Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a therapeutic magnet, especially a small magnet of an appropriate shape, which is at least substantially wider than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnet and has a substantially flat bottom surface and a substantially central portion of a relatively thick plastic. Attach the adhesive tape through the hole of the peeling tape which is wider than the substantially flat or gentle convex arc bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic with the small magnets embedded therein. The present invention relates to a therapeutic magnet attached to an agent-applied surface or an adhesive applied to a bottom plate of a plastic case.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventional therapeutic magnets include small magnets having a disc shape, a spherical shape on both sides, and the like. It is normal to stick and use the affected area or the like with this patch. In addition, it is common that one or more such small therapeutic magnets are attached to a mount or the like on which a description of the effects of the therapeutic magnet, the method of use, the manufacturer, the seller, and the like is described, and then the medical treatment is marketed. In general, a consumer who purchases the magnet removes the treatment magnet from the backing sheet and attaches it to a target affected part or the like for use.
[0003]
In addition, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-124743, a disc-shaped rare earth magnet is inserted into opposed circular recesses of upper and lower disc-shaped silicone resins and covered in a sandwich shape, or a disc-shaped rare earth magnet is provided. A resin-coated magnet as a magnetic therapy device, which is covered with a ring-shaped silicon resin disposed around the disk-shaped rare earth magnet and a disk-shaped silicon resin disposed above and below the ring-shaped silicon resin so as to sandwich it, is described.
[0004]
In the conventional treatment magnet as described above, the point-like or minute-area convex portion of the small treatment magnet is bonded to the patch (backing paper) with an adhesive. Since the adhesive was usually weak, the adhesive between the adhesive and the small therapeutic magnet was weak, and the therapeutic magnet was easy to separate from the adhesive, which could result in a defective product. To prevent this, it was necessary to use a patch coated with a glue having a strong adhesive force.
[0005]
Also, if a large amount of adhesive having a strong adhesive force is used to attach the treatment magnet, careless detachment of the small treatment magnet from the adhesive cloth can be prevented, but such a relatively large amount of adhesive can be used. Assuming that the therapeutic magnet to which the agent adheres is attached to the affected area of the user, if the user has high antiallergic reactivity, use of such a therapeutic magnet is actually avoided. I hate it.
[0006]
Further, in the resin-coated magnet as a magnetic therapy device described in JP-A-8-124743, a disk-shaped rare earth magnet is coated by sandwiching the upper and lower portions thereof with a silicon resin in a sandwich shape. The resin-coated magnet can be easily disinfected, and even a person with innocence can expect to have the effect of borrowing and using it between another person or family, but in this case, the disk-shaped rare earth magnet is replaced with a disk-shaped upper and lower disk-shaped magnet. It is inserted into the opposite circular recess of the silicone resin and covered so as to sandwich it, or the disc-shaped rare earth magnet is arranged above and below them together with the ring-shaped silicone resin arranged around the disc-shaped rare earth magnet. Because it was covered so as to be sandwiched by the disc-shaped silicone resin, its structure was complicated, its assembly was somewhat troublesome, and its manufacturing cost was reduced. There was no hate.
[0007]
The present invention has been made by focusing on the problems in the conventional therapeutic magnet as described above, and, if necessary, can be applied to a target portion without using an adhesive paper or an adhesive tape. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a therapeutic magnet in which the above-mentioned problems have been solved.
[0008]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional treatment magnet, the present invention uses a small magnet of an appropriate shape, such as a thin disk or a polygonal plate, at least crossing the small magnet at the maximum. With a cross-sectional area larger than the area, buried in the approximate center of the thick plastic, and with a small magnet of an appropriate shape such as a thin disk or polygonal plate, at least with a cross-sectional area larger than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnet Buried in the approximate center of the thick plastic, the slightly thick plastic with the small magnets embedded, the bottom of the slightly thick plastic is adhered by an adhesive, or attached to the bottom or top of the slightly thick plastic, This is a therapeutic magnet that is attached to the surface to be attached, such as an affected part, with an attaching tape wider than the cross-sectional area of the relatively thick plastic.
