従来の人力で移動できる防護網(以下、防護網と呼ぶ)は、4輪で自立式の為風を受けると転倒する危険があった。その為車軸の幅が広く、なおかつ転倒防止の為重く出来ているから、持ち運びに不備な点があった。又急勾配な車道での使用は自走による車道への飛び出しがあり、安全性や作業性が著しく悪かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
解決しようとする防護網の問題点は、自重が重く、車軸の幅が広い事である。それと急勾配な車道での使用は自走による車道側への飛び出しがあり大変危険なものであった。

本発明では、これらの問題を解決しようとするものであり、防護網を軽量化して、横幅を最小限まで狭め、急勾配な車道での自走による飛び出しを防ぐことを課題とした。

本発明は、4輪の自立式ではなく、防護網に取り付けたリムがガードレール上を転がる事により、軽量化と横幅の縮小化と安全性を高めたことが最も主要な特徴とする。

図において、支柱(3)を四角に組み、骨組みとし、そこに地面の上を転がるタイヤ(2)を2個取り付け、支柱にガードレール(5)の高さに合わせてリム(1)を2個取り付け、網(4)を張り付けた。

本発明は以上のような構成であるから、リムがガードレールに掛かりガードレール上を転がる為、タイヤが2個でも防護網が倒れることがなくなった。

その為4輪で自立する必要がなくなり、足元を重くする必要がなくなったので、軽量化と横幅の縮小化ができた。

上述したように本発明の防護網は、従来のものより軽量化ができ、横幅も縮小して片手での持ち運びが可能になった。

そして、タイヤを2輪にしたことにより、道路上での使用時にリムがガードレールに掛かっているか、もしくは外れたとしても防護網が勝手に車道側へ自走する事がなくなった。なおかつ路面の凸凹に左右されることなく、スムーズに移動することができ、安全性と作業性が向上した。
