上側横貼りパネル３の上端部はそれを貫通する木ビス１１により壁下地材１上に固定され、このパネル３の上端部表面には木ビス１１の頭部を隠蔽するように廻り縁１８が取り付けられている。尚、１９は天井材、２０は、該天井材１９を周縁部にて挟持しかつ天井下地材２１に木ビス１１により固定される断面略Ｌ字状の天井用ジョイナであり、このジョイナ２０を介して天井材１９が天井下地材２１に取付固定される。

さらに、図３にも示すように、最下端に位置する下側横貼りパネル５の下端部はそれを貫通する木ビス１１により壁下地材１上に取り付けられ、このパネル５の表面には巾木２４が木ビス１１の頭部を隠蔽するように固定されている。尚、２５は床下地材２６上に木ビス１１により取付固定される床材である。

次に、上記実施形態の構造の乾式壁の施工方法について説明する。まず、施工現場において、壁パネル２を上側、中間及び下側の３枚の横貼りパネル３〜５に上下に分割する。尚、これら３枚の横貼りパネル３〜５は前もって分割されているものを用いることもできる。そして、下側横貼りパネル５の下端部を床材２５上に当接させ、この下側横貼りパネル５の下端部をそれに木ビス１１を貫通させて壁下地材１に取付固定する。また、下側横貼りパネル５の上端部に第２ジョイナ９の取付部９ａ及び係止部９ｃ間の受部９ｂを嵌合して、その取付部９ａの上端部を木ビス１１により壁下地材１に取付固定する。このことで、下側横貼りパネル５が壁下地材１上に固定される。尚、下側横貼りパネル５の下端部表面上に巾木２４を取り付ける。

次いで、上記下側横貼りパネル５の上端部から所定寸法離れた位置を中間横貼りパネル４の下端部の位置に設定し、この中間横貼りパネル４の下端部の位置に第１ジョイナ８をその取付部８ａ上端にて木ビス１１により壁下地材１に取付固定し、このジョイナ８の取付部８ａと係止部８ｃとの間の受部８ｂ内に中間横貼りパネル４の下端部を落とし込むことで、その中間横貼りパネル４の下端部を壁下地材１に固定する。

この後、上記下側横貼りパネル５の上端部と同様に、中間横貼りパネル４の上端部にもう１つの第２ジョイナ９の取付部９ａ及び係止部９ｃ間の受部９ｂを嵌合して、その取付部９ａの上端部を木ビス１１により壁下地材１に取付固定する。このことで、中間横貼りパネル４は壁下地材１上にパネル４上端部を第１ジョイナ８を介して、また下端部を第２ジョイナ９を介してそれぞれ取付固定される。また、中間及び下側横貼りパネル４，５は両パネル４，５間に水平方向に延びる間隔Ｓ２があけられてそれぞれ壁下地材１上の所定位置に配置される。

さらに、上記中間横貼りパネル４の上端部から所定寸法離れた位置を上側横貼りパネル３の下端部の位置に設定し、この上側横貼りパネル３の下端部の位置に今１つの第１ジョイナ８をその取付部８ａ上端にて木ビス１１により壁下地材１に取付固定し、このジョイナ８の取付部８ａと係止部８ｃとの間の受部８ｂ内に上側横貼りパネル３の下端部を落とし込むことで、その上側横貼りパネル３の下端部を壁下地材１に固定する。この後、この上側横貼りパネル３の上端部をそれに木ビス１１を貫通させて壁下地材１に取付固定し、このことで、上側横貼りパネル３が壁下地材１上に固定される。この上側横貼りパネル３の上端部表面上に廻り縁１８を取り付ける。そして、上側及び中間横貼りパネル３，４は両横貼りパネル３，４間に水平方向に延びる間隔Ｓ１があけられてそれぞれ壁下地材１上の所定位置に配置される。

このようにして壁下地材１上に取付固定された横貼りパネル３〜５間に上下２つの溝状の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２が形成されると、この各間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２にそれぞれ化粧材１４，１５を嵌合配置し、この各化粧材１４，１５を裏面にて壁下地材１表面に接着により取付固定する。このことで、横貼りパネル３〜５間の間隔Ｓ１，Ｓ２において、第１ジョイナ８の取付部８ａ表面の受部８ｂよりも下側部分と、第２ジョイナ９の取付部９ａ表面の受部９ｂよりも上側部分（木ビス１１の頭部をも含む）と、第１ジョイナ８の受部８ｂ下面と、第２ジョイナ９の受部９ｂ上面とを化粧材１４，１５により覆って隠蔽する。各ジョイナ８，９の係止部８ｃ，９ｃ表面は室内に露出される。

したがって、この実施形態においては、壁パネル２を上下に分割して施工するので、壁全体の１枚もののパネル２をそのまま施工するのに比べ、施工が容易となる。

また、上記下側横貼りパネル５は床面と接する下端部の基準部が長辺となっていて長いので、各横貼りパネル３〜５の垂直や水平の各基準を正確に出すのが容易となり、熟練者でなくても目隙の生じない施工を行うことができる。しかも、壁パネル２は３枚の横貼りパネル３〜５に分割されているので、各横貼りパネル３〜５の寸法変化も分散され、パネル３〜５間の目隙が生じ難くなる。