[0009]
In addition, a small magnet having an appropriate shape such as the thin disk or polygonal plate is embedded in the central portion, and the cross-sectional area of the slightly thick plastic is configured to be at least larger than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnet, and at the same time, the slightly thick The bottom surface of the thick plastic is formed to be substantially flat or a gently convex arc, and the substantially flat bottom surface or the gently convex arc bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic is replaced with the slightly thick plastic of the peeling tape. Is attached to the adhesive-applied surface of the adhesive tape through a hole larger than the cross-sectional area of the tape.
[0010]
Furthermore, the small magnet of the appropriate shape is inserted into a substantially central portion of the slightly thick plastic through a cylindrical hole that is opened on a substantially flat bottom surface or a gentle convex arc bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic, A small columnar plastic lid is inserted into the opening of the cylindrical hole and welded, or the cylindrical opening is filled with an appropriate melting material such as plastic and welded and sealed.
[0011]
In addition, the somewhat thick plastic is made of a transparent or translucent plastic material, and the transparent or translucent plastic material is plated or plated with gold, silver, cobalt, or the like in a substantially central hole of the slightly thick plastic. [0022]
1 to 6, a treatment magnet 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a small magnet having an appropriate shape such as a polygonal shape or a disk shape, and the small magnet has, for example, a substantially rectangular shape or the like. In the case of a polygon, the length of the long side can be set, and in the case of a circle, the diameter can be set to about 1.5 to 3 mm. 13 is a slightly thick plastic (plastic mold) that covers the small magnet 11, 14 is a hemispherical (convex arc) surface of the slightly thick plastic 13, 15 is a substantially flat bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic 13, and 16 is the same. A hole provided in the center of the slightly thick plastic 13 or slightly below the center, and a small magnet (for example, having a side or diameter of about 1,5 to 3 mm Degree) is inserted. Reference numeral 17 denotes a cylindrical opening of a hole 16 into which a small columnar plastic lid 18 is inserted and welded.
[0023]
The small columnar plastic lid 18 is formed of the same plastic material as the thick plastic 13 into a small columnar shape having substantially the same diameter as the cylindrical opening 17, and is inserted into the cylindrical opening 17 of the hole 16 into which the small magnet 11 is inserted. The small magnet 11 is inserted and welded around the cylindrical opening 17 to secure the small magnet 11 in the hole 16. Although not shown, the small columnar plastic lid 18 is welded around the cylindrical opening 17 as described above after the small magnet 11 having an appropriate shape is inserted into the hole 16. Alternatively, a suitable molten material such as plastic may be injected into the cylindrical opening 17 of the hole 16 and welded around the cylindrical opening 17 of the thick plastic 13 to form an integral shape.
[0024]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a band-shaped, ultra-thin (compared to a conventional cloth-like tape to which this type of therapeutic magnet is pasted) ultra-thin adhesive tape, 21A a circular adhesive tape, and the circular adhesive tape 21A The tape 21 is formed by inserting a circular cutting line 21B into the belt-shaped attaching tape 21 at an appropriate interval L (see FIG. 4). Although not shown, the circular cutting line 21B can be configured as a cutting line of an appropriate shape other than a circle, such as a square or a star. Reference numeral 22 denotes an adhesive applied to the surface (the lower surface in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4) of the band-shaped attaching tape 21, reference numeral 23 denotes a band-shaped peeling tape attached to the surface of the adhesive 22, and reference numeral 23 A denotes a circular hole of the band-shaped peeling tape 23. The circular hole 23A is formed to have a size capable of accommodating the substantially flat bottom surface 15 (base portion) of the slightly thick plastic 13 (hemispherical or convex arc) or a slightly larger size.
[0025]
2 and 3 schematically show an example in which a circular hole 23A is provided in the peeling tape 23 of the band-shaped attaching tape 21. However, the circular hole 23A of the peeling tape 23 is placed in a proper position of the peeling tape 23 in advance. (In this case, although not shown, a circular hole 23A is provided at an appropriate position of the peeling tape 23 of FIG. 1), or by inserting a circular cutting line 23B into the belt-shaped attaching tape 21 of FIG. The circular hole 23A can be formed simultaneously with the formation of the circular sticking tape 21A (see FIG. 2).
