Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the problems in the conventional shoulder pad and the method of manufacturing the same, and provides a shoulder pad that is inexpensive, has a cool feeling, is lightweight, and has excellent shape retention. The purpose is to:
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a shoulder pad in which the back surface is formed as a concave curved surface portion, the front surface is formed as a middle and high-thick portion substantially at the center, and the peripheral edge is formed as a thin portion. Wherein at least a part or the whole of the front surface or the back surface is formed of a mesh-like nonwoven fabric or a mesh-like knitted fabric.
[0010]
According to the present invention, at least a part or the whole of the front surface or the back surface of the shoulder pad is formed of a mesh-like nonwoven fabric or a mesh-like knitted fabric, so that a shoulder pad with improved air permeability and a cool feeling can be provided. Here, instead of using a cloth in which a large number of punched holes are punched by a punching roller or the like as in the past, a mesh-shaped nonwoven fabric or a mesh-shaped knitted fabric is used. Can be provided. Furthermore, when a mesh-shaped knitted fabric is used, it can also serve as a walnut material, so that the fabric and processing allowance can be omitted, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the lead time can be shortened.
[0011]
The shoulder pad may be entirely formed of a mesh-like nonwoven fabric or a mesh-like knitted fabric, and the entire front surface and the back surface of the core pad may be formed of a mesh-like nonwoven fabric or a mesh-like knitted fabric. The use of a mesh-like nonwoven fabric made of polyester can provide a particularly lightweight shoulder pad, and the use of a mesh-shaped knitted fabric made of polyester stabilizes the quality.
[0012]
Further, it is preferable that the shoulder pad is formed so as to be thin and small in area on the front side and thick and large in area on the back side with respect to the ridge line. As a result, the shape takes into account the clavicle and the scapula of the human body, and the shoulder pad does not slip to the rear side when worn, and the feeling of wearing is improved.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a specific example of an embodiment of a shoulder pad according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a shoulder pad according to the present invention. This shoulder pad is composed of a

[0017]
As described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3021075, it is important to design the shoulder pad from an ergonomic point of view. In the human shoulder, the anterior part and the posterior part are formed asymmetrically at the shoulder line connecting the base of the neck and the reference point of the shoulder tip, and the front part has a collarbone, so the shoulder pad In order to conform to the shape of the human shoulder, the front part needs to be formed thinner than the rear part.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable that the recessed portion of the scapula portion of the rear shoulder is formed to be thick and large, which can prevent the shoulder pad from slipping backward. Also, the area ratio between the front side portion and the rear side portion needs to be appropriate from the viewpoint of ergonomics as described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3021075. In addition, the shoulder of the human body is the front shoulder, and the right shoulder and the left shoulder are symmetrical with respect to the center line of the human body, so it is necessary to prepare shoulder pads of shapes suitable for the right shoulder and the left shoulder respectively There is.
[0019]
Next, a second embodiment of the shoulder pad according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
[0020]
In this embodiment, all the shoulder pads are formed of the mesh-like nonwoven fabric 5. That is, a plurality of mesh-shaped nonwoven fabrics 5 cut into a desired shape and size are laminated, then heated and pressed, and finally sewn with an overlock sewing machine while shaving off the peripheral edge to complete a shoulder pad. The same
[0021]
In addition, in the said Example, although the shoulder pad was formed using the mesh-shaped nonwoven fabric manufactured by the water-dropping or the hydroentanglement manufacturing method etc. using polyester etc. as a material, instead of a mesh-shaped nonwoven fabric, it is manufactured comparatively cheaply. The shoulder pad can also be formed using a mesh-like knitted fabric.
[0022]
The mesh-shaped knitted fabric may be a vertical knitted mesh used for the back of a jacket or sportswear, a flat knitted mesh used for a jumper cuff or a collar, or a half-knitted fabric. There is a mesh-like knitted fabric that is cut and widened and used for underwear or the like, or a knitted one of a required size is used for stockings or the like. Circular knitted ones are preferred.
[0023]
For spring and summer jackets such as blouses and dresses, walnut shoulder pads are used. At this time, in the case of a shoulder pad using a mesh-like nonwoven fabric, the shoulder pad is formed by wrapping the entire body with a knitted fabric cloth. Is directly wrapped with a mesh-shaped knitted fabric, whereby a shoulder pad can be formed, and a mesh-shaped nonwoven fabric can be used as a walnut material, which is preferable.
[0024]
Further, when a far-infrared nonwoven fabric is used as the middle material, and the mesh-like nonwoven fabric or the mesh-like knitted fabric is used on the front and back, the balance of blood flow is adjusted by the far-infrared effect, and tension and stiffness generated from cooling of the body. Can be relieved and contribute to health through fashion.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shoulder pad that is inexpensive, has a cool feeling, is lightweight, and has excellent shape retention.