[0026]
Reference numeral 25 denotes the skin of the skin 26 to which the therapeutic magnet 10 is to be attached, reference numeral 27 denotes an affected part relating to some symptom such as pain, and reference numeral 28 denotes a depression formed by press-fitting the hemispherical top surface 14 of the thick plastic 13 of the therapeutic magnet 10. This is a concave portion of the affected part 27.
[0027]
Operation of the First Embodiment The magnet for treatment 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is attached to the surface of a tape 21A for attaching a circular (the same applies to other shapes such as rectangles) (the lower surface in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4). Of the strip-shaped peeling tape 23 affixed to the adhesive 22 of the above, is exposed so as to correspond to the central circular hole 23A of the ring-shaped peeling tape 23B cut in the same shape as the circular cutting line 21B. The substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the thick hemispherical plastic 13 of the treatment magnet 10 is pressed against the circular adhesive 22A applied to the surface of the body in the direction of the white arrow in FIG. 3 (upward in FIG. 3). It crimps and sticks as shown in FIG.
[0028]
In FIG. 5, a circular attaching tape 21A in which the substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the therapeutic magnet 10 is adhered to the central portion is temporarily attached to a strip-shaped peeling tape 23, that is, a part of the therapeutic magnet in FIG. 10 is schematically shown in an enlarged schematic vertical sectional view. In this state, a plurality of circular attaching tapes 21A are actually attached on the strip-shaped peeling tape 23 (see FIG. 4).
[0029]
The band-shaped peeling tape 23 of the treatment magnet 10 has a circular hole 23A (for inserting the treatment magnet 10) with an interval L (see FIG. 4), and the band-like affixing around the circular hole 23A. By forming a cutting line (for example, perforation) having the same shape as the circular cutting line 21B formed on the tape 21 for treatment, the treatment magnet 10 temporarily attached to the strip-shaped peeling tape 23 is attached to the circular attaching tape 21A. At the same time, when peeling from the strip-shaped peeling tape 23, the ring-shaped peeling tape 23B is easily separated from the strip-shaped peeling tape 23 (see the reference numeral 23 in FIG. 5) on the circular adhesive 22A of the tape for circular pasting 21A. As such, a cutting line (for example, perforation) having the same shape and the same size as the cutting line 21B of the circular attaching tape 21A can be provided at the same time when the circular hole 23 is formed.
[0030]
Then, the treatment magnet 10 is temporarily attached to the strip-shaped peeling tape 23 as shown in FIG. 4, and is then removed from the strip-shaped stripping tape 23 (FIG. 4) as necessary as shown in FIG. After separating the individual (unit) therapeutic magnets 10 (with the ring-shaped peeling tape 23B), the ring-shaped peeling tape 23B is peeled off, and this therapeutic magnet 10 is stuck to an appropriate place such as the affected part 27 as shown in FIG. And use.
[0031]
In addition, the band-shaped attaching tape 21 to which the plurality of treatment magnets 10, 10,... Are attached as described above is wound on a suitable reel or the like (not shown), or the band-shaped attaching tape 21 is set to a required length. It is cut and stored in an appropriate place, and if necessary, it is peeled off one by one from the band-shaped adhesive tape 21 in almost the same manner as described above, attached to the affected part 27 or the like, and used.
[0032]
This treatment magnet 10 is, as shown in FIG. 4, via a circular adhesive 22A of a circular pasting tape 21A, a circular pasting tape 21A temporarily attached to the band-like peeling tape 23, Pull apart. In this state, the substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the thick plastic 13 of the treatment magnet 10 is adhered to the circular attaching tape 21A via the circular adhesive 22A as shown in FIG.
[0033]
Next, the circular adhesive 22A of such a tape for circular application 21A is peeled off from the release tape 23 to expose the circular adhesive 22A (excluding the adhesive portion of the therapeutic magnet 10). The hemispherical top surface 14 of the magnet 10 is applied to the skin 25 around the affected part 27 related to some symptom such as pain, and the treatment magnet 10 is substantially flat from the outside (the upper side in FIG. 4) of the circular sticking tape 21A. Through the bottom surface 15, the skin 25 around the affected part 27 is pressed slightly strongly so as to form a concave portion 28 (however, the concave portion 28 is exaggerated in FIG. 4). The circular adhesive tape 21A protruding outward from around the flat bottom surface 15 is pressed, and the ring-shaped peripheral portion is adhered to the skin 25 around the affected area 27 with the circular adhesive 22A.
[0034]
At this time, the slightly wide bottom surface 15 and the circular attaching tape 21A are adhered to the circular adhesive 22A region on the slightly wide circular surface, so that the target portion such as the affected part 27 can be used. A stable attachment state of the treatment magnet 10 is ensured.
In addition, the treatment magnet 10 is applied to the skin 25 such as the affected part 27 to which the treatment magnet 10 is to be adhered, the pressure is moderately applied, and the treatment is applied by the adhesive 22 itself, except that the thick spherical plastic 13 is not provided. This is substantially the same as a conventional ordinary treatment magnet.
[0035]
In addition, the treatment magnet 10 has a semi-thick hemispherical plastic 13, which has a substantially flat low surface 15 and a cylindrical opening 17 opening at the center of the lower surface 15. After other small magnets, for example, plated or vapor-deposited with a metal such as gold, silver, or cobalt, or inserted with other small magnets colored appropriately, a small columnar plastic lid 18 is inserted into the cylindrical opening 17. Then, or by injecting, welding, solidifying and closing another molten material and closing the same, it is possible to provide therapeutic magnets having different magnetic properties and appearance.
[0036]
If the thick semi-spherical plastic 13 is made of a transparent or translucent plastic material, and the tape 21 for application, and therefore the tape 21A for circular application, is made of a transparent or translucent plastic material, it is applied to the affected part 27. The treatment magnet 10 attached is plated or vapor-deposited with a metal such as gold, silver, cobalt or the like or embedded in a transparent or translucent thick plastic 21, or other small colored metal. The magnet is visually recognized through the transparent or translucent circular attaching tape 21A, and the appearance of the therapeutic magnet 10 is further improved.
[0037]
Although not shown, the inner diameter of the hole 16 of the slightly thick plastic 13 (for example, the cross-sectional diameter A: see FIGS. 7 and 8 schematically showing the second and third embodiments described later) indicates the outside of the small magnet 11. The inner diameter A of the hole 16 and the maximum cross-sectional diameter B of the small magnet 11 are firmly and closely contacted, for example, by slightly increasing the diameter (the maximum cross-sectional diameter B: see FIGS. 7 and 8). By doing so, the small magnet 11 can be secured in the same hole 16, and in this case, the small columnar plastic lid 18 can be omitted.
[0038]
Further, in this case, the depth of the hole 16 of the thick plastic 13, particularly, the cylindrical opening 17 thereof is changed (shallowed), and the upper surface of the small magnet 11 inserted into the hole 16 (FIGS. 5 and 6). If the substantially flat bottom surface (the top surface in FIGS. 5 and 6) 15 of the thick plastic 13 is formed to have substantially the same height, the circular bonding tape 21A bonded to the substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the thick plastic 13 will be described. The central portion of the agent 22 </ b> A is simultaneously adhered to the upper surface of the small magnet 11, so that the small magnet 11 is secured in the same hole 16, and thus at a predetermined position in the thick plastic 13.
[0039]
By selecting the depth of the hole 16 of the thick plastic 13 and therefore the length of the cylindrical opening 17 and the length of the small columnar plastic lid 18, the small magnet 11 embedded in the hole 16 and the thick plastic 13, the distance between the hemispherical top surface 14 and the hemispherical top surface 14 is adjusted appropriately, that is, FIG. It is possible to provide a therapeutic magnet having a different magnetizing effect on the surface to be covered (skin 25) by the small magnet 11. Note that the depth of the hole 16 of the thick plastic 13 and the tendency of the small magnet 11 embedded in the hole 16 to give a magnetic effect to the affected part 27 are described in the second to fifth embodiments (including modified examples) described later. The same applies to the treatment magnets 40, 50, 110, 130 and the like.
[0040]
[Modification of the First Embodiment] The substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the thick plastic 13 of the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment is not shown, but is a gentle convex arc surface (for example, FIG. , 13 of the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 13) (see the shape of the bottom surface 135 of the thick plastic 134). In this case as well, it is possible to directly Expect a function that can be pasted.
[0041]
Second Embodiment Next, a treatment magnet 40 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the part corresponding to the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment is represented by a numeral code obtained by adding 30 to the corresponding numeral.
The therapeutic magnet 40 according to the second embodiment is such that the small magnet 41 embedded in the hole 46 of the thick hemispherical plastic 43 has a substantially octagonal thin plate cross section. A band-shaped sticking tape, a band-shaped peeling tape, etc., to which an adhesive (not shown) is applied, which is stuck to the substantially flat bottom surface 45, is bonded to the substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment. It is almost the same as the band-shaped attaching tape 21 coated with the agent 22, the band-shaped peeling tape 23, and the like.
[0042]
In the treatment magnet 40 of the second embodiment, the diameter B of the hole 46 opening through the cylindrical opening 47 on the substantially flat bottom surface 45 of the thick hemispherical plastic 43 is adjusted to the upper and lower surfaces ( 7) is slightly smaller than the major axis (lateral diameter) A of the thin plate-shaped small magnet 41 chamfered, and the small plate-shaped small magnet 41 inserted into the same hole 46 is inserted into the cylindrical opening 47 of the same hole 46. By cooperating with the small columnar plastic lid 48, it is firmly held in the hole 46.
Its preliminary structure and operation are substantially the same as those of the therapeutic magnet 10 of the first embodiment.
[0043]
Third Embodiment Next, a treatment magnet 50 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. It is to be noted that, for the portion corresponding to the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment, a numeral code obtained by adding 40 to the corresponding code is used.
In this treatment magnet 50, the small magnet 51 embedded in the hole 56 of the thick hemispherical plastic 53 is formed in a thin plate shape whose cross section has a substantially convex arc on both sides. A band-shaped sticking tape, a band-shaped peeling tape, etc., to which an adhesive (not shown) is applied, which is stuck to the substantially flat bottom surface 55 of the 53, is stuck to the substantially flat bottom surface 15 of the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment. It is almost the same as the band-shaped attaching tape 21 coated with the adhesive 22, the band-shaped peeling tape 23, and the like.
[0044]
The lateral diameter B of the hole 56 opened in the substantially flat bottom surface 55 of the hemispherical plastic 53 of the therapeutic magnet 50 of the third embodiment is such that the upper and lower side edges inserted into the hole 56 are convex arc-shaped thin plate-shaped small magnets. A small-column-shaped plastic lid 51 which is configured to be slightly shorter and shorter than the horizontal length (horizontal diameter) A of 51 and has a small plate-like magnet 51 having a convex arc on both sides inserted into the hole 56 and inserted into a cylindrical opening 57 of the hole 56. By cooperating with 58, it is firmly held in the hole 56. Its preliminary structure and operation are substantially the same as those of the therapeutic magnets 10 and 40 of the first and second embodiments.
[0045]
Fourth Embodiment Next, a treatment magnet 110 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. It should be noted that, for the portion corresponding to the treatment magnet 10 of the treatment magnet 110 of the fourth embodiment, a numeral code obtained by adding 100 to the corresponding code is used. However, in FIG. 9, the substantially flat bottom surface 115 of the thick plastic 113 of the treatment magnet 110 in the fourth embodiment is lower, and the convex arc-shaped top surface 114 is upper, that is, the treatment magnet 10 of the first embodiment. Is abbreviated upside down.
[0046]
The therapeutic magnet 110 of the fourth embodiment has a substantially rectangular shape in its minor section, and a thin plate-shaped small magnet 111 whose corner 111A is chamfered in an arc shape. It has a substantially flat bottom surface 115 that is wider than the maximum cross-sectional area, and has a slightly chamfered portion 115A on the periphery of the bottom surface 115. A small columnar plastic lid 118 is inserted into the cylindrical opening 117, welded, sealed, and embedded. A moderately large size having a sufficient holding force to adhere the substantially flat bottom surface 115 and the chamfered portion 115A of the treatment magnet 111 to the surface to be adhered such as the skin 25 (see FIG. 6) of the affected part 27. Then, a circular sticking tape 21A to which an adhesive 22 (area) is applied is stuck.
It should be noted that the sticking is performed such that the convex arc-shaped top surface 114 of the slightly thick convex arc-shaped plastic 113 projects from the circular hole 23A of the ring-shaped peeling tape 23B.
[0047]
Operation of the Fourth Embodiment The therapeutic magnet 110 of the fourth embodiment is obtained by chamfering a small magnet 111 embedded in a hole 116 of a thick convex arc-shaped plastic 113 and chamfering a corner portion 111A whose longitudinal section is rectangular. Thereby, the small magnet 111 having an appropriate shape having the required therapeutic magnet function can be configured to be thin, and the height of the slightly thick convex arc-shaped plastic 113 covering the magnet can be made relatively low (the first to third embodiments). The thickness of the hemispherical plastic 13, 43, 53 is thinner, and the thicker arcuate plastic is applied to the target attachment site (the skin 25 around the affected part 27 in FIG. 6) for the treatment magnet 110. The depression (see reference numeral 28 in FIG. 6) resulting from the insertion of the convex arc-shaped top surface 113 of the projection 113 becomes slightly shallower than that of the first to third embodiments, so that it can be affixed without difficulty.
Its preliminary structure and operation are almost the same as those of the therapeutic magnets 10, 40 and 50 of the first to third embodiments.
[0048]
Fifth Embodiment Next, a fifth embodiment of the therapeutic magnet according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 is a schematic plan view showing a state in which a plurality of adhesives 132 are applied to a release tape (or release paper) 133 at appropriate intervals, and FIG. 11 is a view on the release tape (or release paper) 133 in FIG. FIG. 12 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view illustrating a state in which the therapeutic magnet 130 is adhered to the medical device 130. FIG. 12 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view illustrating a state in which the therapeutic magnet 130 according to the fifth embodiment is adhered to the affected part 27. In the treatment magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment, parts corresponding to the treatment magnets 10 of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those obtained by adding 120 to the corresponding reference numerals. However, in FIGS. 10 to 12, the bottom surface 135 is lower and the convex arc-shaped top surface 136 is upper, similarly to the treatment magnet 110 of the fourth embodiment schematically shown in FIG. The treatment magnet 10 according to the embodiment is schematically shown with its upside down. Further, the same reference numerals and the same names are used for the portions common to the first embodiment.
[0049]
As schematically shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the therapeutic magnet 130 according to the fifth embodiment includes a thin plate-shaped small magnet 131 having an appropriate shape such as a disk shape or a polygonal plate shape. It is wider than the cross-sectional area of the appropriately formed thin plate-like small magnet 131 such as a plate, and the top and the bottom are provided with a gentle convex arc-shaped surface. The slightly thick plastic 134 in which the small magnets 131 are embedded is attached to a peeling tape or an adhesive 132 (see FIG. 10) applied to the mount 133 at appropriate intervals.
[0050]
By bonding the bottom surface of the plastic 134 to the adhesive 132 on the release tape or the mount 133, the plastic 134 is secured on the release tape or the mount 133 via the adhesive, but in this state, the plastic When the 134 is pulled upward, the adhesive 132 and the bottom surface of the plastic 134 are separated from the release tape or the mount 133 together with the plastic 134 by the adhesive force. The plastic 134 and thus the treatment magnet 130 are attached to the skin 25 of the affected part 27 as shown in FIG. 12 by the adhesive 132 that is separated from the release tape or the backing 133 and adheres to the bottom surface of the plastic 134.
The therapeutic magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment is directly attached to the skin 25 or the like of the affected part 27 by the adhesive 132 without using the attaching tape 21 as in the first to fourth embodiments.
[0051]
The gentle convex bottom 135 of the thick plastic 134 of the treatment magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment is not shown, but is similar to the thick plastics 13, 43, 53, 113 of the first to fourth embodiments. In addition, a substantially flat shape or a shape similar to a shape obtained by slightly chamfering the end portion can be employed, and in this case, substantially the same operation as in the fifth embodiment is performed.
[0052]
Modification of Fifth Embodiment Next, a treatment magnet 140 in a plastic case as a modification of the fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Note that the same reference numerals and the same names are used for the portions common to the fifth embodiment.
[0053]
The medical treatment magnet 130 in a plastic case 140 as a modification of the fifth embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the release paper or the release tape 133 of the medical treatment magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment is attached to the plastic bottom plate 147 of the plastic case 140. , A plurality of adhesives 132, 132,... Are applied on the plastic bottom plate 147 at appropriate intervals, and a slightly thick plastic 134 having a small magnet 131 of an appropriate shape embedded thereon is placed thereon. A plastic cover 148 that adheres and covers them is removably provided, and the therapeutic magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment is detachably mounted in the plastic cover 148 that covers the same. This can be said to be a modification provided as possible.
[0054]
In the treatment magnet 130 according to the modified example of the fifth embodiment, the lid 148 of the plastic case 140 is opened, and the gentle convex bottom 135 of the thick plastic 134 is not shown. Like the thick plastics 13, 43, 53, and 113, it can be formed into a substantially flat shape or a shape similar to a shape obtained by slightly chamfering the end portion. It works almost the same.
[0055]
Further, if the plastic case 140 of the modification of the fifth embodiment, particularly the plastic lid 148 thereof, is made of a transparent plastic material, the same as the treatment magnet 130 of the fifth embodiment accommodated in the plastic case 140 is used. In this modification, the shape, size, and the like of the treatment magnet 130 in the plastic case 140 can be recognized without opening the transparent plastic lid 148.
[0056]
Since the present invention has the above-described structure and operates, the following specific effects can be obtained.
[0057]
(1) According to the invention of claim 1, small magnets of various shapes such as a thin disk shape or a polygonal plate shape are provided with a substantially flat bottom surface which is at least larger than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnets. Since the small magnet is buried approximately in the center of the plastic, the small magnet is protected by a slightly thick plastic, and a small magnet with the required magnetic treatment function is used together with a tape for applying to the substantially flat bottom surface of the treatment magnet. Then, when affixing to the target affected area, etc., through a rather thick plastic having a substantially flat bottom surface slightly larger than its maximum cross-sectional area, therefore, the pressing force of the small magnet on the surface to be adhered is Dispersed by the contact surface of a slightly thick plastic with a large cross-sectional area, transmitted to the adhered surface such as the skin without difficulty, and the therapeutic magnet is not discomforted to the adhered portion, and for a long time. Can be applied without difficulty.
[0058]
(2) Since the small magnet can be attached without directly contacting the surface to be adhered such as human skin, various metals such as gold, silver, and cobalt are plated or vapor-deposited on the small magnet or appropriately colored. Can be used by the user of the therapeutic magnet without considering the metal allergy, color (coloring) allergy, etc. to the small magnet.
[0059]
(3) The small magnets of various shapes are formed into a suitable shape such as a thin disk shape or a polygonal plate shape, and the small magnets of various shapes are embedded on a substantially flat bottom surface of a slightly thick plastic. Since a tape for application that is wider than the flat bottom surface is applied, and a release tape is applied to the adhesive surface exposed around the substantially flat bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic of the application tape, a thin disk-shaped Also, embedding small magnets of an appropriate shape such as a rectangular plate shape makes it easy to select a thick plastic suitable for its intended use, regardless of the shape of the small magnet embedded in the thick plastic. Adhesive to the target affected area, etc., is easily applied, and an adhesive having relatively low adhesive strength, and therefore, low reactivity to sensitive skin, etc. By using and bonding, A good adhesion state to the affected part or the like can be ensured.
[0060]
(4) Since this therapeutic magnet can be applied to an appropriate place such as an affected part with a relatively weak adhesive force, the applying tape can be constituted as a so-called ultra-thin applying tape. By configuring as an ultra-thin adhesive tape, the adaptability of the therapeutic magnet in the state of application to an affected part or the like is further improved, and, for example, the therapeutic magnet is adhered to an adhesive tape or the like for use in its use. In providing, there is no possibility that the therapeutic magnet may be inadvertently detached from the attaching tape or the like.
[0061]
(5) According to the invention of claim 4, the appropriately shaped small magnet is provided at a substantially central portion of the slightly thick plastic through a cylindrical hole which is opened at a substantially flat bottom surface or a gentle convex arc bottom surface. By inserting a small column-shaped plastic lid into the opening of the cylindrical hole and welding it, or filling the cylindrical hole with a suitable melting material such as plastic and sealing it by welding to make it small in an appropriate shape. Regardless of the shape, structure, color, etc. of the magnet, the magnet can be securely buried in the cylindrical opening of the cylindrical hole at the center of the bottom of the slightly thick plastic that is substantially flat or swinging arrow-shaped convex arc, and accidentally falls off It is possible to provide a therapeutic magnet capable of ensuring the therapeutic magnet function for a long time without fear of occurrence.
[0062]
(6) According to the invention of claim 5, the slightly thick plastic is made of a transparent or translucent plastic material, and the transparent or semitransparent plastic material is formed in a substantially central hole of the slightly thick plastic. Gold, silver, cobalt, etc. are plated or vapor-deposited, or a small magnet of an appropriate shape colored appropriately is buried, so that this therapeutic magnet attached to human skin can be seen in dust, stains, acne, moles, etc. In addition to the possibility of being mistaken, the shape, luster, etc. of the small magnet embedded in the relatively thick plastic, for example, plated or vapor-deposited with various metals such as gold, silver, and cobalt, or colored appropriately. The color or the like can be clearly recognized from the outside of the transparent or translucent thick plastic, and a therapeutic magnet with good appearance can be provided.
[0063]
(7) A transparent or translucent adhesive tape wider than the substantially flat bottom surface is attached to the substantially flat bottom surface of the transparent or semi-transparent plastic material, which is a relatively thick plastic, so that the transparent or semi-transparent plastic material can be used. The small magnet buried in the translucent plastic material thick plastic can always be recognized through the transparent or translucent pressure-sensitive plastic and the transparent or translucent sticking tape, and the treatment applied to the affected part etc. Since the tape for attaching the magnet for use is made of a transparent or translucent plastic, there is no risk of obstruction.
[0064]
(8) According to the invention of claim 6, the small magnet having an appropriate shape such as the thin disk or the polygonal plate is provided at least in the center of a slightly thick plastic having a cross-sectional area wider than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnet. By embedding in the part, and applying the substantially flat or gentle convex arc-shaped bottom surface of the slightly thick plastic to the target affected part via an adhesive, without using a tape for applying together, the affected part is reasonably easy. Can be directly attached to
[0065]
(9) According to the invention of claim 7, a small magnet of an appropriate shape such as the thin disk or polygonal plate is buried in a substantially central portion, and at least a small magnet has a cross-sectional area wider than the maximum cross-sectional area of the small magnet. A substantially flat bottom surface or a gentle convex bottom surface of a thick plastic is attached to a release paper, a release tape or a plurality of adhesives applied at appropriate intervals on a bottom plate of a plastic case, and the release paper, a release tape Or, by covering a plurality of slightly thick plastics adhered to the adhesive on the bottom plate of the plastic case with an appropriate means such as a plastic lid so as to be able to be opened, the slightly thick plastics in which the small magnets of the appropriate shape are embedded, In addition to being able to be opened and covered by appropriate means such as a plastic lid that can be opened and stored and managed, a slightly thick plastic with the small magnet of the appropriate shape embedded is attached to the target location. At this time, the adhesive is automatically peeled off from the release paper, the release tape, or the bottom plate of the plastic case, and can be used immediately.
